006chief elections officer of the county of the of uh s Matel has completed the official canvas of the comp complete uh Return of the votes cast in the Statewide general election held throughout the county of seel on November 5th 2024 has prepared in accordance with law a statement of votes pulled at said election held on Sat day and has presented a certified copy of said statement of votes to the board to this board and whereas the chief elections officer has also determined that the number of persons who filed Declarations of candidacy for the office of Trustee of the South San Francisco UniFi School District does not exceed the number of positions available and whereas the chief elections officer will deliver a duplicate of the cert certificate uh statement to the California Secretary of State and
007to the County Central Committee of each political party and whereas the chief elections officer will deliver to each person elected a certificate of election signed and authorized by the chief elections officer and whereas the California elections code section 15400 requires that the governing body shall declare elected or nominated to each office voted on and each election under its J jurisdiction the person having the highest number of votes for that for that office or the person who has otherwise duly elected or nominated where whereas the board of trustee is the governing body of the South San Francisco UniFi School District now therefore after therefore be it resolved that the South San Francisco UniFi School District Board of truste hereby acknowledges that the following named persons have been elected to their respected offices and are hereby ordered

012lead the school School Board this next year uh as with any person in this District I aim to model our core values because I'm proud to be part of this community in the role of board president I will strive to run efficient meetings where we focus our comments and questions on primarily two areas one the well-being and outcomes for children and two good fiscal stewardship of the Public's money I will hold us to the commitments we made to each other in our board Workshop including being prepared and being respectful of our staff and of each other I look forward to a good year thank you all right moving on to or continuing our action um Administration uh 1B resolution 2461 honoring president Dana Luhan um do we want to read this resolution into the record
013and then ask for public comments is that okay okay so uh Pat would you read the resolution into the record please yes um resolution 2461 honoring board president Dana Luhan where as trustee Luhan has served the South San Francisco Unified School District Board of Trustees as its president from December 14 20123 to December 18 2024 and whereas throughout her tenure as president of the board trustee Luhan has conducted all meetings in a professional productive sincere and diplomatic manner while staying focused on our students and whereas trustee Luhan has represented the board as its president in a distinguished manner at numerous meetings functions and other activities as an advocate for public education the school district and its students and whereas during her tenure as president of the Board of Trustees trustee Luhan has encouraged Community participation
014at meetings strived for transparency in all matters of the board cons all matters the board considered and made sure parents staff and students had a voice in the district and whereas trustee Luhan has dedicated her efforts while serving On The Board of Trustees towards ensuring each student was afforded a worthwhile education which helped to prepare them for the future for their for future career and personal goals and whereas trustee Luhan has based her decisions on issues brought before the Board of Trustees in relation to the welfare of all students in the best interests of the district and the betterment of South San of the South San Francisco community and whereas trusty Luhan has completed a csba training program specially created to educate board members in fulfilling their duties as an effective governance team member and
015as a master's in governance graduate continues to participate in several csba workshops and diverse study sessions to help maintain a cohesive collaborative and productive board now therefore be it resolved that her fellow board members do hereby recognize and honor trustee Dana Luhan for her year of service as president and of the of the board of trusties and extend their heartfelt appreciation for her dedication to the board the students and the entire South San Francisco Unified School District educational Community regularly passed and adopted on this 18th day of December 2024 thank you trusty [Applause] Murray I have one public comment for this item um and so I'd like to invite up John Baker thank you madam president I had the honor of serving with uh now former trusty Lan uh for about six and a half
016years on this board and in going back I was Wonder kind of wondering what would I say what could I say luckily thanks to uh Nani back there who takes great minutes I said what I my the theme of my statements way back on January 20th 2016 um at that time uh Dana and I were both uh appointed after a rare double vacancy on the board and we uh we came before the previous generation the board we had interviews and I was briefly appointed and then I got to sit back and watch while the trust debated who would be their next person and I saw Dana answer a serious of tough questions um which is what she did her entire term on the board and my quote at the time was appointe John Baker said
017the board asked tough questions tonight and he needs to step up his game and that's what Dana made me do for six years on this board she made me step on this my game with her look at all the issues her her look at Compassion her way of taking in the whole picture so and all of you who have served with her on this time had the same experience so thank you Dana for making me step up my game thank you for what you've done for the district and good luck in your retirement so thank you very much thank you um the way this will work is we'll adopt this resolution hopefully um we'll move on to the second one we'll hold our comments as trustees um and then we'll move through a couple other

