001so we're going to call um our meeting to order our district meeting no this is not our regular meeting uh seven o'clock going to do roll call first i hope everybody online can hear us joe can you hear us yes we'll start with joe joe o'connor even marvel genie jean wilson marlborough yes ago jessica hebron and laurie laurie blake canberra and kathleen goodwin so please stand for the pledge [Music] i pledge and to the allegiance for which it stands one nation under god indivisible with liberty and justice for all public comments hebrew andover moderate community engagement and attendance at board of education public meetings is welcome the public comments section of the meeting agenda is set aside so the board of education may receive public comments procedurally public remarks will be limited to three minutes
002and citizens will be asked to identify themselves because the board of ed is limited by the freedom of information after discussing only matters on the agenda the board of education is not permitted to engage in discussion of the comments presented are there any public comments hearing my pleasure this evening to introduce a new member of the ram family trisha dean is our new board clerk um this is her first meeting so she's just getting to know us so as we make motions throughout the meeting or second motion if if you could also state your name that would be very helpful for trish as she puts the minutes together so okay number four um since there's no public comments we'll move on to the agenda number four add or delete agenda items um i make a
003motion to uh i'm asking for a motion to move or do any emotions um so a motion to move item number 9.1 which is discussion and action regarding the multi-use turf field we'll get ahead in our agenda to number morris assessment any discussion okay judy yeah thank you rob yes mike yes mary jo yes sue yes gene yes jessica yes glory yes and i mean motion passes so this following the district meeting we just had that was the public's opportunity to share [Music] any thoughts regarding the project with the ram board really what the motions and the motions as they need to be read appear in the board minutes and these are reflective of 9.1 b in your packet which has the complete resolution essentially what these two motions will allow us to do is
004to send the question of moving the tert field so we would need someone to read the motions as stated uh would anybody like to read the motions and state it in the agenda do i read both or just do one another one is one of their discussion all right resolution to appropriate three million five hundred and sixty thousand dollars for the installation of a new turf field track and lighting at graham high school and to authorize the issues of bonds notes or temporary notes in an amount not to exceed three million five hundred and sixty thousand dollars to finance appropriations any discussion yes gene yes jessica yes glory yes and i'm yes most contested unanimously we have a second resolution that needs to be read would somebody like to make a motion reading 9.2 as
005written in the agenda sure rubble resolution to submit to referendum the resolution to appropriate 3 million or 560 000 for the installation of a new turf field track and lighting at lamb high school and to authorize the issuance of bonds notes or temporary notes and amounts not to exceed 3 million 560 000 to finance the appropriation any discussion okay hearing none i'm going to call vote judy yes rob yes mike yes mary yes jo yes sue yes genie yes jessica yes glory yes and i'm yes motion passes unanimously well congratulations for sending the question to referendum um just some directives moving forward so this officially puts us into the quiet period um in which during during which no district funds nor any of us through the formal capacity of our jobs for positions within the
006school district can promote the project so anyone can promote the project off-site as a parent as a coach of a youth organization but as board members in our official capacity we're no longer able to promote the project through the referendum on november 2nd i've just vexed our it directory to remove the materials from our website [Music] scott forever clarification is that board members and employees correct yes yes it is judy so congratulations and um uh like to um thank the board of ed for its hard work um specifically of course the facility subcommittee um uh with uh joe o'connor um leading that of course and i know put in joe's efforts on behalf of the ram community and also to the board of education for working collaboratively collaboratively and demonstrating our support by unanimously quoting
007this board so yes like scott said congratulations to the board of it this is a great time for us to be board members and a great time for us to support our community and to support grant program students thank you all right captain i would like to extend my thanks to all the ram staff that certainly supported this but in particular joe connor he and i were road warriors getting each of the court of selectmen or finance meetings which a lot of other board members did as well joe though had stepped up to the plate and presented each of the lengthy presentations and really was on the firing line for making the presentations and answering questions did a beautiful job represented the rest worked very well represented um very well and so it's a pleasure
008to work with you overall thank you thank you the board members you guys did a great job as a team effort so i appreciate it it's kind of just a quick question we can write letters as individuals in newspapers correct and promoting the project yeah as long as you don't reference yourself as a member of their write it as as representing the great participation that's correct okay thank you thank you for all your hard work scott and captain your support appreciated scott thank you thank you for leaving us for being the superintendent into our administrative team here um it's a pleasure to serve to work with you guys this is awesome i feel like we should applause [Music] so there's a another not quite as thrilling piece of agenda in 9-1 that we also need
