002is action approve ab1200 disclosure of cost agreements with woodland education association wa thank you president rodriguez um essentially these items or this item is a required document basically disclosing the fiscal impact of the agreement between the district and the woodland education association Pretty self-explanatory. It's been used for all of our agreements with our bargaining partners, and I'm here to answer any questions if you have any. Are there any questions from our trustees? Trustee Villagrana? You answered this to me, but I'd like to answer for the public. None of these documents reflect the cuts that the board made recently, correct? That's correct. As a result of timing, When you put together these types of documents, you have to use the board approved budget. And at that time, the board had approved our district's first interim. And
003the changes or the adjustments and reductions that the board has made happened after the first interim. So as a result, those changes are not incorporated in the budget used in these documents. And can you share what the deficit is at this point on this document? With the reflected changes on the agreement in place? I don't have it in front of me, but if I had to guess, sir, I believe it's about, is it about 12 million? Okay. Yes. 12 point something million. Correct. And we made a, was it under a million in cuts? Approximately. So we still have the difference in deficit. Sure. Yes. Thank you. That's on that one. Let's see. The letters were changed on me, so. No problem. And also. You can tell us whether the additional raises to the other representative
004members and the unrepresented members, are those reflected in this document, the 0.5 additional they're going to get? Depending on timing, I know for a fact that the only one that's not included is incorporated in those documents is CSCA. So under under unrepresented is part of this? No, I believe that one, that one happened after. So then our deficit will go even more where that's appropriate. Correct. I think that's actually, that's sort of my two questions. So I can wait. Come back around this way. I think I don't have, I do not have any questions at this time. Trustee Brubaker, do you have any questions? Trustee Garcia, do you have any questions? Trustee Richardson-Fowler, do you have any questions? Trustee Rodriguez-Mohica, do you have any questions? We are back to you, Trustee Villanueva. Thank you. It's
005called Disclosure of Collective Bargaining Agreement, the single page. And you clarified to me, again, I have all carried forward. So we're at $27 million. But after all these adjustments, it's going to go down to $8 million. Correct? Correct. I believe you're referring to the reserve slide? Yes. Essentially it's showing the impact of if we were to not make adjustments that the board has approved in the third year, it would show that the amount over and above our 3% reserve would be approximately a million dollars, correct? Thank you, that's all for me. Okay, I do not have any questions. Is there anybody else that has any questions? Okay, seeing none, I'd like to ask if there can be a motion.
