the United States okay thanks everybody okay here hi Tower here Jackson Mason here Mara here O'Connell uh can you probably participate renewal old business your new business so we have uh Ricardo Dan krita with us to give us an update on the construction projects the change orders and the budget update everyone started off for the excitement partner projects so Joe let's when you're ready we'll go ahead and start with the uh strong video a lot of updates on the outside it's just our own video was taken last time um so even since then I know you couldn't notice coming in but we did put down a lot of sod today for some of the last of the uh site category today and so it's really taking shape the green the bright green grass really uh

cleaned things up in a hurry today so oh [Music] yeah foreign [Music] to get kind of the overall organized project I think that's a good shot how old was Brown in front of the building is now green with sod as of today and the parking lot is coming along so we are targeting towards the end of the week probably for the first layer of asphalt in that parking lot and then we'll see where we go from there as far as getting the binders and striping down we were targeting um this coming Saturday but due to some concrete shortages and glazed with some of the site concrete we're probably pushing that back a little bit it's not impacting the overall duration of the project but it is actually more for the good of the asphalt and

so that we can get some of the Landscaping work in the site of lighting worked on without having to work asphalt songs just sequencing things there um we didn't see it a whole lot in the Drone video but metal panels are progressing as well so again everything you see in Blue on this picture still needs to be covered in metal panels they are running further behind them we would like and we're in a sort of a recovery plant um we're implementing a second fabricated boost production because the uh the hold up right now is uh production of panels not installation panels so we've bringing a second fabricator online for some of the specialty panels at the pump move that long that's going to be one of the longest activities on the outside of the building

panels the good news is the building's dry it's fully enclosed we can finish everything else without those panels um as I mentioned Landscaping is ongoing so it's going down trees I would say trees scrubs and mulching it's probably about 18 complete working our way down the West fence line um and along the west side of Oakland so on the exterior curtain wall and glass we're continuing we've got a few pieces of glass still outstanding you'll see some board UPS on the outside of the building see its own in the video here we are inspecting our final delivery class November 8th and that was all those little things up uh there are some of the aluminum caps uh aluminum colored as well as the red the yellow caps uh missing and those are left off intentionally

because of the glasses so those will be going on here early November and finishing that up and kind of one last trip around if you will I'll lift the glass around the building um let's see otherwise exterior wise just trimming things up tidying up site lighting is uh lit on the west side on the drive aisle as well as in the new north parking lot and we'll be installing site lighting of the east side of the site it's kind of the exterior um update there inside the building things are moving along quite rapidly we've got flooring going in the North End of the building here in the uh in the MacArthur in uh through the office area flooring is all installed on first and second floor the cafeteria the cloud ceilings are installed and we're

getting ready to lay in the wood ceiling tiles in there um lighting is ongoing pretty much throughout the building I would say we're 85 installed on lighting now I'll try to get pushed the last couple of weeks all the way up into C which is our last area for Real Estate but on some of the tours see is where we had walked previously walked in the building that that temporary entrance is spawn walls being installed there this week so lighting is installed ceilings are installed metal lockers were loaded into the building on Saturday installation began with parts around the building today so there's a lot of work there these MacArthur gymnasium floor is fully finished that that was completed on Thursday last week and so now we're in the process of carrying that floor which

takes three three to four weeks so we've got to stay off a bit here for about a week with foot traffic stay off of it with heavy like lifts and heavy work for at least um let's see other big updates we got natural gas service to the building that was a major win we've talked about that for a long time uh and then um about a week and a half later which was last Wednesday uh we got the Oilers right so we have the permanent water heating system running in the building um and it is balanced out very nicely so we had to bring in temporary heat for two weeks which was a very sad situation honestly to have a great temperature needed to a building like this but it was what it was and

we had to keep going so we did it and we're past that so that's a that's a major win um the generator uh startup is scheduled for I believe it's next week I don't have days right on top ahead but we are starting up the emergency generator and we got the thumbs up today from Schindler Elevator that everything is in place uh and they're good to go we will see a crew on site within one to two weeks so early November to install the elevator uh with a one week one one and a half week operation for installation so um see finishes are just progressing really at the home stretch we're hanging doors we're building Market borders we're doing tack bolts uh Nano walls we've talked a lot about animals we are all the way

up into area D so we're probably 60 installed on manual assistant would be going pretty well with kind of hitter groups of those and I think sort of functionality stays once they look really nice and function very nice um lots of big things I guess one other one last uh big update piece kind of a major rainforest and a major way for you guys is we did hurt and we'll test it so if you I may have mentioned this before that we had a pressurized chamber with two pressurized Chambers for full set for full curtain all sections up to the corners and the more the intricate details the more complex um sections of glass bowl to build so we did two chamber tests with our exterior envelope console as we're done we could have to