009to look at you're not going to want to applaud after this it's just part of doing business so if you look at 9.1 a when we moved forward with the turf project we contract with bsc and call timbers marketing and the board approved an amount for 12 timbers marketing not to exceed six thousand nine hundred and forty dollars tall timbers was instrumental in helping put together the um the powerpoint presentation they developed and printed the newsletter and and the postage to send that newsletter out to towns because we don't do postage anymore everything that we do for the most part is all through email and digital communication we no longer have a non-profit postage license and so as a result of that the cost of sending the newsletters home exceeded the cost that you approved
010by so i'm asking for a motion to allow us to pay tall timbers marketing the extra 540 which covers the cost of postage being that we don't have a non-profit mailing license so based on um scott's excellent explanation do we have a motion to allow 540 to go to tall timbers marketing to pay for additional and just to add to that it would come from the um the drainage project in the capital park so we have the money there it's not coming from the operating budget it's coming from the um what was originally allocated to address the competition anyone want to make a question i'll make a question right [Music] sorry no based on this the board of education will need to make a motion to reappropriate funds i uh take the motion to appropriate
011the amount of 540 to the turf field project to cover the expenditure of the postage for fall timber's marketing llc do you have a second section of my show thank you joe any discussion can i just add someone to a friendly amendment to add that the transfer will come from the field drainage project i'll take a friendly amendment that's going to come up in the financials um even if you remember with the amount no i didn't have that number okay thanks [Music] yes mary jo yes sue yes jessica yes glory yes and i'm easy passes to the funds for postage thank you so scott you want to report sure um first of all again thank you everyone for your hard work and moving this forward in terms of my report of what's happening at graham
012certainly has been a busy summer and you know i'd like to start out with also thanking um actually eva christine hartwick our building administrators for doing really an outstanding job of preparing and moving us forward for this year we all thought that this was going to be an easy year compared to last year and i promise you it's turned out to be just as challenging although exciting to the welcoming back of our students we will be spending some time this week with our new teachers wednesday and thursday we will be hosting seven new teachers for our teacher orientation dr srusi and gary bell have been welcoming middle school students to the middle school walk crews so that parents and students can get used to the new building on thursday we'll be hosting our fresh our
013incoming freshman for our ninth grade orientation our seniors will be returning to paintball in the senior study area so a lot of the things that we weren't able to do last year we're very happy to be able to do this year mr trudeau is welcoming back all of our fall sports and so we're excited to be hosting a full support season we'll be welcoming all of our new all of our teachers back a week from today on monday with three days of professional development and the focus of that is really is going to be student engagement and bringing all of our students back into the building we are most interested and committed in making sure that we do what we need to do to ensure that we engage those students and get them back into
014the full in-person exciting part the first day for students is thursday september 2nd we'll be welcoming 385 middle school students and 836 high school students the building administrators have been sharing information with parents for the last three weeks so we've been doing our project we started our friday updates earlier this month so that our parents and students have access to all of the new information and the new mandates that we're all working with and even as i speak trying to fully understand i'm sure that you're all familiar with the fact that we're working with two executive orders from the governor one is the in-school mass requirement which is in effect through september 30th and then just at the tail end of last week the governor announced that all school staff must be vaccinated by september
01527th we're still trying to uh well we're still waiting for the details of what exactly does that mean um what are the options for a teacher who decide or makes the decision not to get vaccinated while we're testing the fight and under what circumstances can they do that so you know i think the messaging that we're sending home to parents and students is very specific about what the school year will look like but there's still some open-ended questions that we have and we're hoping that the state's going to give us that guidance this week so that we'll be able to have everything in place at the beginning of school one of the challenges that um program related challenge that i said we're all dealing with not just around the districts across the state is the
016challenge of hiring and filling vacant positions we've been very fortunate in filling our permanent positions yet we have some long-term subsets while we're having some challenges we have some certified staff that are challenged for us and i think universally across the eastern part of the state finding bus drivers is a significant challenge so we anticipate that we're going to have to combine the bus runs it'll be more of a challenge for teachers to get buses or field trips or to verify buses for athletic events so hopefully as we move into the school year more people will be willing to embark on that area but right now as we stand it can be a challenge in terms of some updates that i shared this with the board earlier this summer but some of the capital projects