019the distinguished service of trustee Dana Luhan from February 2016 through December 2024 as she leaves her position on the Board of Trustees and whereas during her three terms as president of the board trustey Luhan conducted the meetings in a professional productive and diplomatic manner encourage Community participation strive for transparency in all matters the board considered and made certain that parents staff and students had a voice in The District and whereas throughout her tenure on the board trusty Luhan represented respectfully represented the board in a distinguished manner at numerous city and county meetings events and other activities as an advocate for public education the school district and its students and whereas trusty Luhan has dedicated her efforts while serving On The Board of Trustees towards ensuring each student was afforded a worthwhile education which helped prepare
020them for future career and personal goals and whereas during her time on the board trusty Luhan collaborated with staff and stakeholders to make South San Francisco Unified School District and Equity First District ensuring help was provided first to those needing it most and whereas chesse Luhan has based her decisions on every issue brought before the Board of Trustees in relation to the welfare of all students in the best interests of the district and the of the South San Francisco community and whereas during the height of the covid-19 pandemic trusty Luhan worked with District administration to address the most pressing needs as schools went into live through and then safely exited distance learning and whereas during her many years of service when the school district faced difficult challenges both financial and educational trusty Luhan along with
021her fellow board members performed the necessary work for the school District to remain financially solvent and moving forward while keeping the needs of the district students as its highest priority and whereas as a board member trusty Luhan has served on the transportation authorities citizen advisory committee and the city and Count's associations bicycle and pedestrian advisory committee now therefore be it resolved that her fellow trustees extend to trusty Luhan their appreciation for her years of distinguished service and dedication to the Board of Trustees to our students and to the entire South San Francisco Unified School District regularly passed and adopted on this 18th day of December 2024 thank you trusty [Applause] L and now if I may invite uh outgoing board president and outgoing trustee Dana L Luhan to the to the to make some remarks
022good evening Dr Moore cabinet president Anthony vice president Murray and trustees congratulations to pres president an Anthony and congratulations to vice president Murray thank you to everyone who is here this evening and thank you for the well wishes the past almost nine years have been an adventure and while some of the members of the board and cabinet have shifted we've accomplished some amazing things together my early meetings included a lot of discussion about fields and were very long and those were very important meetings but at that time we somehow seemed to gloss over student performance curriculum instruction and we rarely looked at disaggregated data since my early days we've transitioned to District elections to ensure the voices of our special Community were elevated we've passed a new Bond measure we've centered ourselves our policies our
023view of the budget our agenda structure our presentations and our decisions on equity and students we've also embarked upon a strategic clear path that will further strengthen our district and our service of students through through the Strategic plan core values and portrait of graduate work we have come a long way the Daly Lama once said the roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness I believe that while some members of our cabinet and our board have changed over the years we have accomplished all that we have because in because each of us is united in the goodness we see in our students our staff our schools our families and our community our ability to see goodness is what will continue to unite us and keep us on a strategic path for
024continuous Improvement tonight you have shined kindness upon me I couldn't do all that I do if it wasn't for the amazing people I work with and in my life I'm often asked how I do everything that I do because those who know me best know that if I see hear or know of a need I can't say no it's impossible so when I'm asked how I balance everything I respond honestly I'm surrounded by good people and I'd like to take a brief moment to recognize a few of the good people in my life I'd like to begin with recognizing my dad Dan Flores my son Danny Luhan my sister Aaron and her husband Brent who are here this evening to my family thank you for your understanding and flexibility with all of the competing priorities
025your willingness to step in pick up Dany from after school care when he was younger look after Dany and get him to activities so my commitments didn't impact him were both not and deeply appreciated looking to our wonderful cabinet Mr o thank you for your careful management of our financial resources for the easy to understand way you explain the incredible complexities of Education finances for your calm and positive perspective and for always being engaged in our larger Community Mr Hanan I'm grateful you found your way to ssfusd thank you for bringing downto earth personality deeply strategic thinking I am grateful that due to our daytime work our paths will continue to cross Mr Irish thank you for always keeping students in their experience at the center you are gifted at looking at data understanding Trends
