Hello and welcome. If your child has failed or is failing a course required for graduation, we invite you to see how to register them online. In this short video we will guide you through each step of the process. Let's begin. Before you begin, you will need access to your Parent View account and an internet-enabled device. The process is quick and easy, just take a few quiet minutes. The most important thing is to complete each section without closing the page until the process is completely finished. Let 's walk together step by step. Let's begin. Open Parent View and access your account. The page is available in several languages, so look for your preferred language at the bottom of the page. Scroll down to the 2025-2026 school year section. Find the Summer Credit Recovery Program box and

select it to begin. The first screen displays a welcome message and information about the program. Please take a moment to read it. Then he will read and accept the acknowledgment of the father or legal guardian. Find your name in the upper right corner and write it exactly the same in the electronic signature space. It must match perfectly. Then, select save and continue. In this section, your residential address will already be on the screen. Take a moment to confirm that it is correct. The residential address and the postal address must be the same. If everything looks good, select save and continue. If your address has recently changed, please contact your child's school first before proceeding. You will now see the information about the parent or guardian that we have on record. Please review each person's information

carefully. If anything needs updating, your child's school will be happy to help. The changes are made directly with the school. Each person must show a completed status in green before they can proceed. Once everyone shows as completed, select save and continue. This section displays your emergency contact information. This step is optional. If the data is already correct, you can simply continue to the next section. If you want to update or add a new contact, select the option to add a new person. Please remember that a parent or guardian cannot be listed as an emergency contact and any changes will apply to all school years. Now comes the most exciting part, registering your child. Find your child's name in the list and select edit. Please confirm your information and then indicate your child's intention to graduate

by selecting yes or no. Then, if your child is failing or has failed a course required for graduation, select from the list the summer location assigned to your child, as well as the corresponding course. Finally, select save and continue. We're almost done. Select review to see a full summary of everything you've submitted. Read it carefully. Then check the confirmation box and select final confirmation to complete the process. Please remember, once confirmed no further changes can be made, so take your time to review. Congratulations, you've done it! You will see a message confirming that your child's registration has been received. We recommend taking a screenshot for your personal records. You can also check the status through Parent View at any time. If you have any questions or need guidance, please contact your child's school counselor for

support. Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this process. We hope to have a successful credit recovery program with your son. See you soon.
