001Ms. Shivers is a hard worker. She dedicates not only her time, but her energy to help kids in need, and she's just very influential. I look up to her in a lot of aspects of my life. She's a a big role model, and I'm very grateful to have been in her company for 4 years of my life. She's deserving because she's the most determined. Um, she has the most drive. She's here constantly. She puts those hours in, and I just feel like if not her, then who else? MS. SHIVERS IS AMAZING. HER SUPPORT, her collaboration, her professionalism, her going above and beyond. An assistant principal, for all intents and purposes, not only helps the principal do the job, but they themselves carry management and supervision. So, for example, in Ms. Shivers' case, she's a [music]
00212th grade administrator, so she oversees that entire grade level. She also supports the math and the science department. She is our sunshine committee administrator. She works with our SCA. The assistant principal doesn't just help the principal run the school. They work intimately with departments and committees that help invest new energy and new ideas into the school community. So, she's a vital, vital part of our our school and the work we're doing here with kids. She lights up every room she's in, and she's just so helpful, and she's been helping out the community for so many years. She really like tries to be friends with everyone and is really welcoming, and she helps everyone feel like a community in the school. She's done a lot to help everyone in SCA, SGA, and she's just a really
003a pillar of the school. I don't know what we'd do without her. She's just always been someone that if I had a question or problem, she's the person to go to. I've just known that since I was a freshman. Teachers, of course, at this school, they help out, they assist in any way they can, but in her like in instance with her, like it's always she knows what it is. She knows like the experiences I've experienced. That's what I love about her. I would have never dreamed that this would happen. I have a amazing community that I work with. Um the students, the staff, the the parents, the the larger community. So, I'm just so honored to have been chosen um to represent my team. I couldn't do this without my team. Um but it's
004truly an honor. I have an incredible class of 2026. [music] I've been with them since 9th grade. Uh came in as their freshman administrator. And so, I've watched their progression, I've watched their growth, I've watched their maturity, the highs and the lows. You know, every day is different. That's [music] one thing that makes this job so incredible is that you just really never know what you're walking into. And it's all about how you just roll with the punches and you lift each other up in moments of of triumph, in moments of crisis. Cuz the hustle and bustle of the day can get heavy. Um but finding the joy, finding the smiles, loving on the kids, it is truly rewarding.