go on Friday the first chamber got you the tests are 15 minutes long we got to what eight minutes uh in and we started getting just a small trickling of water in the bottom right hand forward now the test is tested we tested to a 71 almost 72 mile an hour per wind sustained for 15 minutes right so that's pretty that's very rare we see 70 mile an hour winds here if you don't see it was sustainable it's not sustained for 50. um but what we found is a small triplet of water at the bottom right hand corner we opened up that clock to it investigated it it's a one-off condition that happens only one title this this particular installation but we continue to test the 15-minute Mark the rest of the system performed flawlessly

um everybody was very happy with the except that one of the condition we moved to the second test the second test is performed no issues right so we huddled um try to figure out what we should do what could be the case and we decided that it was best for that everybody's interest we had opened up the clock points like I said found that maybe the two were the vertical and the horizontal clock came together they didn't quite meet perfectly um but we decided to test two more locations two similar locations and there's just one little minute detail that's different and there's about six or eight other locations like this so we tested two of those today and they both passed no issues so in reflecting back we think it's a one-off position where maybe

we didn't get talked properly it's a very um I would say low risk from the same point of we tested to wins and pressures that we don't see here which probably sustain pressures and so I think everybody is in agreement and we'll discuss this further tomorrow but um in agreement that we do not have an issue there's no need to continue testing and continue opening up digital locations I think it's a good test it's you know unfortunately you don't want to see that failure so to speak but it is the reason you do this test and you do this test on everybody so um whether it be a small addition Harvest can be doing it over at Riley um same testing contractor different installing contractor but we want to make sure that we're installing our

abilities make the test prove to be worth worth it okay so that's I think that's a major way we've been talking about it for a long time and just due to and planning to test uh for a long time we would have never able to test a complete system that is if I update any questions on the progress here I guess I should will you identify that particular panel that had filled with us uh like to be a track record available to make sure that we long-term understand what's going to happen yeah and there are written reports from our our envelope Consultants that uh and their consultant and their testing consultant that um the district is copied on those reports as well as the whole team to build with teams everybody is in in the

room on those reports very detailed pictures locations of all of that sort of Records so we have the initial report and we'll be getting the reports from today probably five weeks it's not a good move to elevate me appreciate that yeah and you stated that in terms of more missing items like this knobs and doors so we got all the material we need from inside so pretty much there's a couple of things um that we are missing so I'm still working through some things some new developments as of last week there is a delay to the large Optical partition that separates the sunset from parts of the cafeteria obviously remember to walk through there's a large structure there this glass door that goes under that notified last week delay on the blast for that partition

so working through that puts us like March March April is when we expect to see it more right now um that doesn't work there are ways around it started brainstorming what can we do in a temporary situation to get us through that we'll continue to do that in the meantime we're also looking to the contractor and the manufacturer for is it a certain aspect of the glass whether it has to be because it has to be frosted does that make it a longer time or is it a certain type of glass maybe look at an alternate option so we are diving so it's fairly good information um the rest of the things you know small components here and there coming in um first and second week of novemberists the countertops coming in first first week

of November but for the most part it's this stuff is coming along so um the one other thing I should point out is we are never ready to start punch list with the whole team uh the second week of uh November so Furniture is on track um uh startup company it's still a partnership but yeah we are progressing and we'll start final cleaning here and punch list inspections and then to start the production process to the bunch of us we need the following birds or start get ready for that open house on December 10th president any any questions from the board on the project no question just a uh so I see the question here okay imposter [Music] so I see your response because you're not considering any cameras there are cameras in that courtyard

that Joe you made it um but there is a camera in that Marriott there's one like right on the very left corner of the screen about where that right over here yes there's one there shooting looking back into that courtyard and that is going to capture all of those things and you know the cameras that we've got there uh and I can't remember if it's a specific one that's in that courtyard but there's multiple lenses in the camera so there was one fixture there there's multiple cameras with the intention of capturing okay all right because that was one of the concerns of the block group that I did um I was concerned about security and even now that I've parked here and I walked around I had an opportunity there is no lighting other than

like from the foreign [Music] they're not significant right there there's a light entrances there is definitely a wall pack light over the door maybe out of the media center see if there's other corners team take the steps I'm sure those security we had enough coverage for the camera perspective it also sufficient like this we don't have that it's going to be with the patient for okay that looks well the team is speaking tomorrow and we'll look at that tomorrow inside the building through the construction area as well yeah there's definitely at least one light to go up to them Courtyard yet um so quick I pulled up the map here on my computer which I'm not displaying but there's a wireless access point on that glass that you can see there there's two security cameras

