Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Watervliet School District, where we are student-centered and future-focused for a world-class education. Would you all please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance? >> I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> May I have a roll call, please? >> Mr. Blazer. >> Present. >> Mr. Bremigan. >> Present. >> Mrs. Heatherington. >> Here. >> Mr. Morave. >> Here. >> Dr. Pushchak. >> Here. >> Mr. Snippert. >> Here. >> Dr. Will. >> Here. Oh, wait. Sorry. Jumped it. >> Dr. Williams. >> Here. Yums. At the end there. >> Mr. Young. >> Present. >> As a matter of public notice, the board did meet in executive session
following our Monday, May 11th, uh, board meeting, uh, for a personnel matter. Uh, now I'll entertain a motion to approve the agenda. So move, Pushchak. >> Second, Heatherington. >> All in favor, please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. Motion carries. Now I'll entertain a motion to approve the minutes from the regular board meeting on April 20th, 2026. >> Morave, so moved. >> Second, Bremigan. >> All in favor, please say I. >> I. >> Motion carries. I'll now entertain a motion to approve the minutes from the work session on May 11th, 2026. So move, Pushchak. >> Second, Heatherington. >> Any questions, comments, additions on that one? Hearing none, all in favor, please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. Motion carries. Uh, it's now time for school reports. Dr. Berlin, do we have a school
report this evening? >> We We do not have a school report this evening, Mr. President. >> All right, thank you, Dr. Berlin. It's now time for guest and citizen comments. Do we have anyone signed up to speak with us this evening? And no, we do not. All right, now we'll move on to the superintendent's report. Dr. Berlin. >> Uh, thank you, Mr. President. I had just a a few things that I wanted to bring to the board's attention. We have been honing in on final budget numbers since we worked on the prelim budget, the preliminary final budget, and we'll have that ready, of course, for June. Um one of the exercises we go through in that process is looking more closely at what our needs are, especially in the areas of special ed, when we
start to see new enrollments and where students are moving to within a district transition-wise. So, we have a growing need for for autistic support at the middle school, and we have a waning need for some placements in other programs outside of the district that had been helping us service those students. Um so, it's an opportunity for us to bring those some of those students back into the campus and handle them with a new autistic support room in the middle school. And that gives us a lot of flexibility, but it it really is a budget neutral, a reallocation of how we're using our resources, and I and I think for the better. Our kids will be in a familiar place, less bus time, and more class time. We've talked a little bit about the transition with
the PSBA Policy Service and BoardDocs. It looks like that's going to be rather simple and painless on our part. We'll keep using BoardDocs, which is the format that's on the screen and with our agendas to manage all of our documents. But, we will be transitioning in July to the PSBA Policy Portal, which will be on a different website address, a different platform, but it will contain all the same material that's on our board docs policy side of things. So, that will that should that should go well and PSPs are going to work with us to just make sure that our policies are transferred over. The rest of the services are going to remain the same. Where they periodically recommend updates and then those are reviewed and brought before the board. And then finally, I just
wanted to welcome Mrs. Sandra Means to our meeting tonight. She was chosen from a large talented field of many to be with us here tonight. Um and I think that just speaks to her caliber and also the caliber of people that work here in our district. It's a special place. Um I can say that the working relationship and the commitment to students among the board members here has been outstanding and I have no doubt that um you will enjoy the same level of collaboration with students, parents, and staff as you lead the district forward. That's all I have. >> Thank you, Dr. Berlin. Chair will now recognize Mrs. Vicki Bendik for the business administrator's report. >> Thank you, Mr. President. For tonight, the treasurer's report's general fund as presented last week, 11,778,399.04 cents in um
general fund accounts as of April 30th. I have the year-to-date budget versus actual report. Um we are at 83% of our fiscal year completed. We have spent 70.41% of our total budgeted expenditures. We received 77.91% of our budgeted revenues and we have 2,501,475.71 cents and of the net budget remaining. That net budget is um the total received revenues minus the total expended expenditures. So, if more revenue comes in, that number will grow. Uh capital projects uh total in that account at the end of April $18.65. Cafeteria has $776,777.81 at the end of April. In the cafeteria profit and loss report uh for the month, we had a profit of $10,480.36. And the year that brings the year-to-date profit to $47,680.86. Uh the student activities accounts have collectively uh $76,785.45 as of the end of April.
