So, uh, I think we're certainly okay with, you know, the spirit of collaboration and if there needs to be some wording that says, you know, the Y is happy to continue, you know, outreach with the town for a special event, I don't think we're opposed to that. We just, it was a little too uh affirmative, you know, 247, not 24/7, but you you know what I'm saying? It's kind of open to the public at all times. So I think to your point of um you know future communication for special events or if if that needs to go in I think some form of that would certainly accept be acceptable. Um but but also your point we we do need to just maintain control and where there's no public funds here now I think that's why it came out. So happy to any happy to have any suggestions but that's kind of the background of it.
So Kyra reaches second base. >> Kyra's going to position. Right on cue. Now the hot shot. Hot shot. The outfielder couldn't get her glove down and it got past her. So we'll give Kyra a single with an error by the left fielder which gets her to second base. Um surprised he's not going for the courtesy runner here. Ooh, I think I think I'm assuming he's going to as he has throughout the game. Rebecca Kriegsman coming out to run for Kyra, especially with her in scoring position here. Good move by coach Sasso getting a little bit more speed on the base paths. Uh Kyra and starting off the game, that's a good way to do it. Get a runner in scoring position Right. for Ruby Casedy and >> Let's go, Ruby. who is 1 for 2 in the day looking for an RBI. Casedy and takes ball one.
I think Scott nailed the hit the nail on the head. It just seems like that sentence Oh, go ahead, Scott. >> Yeah. I mean, I I guess I was really hoping that once you got through more of the fundraising, as you get towards the end, as you get, you know, closer to, you know, the realization of everything, maybe we CPC can be, you know, be brought back in to help with some of those funds for that back area, we I know the town would really love to help contribute to that piece. I just know it can't be done now with the way the funding is doing. Um, but I understand why they crossed it out. So, Okay. Um, can we can we just wrap off that sentence by saying the project will also provide rec recreational facilities that will be an asset to the community?
And it looked like Beckett put a little something extra on that one. Beckett's Beckett's going going on the on the offense, too. So she's she's attacking. Outside 2 and 0. Ruby gets ahead of the count which is big here. Mhm. Again, runners in scoring position with Ruby Casedy and one of the team's best bats up at the plate. Heads up. Foul back. Foul over the right side for Casedy and who is still ahead 2 and 1. Infield played in a looks like the infield's played in a a teeny bit and outfield's played out and then so there's a big gap in between them, so drop one in, Ruby. Another foul ball to the right side. OOH, WHAT A PLAY. FIRST BASEMAN, I have got to give What a play. What a laid out. absolutely tremendous effort by Kelsey Kaufman. Laid out and and had it on her glove and it but got jarred uh jarred loose upon impact with the ground, but what a play.
Does that keep it general? >> I think that that sounds right, Matt. >> Yeah, I wanted Rick to jump in, not speak for him, but I think that's certainly uh some amendable language. So, okay. So just after facilities you're just um putting in that will be an asset to the community and we'll leave it at that. Okay. Next. Um, I think I am. So, does anyone have I I'm I'm good now until site plan review criteria. So, does anything anyone have anything in the special permit criteria? >> I I also did not have anything till the site plan review. I had very minor comments as well on the site plan review sections. >> Okay. Anybody else? Okay. So, like I said, we can always go back if if you find we missed something. I'm on number two. Minimize obstruction of scenic views. And I just this was my correction and I just have the wrong word there.
Every once in a while you see a kid just absolutely put their body on the line. Kelsey Kaufman went after that thing with reckless abandon. I I I mean I that was incredible. She's the kind of kid I would want on our team. >> that's That is all out effort right there. All out effort is right. Love seeing that from from a from a young athlete. Obviously, she she cares about this game. >> She she wanted that out badly. >> She did. >> And she had it in her glove, but then again ground ground caused uh upon hitting the ground it caught it jarred it loose, so it's to our benefit, but So Casedy and gets a second life here after the tremendous effort by Kaufman who just can't come up with it after the diving diving attempt going into the dugout of the Clockers, but nonetheless Casedy and now has a 2 and 2 count with another life and yet the ability to potentially knock in the game-tying run with Rebecca Kriegsman running for Caroline Kyra who led off the bottom of the fifth with the single that went past the left fielder which allowed her to reach second.
It should be the planning board finds that although or though the site contains no long distance. I don't that the word view should come out. It Yeah, you already that all of that is already there. Yeah. So, it's just changing view to though. And I don't I don't know why I did that, but it needs to be corrected. Yeah. Otherwise, it makes no sense. Um, Deepa, jump in here with your little corrections. >> Um, I think I didn't find anything except one on nine. It was just I think located Yeah, that one. The one the PL the nine it's that the planning board finds that the transformer for the power pro for the project is located away from the street. >> Yeah, I think it's not a trans and it's not a transformer. Is it? It's a generator, right? I think I have that. Do I >> No.
