John his first two of the game [Music] they end the 1000 run from the Panthers that floater there from st. John's mo I'm all and beautiful move Davies almost coming away with that offensive board Colton put the move on to rain finger roll not enough touch board lands with Crowley terrain pushing it Abreu open free back iron Brahe winds up with the board tries to throw it down to davies who gets it in the corner to Moreland but he steps out after the call for a travel it's a very quick play there for the Panthers that just ended up being a little bit sloppy alright Jack Crowley's gonna get a little break Carrie's gonna be plays by Kyle come Harry Gossett junior it left to go in the first that was young not only playing really to seize this year Bolton goes up but even it's Whitney sit another offensive rebound it's not just the height of the Highlanders off they profits the guards sink the one big guy they just moved him in like they could jump these kids and jump though so fouls on Toscani is first do it on the team 48 seconds ago in the first quarter [Applause] Pierre misses at first free throw attempt makes the second gets Kamara trying to get it back terrain has it now will dribble it out cross-court to Kamara 15 on the shot clock terrain deep free no good I'd like to see you Luigi stop drive a little applause settle on too much for that long jump shot he's dangerous like you know I've told him - I think he had more dangerous little hoop that's gonna open up the shot a little bit better Davies trying to redirect the shot and just his size did it by my Luigi Luigi has done a nice job on the boys this year both him and Duncan along with Jeff follow along Davies drives drops it off so Moreland for Turtles right at the buzzer Panthers taken 18 9 lead at the end of one over these Somerville Highlanders and highlighted by great play for Micah Davies he had that assists on that last play there to give it to Moreland he also had two threes in that quarter you know actually Alex Bentley had more threes than they had to point baskets they had four threes and three two-point baskets while sitting here will finish going around the city here okay no Scotland volleys out there watching the game with his wife Katie and son Scotty and daughter Mia quick hello to Jeff Bryson and Lenny down at Beverly Jade jimmy cross bent Goodhue his wife Sarah a little cutie Maggie Grace quick hello a little push wahoo I ran into last week celebrating his wife Sue's birthday so happy belated birthday to sue and also Lou's brother Michael Brian and again we're gonna be back here Friday night for a very very tough every team in number one team time with linguist in the NEC more at 1101 overall nine and now in the conference that every team is Beverly's gonna be sending out a brave Moreland during Kamara and Davies rotting on the bench deal with two fouls and Crowley getting a breather and it get outs I think the key tonight is gonna be the rebounding it Beverly can rebound on their own you know even after the first quarter I bet someone's got probably at least at least five offensive rebounds already so they can really need to work I'm just trying to give them that one shot shot gets it to go number five not on our roster but I believe he's gonna be number fifteen looking at the bench of Somerville as Abreu drives and throws it up he'll get fouled and I believe number five is actually mired Joseph looking after looking at the bench of Somerville no 15 on that bench right there by picking my number five it's Connie this is the first free throw [Applause] did you catch her that foul was on they did not it's only the first one on summer the sky makes the second free throw bevel yep 719 212 trying to go down low to Colton shooting that's Whitney Sydney morlin downloaded Davies putting in work I salute nice move good block kick it out Joseph again this kid can shoot two for two is Joseph both from three nineteen seventeen Kamara drops it off to Moreland will spot up for a three short it's coming the other way Whitney Sydney charging through takes on the Beverly defense gets it taken by Doreen [Applause] it's gonna pull up from the charity stripe gets it Whitney Sydney st.

John gots it to go he's given five tonight 12 seconds in the first half left Beverly leads 36 36 gotta go to who rotting spin move goes up gets it to go by Ronnie and that's how the first half will end Beverley leads 38 to 30 over the Somerville Highlanders two big scores for the Panthers in that quarter you saw rotting there he had seven in the second quarter he's got ten tonight in Crowley with eight big points in that second quarter he has 12 tonight himself so after that first half what are your impressions from this Somerville team they can't play but do you think they'll be able to stay Beverley for the fourth I thought before the game of you started we're gonna bond burner going some was a pretty good team these kids can all put it to the floor they get some shooters they rebound very well as we've seen in the first half again I think the big key is gonna be the rebounding but we could hold her on the glass they're gonna be okay I like to see Luigi take the ball to the hoop a little bit more he sat on for that jump shot yeah and he's you know on at times and sometimes he's off but he can be I don't think he realizes how dangerous he can be when he attacks I love Lee attacks Ronnie was doing a great job attack and Duncan attacked and then Crowley footwork has been tremendous on the other side it was Whitney Sidney who had seven in that second quarter and Joseph coming out of nowhere to score 11 in that quarter three threes from him he's a good shooter we'll be back in a few moments to recap the rest of the first half and look to see if Beverley can hold on the things that hurt us they all start from somewhere [Music] the words we say the things we do I can grow into something else what was small and innocent can become big and sometimes scary all it takes is one comment one picture one video for something to catch fire but a big problem doesn't need a big response not at first even if we don't know what to say the eye