unwavering commitment and outstanding efforts demonstrated by our staff members for educational excellence in the Stevens Point Area Public School District it is named in honor of Mandana hail Bliss Steven Point's first school teacher and Trailblazer whose exceptional service and dedication continue to inspire us all this award lends us the opportunity to shine a light on remarkable contributions made to this District by our staff and recognize their exemplary service so at this time I'll pass it over to Corey sure so at this time I would like to have student Kendall Roy toask come forward and she is going to say a few words about our uh winner this month which is Dan fank if you could please come forward as well congratulations right when I heard about nominating a teacher for the Mandana Bliss award my
mind instantly went to Mr Fink I'm lucky enough to have him both this year for AP government and politics as well as in seventh grade as my social studies teacher he has made such a positive impact in the classroom as as well as throughout our school and Athletics he is always understanding and never fails to put a smile on anyone's face whether that's in the classroom or passing by in the hallway I know I can speak for other people as well that he truly cares about each and every one of his students my peers and I always feel like we are in a welcoming classroom and can always ask questions when we're in Mr Fink's class he is such an inspiring teacher and really pushes his students to be the best version of themselves in
order to succeed he's not only a role model in school but also in athletics whether it's taking time to set up the gym before athletic events or announcing Athletics at spash is always helping out around the district and making every student's athletic career feel memorable Mr fin is overall deserving of the Mandela L award because he has an inspiring worth ethic and creates a positive environment for students athletes and teachers at PJ Jacobs thank you Kendall congratulations [Applause] Mr very quickly it is an honor to be nominated uh by PJ Jacobs and the students and even more of an honor to uh have Kendall uh speak on my behalf um great student even better person so thank you for the award Kendall thank you and PJ staff uh for the opportunity thanks and Dan can
we have you go around and each board member wants to congratulate you and then Kendall if you could come up and get a picture good to see to see come up here and stand like shot congratulations Dan thank you thank you congratulations congratulations keep on keeping on congratulations thank you congratulations M okay then we're going to go right in the middle and Sarah that's a nice way to start a meeting always a nice way to start a meeting thanks Kendall congratulations Dan okay moving on to agenda number five public comments members of the public May provide comment pertaining only to specific items on the agenda in person or via email Carline did we receive any email comments we did not he thank you uh as a reminder public comments um shall be civil in content
and tone affirming the decorum established for a Schoolboard meeting by the school board disparaging comments remarks about school board members employees students positions position titles and our district citizens shall not be made and it looks like we have um someone that did sign up to speak in public comment that's bar Bob Larson to agenda item 6B corre okay Bob Larson 3283 Lindberg Avenue Stevens Point also a candidate for the Stevens Point School Board I'm sure everybody in this room received this flyer I had it on January 26 2024 there's an old saying the picture is worth a thousand words this property tax impact picture in this flyer gives the impression that year one is $44 and year two is $47 it's only a $3 per year increase you have to read the whole flyer to
get the whole story the director of communications for the Stevens Point School District could be more transparent when talking about the property tax impact to the taxpayers regarding the upcoming proposed referendum they use a house Valu at $100,000 in their scenario the flyer scenario depicts year One taxes going up $44 and year two taxes going up only $47 however the truth is year two is an additional $47 in taxes to year to the $44 from the previous year that equals $91 not 47 like you're showing in this picture if the director of communications for the Stevens Point School District was transparent and honest with the taxpayers they would have put this I would like to note that there aren't supposed to be any disparaging comments aart particular positions in the district so you are you
are entitled to speak about a media piece but you not entitled to speak about about the what you're talking about right now I'm just trying to put together something like example may I try give you an example you're stating disparaging remarks about if you could avoid talking about the position all I was going to finish by saying if you had a table that showed a $100,000 home $44 year one $91 year two and then showed a $200,00 ,000 home $888 year one $182 year two and then $300,000 year one $132 and year two $273 so the people could actually see what the impact would be on their fair market of their property that's all I'm saying this was a little Mis misleading thank you thank you Mr okay moving on to agenda item six presentations

is actual Wisconsin school bus driver appreciation week so thanks to our crossing guards and our bus drivers who are the first to see our kids when they come to school and the the last to see them when they leave at the end of the day so we're very very thankful for everything that our crossing guards and our bus drivers do especially when we have horrible Winters um I also want to mention that Governor iers has made a proclamation uh February 2024 as Career and Technical Education Month and there are some little treats over there on the table from our CTE department at spash um so feel free to help yourself before you leave athletic Hall of Fame is April 13th reminder that we are going to take a tour of Amber Johnson on February 20th