026and connecting this information to the stories of our students and our staff this ability has brought so many incredible programs and resources to our district Dr Moore I'm exceptionally grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside you and learn from you these past almost nine years you are a driven passionate person who embodies strategic leadership to I to my amazing fellow former trustees president Anthony thank you for your engagement the connections you make and your passion for blowing apart barriers vice president Murray thank you for your heart and your care you care about everyone your heart knows no bounds trusty Richardson thank you for never being afraid to ask hard questions and for striving to bring voice to those who may not know how to advocate for themselves trusty Shay thank you for your

029San Francisco as well as council member mark nagales from the city of South San Francisco good evening president Anthony vice president Murray Dr Moore cabinet fellow uh trustees and communities um I have the great honor and privilege to serve as your mayor uh my name is Eddie Flores um you might remember me as former School Board president as [Laughter] well I couldn't be more proud than to be here tonight to honor the the service of former uh president Dana Luhan um and of course joining me with me is council member Mark nagales representing District um three two two sorry I did that on purpose I knew he was gonna correct on a on a personal note before I read the proclamation into the record I have to say that um I I've learned so much
030serving um alongside you um I didn't do six years but I did three years with you and and those were marvelous wonderful years but at the same time they were tough years they were very difficult period for all of us as a community um it was the beginning of covid it was the beginning of a lot of uh changes for the community as well as for this school district and the way we embraced it um we we Dove right in there but you helped us uh steer and understand that it was about the students it wasn't about us even as elected it wasn't even about the community it was really focused on the students and Student Success and always remembering to talk about the kiddos how you love to say and and bringing it about
031and also valuing and centering around staff and being that strong voice I remember wherever it was whether it was comments in open or closed session trustey Luhan was advocating for staff and understanding also uh the workload that presented itself and you have also been a champion of equity not just here locally many might not know but throughout our region uh serving in the SEL school boards Association and in other areas where you advocated and represented South San Francisco Unified School District and our Scholars so beautifully um it gives me great pride and great joy um to have served along and learned from you and uh when I did leave this this body um to have turned it over to you because I knew you were going to do great things even as we were embracing
032a lot of the post-pandemic um conditions so um I do with great honor and privilege um want to read this into the record Proclamation from South San Francisco city council recognizing board president outgoing board president Dana Luhan whereas Dana Luhan has been instrumental to the South San Francisco Unified School District by serving as board member from 2016 to 2024 and whereas Dana has served as board president three times leading with distinction from 2017 to 2018 2020 to 2021 and 2023 to 2024 and whereas in April 2024 Dana was honored by the city of South San Francisco as 104 women recognized as women of the Year celebrating her exceptional contributions and dedication to our community and whereas Dana has demonstrated strong commitment to public service through her roles as former South San Francisco planning commissioner in
033Transportation Authority citizen advisory committee member and currently serves as the city County Association of government's bicycle pedestrian advisory committee contributing in all these roles to the betterment of our South San Francisco community and whereas during her tenure on the school board she collaborated with staff and stakeholders to make South San Francisco Unified School District an equity First District ensuring help flows first to those who need it most and whereas Dana also worked with Administration to address the most pressing needs as schools went into live through and then safely exited distance learning during the covid-19 pandemic and I witnessed all of that and now therefore be it resolved that the city council of the city of South San Francisco does hear by congratulate and thank Dana Luhan for her many years of service to the city
034of South San Francisco and the South San Francisco Unified School District and wish her the best in future endeavors it is signed by myself uh my wife's mayor and the entire city council Dana congratulations on a welld deserved run and I want to turn it over uh for council member nagales as well to share some words thank you Mr Mayor I had uh this is what happens with go last because Baker took all the quotes I was going to use and Eddie took all the things but uh you reminded me that I first met Dana on the Planning Commission and I was able to see firsthand how amazing she was and how much she cared about the community and I thought to myself the very first day like this person's going places I should keep
035tabs on her and then as John mentioned there was an opening on the school board and I remember that night and I remember that you were appointed how happy I was for you and during that time even before I got on the council we worked together on issues because you absolutely cared about the kiddos because that was the word I kept hearing the kiddos in the school district and being the fact that you lived in Westboro and the fact that you were my friend and neighbor it was fantastic because I can go to you and talk to you about issues that I saw and I just wanted to say on behalf of all the families in Westboro and all the families here in the school district thank you thank you thank you thank you president