in that code to capture that area okay all right I had to assess 360 cable yeah so there's there's two at this side of the corners of the clothing again data's questions are in the packets you have in front of you Mr chives thank you and then we'll address like tomorrow thank you all right then if I can I'm just going to run through change orders quick uh there are just three related to I said departure though um so as I mentioned I just had three this month um the first one here is uh District change order numbered at any eight it relates to PR 49 which was issued by the rule um this is in the cafeteria we have a large awning over the servery doors and the framing on the top of that

was exposed as we started looking at the sight lines of the building from the second floor you can actually see now into that framing a bit and it also posts a challenge that you will for thinking right so we've decided that it was best to put a drywall cap or a lid on top of that frame to make that a nice flat surface to clean off but we also have in the Sunny Side of gymnasium one of the best builds integrating the gym to masonry walls when they go up above 12 feet maybe and so we have a little pocket in the corner of the gym where it has a ceiling in it if you're actually walking through the doors and looking up there's a ceiling but on top of that it's open meaning balls

items can be tossed into that and would end up on top so top on that so that it falls or things that are thrown up there but actually slide or roll back down that deal with his team are definitely that shelf office so um so we're putting it's actually plywood back um to make it stable so that if a wall lands on it it's not going to pull and drywall then we're putting driving along for a nice finish so that is in this size gymnasium not just a little bit of ceramic porcelain tile replacement so total cost of that change were 6288 dollars I'll change your 99 that incorporates PR 52 this is for Four Mile grade stairs that that step that's about 22 inches or so out onto the roofs we just feel putting

a metal brakes there provides the safest access on and off coasters so last month you guys approved I went for a lower roof probably a second floor camper this is for the last four stairs um the changeover here is ten thousand ninety dollars and that includes the metal ratings area railings on those stairs and they fight and then the last change order for size 7 partner exchange order 100 the import rates of PR 53 and this is for uh some revisions to Sarah wall stairwell ceilings actually uh we're able to reduce some of the travels to open the stairwells um which resulted in a small credit helped offset some of the added costs for a couple more bulkheads as we got into the ceilings and the media rooms the media centers um and we had

ceilings at different heights visibility of up into the lower portion of the ceiling on cutting off some of those Cyclones we decided to add a drywall bulkhead which is basically a wall that comes down with the height of the lower receipt next so those are the kind of the last two um so we have an ad here of 3632. eventually the majority of the ceilings are in so I know we've had a couple changes and just trying to take some of those sight lines away I'll get into the ceiling systems um weren't necessary so uh we should be getting to the last suppose really so those are the change orders per second it's about very solution Center um not foreign [Music] okay that's gonna be sufficient yes questions yeah okay we did discuss that we

may explore commercial cleaning of the windows as well just to get that information because for those who went on the walk it's really difficult to get to some of the spaces safety vehicle services [Music] okay that was question number five thank you Lord give me questions no questions were submitted directly to me I do not all right thank you good evening everybody um if you guys have any questions please stop me um foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] so as you can see we have a lot of activities I have a lot of activity going on out there the biggest things that you basically so on the top center part of I'm using that the east side of the building there um you can see a rather large expectation that excavation

is about four feet deep that's basically we're still in water detention system so as of right now uh the concrete slab and Report it's actually occurring there's concrete concrete structures that sit on top of that to help in the uh I um so uh from that point what occurs is basically going to backfill that and then that's going to be a nice landscape barrier to the students um that is well underway as right now we're scheduled to begin tomorrow due to the rate we're actually going to be pushing back for a date um so we'll be starting that limit two days to sell the structures another day or two for the rest of our work is updated to analog exhibition kept everybody working on the west side of society so along with the storm trap

at the exterior of the building currently we have about let's say about 40 of the above already installed uh the gymnasium which is the largest surface area um I think I believe so it's the largest area Municipal rough out there um so that is uh kitchen which is right next to the North Lake we're currently working through that area and we're about 30 30 to 40 percent so we're going to continue Trucking along there the kitchen should take a spot for the rest of the week um and then that's from that point we'll be moving into the multi-service space um so we're looking at investing very well with the graphic calculator also at the exterior um we are also at the exterior we are currently progressing along with the cold form of metal framing um

we have about 85 percent of all the way from Milford that's going to be wrong so I believe on the west side we're finishing all that upwards starting straight from on the east side then once we finish up with the storm trap excavation it's going to open up the space so um that is um break again because of the sort of uh the storm trap exhibition we're keeping all of the work uh proceeding to break with their Nation either inside of the Edition or onto the west side so as soon as the storm track is complete go ahead and move our basic numbers basically that area with the grades right there that's that that's the last little bit of break that we 've got we're coming very close to to have another breakfast so with

the closing the building we need to make sure that we can get out of the class we have quite a bit of glass that's going to be ongoing here uh all those can make your own things so starting in about a week and a half or two we um looking to get disability as soon as possible to protect us moving on to the inside uh we are currently uh currently are scheduled to install the our report the last section of the staff at the multi-purpose area tomorrow um so we have a rough over that space where protect it we're going to be adding a little bit of plastic into areas just to keep some of it right now but that's going to be our last next report once we have that complete we'll open up