Moving on to the bill lists, uh there were checks written prior to the uh work session between the last board meeting and the work session for general fund $100,707.79. And the cafeteria had checks written in the amount of $987.84. Uh checks written between the work session and tonight's meeting for general fund $5,918.37. And the cafeteria um was $51,894.03. That was to take advantage of um a discount to pay it by a certain date. Uh bill lists for general for the board approval tonight for general fund $437,320. and $0.15. And that is all I have. >> Thank you, Mrs. Bending. I'll now entertain a motion to approve the business reports, payments, and invoices as presented. So moved, Pushchak. Second, Snippert. Are there any questions for Mrs. Bendick? Hearing none, all in favor please say I. >>
I. >> Opposed, nay. Motion carries. We have three items under legal advisement this evening. I'll take these separately. The first one is to approve the appointment of the firm of McDonald O'Leek with attorney Mark Kuhar as the labor relations solicitor for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Could I have a motion to that effect, please? >> So moved, Heatherington. >> Second, Blazer. >> Any questions on this one? Hearing none, all in favor please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. Motion carries. The second one is the school district solicitor appointment. This is to approve the appointment of the firm of Knox McLaughlin Gornall and Sennett with attorney Jennifer Gornall serving as the Wattsburg Area School District solicitor for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. May I have a motion to that effect? >> So moved, Blazer. >> Orbay, second.
>> Any questions on this one? Hearing none, all in favor please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. And that motion carries. The third one and final under legal advisement this evening is the state police memorandum of understanding. So this is to approve the MOU and addendum between the Pennsylvania State Police and the Wattsburg Area School District. May I have a motion? >> So moved, Blazer. >> Second, Brennan again. >> Any questions on this one? Hearing none, all in favor please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. And that motion carries. Thank you. The chair will now recognize Dr. Andrew Pushchak for finance. >> Thank you, Mr. President. We have seven items under finance this evening for the board's consideration. Without objection, I would like to move all seven in one motion. 7A is the
regular budgetary transfers. To approve the monthly budgetary transfer from budget to actual as attached. 7B are the regular fund transfers. We have committed fund for safety and security to unassigned fund for school security guard supplies 7C election of treasure and I'm happy to continue in that position. 7D is the designation of depository which will continue Northwest Bank and Pennsylvania local government investment trust affectionately known as PLIGIT and then we have 7E the delinquent per capita tax appointment which will continue to be Berkheimer and then we have that's it without objection so moved. >> Second Blazer. >> Are there any questions or comments on the items presented by Dr. Pushchak? Hearing none all in favor please say I. >> I. >> Opposed nay and those motions carry. Thank you Dr. Pushchak. >> Thank you Mr. President.
>> Chair will now recognize Dr. Jesse Williams for buildings and grounds. >> Thank you Mr. President. I have two things on the agenda today that I would like to move without objection both of them. The first one is a facility use request that is the Drum Corps International to use the high school facility at their adjusted fee of $1,500. The second one is the equipment replacement of the zero turn mower and small tractor should approve the trade-in and the purchase of a 2026 John Deere at $29,243.78. So moved Williams. >> More than a second. >> Any questions or comments on those two? Hearing none all in favor please say I. >> I. >> Opposed nay and those motions carry. Thank you Dr. Williams. The chair will now recognize Mr. Jeremy Blazer for personnel. >> Thank
you Mr. President. Uh tonight I have nine items to go over on personnel. Item A is appointments. It's to approve the following motion to approve the following appointments as outlined listed below including the summer help and the addendum. >> Second snippet. >> Any comments? >> Any questions or comments on this one? >> Mr. President, I need to abstain from 9A due to a family member listed. >> Thank you, Mr. Morave. Abstention is noted. Any others? Hearing none, all in favor, please say aye. >> Aye. >> Opposed, nay. And that appointment motion carries. >> Uh without objection, I'd like to move the next seven items under personnel. Uh 9B is resignations. To motion to accept the resignations as outlined on the agenda and one on the addendum. Uh 9C is the service substitute list additions. To