036Anthony back to you thank you so much all right now I invite up David beruto from assembly member Diane pin's office good evening superintendent Moore president Anthony members of the board congratulations trustees U Murray and lamb on your election very nice to be with you tonight actually called up the mayor because you know I'm just a flunky they're the actual elected so I I'll defer to my betters uh but tonight I wanted to come representing actually both assembly member papin and state senator Josh Becker to really congratulate and thank your your outgoing trustee Dana Luhan you know being on Schoolboard is probably the hardest elected job there is and for many of you uh going through that pandemic that was a test you know once in a century test that I I do not envy
037but for Dana you know I I do know you personally and you know thinking about your service because Prof personally you were also a public educator um and looking at your accomplishments the CAC the active Transportation work and Planning Commission bringing all those things to Bear to the school board I mean what a great set of skills you know and he did that for two and one 18th terms I got the math right I think so we've all been very lucky to have Dana uh we're sorry that you're going and I saw you left the day as very quickly so I hope this is a good thing and retirement but we wanted to come here and make sure that we honored your service and just to say thank you very much for doing that it's
038uh I know it's not for the money so with that I'm going to give you a a nice big resolution I'm not going to read it because it's much larger than everyone else's all right um I'm still not going to call for a motion because we have comments from trustees up here on the Das um before we we pass this resolution and take a a picture and give you all of these things that we have for you um so if I can start with comments um does anybody want to go first trusty Shan thank you thank you so much um today we honor a truly exceptional leader our outgoing board president uh Dana luhang your tenure has been a master class in kindness intelligence and strategic Vision you have navigated challenges with Grace resolving conflicts

041you trusty Murray trusty Richardson hi Dana uh you know uh you've been always the voice of calm and reason when we're all bickering trying to figure out what we're going to say and I appreciate that about you we've we're not the same district that we were when I first came in uh immediately almost immediately we had to transition into distance learning and we had I don't know where Mr O found the money to buy all those computers and I heard he worked tirelessly on Saturdays and Sundays but we got through it somehow we made maps of the different districts and we transitioned out of at large to District elections and it was just a a constant changing of the everything now we have we don't know what we're gonna do now it's going to be
042a big change with the new uh president you know rumors of getting rid of the Department of Education we we don't we may not even have jobs as St schoolb members who knows but you know this is the the challenge that we have had and somehow we've managed to um we've managed through it and I I I value everybody's input it's a group effort and everyone has pull their weight in a lot of ways so Thanks for the Memories good luck to you thank you trusty Richardson trusty [Music] lamb not used to the equipment uh you know I I wrote a little bit because I I do have some remarks later on in the program but I I realized I didn't write enough Soh I'm gonna do my best to you know kind of half
043wi it half I I just I first of all I didn't expect to hear what you said in your your speech and I I just feel very moved uh thank you for your kind words words um thank you for having faith that I can even attempt to fill your shoes in this I've told people many times I know like I have huge shoes to fill um just because of the the Legacy that you've left for the district you you've definitely left this place a better place than you know you found it and um just uh you know I I just have so much respect and gratitude for all that you've done um I've known you for many many years um I think Mark you know just reminded me you the time that we you know
044that you were on planning and the time that um I I do actually remember when that opening came up um that's you know how you were just uh really uh excited to just like jump in and um you know go for that appointment and um you know didn't hesitate like you wanted to serve so um yeah so I just know how much you know Public Service means uh to you as much you as it does to me um and uh so and I know yeah thinking back on covid and um the the TR tremendous amount of things that you did um during that time to kind of carry us through and the personal sacrifices that um I know you went through um I just yeah I can't say enough but I I'll just have to
045kind of close it off right there um I just wish you uh great success and happiness in the future uh you know thankfully our kids are still going to school so I'll see you around uh school at pickup thank you trusty lamb um and now I get to say mine uh which will'll be short and sweet um working with Dana Luhan on this board has been a gift H I appreciate so much about her I appreciate her calmness which has come up with every trustee here and her Poise uh I appreciate that she always seems to know what to say to move things along I appreciate most the Deep knowledge and education um that she brings to this board as a former teacher principal and current administrator I've learned so much and just wished that