so we are some room for our Masons to start building walls on top of that slab after it cures um and proceed with all of her involved so uh proceeding along with all of the roughton all of our welfare our majority of our wall for anything there's two areas where we are still building uh uh Middleford laws um so that's still ongoing there all of our wealthy that you can jump all of our Russian activities on the top left there you can start to see the bathroom stuff together all hooked up we're running to support orders um you start to see uh conduit in walls um image on the bottom right hand screen there you see all of the Underground uh calming and electrical that went into your kitchen that's gonna be there so um

everything's resting well there so at the interior of the schools casework has substantiated the need we actually finished up on Saturday um there's still a few odds and ends that we need to tie up there uh so on November 8th hold their teams are going to be walking through the space creating the process on the casework we will be back on Thanksgiving to put all about all of our eyes across all of our teeth so um I think that just about touches everything in terms of progress out here any questions there all right so uh Joe if we could go over to the cheese workers thank you so I do want to touch base two items list or two of these we just actually throw these things out this week love this uh for those

two board meetings ago the friendly before curves and so we finally had a resolution there we discussed with our great partner uh the original value that we had out there was that was um the original estimated that was about 96 000 or so uh after all the work was completed we wanted to try everything we actually did about 66 000. 20 I think it was about 27 so um that was a nice chunk of change that we managed to save yourself um so as of right now uh the original nte value was 108. 823 uh the final number that we're seeing here is 69 146 so all in all about a forty thousand dollars especially of course all right uh the next one that we I have an update for here is pr16 uh through

this was a reroute of hydronic packaging uh the nte approved value is 52 672 I'm working with our lead team we managed to find an excess of course that should have been already included within the base scope so we went back to our trade partner we got those out of the uh the pricing we managed by 2005 which the final value here is 50 383 so both of these values will be updated in the next board meeting highlighted in Norwich just to make it clear to start finalize episode uh excuse me this is issued on June 30th uh this was cost to reroute water branches within North Lake uh the Water branches were originally being routed to the North Lake chimney the chimney was very inaccessible so the research to be able to excuse me

um to work around this we actually routed around the chimney kitchen area outside of that through the kitchen area through the corridor cafeteria at Nordic Lake and then back into the kitchen it resulted in extended water lines which is the primary cross here there was also a credit to remove some of the stove for rtu too some of the existing Expeditions actually that been prevented themselves um to be able to remove some of the additional differently so there is also a small Credit in there for the [Music] next we have pr22 in the North Lake basement we actually we added painting to the walls and bathrooms due to additional maintenance uh and those bathrooms that were down here at the tower I was there was actually cut as fast as we've been together so when

we removed the route we needed to patch on the floor um so we we're design team we decided cleaning all the walls paid before to get a nice finished product there the cost there is 2651 dollars pr23 also rolls along with this one because the floors needed to be ripped out the toilet partitions until the accessories the fixtures themselves all needed to be brought out um partitions it really weren't it wasn't much that we could see it's unfortunately needed to put furnished beautiful partitions fixtures were already there because so that was primary cost there in addition we also provided a title behind a few sinks and the relocation so overall cost there was 11 970 dollars next moving on to pr24 issued on August 9th this PR uh look into a little bit of a

value engineering and working with gold um set team up there there's a few ceiling conditions where the gypsum or the existing routines that were there are pretty good condition so rather than removing those those uh ceilings just repeat that so we have a small City loose here which is 2457. excuse me next we have pr25 issued on August 12th this document adds FRP behind a couple of options for gender responses as well as tiles it's about two two to three functions I believe so second floor price this cost is 7574. foreign looking into pr26 issued on September 1st uh this is the edition of a new speaker and intercom is way back when before we begin our value Engineering Process on the Northland Fitness room was originally intended to be more larger um going through

the valley engineering we elected to remove the structural upgrades to make that one large room and continue to Esters this is basically just catching us back up to making sure that we have two separate rooms rather than before um so to be able to install a new speaker new intercom will be located ones that have already been established and you have costing 4287 dollars off tr28 excuse me uh this is in regards to the restroom on the west side of the workplace on the first floor of the bathroom that's there uh there was uh here was a layout adjustment function that was there at entitled behind music that was that was the biggest thing here um it gives the title to uh so um the cost that we're looking at here is 359 pr29 uh

issued on September 8th pop has to do with the sporting equipment that's over at Norfolk Northlake we actually installed uh 16 by 16 Master will be installing 16.60 inch boxes for the controls of the squirting equipment as well as the lighting comparison the original part of the cost here is to upsize the original design which was 12 by 12 to 60 by 16. 12 by 12 box is not large enough to host bolts the lighting and the sporting equipment so we upsize the infrastructure to account for that so that's the cost here is 4177. PR 30 has a few few items on here um good chunk of them are uh steel related uh on the north side of the multi-purpose area um we need to install a brick angle to support the brick the old

