records 18 1,400 relation between other government governmental agencies and the school and you P 1.31 waivers do we have any changes or discussion under three in the last paragraph under three that first piece of the beginning at the top of the second page mark it talks about the superintendent who may with the board approval and treatment for joint use so my my first question in under three it says prior to something the prototypical the board authorized we used to say the board authorizes the use of school facilities on those days the districts are closed now it's subject to prior approval by the board so why the change from us allowing it to happen to now require our people before it happens this subject approval by the board comma the superintendent or so it's it's like the board the superintendent or the designee so that would be you guys superintendent - probable by the board superintendent or designee made grant use of the facility so the way this is written it's how we're gonna require us to give approval before authorities before we authorize we can bring back the word authorizes subject to crack ruled by the board authorizing the superintendent or designee make brandies of the school facilities I think I would say the board we can begin so the next person have a question on is for joint use agreements okay so it on the very top of the next case if that's necessary to ensure efficient use of school facility the superintendent or designee made with the board of crew bolts with the board's approval enter an agreement for the joint use of any school facilities are grounds so I'm not sure we're going to languages there before but generally if we're going to have a joint use agreement I would expect us that I mean remember the back before that happen to happen that had to happen for us to be able danger school the city facilities and then feel that we're going to enter into a serious joint agreement which means ongoing usage then I think it it requires more than just I'm not sure what this process sets up because it seems like it just allows us to pertinent to negotiate it and so I I prefer to have that I'm I'm not sure whether alternative language a female would seek to put there but I just think a joint use agreement it's a different level than just using a site right well I used to be and then my next question is about so in this belt never clear the comment and there's a piece about calculating direct costs right so if we approve this for policy in two weeks have you developed with those costs would be in those estimates that you can share with the board or when will that happens correct I can provide that to you in two weeks so I have a draft of what that can look like based off of usage and time and type of facility so yeah if you already haven't even for you to share the test and this Friday and the reason I say that is because um I mean I want us to make sure that we're not that that were they were being responsible with our facilities but I also want to make sure that I think that it's affordable and that people can actually be able to use that facilities so so yes we showed that what was on Friday and then in the in the AR and I'm going to the next one admission regulations [Music] okay second page of the description number three it says so second page are you there any use when involves possession consumption or sale of drugs or any restricted substances including tobacco you remove alcoholic beverages there nm drugs instead now I mean that was just yeah we can and that's fine I mean as long as we as long as alcohol is considered our restrictions unrestricted substance which I mean it is it's tobacco muscle consider each trip tonight I'm okay with the language I just I just don't want us to think oh now it's okay for us to have alcohol on our campuses and then three and then on 1341 to access the district records right at the very end of the policy oh no I'm sorry I got the wrong number on the next item 13 on 1400 so I've been very in so second page second to last paragraph it says the board shall receive regular reports of progress towards identifying goals of the collaborative effort and I think that it's the board policy outlined some really great some really great pieces that we should be trying to do in to collaborate with our local government our city and our county and and so I just want to get clarity it doesn't act it not in the policy but I just want clarity from you about when these room what is what is regular reports being and when is it what does that mean to us in terms in reporting to us on the goals of collaborating with our city and our county and other entities I'll defer to you so deeply providing that they can you know use our kitchens no but for the most part it is our fields that they're using for all sorts of different sports but we do also have usage of classrooms and you know some of our groups even is for sport leagues oomba and don't use an auditorium or a classroom for that other groups want to rent out classrooms because they'll do kind of a Saturday school over and after school and take program so all sorts of different facility but you do have an application with guidelines you know like keep it clean or don't new nervous your models or know the new contract you sign in so the rules prior to this is that you require them to have insurance we require them to both agreement and find that insurance and those agreements and they specify times and dates that they're going to be using the facilities and they're responsible to clean them up if you can't even touch the contract so I can also gonna be modifying that contracting with some of this new language that we're improving in the next session so that way we can include what those facilities use these will be so that way we can start charging those small fees so so we can cover the clean up after folks use their facilities or use their facilities and for the folks that are using our facilities right now and then they're actually excited to pay the fees and why because right now they don't have access to our restrooms there on the weekend it's a huge inconvenience when they don't have a restroom facilities for them we're gonna have somebody close up the facilities and make sure the gates are long and when they leave we can make sure that they can use the restrooms and their facility has access to that it's gonna be a win-win for both the community we're having how do you determine because I know the users who's more than others but how how do you determine if you have two kings and they want to use how do you do where's closer or um yeah so we the most part it is first-come first-serve and then we should when it's folks that are using in our regular basis we try and work out a schedule for them and we also try and work out a schedule to not overuse and especially when it comes to sports like soccer that are really tear up the feelings so we're trying Pease this year to move them from site to site so that way we space out the usage in our fields or would it be year-round when they use those in soccer soccer is an all year round which is there's different seasons but we have some of the soccer leagues that are seasonal at different points of the year so they some soccer leagues are in the fall and then there's nothing to their strength their summer kids and summer and see they're not so in the past they was kind of a self-regulated piece and then there was issues the site administrator would probably notice it on Monday morning