Now you're saying that Ruby's a pull hitter, right? So Ruby tends to be a pull hitter, but today she went the opposite way, so >> So You know and you know and I think in this cold weather, right? It's tough to pull the ball. But yeah, Ruby Ruby is is a powerful hitter. So let's see if she can get a double here and trade places with Rebecca. Ooh. Takes a ball. Good eye by Casedy and works the count to 3 and 2. That was a good eye. That was a that was a close pitch, but Ruby Ruby Ruby saw it all the way, so waiting for her pitch. Maybe this is it. Foul ball. Fouls it back. Casedy and fouls it back. Again, this is what we talk about wanting to shorten that swing up a little bit, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. Wayman, you got two strikes on you.
>> Is there I think >> is there a transformer on the site or do I have that wrong? >> Yes. Yes, >> there is a transformer. And is it the same in the same location as the generator because there's also a generator? >> They're uh the generator they would probably be in the same general area, but they would be we may not have a generator. So that's still be being determined, but yeah, they would be in this case away from the street like up on the you know up on the site. >> Okay. And and do I had it right that it was located near the early learning center? Is that right? the one for the early learning center is, but then there's a second they there's two transformers, one for each building. So, the one for the membership I think is actually like kind of uh like if you were walking from Dunkin Donuts up up that side of the site, it's up up there on that part at least at the moment.
Shorten that swing. Uh nice compact swing. Put one to the opposite She's strong enough that she just makes contact. I mean, it'll probably reach the outfield, so Yeah. AND SHE PUTS SHE BELTS ONE. Casedy and puts IT DEEP. REAL DEEP. CASEDY and looking for two, potentially three. STAND-UP DOUBLE TRADING PLACES WITH REBECCA KRIEGSMAN. Ruby Casedy and with a >> Ruby. long bomb. My My partner here is cheering. You called it. You said switch places with Rebecca. That's exactly what she did, Mike. >> kind of hit that we need. If there was a fence here at at the field which I've been asking for all year long, maybe we would have had a two runs on the board, but nobody wants to give me that fence here at Hunt Field. Uh unfortunately, Casedy and's only held to a double there because we don't have a fence at Hunt Field, but we'll take that RBI double for Ruby.
The oneway changed then this to say that the planning board finds that objectional fe objectionable features such as transformers with an s um take out near the early learning center and just say transformers are located far from the street. Is it far from the street the other one? Probably not. >> Yeah, they're far from the street. I guess it what is far right? It's not >> Yeah, I know. It's not a >> like if you're going to put vegetation in front of it as far 10 feet or as far like you know hundreds of feet. So um >> yeah but why don't we why don't we say the planning board finds that objectionable features such as such as transformers >> um have been screened using vegetative buffers. >> Yeah, exactly. Because if we're going to some to some extent be at the mercy of the utility to understand exactly where they want it to, but we can always screen it if it ends up down closer to the street.
And we got Lorelei up with the ball play. >> hot shot to first and moves Ruby over to third base. All right. All right, we have Taylor Kotch up. Go, Taylor. Got that leading run on third waiting for you. Taylor Kotch with the runner on third base. Ooh, good swing. Good cut. That's That's Taylor's best cut of the year so far. >> was that was a great swing. Get the barrel on that, that thing's going to go. Get Taylor get Taylor a double here as well. Be nice to see that happen. Uh especially with Ruby on third base. Really nice contact here is going to score a run that puts us ahead. Again, Casedy and aggressive base runner. So Taylor comes up with the with the go-ahead run at third base after Casedy and's double. So it's a little [snorts] high that pitch. Two and one to Taylor Kotch.
>> And then and you can leave it as vegetation there. That that sounds fine. >> And I wonder if it should be hidden or screened. >> Yeah. Screen screen's probably better because hidden sounds like you have to not ever see it at all. may not want to hide the transformer under a tree. >> Yeah. And I think um I think Deepa on number six above I think it also kind of has the same verbiage. >> I thought so too. Yeah, I have. >> Yeah. So, so and actually that's where I was reading it. Objectional features such as transformers have been screened using >> are six and nine kind of do we need to duplicate it? It It's just that that's what it's um they both kind of um I think it actually you could take it out of nine because I think nine is more about No, it does say utility buildings and structures.