at 2: p.m. and then there is a letter from the League of Women Voters at your spot tonight um they wanted to make sure that all of the board members saw that letter of support then the last two items the State education convention share out we had a group of school board members that went to uh Milwaukee for the State education convention in January and I thought it would be nice to just have board members if they're interested sharing any information that they may have from that convention i' like to start I really enjoyed the the diversity equity and inclusion and it really was an education for me to learn about it and to find out how building belonging in the classroom for the different groups really helps to build up the educational progress of
the students involved it was enlightening it was really a lot to it thank you Ted m i I went uh I was most uh interested in the uh session about uh paying uh staff because I went by that one and it was packed and they were all the way out in the hallway and that well well that's an indicator everybody else is thinking about the same things we are uh and then the uh the delegate resolutions thing was was interesting it's always interesting to see what other people are thinking about other school boards so thank you g um I thought it was a great time just to get to know some of the board members a little bit better and just actually interact with a lot of other board members from across the the state
there's so many different we share a lot of similarities and then there's a lot of things that are not similar at all so it was very interesting to see how the different Dynamics with different boards in different areas and how they compare and contrast with our own board so that was that was wasn't a class on that but it was it was cool to to see that Network I also got to tour um I should know this but I don't remember but the Muki School of Arts I can't remember the name of it exactly I got a lot of photos from it but it was a really cool school where it's it's primary focuses on um the art Arts education music and everything like that so it's a different type of education but super unique
the coolest thing about that um was they have a they have a piano class where all everybody sits just like this with their pianos but they're all hooked up to earphones or whatever so like you don't it's not a bunch of noise per se and the teacher can chime in it on any person and and talk with them and give them real-time feedback or they can connect two people together to play I'm not a music guy so whatever two Pian together playing is called um there we go um or three or they or they can mix them all it's it was really cool I'm like man I wish they had that when I was younger um so that was kind of cool I was it was a very unique school um something that was like
man that'd be cool if we had something like that here so a lot of a lot of takeaways from that school and then when we left they had a whole like drum line going and I'm a massive fan of drum line so that was cool that was like 20 minutes just that so that was that was pretty unique that was my biggest takeaway was being able to tour that school very cool thank you Miguel so I um actually just brought Corey oh look at Meg I the same yeah exactly yeah I think there were several of us Ted and and Jen and I were all at the same which was on student achievement and progress monitoring and it really kind of laid out some some good opportunities and ways that boards are doing that um
at the I mean it's WB we the presenters so this is something that they've provided guidance to a number of districts in the state on um it it clearly kind of laid out what's the board's responsibility in terms of the monitoring what is the superintendent's responsibility in terms of monitoring and moving towards progress on it so I think um it might be a good resource um I know right now Administration is is extremely busy with with the referendum and you know some items but I think it's something that we could take a look at and maybe try to bring forward to to bring in a more formal way regular quarterly way um you know moving forward with our board I agree I agree with Meg a lot of best practices I think just practical application
that we could use from that student achievement and progress monitoring session and so I found that most helpful but really just enjoyed connecting and getting to know other board members outside of the boardroom I think just building that relationship and Rapport is is helpful and positive for our work good okay and then my last agenda item um is legislative updates I'm going to say a few and then I'm going to turn it over to G um just three things that Tom and I continue to lobby for with our legisl we met last week um with one of our legislators on the referendum penalty trying to get that removed because in the event our referendum does not pass we will be Frozen at three years unless we successfully pass a referendum so that's that's huge for
us the other is the vouchers um there's some pending legislation to decouple the payment for vouchers from public schools to put it in the general purpose Revenue so we've been discussing that and then the last is just the inadequate State funding for special education so those continue to be kind of the top three that we're meeting with legislators on G anything else uh yes uh the Senate education committee held a public hearing on January 23rd and the bills that there that you could talk to were uh one was uh allowing representatives of certain federally charted youth membership organizations to provide information to pupils on public school property if they met certain criteria the school district would be required to allow them in that's what I get from reading this here uh second one uh you
several of them dealt three of them dealt with different ways to get a teacher's license uh one I thought was pretty radical is you wouldn't have to go to school at all you could work for a year as a parah and then three years teaching under the mentorship of another teacher and then the DPI would be required to give you a lifetime license well that's one of them and then the other ones are other ways to get uh uh teachers teaching licenses uh another one uh they related to uh state aid adjustments uh under current law the transfer amount say from a student going from here what open enrollment yeah yeah uh would be $868 under this bill it would increase to 10,000 uh and then uh a one about changing the start date for