writing music room we needed to install uh two masonry repairs to support a little that needed to be extended a little bit due to existing conditions um and with that we also received a credit to remove slightly a few doors um and I'll associate Parts there so there is a small part so all in all the cost is here what's listed on the sheet is at 19506. this is one of those items that's also going to be updated on the next next board meeting uh we work through them we are currently spending at 17 000 56 dollars pr33 I believe there was well there was um I think it was more importantly or less where we added a replacement of ejector pumps over at northflick which exactly the pumps are for storm and sewer water

for everything in the Northlake basement uh reason for this PR uh due to what happened with the flooding at Northlake uh we've decided we would work with this reward and science to make sure that if somebody like that was to happen again that those attractive pumps wouldn't fail on the scope so uh the the cost here is to place those storm and sanitary ejector pumps on the emergency generation uh so cost from the electrician here is 2 450. I'm sorry 2 548 dollars foreign District change order 111 uh is not related to a more PR this is more so uh just about unnecessarily a foundation but with the installation of the chiller rails those Chiller rails on top of the kitchen basically it's just a structures above that structure of sale typically it's not earth

metal ducts children rails basically needed to be laying directly on circular Steel in the view of the metal deck so we actually needed to cut that mount back when we cut that metal deck there was additional support needed to or additional support needed for the metal deck so what we went ahead was we worked with our steel trade contractor to provide metal plates to basically weld alongside the agelessly meditate for the backstage so the work here is based on tnm just a tank material times we're looking at 8 107. uh Mr change order 112 pr35 September 27th uh this these are electrical updates by top power to the balance of mechanical previously actually have um so costs here uh currently have it listed as the natural experience 2019 we are currently at 17 700 questions

[Music] check injector pumps to the emergency generating so basements foreign [Music] this really should be our last paper on apologize for having so many we've been working through [Music] so and um are you remain get about five protein quarters and you mentioned savings about half of thank you you like the words project completion percentage um so I mean the new size set of characters 90 plus obviously there's the demolition of the discipline is that sort of down there but sits over the explanation of the old building um [Music] okay just in my mind yeah I can study that or we can study that a little bit better before next time well I mean just to understand 65 roughly available yeah thank you just to put a river around that Carl's to your point if you

look at the scheme of things I think you he might be under playing a little bit the contingency is a great shape for this project especially in writing Arts like where there's more surprises this project I think we're around the one percent who understands got the utility changes in some other companies that were influencing so it was really changed orders are included in that so I think overall it's a good story to tell them um I'm here to just talk about the HVAC fists that we took last week and uh we had four bidders this is the HVAC work that is tied mostly to the Astro dollars but it's for Jefferson in the year to replace all the major mechanics so that spear handlers and the mezzing air handlers and hand towels and uh two

rooftop units each building um they're very much similar buildings as you both know as you all know but we we took four bids we updated estimates back in May going into the Summers they can now give us some pretty new numbers and we saw some major escalation that uh showing up on these bids along with a couple other excellences that I'll talk about but the the uh the low getter changes if you accept the offset so as we saw kind of the three materials of where the market was going this last few months we recommended to put a significant deduct alternate a bit and that took out two of the mechanic units at both buildings that are housed in domestic which served the German cafeteria so we thought those were the safest did not replace

right away as part of this project so you'd have some flexibility to pull those out a bit if in fact we saw the escalation that we started to see the last couple months which we did and uh so the bitter the little better changes if you accept that Tina dolls with home group was a little bitter he took all the work if you take that detox ultimate to take those messy units out of each building and save those for a later date we're looking at MG mechanical who both good companies we've got a good tracker of both mg is a quality group we're a great collaboration of the district right now with some of the challenges between times and things so they've been stepped up Partners so our recommendation tonight is to award to energy

mechanical taking the deduct alternate and we also included another alternative liquidated damages and I won't get too heavily into the wheat on that but what it is is basically um this for this bidder was no cost but what it does is it gives a little bit of an incentivized to make them hit the date the ending so if they're late after the end dates which is uh early August um the district can penalize them a thousand dollars a day for everybody they didn't put his dollars in here which tells us they're confident that they're going to hit that date um one of the other bidders did have a thirty thousand dollar ad meaning that they're either going to have to put some overtime in for their anticipating being late you want to be able to