All right, Taylor. Right here. We're all even at four now in the bottom of the fifth with one out and a runner on third. Kotch another pitch take. 3 and 1. All right. 3 and 1. Got to love this one now. Batter's pitch right here. If you like it, Taylor. Taylor's going to love this one, I think, Wayman. We a walk right here is is is not a bad thing. Ooh. That was high. Puts one by her. Might have been a little bit up. Might have been a little bit up. Taylor's got herself a 3-2 count here looking for that pitch to hit. And Quinn on deck. Taylor works the walk. Good walk. >> works a walk. She's a great at bat for her. Great ball. First and third now with Quinn Herder coming to the plate. Herder is 0 for 2 on the day.
So, it's kind of this is the reason our bylaws need to be cleaned up is that they're somewhat repetitive in places. So I would just say we have the same verbiage at each location. >> And this one talks also about rooftop mechanical units versus the other one very specifically talks about the early center. So maybe the two buildings are coming up in two different times. >> I think we're good. >> But I will definitely take that hidden from public view again. Um rooftop mechanical equipment shall be Is screen the right word for this particular one? I guess >> I think so. Yeah. >> Shielded. >> Yeah, I think that's a better word. I mean, when you think about it, rooftop units do have screens. That's a different thing. Goos, but >> yeah. Okay. And then um on number seven in that same section is where I have and I'm not sure it's the appropriate place.
Hopefully Taylor's aggressive. Again, it could be catch, you know, catcher indifference or something. So, maybe she'll get to second. Would be an interesting Would be an interesting thought right here if we can get Taylor over to second base on a steal to perhaps even have Quinn lay one down. I I That might be a little unorthodox for some, but I wouldn't I wouldn't hate seeing what happens, especially with that I love that thought. So >> Taylor goes Taylor goes on the on the wild pitch. Okay. Go Quinn. Man, Wayman, I have reached the point where I truly wish I had gloves. My hands [laughter] are shaking. It is I can imagine what these pitchers are feeling right now. >> I I We We empathize with them for sure. Ooh. That one looked up. That looked up, too. >> That looked up. So, Bella, I can tell I can say with confidence that Bella has not got that call once today.
This this talks about consideration shall be given to the impacts of the project on town service services and infrastructure. And you can see the last sentence of that says the planning board notes it should I maybe say that the planning board notes that estimated site sewage flow should be provided and approved by DPW sewer division. So that was that was number um 55 and um the other one was which says um it's a little bit different um 67 regarding DPW is generic well um sewer pump details will be provided to the DPW. So, um, planet estimated sewage flow and sewer pump details, we could write and sewer pump details should be provided and approved by DPW sewer division. So, that'll that'll cover those two uh things that that Deepa had uh had talked about. And when does that have to be provided? >> Um, good question.
That ball was up. Yep. Uh but, it's one to one, and I have a feeling that Don might be called as well. >> [laughter] >> Second and third, tied 4-4. Oh, she bunt. Oh, she bunt. That's out. That's Foul ball. >> Foul ball. So, Wayman, I think coach Sasso may have heard me over here. >> He did. But, Uh unfortunately, now Ruby didn't run, though. Like, she she she watched the play instead of running or, you know, making a break for the plate. >> Unfortunately, now Quinn is down uh one and two. A suicide squeeze. So, I think that squeeze is off. That was probably a safety squeeze, Wayman, not a suicide squeeze. >> Safety squeeze. Ooh. Yeah. So, and that's why she wouldn't have run right away. She would have got down the line a little bit and waited for Quinn uh waited for the catcher to commit to first.
I would I assume before building permits are issued. >> It's not clear if it's is if it's got to be provided now, during construction or post construction. >> it it usually will be before when they're going for permits. It's kind of because you're looking at capacity at that point. >> Yeah. So, why don't we add to the end of that sentence prior to the issuing of building permits. >> Madam Chair, if I may also just sorry to jump in, but uh condition N speaks to this and it does mention prior to the issuance of a building permit, but it doesn't have that second part that you're adding in here. So, I don't want to jump around too much, but when we got to >> No, no, I appreciate that because I was wondering where was the appropriate place to put this little note. Um, uh, so we can have it here and we can copy and paste it and put it and put it in the um and in as a condition as well.
>> Gotcha. Go Quinn. >> [cheering] >> It's your moment, Quinn. Oh, Herder >> Foul ball. lays this one foul down the first baseline. Vince the mascot to go showing [laughter] off the skills from Colby. The old The old second baseman from Colby still making plays here. I think that's what he played. Uh Don't know if he had much of a bat, but I imagine he was a good fielder back in the day. >> [laughter] >> Herder takes the third strike. Bang. Unfortunately, that's another strikeout for Quinn. And now, that brings up Holly Cashin. All right, Holly. who grounded out to third and was hit by a pitch in the fourth. Let's go, Holly. Need a hit right here, kid. >> Two outs here, runners on second and third. We've been here before. >> We've been here before. We've left two stranded. Let's hope that we can knock these runs in.
