Like to celebrate first, Miss Stephanie Martinez. to celebrate 10 years of service for someone who technically has the title of lunch supervision. But let's be honest, that's not really the title. I came up with a new one. It's something like whenever we need anything, whenever we need help, whenever we need an extra hand, whenever we need a fresh idea, assistant shows up for our school in ways that go far beyond what's written on paper. And that's what stands out most. We talk a lot at the believing in our students, in our community, and each other. Stephanie is someone who doesn't just say she believes, she shows it every single day in the small moments and stepping in when something needs to get done without being asked. So I'm there now, but I didn't even know where to find the staples and the pens. and was there the whole time because the truth is she really is a heartbeat of nearly everything through her. One of her greatest gifts and one that I personally appreciate is her ability to bring me in. I come with all kinds of ideas and a lot of them are really good and some of them call it ambitious.