approve Motion to approve the additions of service substitute list for 2025-2026 school year as outlined on the agenda and the addendum. Uh 9D is to approve the conference requests as listed. And 9E is the tuition reimbursement as listed in the attachment. 9F is the leave requests as listed on the agenda and the addendum. 9G is the ESS substitute list additions as listed on the agenda. And 9H is the addendum for Pyramid Healthcare. Motion to approve the agreement between Pyramid Healthcare and the Waterville Area School District for our SAP program services 2026-2027 as outlined in the attachment. >> So >> Second, Heatherington. >> Any questions on those? We had seven on that one. >> Yes. >> Hearing none, all in favor, please say aye. >> Aye. >> Opposed, nay. And those motions carry. >> You can
continue, Mr. Blazer. >> Thank you. Uh last item under personnel is 9I. It's the addendum for a superintendent appointment. To approve that uh hire of Sandra Means to the office of superintendent of the Waterville Area School District for a term of 3 years at a at an annualized salary rate of 155,000 pursuant to the employment agreement, which is incorporated into this resolution, and approved as if fully set forth. Said employment agreement effective July 1st, 2026. The board president and board secretary are authorized to execute the employment agreement on behalf of the district. So moved. >> Second, Pushchak. >> Any questions or comments on this one? >> Mr. President. Yes, Dr. Pushchak. >> Thank you. Um I just wanted to let the community know this is a big deal. It hasn't been done in over 13
years in our school district. Um the board really put in time and effort to review the large amount of interest that we had to get to two finalists to ultimately make an offer to Mrs. Means tonight that we're so excited about. The board worked hard. The board worked together. And then we were under the direction of the IU. Mr. Brad Whitman is here tonight, our executive director at the IU, who worked with the director of HR, Sally Dankey, to help us uh run the search for superintendent. And I I I I don't think we could have had a better process, a better result. So I'm just excited, Mr. President, to have an opportunity to um be involved in the hiring of a new superintendent to continue the good things and following the good footsteps of
Dr. Berlin and continue to move our district forward. So uh I'm excited and looking forward to this vote. >> Thank you, Dr. Pushchak. And additionally, uh I would like to add that even though, you know, we did it for the purpose uh of of the superintendent search, we we sent out surveys to our parents, to educators uh in our district, uh to administrative staff, um all of our board directors, and we gained a lot of insight about what folks see, what they feel, and what they hear uh in our district. And all of that we used as we went through and reviewed candidates. Uh it was it was pretty amazing to look at all that information, but additionally, now we know where everyone is at, and we know where everyone wants to go from those
surveys. And that's a really, really important part uh as we take part in this transition Uh and we continue to cultivate a student-centered school district. We're very very proud of that here and and our fiscal situation is spectacular as as a result of the hard work done by this board and by our superintendent currently Dr. Berlin. So I'm just thankful to be able to gain all of that insight and I thank all of you who completed those surveys and and gave us that stakeholder input and participated in some of our interviews and walk-arounds as part of this process. So I just want to say thank you to everyone in this district and in our Bobcat community. It's pretty awesome. So any others? All right, hearing none we will have a roll call vote for this
one. >> Mr. Blazer >> Yes. >> Mr. Bermingham >> Yes. >> Mrs. Hetherington >> Yes. >> Mr. Morvay >> Yes. >> Dr. Pustejovsky >> Yes. >> Mr. Snippert >> Yes. >> Dr. Williams >> Yes. >> Mr. Young >> Yes. >> That motion carries. Come right around the steps and you can come on up on the stage, please. Let's do this first. We'll make it official. Looks like a draft day over there. >> All right. >> Okay. >> I'm going to turn the mic over to Ms. Mean. She'd like to address our school community. >> Just kind of step up the side so I can see everything here. Thank you and good evening. To this board, thank you for entrusting me with this privilege of leading this district. Um I do not take this trust lightly.