and they would bring it to our attention it was a challenge and moving forward being that we're gonna charge fees we can have a custodian there and if there's issues on site we have somebody that can report those issues can call the police if necessary make sure that that we know where the mess came from if there's a mess left behind you know my concern is did you know all this when you were staying on this Goodwin and although you know fields are getting done in the 15 and everything you know at the bargaining table has been to make sure that our staff that are those assignments on-call assignments and what have you that they know that they're not security their safety matters too and that there's a call the police but they do become our eyes and ears when we're not there so if one of our staff is serving as maintenance and they're servicing the restroom we're stalking them in ACH this particular team is drinking alcohol on campus their role is to to notify mission which is called police not to go on Thompson hey you can't do that we don't want that to be a confrontation there are responsibilities qualities to notify the administration so that we can revoke them from there or at least okay so 40.3 is a first reading but it's an emotional item first reading of board policy to bring personality r41 12.2 verification of certification be p41 12.2 one entrance minute administrative regulations AR we have any questions about before that we have a 14-point - yeah and then one of the reports so I believe that we've been providing the Williams updates to the board and policy bringing and symmetric practice so you're sending the williams inspection which are not done by us we do like pre williams inspections where we go out to verify our sites to make sure that when you okay and then those reports don't come i mean we get reports on williams but not on the crew so we also update from those reports that we create because we now starting 1718 use the Williams report format I reformatted it we can use a exact same format and in trade online just like the real Williams reports and so they look identical I'll be measuring the identical components in the same way and those are shared with Jennifer and then Jennifer that shares that so that I mean so that happens rolling through the school year in different sites and so then the final report is share with Jennifer and that becomes where the outcome who you work in the board or we need a way to do in the year we it's up to the board but in the past we've done it at the end after I think that would be good the way that's something you must win a report by sites when they go to sites we're talking about a report that summarizes the findings so we can group them into quarters ep 4 1 1 2 point 2 1 in terms of ended any questions changes discussion their movie nights at 14.4 restraining a board policy regarding students eliminated they are 5-1 1 1 point 1 3 use of copyrighted material event in BP six one six three point one library Media Center's changes [Music] including language yes so under [Music] where would that where would that go do we have in a different part for policy someplace so on the second page you have many different days that we celebrate yes for the yeah can you give me one second yes I will I will [Music] 61 62.5 one I just have a general question I notice it even crossed out the accommodation speeds that are connected to English learners look to Marvin or norm on that one well okay so the piece that is crossed out is due to the fact that there's currently not a designated primary language assessment as part of the caste system but they are currently field testing these the essay that come from a Spanish assessment that will become part of the caste system yeah no I'm not something I'm talking about there's a there's a whole team so there's a whole time in what accommodations for special ed and then there was one about accommodation for English learners but no that's not policy and one of the things I think Marvin and Jennifer I think receive use your health in terms of researching is whether the old star program which is accommodations such as kids have access to a whole dictionary or brighter things under the new caste those accommodations are built into the tests itself they're not separate language philosophies built right in the conversation about about the process and then my last question is on the left the last item that's the library Media Center's and so I'm just asking for clarification at the very end it talks about [Music] okay here we go under on the bottom of the first page it starts hours of operation and then at what it says is that the library may be open to serve students during evening and Saturday hours but it should be under the supervision of a certificated employee who consents to the assignment and so I - curious about that about about that piece because I mean generally we don't have um library certificated by granting teachers why we have lovely classified employment so what is what does that mean for us so this you're talking about on evenings and Sam yeah and we're going to keep it open like extended hours right so there would be typically there would be a certificated staff that would be available after hours during the school day we do have certificated staff available but on the weekend or after school we would not so this policy is indicating you could have someone who has certificated on-site after hours or on a weekend with happy during Saturday's going to work okay well there would definitely be a certificated employee for Saturday school do they use a library in these students to use the library that's absolutely a possibility so right now we have our school libraries open during the school day we have a certificated person in the library no we do not so this would be different than our current practice of during the school day so what's that what's the rationale behind that well I think that there when on a weekend or after average there would not be a certificated person on the campus and so we want to make sure that there was someone who was so the first time you know is it required by encode because I see I criticize that is that the requirement of that code it is I just pulled it up and it is and during the school day there is a certificated person available on campus on the Saturday evening what this is this is well would be running library not a classified employee so it's really pretty supervision Oh super yes there is no emergency reasons like this but it is the ED code says for example libraries open to serve students during evening inside of the hour shall be under the supervision of certificated personnel bring us to the end of our being
It's a great job by David Peters getting back. Yeah, give it right back to him in the middle. He's got plenty of space and time. He switches it over to Aiden Ellis. Dylan's dropping back for him, letting him know that he can go up. Hope Aiden takes the one-on-one. He beats him. That's another thing Rampart is very good at is 1v ones. Yeah, especially their outside wings. Aiden and Vince, they keep it. It looks like Dylan I I think he was trying to switch, but he might have just hit it a little funny. Yeah, unfortunately misit there. Sogan was calling out for it on the wing. Now Lewis Palmer has it down the line. He kind of just kicks it there. Yeah, unfortunately is probably going to drop it back to David or just shield it out. It's great shielding. Plays it down the line to David Peters.