schools and then the last one was uh providing M uh and Asian history teaching in schools oh well oh the last one that I got late uh this one would bear directly on us uh uh it would require that communities contract with all four-year-old kindergartens in the district so those are all up for public hearings that's it that's it okay all right thank you agenda item seven consent agenda we have the minutes from the prior Schoolboard meeting January 8 2024 approval of the scheduled monthly bills and employment recommendations I'm looking for a motion to approve the minutes of the January uh motion of the consent agenda as presented so mov I'm sorry so so Judy motion second by G okay Carlin can you please call roll due to the schedule monthly bills yes Miss Rano
yes Mr Pope yes Mr Campos yes Mr Kowalski yes Miss pson yes Miss Zer yes Mr Summers yes Miss Bushman yes and motion carries thank you thank you agenda item eight we have business services we have the business services and Human Resources committee Report with Judy Yeah we actually had a very good meeting it went longer than normal because we had lots and lots and lots of discussion um we first talked about the second Friday count and while we saw a decrease we're starting to stabilize which is good news for us so that was a good piece of news we also had a presentation on general fund objects so what are all those things that we're paying for as part of the district and then that led into a discussion um as we talked about
the referendum and where money's going and so really encouraging um the idea generation of where can we save funds while we're always looking at program reviews and teachers and those big things that we can save some money on sometimes those little things that we do add up so you know asking maybe uh having principal share what's happening in their building and just really diving deeper into what are some of those little things that we we can do across the district that might actually add up so that was a very good discussion that we had um the 2018 referendum project done we had our final report it was very exciting that's wrapped up and under budget so for a project that started in 2018 to wrap up now under budget huge so that was very exciting
for us and then we did uh have a turnover exit report so overall we're generally um below the state average for that two areas where we continually have some challenges our food services and educational assistance um and so what we approved for the uh raise um I'm looking back hello help me um I think that helped with some applications correct so we heard that after that went out we had a bunch of applications for EAS from wwsp yes students that's good news um so it seems to be working and so then we can have that partnership so it was a very good meeting anything else that I missed from anybody who was there you hit it all Judy all right thank you Judy Judy moving on to agenda item 10 Educational Services we have the
educational services committee uh Report with our chair Chief okay uh we had a a presentation about stem day over at mcdill uh January 23rd it was great it was the afternoon and uh any of you there you saw a lot of cool stuff and uh the thing I liked about it most was that the company that we're going to get this stuff from they're going to provide ongoing help to our teachers professional development to help use this stuff and the stuff didn't cost as much as I thought it would I asked the lady that was leading it and she said it's actually fairly I don't want to say cheap but it's not all that expensive to purchase uh there was a presentation about the M Jump Start program that's going on at uh McKinley uh
and it's at McKinley right now and they're kind of piloting it and seeing if uh if it would be uh feasible to spread it out uh at uh in subsequent years then the last one was uh uh revised calendar for the next year and this one requires a vote and I'm going to give that to Chris thank you g um so we did have a two small revisions to the 2425 calendar which was approved by the board on December 8th um there was a reorg iation that occurred late for our Football Conference um in 2425 created some conflicts in the calendar that we had approved previously um regarding scheduled homecoming events so in the process of troubleshooting and trying to problem solve we looked at a couple of different dates and determin that the best
option that would be least disruptive would be to move the previously scheduled professional learning day from Friday February 27th to Monday September 20 or September 30th so that would allow for our homecoming events to occur on Friday September 27th because that would be a day that all students would be in session um additionally kind of in the 11th Hour as we prepared for that discussion at our Educational Services committee meeting last Monday it was pointed out that we had inadvertently misprinted the end of second trimester reporting for our 4K students so we went ahead and made that adjustment as well so that was moved from um February 7th to um Tuesday March March 4 so this calendar that you see up on the screen um reflects both of those changes but I'd be happy to
entertain questions if there are any then we were looking for a motion to approve the revised 2425 calendar as presented so moved second motion made by Alex second by Miguel all in favor oppose okay motion carries thank you Chris I'm moving on to agenda item uh 12 technology Services we have the spash public address and emergency notification system Brian Casey good evening um you see before you um a proposal to approve the purchase and installation of a new public address and emergency notification system at spash uh this is a known issue it's been going on for several years um uh at spash and other schools as well where we have aging systems that are sometimes 20 to 30 years old uh some of them were given a facelift in the last referendum uh but the