I understand what you're placing in my hands and I am committed to honoring it every single day. But before I say anything else, I want to take a moment to acknowledge someone who has just given so much to this beautiful community, Dr. Berlin. The strength of what I experienced when I walked through your buildings, the culture of the district, and the pride your staff carries, that does not happen without exceptional leadership sustained over time. Dr. Berlin has served this Wattsburg community with dedication and distinction and this community is better for it. I am grateful to be stepping into a district that has so he has served so well and I'm committed to honoring this foundation he has built. So thank you so very much. I'm honored and really truly honored not just to have been
chosen, but to have been welcomed into your schools, into your conversations, and into your community over the past several weeks. What I experienced told me so much about Wattsburg and your community and it made me want to be here even more. I spent 30 over 30 years in education in Erie County. I've been a teacher, an assistant principal, and a principal and in all that time, I've held on to the one belief that has never left me. People do their best work when they're felt they feel known, heard, and trusted. And that is how I've led, and that is how I intend to lead here. What I saw when I walked through your buildings was a community that already believes in its schools. I saw staff who are very proud of their work, amazing teachers,
and amazing administrators. I saw programs that reflect genuine care for each child. And I saw a board that leads with integrity. And I saw students, your children, um at the center of every decision that you make. I just love that. My job is to honor that. To protect what what is special here in Wattsburg, to listen carefully before I act, and to earn your trust one conversation, one decision, and one day at a time. I'm certainly not coming in with all the answers, but I'm coming in with a genuine commitment to find them together, with you, with your staff, in this community. And Wattsburg is not just a position that I accepted, it's a community that I'm ready to serve, and I cannot wait to get started. I'm so excited. So, thank you very, very
much. >> Thank you, MS. MEALY. >> AND I JUST WANT TO THANK, UM THE administrators and staff and some of your community members. And I have my husband's here tonight, and some friends who surprised me, and special surprise, Mr. Calabrese is back in Wattsburg, and he's here tonight. So, thank you so very much. >> Come on back, man. Come on. >> Yeah, you have to stay now, so >> Yeah. >> We'll be uh locking the doors this evening to keep Mr. Calabrese here. Okay. She brought it up, so >> Dr. William, you're the best. Candy's got things. Oh my goodness. >> Thank you. >> All right, the chair will now recognize Mr. Steven Morvay for policy. >> Mr. President, there are currently two items on the policy and the this evening for the agenda and
the first item is the first reading of policies and that is the policy 237 electronic devices. That'll be the first reading to approve that. And then the second item is the second reading of policies including exemption from instruction, therapy dogs, and district social media updated policies. So moved. >> Second, Snifferd. >> Are there any questions on the first round and second round reading of policies? >> Mr. President. >> Yes, Mr. Blazer. >> I don't have a question as much as a comment on our first reading of electronic devices 237. I know some of my board members were teasing me about bringing my PSBA magazine from today, but it does highlight the Senate Bill 1014. I guess I just wanted to express that I am pleased that this board and and this administration is taking on
this issue from a local level and crafting our own response to it. It also means that we can be nimble and adapt that and edit that response in the future. I'm very opposed to Senate Bill 1014 which is the state's version of a blanket ban across the state. I think that our legislators are using this as another problem to be used at budget time, which is why we're acting at this time, but I also think that it's important that they focus on other issues that are important to the school districts across the state such as the charter school issues and and many other topics that they can be focusing their time on. So I'm just going to express that I think it's great that we are putting together our own response to this unique issue
that every district does face. Thank you. >> Excellent. Thank you, Mr. Blazer. Any others? Hearing none, all in favor, please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. Those two motions carry. Thank you, Mr. Morave. >> Thank you, Mr. President. >> Chair will now recognize Mr. Aaron Snippert for curriculum. >> Thank you, Mr. President. I have seven items this even- this evening, which include two addendums. I'd like to move all of those without objection. Uh A is Sarah Reed refocus room agreements as listed. Uh item B is the high school science textbooks. C is the high school health and well-being curriculum. D is the seniors for graduation. E Wattsburg Area School District Foundation donation. Uh addendum F, which is the Bethesda Alternative Education Disruptive Youth Service Agreement. And addendum G, which is the Dr. Gertrude A.
