So, uh, just for the board's edification, uh, the board approved this, uh, list last month at the meeting, but, um, there was a scribers error on the list and one of the individuals, uh, name was left off. It did not impact anything because we were able to we found the error before we moved forward and it didn't impact anybody standing on the list because that individual was tied for second with three or four other people. So nobody else nobody else was impacted on the list. If you look at the list that was sent out, you'll see that uh Danny Makos is is an
004additional tie for number two. So, this was a uh promotional as well as an open and competitive exam because there were uh internal candidates uh that uh took the test. Um it is the senior circulation assistant. There are two or three other circulation assistants. This is essentially the um head admin position for the library. Um and we had a very extensive

Although it is a an entrylevel type admin position I think because we use the term marketing in the title we were uh inundated with candidates over 160 started the process. we were able to winnow it down. But as you can see, it's a pretty extensive list um with
007about 40 people on it um including those that didn't pass. Um so it it involved a similar to the uh other admin type positions that we test for. We used the computer skills and then we uh used the training experience assessment which included a questionnaire that they all had to fill out. And um all else is in order with this list. Um so this is a um just a an this is a position that the um maintenance department part of the parks department has had in the past. It happens there happens to be nobody in it at the moment but uh we will be looking for a lead man um for lead electrician. Uh it'll be 100% uh training and experience [clears throat] similar to the job we approved you you the board approved last month for uh leadmen for the HVAC. They'll be working for the parks department to keep the buildings uh maintained. >> Okay.