uh PA system at spash is in particularly bad shape and they had a couple incidents where they tried to put the building on lock out or lock down and uh had very serious problems with coverage uh in terms of being people being able to hear and then also more importantly um having those notifications that are different than just hearing something uh there's actually flashing lights on this system that are almost impossible to miss and then a actual digital readout that would say lock down or evacuate um so the system is a hybrid it's half digital half um analog um we save money in a sense where you don't need a a a speaker clock unit that displays in the Fieldhouse for example there's horns um so we're able to kind of reuse some of that
equipment that was there but the main advantage is it being digital it's programmable so you can program various scenarios into it and really at the Press of a button they can put that whole building on lockdown so we've been working on this for years um we're lucky that uh Dr Owens was able to come up with a way to use our Capital Improvement uh funding mechanism to get this funded for next year um we put it out uh to bid to qualified vendors uh two of whom we've worked with before installing these systems previously and we got two bids uh one from vanard Electric and one from Heartland Business Systems and we're recommending that you take the cheaper of the bids from Heartland Business Systems uh because it would save money for the district both
of those vendors are outstanding we've worked with them before and have no um questions about their quality of work and other trustworthiness so I can answer any questions you might have about it at this time so we're not this is not going through Sr three funds is not it is part of the fund 46 and the board approved that adjust m a month or so ago M so we just made some readjustments to that 10year plan I'll make a motion to accept Hartland Business Systems bid of $46,800 thank you ran thank you Brian moving on to agenda item 14 under General we have the budget evaluation process and so I'm gonna pass it off to Corey again and I'm gonna pass it off to Chris okay right down the line thank you Corey and Jen
um quick update on budget evaluation um we have as you know this is a process that we have been working through for the last approximately year and a half we want to give you some updates on new information that we've included as as well as provide an update for the board um and the community on next steps you're clicker oh right nothing will go now it's not the clicker it's even my computer there it goes there we go okay um so again a recap of the process that we have implemented up to this point beginning in 22 to 23 we implemented the budget review process um and continued those budget and control reduction processes um we also established a review for open positions and established a baseline at that point in time and we were
in the process in the early stages of developing um a program review process which we are well into now um though that process continues to evolve which we we've shared on multiple occasions up to this point um in the fall of 2324 we finalized the assessment of operational needs and then as know that led to the decision to bring the operational referendum question to the community um on December 11th when all of you made that decision ongoing um now in Winter of 2324 we continue the program review we continue to review all open positions um and review baselines um staffing recommendations for 2425 and we also continue to inform all stakeholders of District financial needs and solutions provided through the referendum the program evaluation here so slight update up to the last time we reported
out we had completed a review of um 13 programs of the 39 that we've identified there are currently four programs that are under review so we did complete the review of business and computer science and the four that are listed there's actually five that are italicized on the bottom of this list regular Ed support special education support at risk programming and co-curricular clubs and Athletics we're counting that as just co-curriculars so we're counting that as one of the four programs that we're reviewing though as we started to collect data to review those programs it made sense to separate them out um and distinguish the difference between athletic clubs and just regular clubs um so they were ended up being much more data there than we anticipated originally um I do want to share here also
we had identified 39 programs initially um through conversations and additional um discussions we have have identified a few additional so we will update this to reflect that we've identified a total of 42 programs rather than 39 we do anticipate that number to change um as we get further into the process we continue to to make determinations about what we categorize as a program um so look for that number to change it certainly could continue to go up so as part of program evaluation um nine courses have been eliminated I was able to share this last month when I provided the update most of the those courses that had been eliminated were the every other day courses that were eliminated as a result of the schedule change that will occur for the upcoming year at both
PJ Jacobs and Ben Franklin there was one of those nine courses however that was eliminated due to decreasing enrollment over the last two years and that was the food Sciences course um so that was eliminated due to low or decreasing enrollment and that's one of the variables we look at as the program review um one other additional element of the program review I'd like to share here we have done uh a comparable School a review of comparable School District demographics and report cards Jeff has done an incredible job um looking at a series of comparable districts and looking at how our graduation requirements and our core sequences align with theirs so we've completed that now for the four cores we've completed that for social studies science Ela and math um there's been some really I