050and dedicated um board memb so I see a doctorate degree with your name on it in the very very near future that's how talented she is so thank you all have a happy holidays and very proud of you all thank you thank you former president lukan thank you so much Miss malati okay moving on to public comments uh public comment for oh where where am I do I public comments are limited to one to 3 minutes per individual per board bylaw 9323 name and address cards are placed in the back of the room to be completed and given to the secretary the board president will call upon individuals in random odor who have been who have requested to speak each person may only speak once and is required to address the board from the podium
051the meeting is recorded and streamed live did we receive any public comment cards last call anybody want to say publicly how much they love Dan Luhan just me okay moving on all right uh our final action item tonight is Administration 1D selection of board subcommittee committee participants board members will decide on their participation in subcommittees and a committee in particular uh the board bylaws uh board policies and bylaw subcommittee the city school district subcommittee and the county committee on School District organizations can I ask uh Dr Moore to help us through this process absolutely so the board has already established a protocol for subcommittee meetings and one of our agreements is that uh for City or sorry for subcommittee appointments the board president and returning member preferably the clerk will be the one who sits
052on the city school subcommittee meeting the vice president will then serve as the alternate the vice president and any other trustee preferably a new trustee will serve on the bylaws committee and the final trustee will serve on the county committee for district reorganization and if you note in the board memo trustee Mina Richardson will continue to serve as the District's representative on this committee until 2026 so I hope that's helpful in the board Discerning your committee appointments for this year super thank you so much okay so um I think I will start with the board policies and bylaws subcommittee can I get nominations please as vice president I would be the chair of that committee right okay yeah and then we're looking for a second so I believe that would be trusty lamb so I
053nominate myself to serve okay I mean how do we take a vote on this this is an it's an action item and so so we'll make all the recommendations action okay um City School District subcommittee um as president I will sit on that along with trusty Richardson clerk yes you accept okay are we okay with Jesse Richardson doing too that is at the pleasure of the board trusty Richardson are you open to doing two okay so in that case I fine to serve with I already go to the County District okay are you okay with sitting on the city school district subcommittee okay great and then County committee on School District organization uh trusty Richardson is already the member there um I realized this isn't the agenda and I just realized it our facility subcommittee
054do we want to reassign that at some other date the board already selected for that one so we can bring that back if you want to add it to this one um but this if you look right here you already have two members on that particular committee it's not in our governance handbook yet but that is something that you can discuss tonight okay um and if we would like anyone to serve on the facilities subcommittee anybody so that would be three I know that's okay okay can we just have two I want to continue you want to continue trusty Shay do you want to be on any committee no so I think I think the question is Trusty Richardson is nominated or serving on three committees or would like to serve on three committees would

057special evening um being that I'm new to the board um I I did want to take this opportunity to kind of formally introduce myself uh to the public um so first of all good evening again uh to my fellow trustees uh superintendent Moore cabinet Uh current former elected officials uh family friends uh South San Francisco Unified School District Community uh my name is Amy lamb I use she her pronouns I am the new board trustee from area B uh which covers Westboro and parts of San Bruno thank you uh for joining us uh during our annual Board of Trustees reorganization to mark this moment of transition um and I I didn't want oh I guess Dana left but I I did want to thank her uh again board president truste Dana Luhan I mean all
058the things that have been said um this yeah just can't cap it off more um it was my pleasure to read that um last resolution um into the record uh just demonstrating everything that she's done for the community for the past nine years uh to Dr shant Moore my fellow uh trustees um board president n man Anthony vice president Murray uh board clerk Mina Richardson uh Dr Shannon uh Shay uh thank you for welcoming me to the board and for your patience as I uh learn the ropes and uh begin governance training uh trusty Murray U thank you for actually encouraging me to run and um congratulations on your Su successful re-election um so I I did want to mention my explor term family um if in case they're watching watching um uh thanks for
059helping me to grow as a creative professional and I'm confident my work uh at the Exploratorium will inform my work for the school district and vice versa uh to my mom Sandy and sister pansy uh thank you for commuting from the East Bay to be here uh shout out to my brother uh Frederick uh thank you uh to my in-laws Virginia and Caesar nagalas for supporting me and for always babysitting the kids uh speaking of kids uh to Aiden and Josephine I know they're like getting tired but I do love you both very much thank you for being here and you know I'm I'm very proud of you you always surprise me with your humor um and I always learn something uh from your insights uh about the world and to my husband Martin nalis