Barber Center ESY Service Agreement. So moved. >> Morave, second. >> Any questions or comments on these? I would like to note uh receiving the donation from the Wattsburg Area School District Foundation. Uh that's another great opportunity uh to supplement uh the activity that uh happens in our buildings. This is uh going to be specifically related to STEM programming. Um but for the foundation to still continue uh to work forward uh through the ups and downs that have gone over the last few years and coming out of the difficult situations we had with COVID and to see that group still thriving and and able to make these donations is spectacular. So, uh I just I want to thank the the foundation and the folks that that work hard to bring this additional uh opportunity to our
students. >> All right. Hearing no others, all in favor, please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. Those motions carry. Thank you, Mr. Snippert. Uh while we do not have anything under technology this evening, I'm going to ask Mr. Greg Bromagen to present transportation for us. >> Yes. Mr. President, there's one item underneath transportation tonight. Transportation request A to approve the transportation request and ratification of field trips since last meeting. So moved as attached. >> Second, Pushchak. >> Any questions or comments? Hearing none, all in favor, please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. That motion carries. Thank you, Mr. Bramagin. Chair will now recognize recognize Ms. Lea Etherton for athletic and extracurricular. >> Thank you, Mr. President. I just have one um item on the agenda for this evening. Um and that is volunteer
list additions, and that is to approve the volunteers as listed on the agenda. So moved. >> Second, Blazer. Any questions on that one? Hearing none, all in favor, please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. That motion carries. Thank you, Ms. Etherton. Uh under miscellaneous this evening, um I will entertain a motion. Jeremy, would you like to move these three? >> Sure. >> Uh the miscellaneous A is to approve uh Second Harvest Food Bank School Pantry Program, to approve the agreement between Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest PA and the Wattsburg Area School District to participate in the School Pantry Program as attached. And B, the Second Harvest Food Bank Backpack Program agreement. Uh to approve the agreement between Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest PA and Wattsburg Area School District to participate in the
Backpack Program as detailed in the attachment. And C is the addendum for surplus items. Motion to approve the surplus items uh as attached. So moved. >> Second, Etherton. >> Any questions on those three? Hearing none, all in favor, please say I. >> I. >> Opposed, nay. And those three motions carry. Thank you, Mr. Blazer, for moving those. >> Sure. >> The chair will now recognize Mr. Steven Morave for the Erie County Technical School Joint Operating Committee report. >> Mr. President, this is the report of the uh April meet or excuse me, the uh yes, the April meeting. Uh and uh since we're always uh a month behind, that's uh the the most recent meeting that we attended. So I always like to bring up uh some folks that are recognized here from our district and
we have one that is a Ryder Percy in hospitality management. They are listed as a as a March student of the month. That's even one farther month behind. Uh just a some few upcoming events as the school year wraps up at the tech school. They are doing their senior awards banquet. That'll be on the 27th. Uh so, that'll be next week. Uh we also approved the charter school agreement uh between for the Erie County Technical School to provide services to various charter schools so that they can attend the tech school as well. Uh we also the charter the tech school budget was approved and then sent off to the state. Uh so, that process has been completed. Uh just also I'd like to highlight some things that were um awarded to the tech school. There
was a multiple grants that were awarded. I'd like to highlight those as well. $85,000 was received for metal fab equipment. $29,000 was received for EMS equipment and another $70,000 was received for safety equipment. Um and we continue to do grant applications and other things. Unfortunately, there was a a larger grant that we didn't get, but they continue to to apply for grants to help out the tech school. Uh and then the Erie County Community College um they if you recall, they rent out part of the space in the skills building, which is the second building on campus. Well, they had uh they were doing some lighting upgrades and they had turned in some bids. Um that was earlier this month, but unfortunately, I don't have the results on how that turned out. But the uh
community college again was doing that directly for their space inside the skills building. Uh and then finally, I'd like to leave with them few stats. Um again, this was through the end of April. Uh Wattsburg Area School District, we had 73 students attending out of our 96 uh slots available. And overall, 950 students out of an allotment of 1,148 students are available at the tech school. That was currently in April of 2026. The application process that happened in this spring, 1,305 applications were turned into the tech school. Again, out of a capacity of 1,148. So, and at the time at the end of April, 444 had been registered and that process has continued to to improve. So, it just goes to show how the tech school is continuing to grow and the interest that is