017that we embarked on the air conditioning for the head-end room the auditorium lighting control room high school locker rooms training room the offices currently working on engineering at those plants that'll go out to bed in the fall and then the plan is to do those installations middle school blue and armstead trends as large aircraft replacements um we're waiting for some backlog materials due to the covet impact of manufacturing the 316 feel the cross tents if you haven't driven on campus or if you've been drinking by make sure you drive by wall street we replace the net with the 25 foot chain maintenance the area of facilities our custodians were either stayed this summer and the building was beautiful those of you here you can appreciate shining floors and just really how nice everything looks it's
018raining a bit hard now to fully appreciate how nice the outside of the room is but they've done a great job this summer we're excited to welcome back our students and provide them with as normal a school year as we possibly can while adhering to mandates and doing our best to make sure they're the steps thank you any questions for scott we want to wish of course the staff a great school year you know noticing of course some of the challenges that they have to deal with this year mass and vaccinations and everything that has changed of course the facilities do look awesome i noticed that this wax of course as soon as our kids get on it though it looks so pretty anymore but that's the point i guess um but yes uh wishing
019the graham staff the best or great and as you said as normal as possible school year you know coming up when you empathize with them and certainly want to [Music] normal situation would thank you for your hard work for being available over the summer and the communication has been awesome thank you all right moving on yes so the consent agenda has a request for childbearing lead from caitlin monkenta um caitlin is is asking that um after she fulfills the fmla lead that in accordance with article 17 section a of the teacher's contract that she take the remainder of the year which is appropriate and applying the contract and then i'm sad to say that jeremy zarrell um has submitted his resignation um he's has had a very successful side business as a contractor and as
020you can imagine um he's found that to be highly successful so we wish jeremy obviously the best public educators need to be paid more so we would just need a motion to did you have a approve to approve the consent agenda surely a motion to approve the consent agenda thank you second second great yes mary jo yes sue yes gene yes jessica yes corey yes and motion i'm unanimously we wish our departing staff filed okay moving along old business we don't have any we're up to financials is that eva good evening everyone so in your pack it's under um 9.2 a is where my part starts here so we're focusing in on the end of the year last year oh and before i started to answer joe's questions of 63 000 left in the field
021drainage project um so we are focusing in on last year's figures since this year um and i need to do some trio first to get that in for the audit i'm just going to start off the back here so um it was a comic year we had basically remote learning so different times that we were using certain things um such as transportation decreased tuition costs and other items that leads us with a projected net positive position of one million fifty six dollars oh i'm sorry one million fifty six thousand one hundred and twenty seven dollars sorry um and as i said the key factors running that were personnel you know not having a certain sports plane and other overtime expenditures purchase services which included our student transportation that was not utilized for the year for
022field trips and or right over to school and principal we also had tuition and private placements that were less than anticipated so based upon the projected favorable net position due to a legislative change which now includes regional school districts we're able to carry forward two percent of our budget which would equate to six hundred and twelve thousand and this could be allocated by the board after audit is completed uh to capitalize on recurring more and more seconds efforts um the remainder of approximately hundred and forty three thousand seven hundred forty two dollars would be given back to the towns as credit offsets for their 22 23 budget um and as i said that we went from a one percent able to one percent to two percent based on this past legislative session um so our
023revenues unfortunately did take a little bit of a hit which was a shortfall due to not being able to break our building and other areas there which was a shortfall of approximately two hundred thousand and eight dollars our capital improvement fund as of june 30th 2021 as a net process positive projection of 140 964. so we had certain items here which uh we had 23 986 dollars versus security and since that never happened um we had available was forty seven thousand one hundred eighty eight one hundred eighty eight dollars for outfield design for the high school baseball field um the balance also includes the fencing of route 316 field which has not been paid out as of yet because it is not completed the capital non-recurring fund as of june 30 2021 has a net
024positive projection of 174 please note that the majority of this is from the dot project which has not been closed out as of yet we're still waiting to finalize all the figures and we're waiting for invoices to come from the town so that we can pay the contingency amount um in addition there were available funds that were the board approved in may excuse me one second for them those um that the board approved for projects in may which included the churchill and then of course we were taking money from the competition yield drainage and the remainder of the roof 316 fencing pupil services real life savings in their lives based upon employment related savings are there any questions that i can answer based on this [Music] so the security enhancements it's my understanding that the
