We've got Now, we've got plenty of people here. So, we'll kick off with our our agenda today. We've got our um very quickly, we've got our Pledge of Allegiance. We've got our adoption of the revised budget, uh public comment if there is any, and then we'll close out. So, that should be the quick rundown of our meeting. Kristen, as vice chair, are you okay with me running the meeting, or do you want to take over? Go right ahead, my friend. Okay. Very good. Thank you so much. All right. So, if you are willing or able, please stand for the pledge. I'm in a car.

003So, that comes from line item number 209 under employee benefits, so 6100 series. Under 209 pension funds and 457 deferred comp, so under the fund balance, that $102,556 will be adjusted by $32,556. So, we'll remove that from that line, bringing our budget down to Let me swing over to my sheets here. 1.68% total increase or in monetary value $173,240. I'm going to repeat that again because one of you will have to make a motion and then second for approval and then discussion and then finally vote. So, I'll say it again. Our new revised budget is a 1.68% increase or $173,240. And the grand total of the budget is 10,000,000 497,000 $900. So, that's 10,000,000 497,000 $916. Okay. Let me make sure I don't lose this here. If I can present the screen, that might make

004it a little bit easier. Give me one quick second. I'm trying to do that. I have the numbers up on my screen. If they haven't changed from the email that you sent, then I have the numbers up in my screen. Okay, great. Yeah, they have not changed. Okay. Um I'd like to make a motion to um pass the budget as amended for a total of 10,000,000 497,000 $960, which is a 1.68% increase year-over-year. Um I'll make that second. Any discussion from anybody? Forgive me, next Tuesday. At 7:00 p.m. up in the senior center. Thank you, Penny. All right. >> So can I Public comment. Oh, go ahead. Because I logged in late, let me ask ask you one question. Does this, even though we've just passed this, does this take into account the um change in insurance that they were discussing at last Tuesday night's meeting? Yes, it does. Okay. Encompasses everything now. Okay, thank

006you. Of course, you're very welcome. Sorry I missed the beginning. That's okay. Glad you could make it. All right, we will open up for any public comment. So, I'm going to swing over to chat. I think Andrew is on there as Elizabeth and she is taking the minutes, maybe. Great. Yep. Okay. All right, seeing no public comment, we'll close that out and somebody make Someone make the motion to wrap it up. I'll make a motion that we wrap it up at 5:09 p.m. I'll second.