cover that piece so having zero dollars is a good sign but we would recommend accepting it because it's not costing anything but it will give you give us all an incentive to help push them along and if they do miss that date we're looking at a thousand dollars barring anything that is unavoidable you know that but uh for the most part that would be a set date that you can start to charge okay so the two sorry option what is two rooftop units at each school which are your handlers on top of the roof we're replacing two um Penthouse units which serve mostly classrooms so those are the ones that we really want to make sure we maintained in the project because the Esser the idea be honesters to continue to improve air quality that's

really the motivation of faster dollars so um the Third location is messing over the stage that serves the gym at cafeteria there's also two units there those are the ones that we're saying let's let's wait on those they're inside units um deals have been successfully they'll find parts to keep those ticking so we felt that that was supposed to be a candidates a lot of the project to keep our number down initially we thought the estimate between sr2 and sr3 grants that we would fully cover the projects the projects came in much higher than anticipated even with world doing an update of their estimates back in May um so part of what Mr krita is explaining is that if we accept alternate two that means we would not install the mezzanine units and then we

would also so we have I think it's 2.2 million dollars built into the Esser grants to cover the project and then we would supplement that with uh funds out of the O M fund so I have information this in FY 22 we received an exceptionally higher amount of capital personal corporate personal property replacement tax it's a tax on businesses that was up significantly higher at 22 than in 21 and I confirmed with the township before we met last week to talk about these the the bids that came in um they anticipate this FY 23 receiving that higher amount again and then it'll start tapering down to back where it used to be it's a tax on businesses based on Revenue um because the revenues were higher beautiful at the end of the day yes and

then everything is kind of settling back into they're projecting that it'll settle down back to a normal State and we'll see that see the PRT funds drop down uh but that was significantly higher that is funding the 205 Wolf Road um purchase as well as to cover the difference here and then Dr Sullivan worked with Brian Marroquin our grant coordinator and kind of reviewed what else was written into primarily sr2 because sr3 has a lot of required set-asides what could be picked up in other France what were things that we estimated amounts and they are going to be lower or they're actually being covered elsewhere and so we are freeing up four hundred thousand dollars so that puts us about 2.6 million of user funds and reduces uh it was going to be 1.3 million

in local funds so that drops that down to you know probably 900 000. and as Laura was talking about if you recall last year with Riley Northlake we had to tap into our restaurant funds to keep that project going because those costs came in much higher than anticipated about a year ago yeah and here we are again no the s started out with the cares Grant 2020 and then uh sr2 so they're all related to the pandemic emergency relief and the as Dan krita mentioned there's a push a big focus on air quality so we have about 55 000 written into Esser for the ultraviolet units that are on the air handlers uh the Sunnyside MacArthur and then we also used Esther funds to help offset that substantial increase in the bids that came in

for the Mechanicals that we awarded in January of 2022. they came in in December and we held off because we were trying to figure out what to do when the North Lake Project came in the bids came in six million over budget and part of it was a significant increase in Mechanicals so we used Esther funds for that already so we are using Esser funds where the federal government is recommending to improve air quality which then improves the environment for the students learning environment and then there's required set of sides for learning loss summer learning programs we have the arc program adoption in Esser so it's really focusing keeping the grants focused on these critical areas did I answer all these questions okay and then Mr crudit you you reminded us about the lead time

it takes to get in the queue yeah and that goes to your point Mr Chavez because sr2 expires September of 2023 and we're looking to bundle two and three to get this project done so that means all of it needs to be done for us by September 30th of 2023 but in order to do that this work has to be done in the summer so we've got to get in the queue essentially now in order to make that happen that's why we wrap this so many earlier than our business last year hearing that the lead times are continuing to expand and that is part of the influence this costs to we know that we really open the door in competition for this bid so we had multiple Contra or multiple manufacturers to be able to

bid the equipment um the the ones that couldn't make the timeline even right now as early as we are for next summer um either raise their prices significantly or didn't even fit the project they want to take on that risk of snack form so um there was a premium to get the units which is based which was one of the manufacturers um to have that equipment on site in the summer and be ready to go we saw not only the influence of just mechanical equipment raising but also the lead time to accelerate they had a perfect month so it's just kind of a quick shift Factor onto their price uh I mean there's six units during that entire building the largest getting the ones in the classrooms to the house units okay but those are

being too oh this is the gym in the cafeteria that's where that would be part of yeah so on the lead time one of the manufacturers says if we talked about this roughly a month before these came in so one of the manufacturers has a 52-week 52-week lead time another one was about 40 42 and that I think is taken which clearly a premius being paid to get pushed ahead in the queue because they are meeting at 23 to 28 wait eight week lead time so some of the items have a 23 week lead time and the other 28 but that is building in that premium to move up foreign manufacturer obviously it gives them a little proprietary uh Advantage but um we did sit down and talk to that before we put the splatter