025facility subcommittee wanted something but during the budgetary process but didn't really define what they wanted and um unfortunately one of the key members is no longer on the board so i'm not sure what the subcommittee was going to decide to do with that but it was post audit um and then the second one is because if i remember correctly it's not perfectly if i'm wrong is the contractor that we're working with which i believe was esc group couldn't really decide how best to help the outfield because they couldn't really determine what was wrong and i think they wanted to investigate it a little bit further okay that makes sense thank you and that's exactly as you said the other piece on the security piece is that because we really went into code so we you
026know the the facilities subcommittee was looking at that security piece like it really was focused on evening security you've been in code for you enough so it really made one point it kind of became good at that point so we were going to hire uh security [Music] and i think the baseball piece is an ongoing discussion and he was correct that msc couldn't find exactly what it is so i think that so this is a separate fund so it'll also roll forward just like a capital non-recurring desk so at some point if there's money and the board decides um that what is there is not what we wanted to do originally the board can then re-appropriate those funds to a different project yeah i think the facility subcommittee is certainly going to want to have
027some additional discussions on those items and then mr o'connor has his hand right thank you um so the two hundred thousand dollars that [Music] revenue um how is that um that was black this is last year's budget is that what we're talking about last year's budget and is that 200 000 uh included in the 1 million dollar surplus or is it no so so what happens there is i i believe the auditors will do an adjustment for that one million dollars so don't don't quote me on this because that this is my first experience of having to do revenue that didn't match up to what we projected for so i'm assuming they're going to have to do an adjustment that will bring down them one million dollars that's why these figures are always anticipated or
028projected because the auditors will do their adjustments during the audit process [Music] okay i want to make that point clear that we you know we're not talking that we have a million dollar surplus so okay all right i don't have any other questions but i do have i i'd like to just make a comment that we this was part of our um discussion or the turf um that some of these you know the towns that we were having so um i i would like to and i mentioned this to scott leslie that um we as a board should probably typically we wait until november december to do our audit i would like to make the recommendation to the board that we um have superintendent uh give the superintendent the authority to request the ought to
029be done sooner than as we previously did so mr o'connor the audit is already running it's been running since may it doesn't get completed until statutorily through december 31st when the audit is completed unless they need an extension um it gets completed by december 31st then um it gets presented to the board in february so it it's statutory they present in february my point is should think about if we can get it sooner that way we can make some decisions quicker than february so they're currently working on the audit so it takes a while to work on the audit so they have until december 31st to complete the modified statute okay i think we're talking apples and oranges diva but i understand what you're saying but i'm asking that if there's a way for us
030to speak the absolute 31st statutorily to complete it is there a way for us to expedite that uh in any way fashion or shape or form so we could make some quicker financial decisions as a board that would be that's my question um i don't see how there is a way to speed it up because they have to review all our books and there's certain things that they're waiting for one of them being the state statute report that has to be filed by september 1st um there's also new guidelines that they have to look at other items so there's lots of things on the table so like i said annually they started in may and they keep going through that time process so i don't think there's a way to speed it up okay thanks
031if there is i i mean we should we should we should look into it there is a process for that thank you just to be clear it's the reason that i think joe joe's asking about this is that the timeline you know anticipating uh a positive result from the referendum on the turf field that there's a pretty tight timeline to execute to go through the steps post the uh referendum to execute uh all of the key steps to get to the timeline where we can actually break ground at the earliest time you know call it next summer so that the field and the facilities that we're paying so much 24 are available uh for the following season i think that's i mean directly from wrong childhood no that's right mike and it really would be
032also the bonding you know i mean so let's just hypothetically say we have uh we'll use the number 900 000 if we have that surplus there was some discussions i don't think all the board members were involved in all the meetings but there there's definitely been some sidebar discussions from the town uh trying to make it you know cost neutral or you know to the taxpayers so this would be uh i think that we've you know last year returning funds uh it's been a very good show of faith that we want to work with the three towns but this this discussion came up in um several towns you know so that's the reason why uh if we can make a decision sooner you know that will help us make some decisions i think with the
033three towns engaging them into we have this money maybe we instead of borrowing you know whatever 3.5 it comes into you know whatever number minus that because uh correctly scott if i'm wrong we can once we do bond we can't think early we can't pay the bond off that's that's correct joe so in our the projected timeline um the the audit will be have completed prior to all of the discussion that we're having now so you know we're looking at final design and large bidding in april bid award in may so we're not going out to bond until anyway so so i think joe i think i think that even with the current timeline it's gonna it's gonna work very well with this and so that if we have the money we'll have the opportunity