He's got time. Plays Dylan O'Neal down the line. He's looking at Liam's a little frustrated. Oh, Smogen played over the top and it looks like that's going to be intercepted. Oh, Smog's got it. Still has the shot. Oh, the post. Can we have an instant replay on that? That was a great shot. Paul still Dylan turning, twisting, passing. He's got it at the top of the 18. What's he going to do? He drops it back to David Peters who has a shot. He hits it. Oh, just wide. And the refs call a goal kick. So A McGonagal didn't get a touch on there. Can we get an instant replay on that, please? Wow. Rampart looked very looking very dangerous there. And Saman just hit the post. Yeah, in those two minutes, these first six minutes of the game, actually, Rampart has been very strong. Yeah, Rampart now has a shot on goal compared to Lewis Palmer here.
So, they play it wide. Rampart stepping up. They play it in the middle. He's got an option out wide, but he plays it up to number nine, the striker. I believe they're playing a target striker with him. Cuts it back into the midfield. He's got time. Ball playing out wide still. Lewis Palmer trying to duplicate what Rampart did. David Peter just snatches that one up in the midfield though. Yeah, Dave Pierce is doing an excellent job center midfield of just intercepting those passes and finding wide outlets. Oh, Smog looking dangerous again. Crosses it into a boy. A boy touch. Oh, gets blocked. Excellent defense by Jeremy McCabe. Maybe if a boy had taken that on the first touch, he would have been able to score there, but he decided to take an additional touch. I don't know if he would have scored there, but it definitely would have been a shot on frame and he would have challenged.
Yeah, Rampart keeper frame. Now, the first goal of the Rampart soccer season was off a corner with Matt by Matt Smith. So, let's see if they can do that again. Yeah, not even a minute into the game. Everybody going Only two three people staying back for Rampart here. Everybody else is in the box. I mean, Lewis Palmer only has one guy to take. Keeper punches it out. Great job by the keeper coming out. Recognizing that. Oh, Aiden Ellis has it, but it's Oh, now Liam has it. Coming up. Plays a boil. Oh, just a little too big of a touch. But now Dylan has it. Dylan has a rocket for a right foot. Fake left foot. Oh, just over the bar. Can we get a replay? If Dylan can get this on his right foot right there, he's very accurate and he has a powerful shot.
So, if he had that on his right, I think he could have scored. Yeah, Dylan really likes to force the ball to his right foot, which which is very dangerous end. It's kind of a weak like if he can just get his left foot stronger, I think he'd be a very dangerous. Yeah, he has a strong left foot fortunately there. He wasn't at the best angle. Just play it up. But David, David Glazner has an easy time scooping that up. He's not looking for a short option. Just plays it up. It looks like a boyo's going to get that. Oh, he lets it bounce. is over. Still a boyo. I'm surprised the ref didn't call high kick there cuz that was having some fancy moves. Switches it over to Dylan O'Neal who's got time. I think he's going to try and Oh, he goes for a boy over.
Oh. Oh, keeper almost dropped that. If he would have dropped that, a boy would have been one. Yeah, he would have been there to snatch it. Open goal. Oh, David Peters has it. He's trying to I think he's getting a bit flustered cuz I think they were like holding hands like together. Yeah, unfortunately seemed to be some contact there possibly. Ref didn't call it though. Oh, great. That was a great turn into the midfield, but yeah, excellent turn by Cole Mooney. They just play it down and David Glazner has an easy time getting that one. Dave Glazner picks it up. Plays it to Aiden Ellis down the line. He's got time. Look like he's being chased, so he's just going to play. Oh, what a great ball to lead. He's going to play Oh, I think he's going to take it up in a shot.