there as well as the um classes and programs that are available are needed out in the industry. So, it is is continuing to grow and be a very very positive thing. It's all I have for this evening, Mr. President. >> Does anybody have any questions for Mr. Morave? All right, hearing none. Thank you very much for your report. >> Thank you, Mr. President. >> All right, the chair will now recognize Dr. Andrew Pushchak for the Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit report. >> Thank you, Mr. President. I'll keep it brief. Upon our April meeting, I had shared with the board through Dr. Berlin's weekly update the board report that was detailed and included everything for you. I will say that at the May meeting, we'll be happy to report that the IU has completed a successful superintendent
search for the Wattsburg Area School District. And um that's all I have this evening, Mr. President. Thank you. >> Thank you, Dr. Pushchak. It's now time for board correspondence and dialogue. Does anyone have anything order? >> Um thank you, um Mr. President. Um I just would like to recognize the um committee the hiring committee, which would be these three gentlemen right here. Um they led the search with uh humility and grace and um included the entire board in all the decisions and I appreciate their flexibility and um uh self-sacrifice that was made for these for this district. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Ms. Southerington. >> Mr. President. >> Yes, Dr. Pushchak. >> I had one item reflecting on the superintendent's report. I just really wanted to compliment Dr. Berlin, Dr. Jablonski, and their administrative
team for continuing to make decisions students first, budgetary ramifications second. So, if it's something that we need, it's important that we make adjustments, we're going to make it happen budgetarily. What a wonderful way to make some adjustments for some special ed programs that are going to be budget neutral. So, compliments um to the leaders of our administration, both Dr. Berlin, Dr. Jablonski, and the other administrators that I'm sure had input, but that really says a lot of how we do our do things here and how we operate. So, it's wonderful we can make those adjustments, and it's even more wonderful we can do it at budget neutral. So, thank you to those people. >> Thank you, Dr. Pushchak. Any others? I'm going to celebrate some students real quick. I've got some notes here. Our sixth
grade Envirothon team uh got third place last week, which they were very Mr. Paris nodding his head. Go, middle school. Uh awesome. I know I had a couple kiddos jump in the car with their medals on. The Envirothon is absolutely awesome program. Uh I know we've got some new folks uh in the building that are working with the Envirothon students and and probably with Science Olympiad here. Um and those are just great ways for our kiddos to have some extracurricular activity that uh is academic-based. Um and they're getting out in the community. They're working with folks outside of our district and our buildings. Um and they're learning how to interact and do some pretty amazing things. So, that's that's awesome. Also, last week uh we had our chorus concert. Um Mrs. Cage did an absolutely
spectacular job. Um I'm sorry. I I I believe they use the term choir now. Choir? Is Am I doing it right? I don't know. We called it chorus when I was in school. Either way, those kids were great. You don't want to hear me saying they were awesome. Big thanks to her. Also, Mr. Cosby had the concert band presentation on Thursday. Another spectacular program. I can really say Mr. Cosby's brought some great energy and a lot of progress to our music program. Our middle school students are really learning how to work together and and play those parts and and there was actually some pretty difficult pieces they played and our high school students were spectacular. I can't say enough about both of those programs last week. So, I just wanted to do specifically thank Mrs.
Cage, Mr. Cosby and the team at the middle school with Envirothon. Any others? >> Just one item. I attended the District 10 track and field championships this week weekend and Silver Rock seeing our athletes perform some parents up here on the board that have athletes that did very well. I just want to congratulate them and wish them luck this week at states. We have seniors, juniors and sophomores all competing at a high level. So, we'll be around for a while. >> Excellent. >> One other item, Mr. President. >> Yes. >> Um during the band and choir performances, there was also a high school art show and this year is the first ever child that we had that took art as a senior and the works of art that were displayed were amazing. Some of them
were very large and worked on by several students, but I had never attended that before because I had never had children in it. So, Mr. Rocky did a great job. Um we scooted out of the band performance and hung a left to the art room and that was very impressive. Very impressive. Mr. Argen? >> One last thing. Um I also would like to recognize the elementary school for their art show which was so so adorable and everybody had lots of artwork to show and they had a little room that you could walk through with black lights and all their art was lit up and it was very sweet. The fact that the kids actually want to come back to school to go was a testament to the teachers that were putting it on. So, thank
you. It was awesome. >> Mr. President, I don't think it can be overstated the importance of the board and the opportunity to hire a superintendent. And again, I want to state our thanks and gratitude to the IU and the team of Sally and Brian and what they were able to put forth for this community. >> Thank you, Mr. Bremigan. >> Any others? Hearing none, I will now entertain a motion to adjourn. >> So moved, Pushchak. >> Second, Heatherington. >> All in favor, please say aye. Aye. Opposed, nay. That motion carries. I invite everyone to the cafeteria. We have some light snacks and we get a chance to mingle and meet with our new superintendent. Thank you.