think revealing data that we've collected from those other districts that have informed some of our decisions and our ongoing discussions about how we better align our course sequencing um and how closely that aligns to what graduation expectations look like in districts across the state that are similar to ours so again a lot of valuable information coming out of the process um we continue to monitor course with increasing and decreasing enrollment we continue to identify the essential standards that are taught in courses to ensure that we're not offering courses that are teaching um essential standards that might be duplicative um we continue to analyze course sequencing and continue to monitor programming and alignment with graduation requirements um update here on Staffing um we were able to report out again we continue to analyze every staff position
that comes open so each director completes uh a needs analysis survey with the um building principal or leadership team at the school where the vacancy currently exists up to this point we' reviewed a total of 184 staff positions 170 of those 184 were filled as is um nine of those positions of the 184 are currently Frozen and five were decreased or eliminated those five that were decreased were elim or eliminated I was able to share with you last month um and the nine Frozen positions I do just want to highlight that number is higher than what we reported last month um because we do have some position that have come available for the upcoming year and at this point in time until after we know the outcome of the referendum we have Frozen all of
those positions before we would make decisions about posting and hiring say Chris before we go to the next slide could you name what type of positions uh uh that are current that were eliminated and or Frozen I mean that so the five positions that were eliminated were there was a one reading teacher um there was A4 business said a 6 math there was also a sign language interpreter um that was eliminated for a student who was graduating and there was a no longer a need for that interpreter and then there was also a point yes but there was no cost savings for that point1 um yes teaching position because that was Grant funded right um the nine Frozen positions are there's a health EA assistant at Jefferson which is currently being filled by a sub
we have a a special ad EA that's student specific at PJ Jacobs and that's temporarily filled with a sub as well um we have a special ad EA at spash which is a new position um and a special ed EA that student specific at Washington um and that's currently filled with the sub and then we have a special ed teacher at PJ Jacobs uh and that's for the upcoming year we have three speech language pathologist positions which we would have just approved in the consent agenda those are also for next year and then we have a special education teacher at Washington and that vacancy will be for next year as well uh if I if I'm right in interpreting that uh three speech pathologist P positions are frozen like we don't know if we're going
to fill them or not well at this point in time all open positions that are going to exist for the upcoming year we really are putting on hold until after we have a final decision on the referendum in the event that we would need to make Cuts if the referendum were to not pass we wouldn't want to have to go back and make decisions about making cuts when in fact we could potentially do some realignment here but cabinet is going to review that Weekly G there are some positions that are hard to fill positions that we are going to have to post and likely fill before the referendum some of which we just mentioned others are ones that we could likely hold on to until after April 2nd so not every single Position will be
but we're still analyzing It just strikes me that uh if a position is frozen and correct me if I'm wrong in thinking this that we don't know whether we want we will need that or want that position for next year and I'm and the it just the number three speech pathologist special the special ad Department I mean we're short of them anyway and I was wondering why we were we need those we need those positions G we just need to analyze which ones we're going to actually Post in fill early and which ones we're not going to um because we don't want to hire somebody and then if the referendum doesn't pass have to make Cuts make Cuts so it's very um promising that those will get posted and filled soon so judgment on those
will be uh delayed until after the not all of them not all of them we're still analyzing that information thanks so just I guess a followup too so so listing all of those positions you you noted I mean most of them sound like they're special ad student determinant and so you know that's the picture that we're seeing right now we could be looking at a very different picture I mean we're just opening enrollment right so you know the reality is that that chances are likely we're going to be having some new students coming into the district that because of you know um special needs we are going to be needing to staff those but it's just at this point especially as we're just opening enrollment um that information isn't yet available to us correct okay
thank you um we have seen this slide for the last several months when we provided an update on budget evaluation a couple additions here that I just want to point out um you do see a future reduction of software uh in the amount of $177,000 that we've been able to gather back um that comes in some software at that was leverage primarily at the elementary level um that we've been able through work um as an elementary principal team to identify the ability to be able to reduced so we're proud of that additional reduction um the reduced positions that I referenced earlier those five that I mentioned come out to a total of um as well as a $445,000 reduction in some purchase services that we will realize for the upcoming year so I wanted to