Shot. Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go. Seems to have taken a deflection there from one of the defenders. But can we have an instant replay on that? And nothing. Let's see this do. Does a little scissors. Taps it over. Was that a finesse? It was excellent shot. Curves into the bottom right corner and Rampart is up one to zero against Lewis Palmer with just 10 minutes into the half. Yep. Dave Glazner calling out to his team trying to get them more excited. Hype them up. Press their advantage. Yeah, press their advantage here. Oh, great interception in the midfield by Liam. Plays it out to Dylan. It's a little far in front of him, but Dylan is very fast. I think he will catch it as we saw with the last game against Vister with Rampart. Rampart takes their momentum very well. They scored three goals in a matter of 10 minutes very quickly against Visttor Ridge.
Great job by the ref there getting out of the way of the getting out of the play. Cole Money with it. Plays it over the top. I think Dave is going to come out and get that. Dave Glazner with a clear outside of his box. What a great boot. But Dylan O'Neal was on side. So if he could have just gotten it over him, that would have been great. Yeah, David Peters comes in and it looks like that will be a white throwin indicated by the center ref. Jerry McCabe to take it. Now I don't think Rampart has any cards this season. At least not yet. Yeah, no cards have been given out to Rampire yet. At least their varsity squad. Yep. James just plays it simple back to David who can see the whole field and has time. Karen Burchie is a wide option.
He plays to David Peters who brings it down with a great chest trap. Oh, little bit of a move there. Was getting a little flustered there thinking that should have been a foul and for there was some grabbing there by Tyler Davis, but referee didn't call. Excellent move by David with a little nutmeg there to get past them. Now, we've seen that Rampart likes to possess it in the middle and they have usually a lot of time in the middle. Do you think it's cuz they stack more midfielders than most teams? Uh, possibly. Yes. But Rampar also, what is that? I think it went out. Yes. And it would be a Ramp. Rampire also likes to play it out of the back and uh look for counterattacks, but especially when they can pass the ball well around the middle and find the out wide who can play a ball in.
They can get ahead on it with uh one of their tall strikers such as a boyo X in the flick there. Just unlucky just a little too far in front of Smogen Collins. He's very fast as well. Has very fast wings. Yeah, it's unfortunate that Dylan O'Neal is a senior and will be gone next year. Yeah. All right. Mogan switches it over to David who has it in the midfield. Aiden coming up. Aiden's got time and space. Oh. Oh, Aiden. Aiden kind of misjudged that one. Yeah, has one on. That was a great Aiden got it back on the wing. Drops it to David Peters, but he's got one on. He does a great job using his body to shield it. Drop it back to David. Rampart just trying to reset here. Redo their attack. Allow themselves to get back in formation to attack. Loose Palmer again.
Oh, James just kicks it up to Dylan O'Neal who got Dylan O'Neal has it and flicks it over. Can he get to it? Contesting. He's got to keep it in cuz he kicked it out or he had the last touch. So, it would have been a Rampart throw in. If someone were pressing on that center back, Rampart could have easily pressed him and had a goal. Yeah, unfortunately has multiple people to cover up there. Now, Lewis Palmer's taking it out wide. They play it up, but Cameron Burchie does a great job coming in. Play it in the middle. Three ball again. Liam is tracking him down and James stops the three ball. Vince taking it out wide where he has space. Rampart really has numbers back against uh Lewis Palmer here. Lewis Palmer isn't really pushing their wings up forward like Rampart is. And Rampart's just getting that extra man up top, which is allowing them pass the ball more efficiently.
And Rampart is also spreading the field and creating gaps in Lewis Palmer's defense so they can just slide it through to their fast wings. Dylan and Samogan in Boyo is kind of just there as a distraction, but he can still do a great amount of work on their back line. See, he's going to force them one way, which and then Simogan is right there on the back. So, they're just going to have to kick it up and hope that time they got lucky. Yeah. And it's over. Oh, he's in on goal. Shoulderto-shoulder. Great job by Aiden. That is some great defense. And he shoots it. And that is going to go very high. They're white there. Excellent physicality by ANL's to recover. Man, it's too bad we're not playing football cuz that was three points. Yeah. Now, David Glazner has only let in one or two goals this season.