together recording it we're going to at least 60 just by changing the way they're approaches so that won't be in this number but that'll be a change in order to beat up at 60 000 after we a war to get them on board we can sit down and talk as well any other questions thank you thank you thanks uh did you want me to update on the PCS [Applause] um so as you know we had some settlement that Bradley Northlake that's discovered right I think the project I've thrown over there and we brought on a testing group called BCS who's familiar with the district there's been a lot of the other testing and control testing at work in the district um the they just issue a report here earlier in the month that we've been

kind of chewing on and digesting um their their findings in a nutshell are that there's definitely settlement going on that's that it's obvious um they're tripping it to a couple things and a little bit specular but from from their perspective from the they did some interior snowboarding slashing thrown on the floor uh pulled out the dirt to see it was down underneath the slab because that's suddenly as well as on the outside of the building to try to troubleshoot what's happening on the outside why are the foundation is also suffering um what they found um generally is that it looks like there's some what we call a compressible clay or clay that can actually shrink over time or compress based on weight um it looks like that's what's underneath some of the gravel or some

of the here let's have to substantiate the actual pores with below that it looks like there's some silky clay and things that are a whole lot of water and can sink a little bit over time over time so um that's happening certainly on the inside and it looks like the outside they also attributed some of the settlement potentially to the fact that these are very heavy granular material or gravel underneath the slabs and underneath the foundations and because that's larger pieces sometimes that can actually sell a little bit because it's very hard to compact that and in the footprint of the building um because they poured the the foundations they can't get the heaviest Machinery in there to compact that property um so there's speculative that might be also part of why that slab is

the sink so a couple things that they've done um they put some recommendation together um actually two ways to bring the slab back up it gets mudjacking if that terminology is familiar where they actually push concrete down and try to raise the slab but they'll also do it it's called permeation where they're drilling it in different locations to try to raise it collectively so it gets back out to the right height um on the outside of the building what there's to stabilize so things don't stick anymore they're talking about doing what helical peers or they're basically that screw in peers that they would sink into the ground and then Bolt the uh or attach the foundation so the peers will go deeper and find that that Solid Ground and then basically uh stabilize the foundation

there's cost of all this and what we'd like to do is set up a meeting with ECS to save a couple things up is the building sinking mostly where it meets the old building where it's kind of tilting like this until we focus the efforts there and is it stable in the ground the perimeter or is the whole building kind of sinking as one because that'll change the scope of the that's the uh the correction I guess um we also want to know if to do that we might have to bring them on to do some surveying at the perimeter and kind of find that that line of the foundation to see is it doing this or is it doing this collectively so that's one way to get the scope um situation um they recommend

bringing on a special contractor to actually work with how do you package this because it's a very specialized kind of work where they're actually checking the the or uh they're trying to stabilize the foundations it's there's not on the context that do this for women so um they recommend bringing one of those contracts uh we thought if we could have one at the table without a commitment but just to have their voice so here's how they would go about doing it so we can understand timeouts because Ricardo wants to finish those rooms that are affected by this next summer and if this is a summer plus kind of corrective work then do we put those on hold do we finish those and deal with this the next summer we're just trying to find the best

uh kind of best timing spot to get this done and either plant the next summer or do something that might push you completely different 2000 edition so that we do soil testing sampling construction at that I don't know I think so this is 2000 conditions right okay yeah that little piece of them is settling or sinking the other thing in the big Don I should mentioned this is important they put gauges around the building I think there's eight or ten of them that will show they actually install them in August they've checked them in September and what it does it's monitoring are we seeing anymore continuous thinking or is this kind of plateaued and we don't have to worry about fixing everything we might just fix the slab and then let the building kind of

stand as is so if that shows six signs of not continuing to settle we only have one month of data on that but if we maybe we wait two three four more months before we make a call on this maybe we have a stable environment that we can just fix the interior slab and not spend a lot of money trying to stabilize things that don't need it maybe it's already stabilized itself so those monitoring devices they're checking on a monthly basis uh we should have another check on it for probably next week over [Music] foreign [Music] so that this has been reported to somebody's reported about the same time but it just doesn't yeah just the summer pleasure just recently my phone I would say the timing of that probably late April early May yeah

that's what I'm saying I don't think this is like so okay from that house gear addition to the original code you need things there's a teacher says there there was a sense to yourself so when it was brought up and the recommendation was to have ECS we originally had them just do a initial consult with wool and then they made the proposal and the board approved the proposal to do this further testing which was boring and then the monitors um that are mounted on the outside and the inside or just outside to to determine whether the settling is continuing or not as mentioned to go about they're watching it they check installed it in August they checked it in September and then I think we I think our contract is for one year of monitoring

okay go back to our constructions two thousand years this when it came up earlier this year was the first that I heard anything about it I remember there were uh before I started and I attended some meetings they were talking about the leaks which then Mr krita did that pressure testing like they did chamber testing here Mr Schuster did that testing when we first brought brought paid on um but then addressed the issue that Dr lasigno and Mr Sable were talking about with the leagues that Riley coming in um are you requesting anything from the board I understand you got someone at the table okay so what do you need the ECS we haven't brought any kind of an agreement but we will do a follow-up meeting with ECS and with Will if the recommendations

