School Board Transcripts
Most CT districts post PDFs to BoardDocs or their district site. Upload the PDF directly — text is extracted automatically.

Facebook Groups
Use Facebook's "Download Your Information" tool (Settings → Your Facebook Information) to export posts as JSON, then convert to .txt, or paste directly. Automated scraping violates Meta's ToS.

Telegram
Use the Telegram Desktop app → Export Chat History (JSON/text). Or use the scraper script included in scrapers/telegram_scraper.py.

Following O'Halloran (2013): begin with one document cluster, run keyword analysis, then let replicated keywords drive the next stage of corpus expansion. Tag documents by stage (e.g. stage-1, stage-2) to track your path.