share those um that $45,000 reflects primarily um a a reduction in some social emotional learning supports that we were Contracting out um to support nurtured heart implementation at the elementary and we've built enough capacity in the district up to this point to be able to carry that internally um so we were able to gather back that additional cost savings on that particular purchase service um so our immediate needs again nothing new on this particular slide but just reminding the immediate needs that we continue to discuss as we're out holding our referendum informational sessions um doing sort of the Road show and highlighting what those needs are and what we'll gather um if the referendum happens to be successful on April 2nd um wanted to also call out here the cost of in action um and
what that will potentially look like in the event that the referendum would not pass um we have also been sharing this at each of our informational sessions recognizing that there would be staff reductions across all programs areas and job functions there would very likely be cuts to academic courses and elective offerings which is primary primarily the purpose for completing the program evaluation and program review there would also be cuts to co-curricular athletic or Club opportunities at all levels there would be an inability to adequately address mental health and behavioral supports for students as we current currently know them um we would have to limit upgrades and maintenance of physical security systems and we would have the inability to adequately address ongoing cyber security threats specifically targeting schools and student data we would also have the
inability to maintain student and staff access to technology and potentially students would have longer Transportation routes either at the beginning of their day or at the end of their day so we do want to acknowledge that those things are all very real possibilities in the event that um the the referendum would not pass on April 2nd um in terms of next steps we wanted to share an additional area that was shared um from some of our committee team meetings dis from some of our committee discussions regarding taking a closer look at purchase services and our intent is to look at those and analyze them more closely in the upcoming weeks as a full cabinet so Dr Owens is in the process of pulling some of that information together so that we can analyze how our
purchase Services contribute contribute to our overall academic goals also identify opportunities for cop cost savings and optimization and also primarily to determine if our purchase Services contracts are aligned with current levels of need so in other words have we in have we had purchase Services contracts that have existed for several years maybe based on X number of students and now that number of students that we're servicing has decreased significantly but we continue to pay the contract Services amount at what it was 10 years ago or 5 years ago just some recal cation around looking at those figures and ensuring that they're aligned with our current levels of need so that is next steps in the budget evaluation process and we're hoping to be able to provide you with some additional updates when we come back
in March um I conclude here with just the QR quote that brings us to the informational tab um on the referendum for any community members that happen to be joining um but at this point I'd be happy to entertain any additional questions board members might have [Applause] no questions no Judy in our business servic I can't remember did we talk about what putting like a survey out to all of the principles and buildings yeah that was our mean correct that was part of our discussion was to send something out um and ask them for ideas or staff for ideas to as part of that discussion from that last slide sure was that was that something that made its way to you because that was something as we're talking talking about it's relevant to this particular
process here definitely so we have included that um I actually meet with Elementary principles on Thursday and that is an item on my agenda and Jeff has also included that as an item on his agenda for his secondary team we'd like to begin at the principal level um before we would then kind of filter that down to the staff level and see what suggestions they might have and just so the community knows what we're talking about because it's relevant especially with the referendum in Business Services we talked about different creative ways to look at ways to cut spending or just it in on some level even if it's a small thing especially on on a building level so we had proposed that Administration talk with on the principle level filter it down talking with them
what kind of cuts what kind look make sure they're looking at everything on an intimate level like what kind of things can they cut even if they're small on a building level they can each they know their buildings very well you know what what kind of things what kind of waste do you see and then filtering it down to teachers and administration staff to say you know do you see things that we could change like are there particular rooms that have lights on all the time but there's literally never anybody there all things like that other things that are being copied that could be digital at this point in time etc etc so we' thought that was a good way to you know do our due diligence especially as we hit the referendum here anything
and everything that we can do and kind of filter it down the system so if you're wondering that's that's what we're talking about here in addition Miguel um Beth and I have included that in our next and Future onp Point meetings with staff so not only with the principes but with staff as well awesome y okay well thank you Chris you're welcome um we have the um Item B future meetings dates and times so for school board meetings we have our March 11th 2024 regular board meeting and in April 8th 2024 regular board meeting as a reminder for committee meetings Educational Services meets the first Monday of every month at 5:30 and business services and HR committee meets the first Monday of every month at 6:30 so at this time I looking for a motion