034to have those discussions with the towns to or or the board to make your own recommendations for having to use that money to impact the bonding them that's great i did not know that but that thank you scott for that escalation appreciate it and then legally you guys can only keep two percent so anything above two percent needs to go back to the past so that's up to the chance to decide how to give you back that money if that's so in essence the two percent is a credit offset to next year's budget so i mean anything above two percent yeah of course thank you okay all right are there any other questions on the operating budget okay so here and then i'm moving on to food service so in the packet b you will
035see about four years worth of the food service um you have income and expenses there and there is an anticipated again we're waiting for finalization from the auditors um that there's an anticipated loss of one hundred eleven thousand nine hundred twenty eight dollars and sixty one cents are there any questions on the food service okay hearing none um in your packet is 9.2 c is the student activity reports on through june 30th and they all balance with the bank are there any questions in regards to student activity okay hearing none the transfers in your packet are 9.2 d these transfers are transfers that need to be motioned or actually is required by the board of education to finalize the year in order to ensure that object codes are not for expended um these oh i
036am presenting these transfers for you there are four transfers entry 216 for 219 72 900 and nineteen dollars entry 220 which is four thousand eight hundred and twenty seven dollars and twenty eight cents entry 232 which is three thousand two hundred and sixty dollars and fourteen cents entry 234 which is 227 42.73 sets so for a grand total the um the motion can include the grand total which is [Music] forty nine 238.49 and fifteen cents um needs to be approved by the board of education the largest um transfer which is entry two three four is a year-end transfer for historically um available salary lines and benefit funds are transferred up to unallocated personnel are there any questions that the board may have before making the motion am i able to see that [Music] you're not
037there so yeah they were coming out to everyone this evening um so they're in the packet but they're not only okay okay thank you lori do you need anything since you don't have it in front of you uh no i just you know like to see it as as well as hearing hearing it but that's okay even do you have anything else no that [Music] make a motion that we approve the uh following four transfers entry 216 for 2919 dollars for changing the priority of year end entry 220 for hundred and twenty seven dollars and twenty eight cents for changing priority of year end entry 232 for three thousand two hundred and sixty dollars and fourteen cents for changing prior to year end and entry two three four for two hundred twenty seven thousand forty
038two dollars and seventy three cents for hearing transfer to unallocated personnel the grand total aforementioned transfers being two hundred and thirty eight thousand forty nine dollars and fifteen cents judy yes rob yes yes mary yes joe yes sue yes jessica yes glory yes and i'm a yes she passes thank you very moving along much subcommittee meetings and i believe dates so yeah i guess i you know with our um with our subcommittees the right now the certainly the most active subcommittee for the reason has been the facility subcommittee um which we'll need to meet again soon um but i think we got off of the schedule a bit and partly because during coconut there wasn't a lot to do with a lot of these subcommittees because a lot of our emphasis was placed elsewhere um
039you know obviously we're going to have a change in sub-committee membership after december with a slate of new board members coming on so i guess my question um would you like jan and i to take the subcommittee schedule from last year and just moved it forward and then we'll keep those meetings that um you know we find are necessary and if there's a subcommittee that doesn't need to meet we i wanted to see what your preference was does it work just to move last year's schedule forward and then you can work from there and we'll do what we'll do is um is this week we'll we'll take last year's schedule kind of move it into this current calendar and again some subcommittees may need to modify that schedule a bit again i think facilities have
040some things that they need to look at so we're probably going to meet sooner than later but you know i don't think any of the other subcommittees at this point really have anything critical on the list so we'll do that we'll share that with everybody and then we can discuss it at the september any questions for scott on the calendar we were bored any questions regarding what subcommittees you're on okay thanks scott uh reports from the subcommittees world facilities safety transportation i know you guys have been meeting and we now have a tertial project going to referendum finance and audit i don't think anybody met negotiations will be going into executive session to discuss the certified contract policy may not be programmed communications do not be judy do you have anything for us from so
041um east coast meeting is always the day after our fourth meeting so the last update from east con was that they were watching um mandates and worried about staffing positions um especially some of the non-certified positions so that was that main um update and they're um you know looking to really watching their budget closely as well and that was um that was fairly quite better than normal but they had some copied um savings and then as far as cabe i should have sent you all forwarding you all in email today about the um the big key um convention that many of you have gone through with the past so that you should be receiving that and then mike and i were both went to the water's edge to um a recent summer leadership i got
