001All right, good evening. Today is March 24, 2026. Welcome to the San Marino Unified School District Board of Education meeting. Here's our Board President, Francesca Gill. Good evening. Uh, welcome to the 32426 Board meeting closed session. All meetings of the Board of Education are open to members of the public unless publicly noticed as a confidential closed session as allowed by the law. Members of the public may address the Board as outlined in the public comment section of the agenda. The audio of all meetings is recorded and a member of the public may be held liable for any slanderous or otherwise defamatory statements. In consideration of the Board and members of the audience, please turn off or silence your cell phones while in the boardroom. The San Marino Unified School District encourages those with disabilities to

002participate fully in the public meeting process. If you need a disability-related modification or accommodation, including auxiliary aids or services, to participate in the public meeting, contact the Assistant to the Superintendent at [email protected] or 626-299-7000 extension 1310 at least 48 hours before the scheduled Board meeting so that we may take every reasonable effort to accommodate you. Documents provided to the majority of the Board of Education regarding an open session item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the District office located at 1665 West Drive, San Marino during normal normal business hours. In addition, such writings and documents may be viewed on the District's website at www.smusd.us. Uh, at this time I'd like to open the session for closed session at 6:33 p.m. This meeting is called to order. Two, public comments. Uh

003may I first ask if there is anyone on Zoom? There's no attendees on your Zoom. Have we received any comment cards? We have not. Okay, in that case I believe that we can skip the notification as nobody is in the board room either. Um we will go over all of that again at the open session. There are three ways to submit public comments. One, submit through an online form. Two, request to speak during the meeting via Zoom. Three, request to speak during the meeting in person via the public comment card. As we have no audience and no one on Zoom and no cards were given, um I'm going to adjourn to close session at 6:34 p.m.
