Our retired facilities director had been serving in this role. uh Russ former former facilities director Russ Hughes. Um he kind of gracefully stayed on for a year after he retired, but it's it's gone on now and he's he's ready to disconnect from the district. So it was kind of doing a favor to extend it, but the multiple the long timeline it took to get it approved. Um you know, he needs to stop now. We're going out to do this RFS to select a OPM firm that'll just help with the last phase of the project. Russ helped with the design portion of the project and so they'll help with the construction portion. That's um required um for projects over a million and a half dollars.