042there early and stayed i just did not stay for dinner but this is a plug for ram actually so my daughter texted me during the workshop and she got her dream job offered for the fall her summer internship at eli panned out so she asked to go to dinner so when you're you know when you're 18 year olds and 21 year olds want to go to dinner and stay for the workshops and went to dinner with them but the theme was really around equity um an inclusion shortly russell hucker spoke at that point she was the acting um head of the department of education she's since been appointed as we know the commissioner i think her um a little talk was uplifting i'd love to hear mike's perspective but you know she basically said we've
043got a lot of money coming into the state and we will find ways to move students and student achievement if districts are struggling please contact her directly so you know it was it was a lot about um being open to equity and the conclusion that i happened to sit at a table as panelists and um you know they shared their perspective from another district the state uh sheridan is trying to get um minority candidates and or candidates teaching and others that reflect the student body better um like do you have anything to share from that and then it was so great to see you there thanks judy i think the thing that stuck out to me the most was that uh and it was refreshing to hear this from other superintendents um that uh you
044know there's a lot of i don't want to call it noise but there's a lot of i think a lot of what's absorbing the majority of the discussion time is uh is centered around things like diversity and equity which has its place in the discussion and there's there's a lot of discussion about crt and some other controversial subjects and and um certainly masks and mandates and all the things that are you know occupying the news and a lot of the discussion but one of the things that they they were the superintendents who were presenting on one of the panels had tried to reinforce to everybody is that there's a significant amount of other things that need to be absorbing the majority of our time which are the nuts and bolts the blocking and tackling of
045actually educating the kids and uh that and that that there's a lot of work and a lot of effort a lot that you know that probably deserves or should deserve the lion's share of the attention um and so we you know just to make sure that everybody refocuses on the idea that things like turf fields and staffing issues and finances and all like i said the blocking and tackling the nuts and bolts of running and managing a school don't get drowned out by controversial subjects that deserve their ego their their their appropriate amount of time but don't deserve more time in the room than than the things that you know sometimes you know someone might argue are very critical to actually being able to execute on a daily basis so but yeah like a that's
046a great point and i catch with them and i can't remember um the name of the windsor superintendent um and his chair but we talked about that after one of the things he said on the panel is that he had some board members and folks coming to him and saying you know what about critical race theory and many things and he said he said to them basically we're not touching it and he's an african-american gentleman very much believes in inclusion but in his opinion that itself was not by him he said that he would be of course always working for equity but as mike said he didn't want to get off track on student achievement student engagement and all of those kinds of things that really mattered so i what i really heard him say
047was he would continue and would do that work but he homelessness or something like unnecessarily get involved in something that that didn't mean to be an argument like is that kind of what you heard from him i think he just uh like i said he he he felt that you know any any one of these subjects can have their appropriate amount of time and attention but it can't be the lion's chair just can't be it can't be all of the air in the room because there's just too much other things to do they're critical to success so thank you kathleen thanks judy thanks mike for sharing and thank you for going anything else about committees that we've had i think we're done with that yes um and judy thanks for forwarding that information to the
048board members thank you kathleen um at this time public comment okay so public comment at this time there are some informational items a calendar of events from the high school in the middle school any questions regarding the calendars or scott or any of the administrators okay i just have one question the freshman orientation is at 9 00 am is that what that says on the 26th yes i think it really starts with [Music] was stated at nine and it's really kind of hot because i had sent out a parent memo and mine said ten o'clock and so i just uh looked through very quickly okay so that just might need to be checked on the website too because this is i did send them the correct information so and i um i will send something
049out but then before thursday to make sure at this time we're going to and for a short amount of time to go into executive session regarding the discussion of the recently negotiated ups eu contract so we need a motion we do need a motion to do an executive session what would you do without the visitor and invite mr leslie to come so do i have a motion to go into executive session wait a motion to go into executive session and to invite superintendent's house thank you mary i'll take a vote go into is that a yes judy yes yes sorry rob yes mike yes mary jo sue yes yes god yes glory yes and i'm yes okay so at this time we the board will adjourn to executive session we will be an executive session
050so people who are online you're going to close out this link and i believe scott will send you another one for executive session and then save this link because you're going to want to come back to it at the end of our executive session right so eric will let everyone into the new link and then he'll leave and then
