I think so far it's been it's been a lot of fun to get to experience this team with a whole new uh whole new staff and a whole new um group of players. It's a lot of fun to get to experience everyone else and how they view the team and how they're doing. So, it's been a lot of fun. I've actually really enjoyed this season a lot, so it's a lot of fun. And what were you thinking when you had a leg out of triple and leg out one to score today? Nothing you You know, you had to turn on I did not think I was going to make it, but somehow I put those wheels on and I moved. So, a little bit of a different look from last time we were here with Laro in the leadoff spot and Conry dropped down into the cleanoff spot. >> Yeah, it's pretty good powerful lineup right here for the clockers, you know. So, let's see what they do in the first inning. >> The bats have struggled a little bit the last few games relied a lot on their pitching.

Good job today, Caroline, and we will go home and maybe celebrate later on. Let's bring on our winning pitcher today, Bella Domestico. Bella, another tremendous performance out of you today, Bella. As we've talked about you all year long, efficiency around the plate is what you have shown us as a freshman coming in. So poised, coming in that last inning needing to close them out with a two-run lead. Bella, on the day, four runs, only two earned, eight strikeouts, and some big strikeouts. Bella, talk a little bit about what it's meant to be able to play with some of these older kids who have shown some leadership for you as well as, you know, your long-time friend Ava Vendetti behind the plate. You guys are freshman battery. It's I'm sure it's been great for you. Yeah, it's meant a lot because I wasn't able to like like I didn't play with like the seniors captains, but like I've made like a really good connection with them and it's like our team connection and like our how we work together is like really good and yeah.
Coming to the plate here is Hannah Dunleavy, the third baseman for the Titans. Domestico sets, throws. Misses high. Ball one. Showing off a little speed with an opening fastball there. Yeah, Domestico has some nice velocity. She's not going to kill pit- pitch batters with her velocity cuz she finds spots. But she does know how to mix in the fastball once in a while and she hits the air to even up the count 1-1. One of the things that I've been most impressed about is Isabella's poise as a freshman. >> Mhm. Pop up, looks like Butera man is camping underneath that nice and easy. Oh, she does stumble after she makes the catch but she holds on. Might be a little bit of a whole fair over at second base but Haley Butera man holds on to make a good play. A little drama at the end of that play but she held on so two outs.
We'll see if they can start getting the power back into the lineup. >> Yeah, >> here against McFarland. So Laro will lead it off 278 on the season, five for 18. He's scored nine times.