He has I believe it's two. That's one a game so far. Yep. He's been doing fantastic in the net. hoping to keep a clean sheet this game. Playing it up again. Yeah, against Gateway. He only got scored on at the very end of the match, which was very unfortunate. Yeah, Son Collins plays down to Aboy. What a great touch by a one-on-one here. A boy plays it through to Liam. Liam shoots. Oh, it's right at the goalie. No one was following up either. Yeah, that would have been Liam's second goal of the night there. That's another save by McGongle. Pumps it up. That's the furthest punt we've seen by him today. It was great. It was high and far. Cameron Burchie gets double head on it. Great job by Cameron Burchie going up. Three headers in a row and oh, number four on Lewis Palmer is asking for a foul.
The ref doesn't call it still with Rampart. Excellent win there. A boy, great defense. Plays it out wide to Dylan who's going to take it up the line. He's got David running around him as an overlap. He uses that as a distraction to play a boy. A boy with a great move. shot. Oh, how wide do you think that was? That must have been like maybe 4 in. Can we get a replay on that? That is unlucky. Excellent body fake there. And it just curls right past the top right corner. And it's not like he even put any power on it. He just tried to put it right there. That's great job by a lob McDonald to take this goal kick again. He has options short if he needs them. plays it up and Matt Smith has it in the midfield. Plays it wide to Simogan who coming into the middle.
He's got time. Plays Dylan. Oh, pass just picked off. Fortunately, Dylan just didn't go to the ball there. And I believe Lewis Palmer. Yep. They're just going to kick it. Yeah, they're just David Glazner has it. Easy for David Glazner. Now, would that count as a shot on goal or would it just count because technic if David didn't touch it, it would go in the goal, but he wouldn't do that. Yeah, he' just scoop it up. He wouldn't want to take the risk there. David Peters's got time. Drop it back on Cameron Burchie. He's also got a little bit of time. Plays Dylan O'Neal from the crowd here. He's got Aiden Ellis out wide. I think he's going to play him and he's going to support him. He's got it. He might switch. Liam calling for it up top. Oh, he plays Oh, that's unlucky.
If he could have gotten there, Sbogen Collins was wide open on the wing by himself. attacking on the wing. Plays a boy. Back to a boyo. He's got one on. I don't Oh, he does some fancy footwork. Drops it back to Dylan O'Neal. Does some other fancy footwork. Wow. Excellent way to go. That's gives it to O'Neal. Oh, great job by Matt Smith using his body. So much fancy footwork from Rampart here. Now Vince has it out wide. Crosses it in. A boyo. Oh. Oh. Oh. Aboy's got the rebound. Oh, and he skies it. That's a great header by David Peters. But just puts the crossbar there and it's if the keeper wouldn't have got a hand on that, that would have gone in. That was a great save by McGon's keeper on a boy. Unfortunately, with that followup, he was just leaning a bit too back.
Should have leaned over the ball. It was a simple tap and a McGonagal was recovering from that brilliant save he made. All right, Lewis Palmer's right back. Has plenty of time. Plays it back to their goalie. How unfortunate would it be if he missed and it went in? That would just be devastating for them. Yeah, that'd be devastating. Uh oh, great interception. Oh, if David could have had that interception, he was one-on-one with the goalie. Just too much power on that for David to handle there. And the ball's a bit behind him as well. Lewis Palmer had two guys right on top of each other, so it allowed Rampart just to put stick one guy to cover two. Dylan O'Neal has it in the mid. He tried to like do a flick back pass, but I think he just missed and got he went for the move and then the defender was in the way.
M has got to drop while Matt attacks. Matt cannot let him into the middle cuz then he can do that but Cameron Burchie's right there. David Peters is going to get there and not let it go out. That is great job. He's going to play it into the midfield to Matt who has one on who drops it back to Aiden. And as we can hear, we can see hear the crowd going doing a little chant. Yeah, the Rampar routing cheering on there. team here. Looks like we have some of the football players down there. Yeah, much larger turnout than we expected the later games for the Rampar audience. A boyo has it on the left on the right side. Passes it back to Vince. Vince is open in the center. Oh, I think he lets it go. I think Dylan might play Aiden out wide.
Yep. Plays David Peters through. Shot left foot. Oh, that is an own goal, I believe. Let's see what the refs call it. Can we have an instant replay on that? Fortunately, Charles Holland got uh a touch on that. And let's see if this was an own goal. Pass. I believe it was an own goal. I believe the ref will call that an own goal and it just slips in between the feet of Ada McGonagal because I don't know if David's shot was on frame. I think he was trying to cross it to be quite honest and I think then Lewis Palmer center back just accidentally tapped it in. Yeah, happy mistake for Rampart. But Lewis Palmer needs to recover from this here. There's 20 minutes left. I mean, that's just devastating for Lewis Palmer to score an own goal. They just got to pick their heads up though and continue playing.
