Uh we want to ensure that our um families, our staff and our parents are giving us their uh honest perspective in order to guide our decision-making process to identify areas of improvement. This survey was administered in June 2026 to students in grades 3 through 12 uh to families and to staff at each of our school site. And we had great participation um this school year. Um so, I have no interest myself in being a teacher or anything. That's just not kind of what I want to do. I would still like to be involved in FCCLA like coming back to judge and stuff like that. But my plans are I'm going to go to WSU to study criminal justice and then I haven't decided from there whether I want to go law enforcement route or go further and get a law degree and become a lawyer.

we grew from 28% of parents participating to 48% of parents participating in the family survey. So that's something to really be proud of um uh in a good collaboration uh within our schools. Each site administrator now has access to the youth truth survey data. So they are able to disegregate the data by subgroups, by grade level to identify needs at their specific school. uh they're in the process of closing the feedback loop uh by sharing the results from their school site data uh with educational partners and identifying areas for improvement and potential next steps. I've seen this work already at Isuza High School uh with the student union analyzing um the survey data and um discussing uh and even creating questions for upcoming um listening circles. Um so you still have a a lot of time uh to figure it out. Um but like what what at this moment would be like your ideal future plans? Um so like Hannah, I'm not like really planning to go like down the FCS teacher route or anything like that. But um I'm right now I'm wanting to go to KU to study psychology to become a pediatric occupational therapist which has nothing to really do with FCCLA. But um yeah, but I also would like to still be involved. Yeah. And I mean uh many people at your age I mean at my age I know I I had a whole different idea of what I wanted to do.