emoji can be that first step we take let's all pledge to take that first small step together and change the world in a big way I'm a witness and so are you [Music] you creativity is putting your imagination to work and it's Beverly after one half lead the Somerville Highlanders 38 to 30 and we have an update I understand from the girls down in Somerville down in Somerville some of Oh girls leading the pebbly girls 26 25 game with the three girls his lovely bride Liz and his two daughters Sloane in Siena we go regular Watchers ready yeah quiet crowd tonight helps we talked about why see a lot of the regulars are pretty snugly here and they seen Frank forty Ava Wilson down below and the custodian Lou by the way does a nice job he's loose always been good to me in a quick shout to Lou and also the concession stand I want to say real quick you know I know Kim Berra and Laurie tamari do a great job over there and Lori's husband Edie you know I know as a coach where that's awful tough to get help I know I'm sure they would welcome it any parents out there listening boy if you could help out I know odd we always try to get the parents with just one game and if anyone just did one game that makes everything so much easier if I eat I've noticed ulla those pull girls over there by themselves every game so if you're out there listening parents yeah it'd be nice you can jump in maybe work a game give them a little break volunteers always welcome there as well as here at Bev cam Beverly sending out Moreland rodding Abreu terrain in Crowley the starting five to start this second half Crowley looking for terrain off a box screen deep three for terrain gets it to go it's terrain and threes here in Beverly ring gets hot again just like he did at the beginning of the first quarter or not the first off in downtown solo that was from hello and that was on bells from Danvers Cattell that was drawn up all the way to rain wanted that shot long - from Bolton Ronon quickly gets it to the other end Moreland nice move drops a shoulder called first Oh Josh the moorlands first first on the team for this half 41 32 722 ago just starting their quarter [Applause] whitney's Sydney down the baldano nice ball woman boarding the putback for pecks on Oh Vic Sotto excuse me those are his first bucket her first points and I on surprise he's been kind of held in check 41:34 belly up seven stolen by Whitney Sydney Abreu in chase but witness it he drops it in quick down no a Buddhist in the Panthers Beverly still holding on will 41:34 lead and you're surprised that there's no you were surprised that Somerville took pic Soto out so quickly in that first quarter he played a few minutes but we didn't see him at all in the second quarter and maybe we'll see them go back to him try to use that size to try to negate Beverley size with Crowley and Davies when he's been in there called six quick points for Somerville long way to go though Alex yeah after winning that he had before Beverly won that first quarter eighteen nine lost the second twenty one to twenty and then down six three in this one right here you know cutest there and his first season with Beverly Hey look at that scores table done in we got the same grouped on the every night Batman and Scanlan sticky young and now cust my my Belle fast boy Devlin I'm Belfast Island rook on the clock Somerville with a man press and we're gonna just confusion with the refs alright man the man press here gonna be a follow on Whitney Sydney when we call for the whole that's his second his second and the first on the team that's F they're all in Amman midcourt the rain drives in floater the right hand just short Whitney Sydney has some speed on he's going to take it all the way coast-to-coast for to Whitney Sydney in Summerville chipping away at this Beverly lead it's down to three Crowley for three Moreland trying to get the offensive board he does rotting fakes left goes right drops it off to Moreland from the charity stripe to one second of a war tonight but he's made his presence felt yeah I'm gonna step it up this half now [Applause] belly up five Halton - Whitney Sydney down the pick soto saw Beverley with the quick trap back out to Whitney Sydney who can't get the three to go good job by Beverly to box out during grabs the board coming the other way we're gonna try to take it he drops it off to rotting Crowley ball fake easy Crowley but he wouldn't get it to go started that shot too early trying to get it down low depicts odor they do great pass from Whitney Sydney but a lane gonna be caught for fall I don't like that I don't want that call you up I think you missed that one that's gonna be Luigi's first second on the team may be fully gals give a good quick thank you to Brian and was working out off cameras over here Brian Thompson always looking sharp Brian looking good over there buddy and Matt pujo on the other side too [Applause] pick soto knocks down the first ayoung Anderson Varejao can't get the second to go Beverly scurrying for the rebound and they lose it it looks to me like some of those playing full speed and the bellies playing like three-quarter speed floater no good from a step behind this effort great ball movement you can notice from Somerville early on in this half and you're right there definitely a step ahead as the files gonna be called on Pierre it's gonna be his second and that's where I think we found our missing files they've missed some foul we got it told him to go squid away a four coming up to the five-minute mark in the third quarter [Music] Moreland taking his time Crowley workouts so - I'll take him look at this look at this man no onion the first step in closing speed on Crowley and only as a sophomore he's going to work all night on the Highlanders he's got 14 the pelvis going back to his own mouth it mix them up a little bit but don't walk proudly normally has numbers more lively up Crowley keeps alive coming the other way or someone now someone's got to own one st.
John puts it in written Sydney with you long to Moreland no good 45:41 we expected a barnburner that's what we're getting both teams playing really fast as st.