060know I I love you so much you're an amazing public servant for our city and a wonderful father to our kids thank you for believing in me and believing that I could take on this role and thank you for walking the path of life with me thank you that was just the thank you okay I mean it guys so well anyway again I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself um uh mainly because I I didn't expect to run for this position um those who know me know that I'm not one to seek the public Spotlight I in fact I I did wait until the very last minute to before deciding to run ultimately though um I did choose to run and commit to this role um as Schoolboard trustee and I wanted to
061provide some context about why um first of all I'm a second generation Chinese American uh I'm a daughter of immigrants I grew up in Dublin California in the East Bay uh I'm a proud product of public schools as well uh I'm a graphic designer I supported the educational missions of museums and nonprofits uh for the past two decades I've lived in South San Francisco for over 16 years um where my husband Mark and I are raising Aiden and Josephine so like trusty Luhan was I'm I'm now the only board member whose kids are actively attending our Public Schools um for those of us who are facing the challenge of raising our kids in this constantly changing world you know we're going through this parenting journey together um I ran for school word because I believe
062in public service um and its ability to make a positive impact on people's lives I was inspired by this community that has un unconditionally supported my kids we have a Vibrant Community and my kids schools of mon verie Elementary and Westboro Middle School um thanks to their principles Miss mert and Dr Rossy um shout out to their uh Winter band concert which I unfortunately I had to miss but um you know they're their Educators and staff um also the active and engaged parents who lead through the PT you know they all make this great Community I've seen firsthand how our district Fosters this culture of caring belonging and dedication to learning not just in my kids' schools but in other schools as well this community has helped my kids to learn and Thrive without expecting
063anything in return um this community inspires me and this community the community that I love needed someone to serve as I learned more about the school board I came to understand that my personal values aligned with the district's core values of community authenticity resilience and equity and I wanted to do my part to ensure that every child has access to a high quality public education and so I I did want to take a moment to reflect um how education has impacted my family um if I can talk for a minute my about my late grandmother uh Jung Ying she lived with my family when I was a child and so she helped to raise me she grew up during the early 1920s in a village in southern China but the society at the time did
064not value women and girls getting an education so my grandmother could not go to school so this I believe negatively impacted her out look and her sense of selfworth for the rest of her life you know things are different today and thankfully there is universal education in China but that opportunity was not available to my grandmother so for a child to not have access to education that's a tragedy that should not be allowed to happen fast forward one generation education made a big difference in my family my father Albert Lamb came from Hong Kong to study mechanical engineering at baming University and he worked for the City and County of San Francisco but in 2001 my father passed away from cancer um one semester before I graduated college but my father believed that as long
065as I finished school I would be okay um and you know it's my sincere wish that their legacies will live on through the work that we do for others uh I'm sorry I know I'm going on a bit but I I really do want to recognize my mother Grand uh Sandy who's here uh she immigrated from maau with a middle school education she worked during the day then went to school at night to earn her high school diploma and she worked until her retirement to support our family so Mom I just want to take a second to say thank you for taking care of us and for teaching me to always do my best no matter what the outside world might say uh now as a child of immigrants I'm deeply concerned about how divisive
066rhetoric stemming from the national election is creating anxiety among many of our friends and neighbors these include people of color those who are undocumented and those who identify as lgbtq plus please know that I stand with you and I stand by our District's commitment to serve all members of our community I'm grateful to our superintendent's Thanksgiving letter which affirms that all students deserve a safe and inclusive educational environment regardless of legal status gender identity ethnicity or background ground this commitment remains unwavering regardless of changes in leadership or policy we are here to protect the rights of our students and families I'm also grateful to our board for passing resolution number 2458 that set forth principles to support undocumented students and their families which I fully support for those who feel anxious about the future what
067the future might bring you're not alone we're in this together I call on all of us to lean in on each other to cultivate and strengthen the bonds of community and friendship if you're not sure where to begin I suggest just simply looking around look where you are start small start with what we already have the good news is we already have a strong and Vibrant Community here at South San Francisco Unified School District Community truly is our strength this community makes a difference every day just by showing up and doing the work of teaching and learning and celebrating our diverse communities we have it right here in front of us let's build off what we already have and strengthen our bonds let's keep lifting each other up let's imagine the future together a bright