do have a Consultants sit in on that meeting to provide some guidance even though we know it has been a long ideal 20 plus years that Bill had been installed you don't have to like shoot maintain safety on the guitar or the addition source maybe six thousand square feet per floor so thank you for the update yeah thank you that is the end of our presentations and then the bid award will be presented as an action item at the start of the regular meeting and the change orders will be presented in the new items any questions any concerns that's what it is okay Travis Hightower Jackson Mason okay like always gentlemen you're always welcome to sit around with us for the next uh our plan end of school for the school year basically the end

of snow days for kids really that part is gone but it allows us to also monitor the learning through our technology and other tools that we use should we need to have a deep learning day uh and this is district-wide to allow instructions to continue the Roe will verify that the plan meets the requirements of the law and this again will make sure that we keep the last day of the school calendar continuity of instruction and to make sure that opportunities to learn happen anywhere anytime regardless should we be in an emergency condition so the next steps the board will approve the e-learning program we will then request that the e-learning program be verified by the regional Office of Education we'll communicate with our students our families and our staff and we've already had communication

with our Teachers Association the Berkeley Education Association I do not see any other public comments or any public comment are there any questions from the board any questions so now we just see the Motions we addressed okay I think Mr burn is checking for comics because their motion to Chronicles uh close the public here [Music] Travis hi hi Tower Jackson Mason sorry Maura hi okay yes it is presented in the facilities committee the suggested motion is that the Board of Education except the Jefferson Whittier HVAC replacement project bid from mg Mechanical Incorporated for their base bid in the amount of five thousands pardon me that would be great five million two hundred eighteen thousand dollars and acceptance of alternate one for zero dollars and Alternate two for a credit of one credit or deduct of

one million six hundred sixty four thousand thousand dollars for a total amount of three million five hundred fifty four thousand dollars is the lowest responsible proposal is presented in motion it's Jackson Mr Crown no conference hi Tower aye Jackson Mason Laura hi okay participation did we ask that the board accepted written correspondence says presented motion Chavez there's more work on this Jackson Mesa Maura um there is no questions uh so we asked that the board approved the minutes of the regular board meeting of September 26 2022 and the closed session minutes of August 29th 2022. are you in motion this O'Connor a small world cup please [Music] no all business okay Board of Education approved the account to claims payable authorization as presented yes Mr O'Connor roll call please Laura I [Music] um Jackson or

Mason all right and there were no questions this month on the bills and the monthly building rental report is provided in your packet for your review and this is for informational purposes only thank you good old winners [Applause] okay most students are going to close sessions we're not going to be alone right famous last words all right stay close to all the regular Boys in back order please okay consideration board reports there was only three of our board members there who are not even there so that's why we didn't discuss too much of anything it was a quick meeting so uh we approve the personal uh year 23 budget and uh we also uh for the first meeting which was the consent agenda and uh did a couple of details payroll bills and who businesses

presents employment resignation determination were also included under the business and we had a couple items that we approved and uh our next governing board meeting will be one single November 16th at 6 pm and it's cold for everybody's there like it's kind of bad one you don't have anybody so so like next the next meeting there will be Wednesday November 16th I do um we had the facility right before this one and Ministry part of your package so enormous Associates right here there's more in the video and Mr Jackson all right so you did it we asked that the board accept a resignation of the following Personnel Hugo Santiago Vasquez District substitute effective September 30th 2022 that's presented in motion please volcano like Chavez night Tower Jackson Mason Kerry yes that the Board of Education

refused to concur with the resignation of teacher Marissa Harrell as discussed in closed session no motion Mr Jackson Miss O'Connor will call please Chavez night Tower Jackson Mason Laura I'm okay we have set the board employ the following Personnel effective October 12 2022 Jessie cherny North Lake inclusion resource teacher ocean profile please yes at the board accept the resignation letter of the following Personnel Katie courington Jefferson lunchroom monitor effective September 29th 2022. motion Mr Jackson no call please we ask that the board employed the following educational support staff Personnel pending all paperwork Reyna Avila Riley teacher assistant Barbara Blazek Northlake lunchroom monitor effective date 10 11 22. Jasmine gogana Sunnyside lunchroom monitor effective date to be determined Vanessa Marilla Garcia Riley teacher assistant effective date pending employment paperwork and Priscilla Cruz Northlake Circle Aid effective

date October 24th 2022. to motion Mr O'Connor is called World complex Mason uh Mara aye O'Connell hi Chavez hi hi Tower Jackson all right motion care yes that the board reassigned the following Personnel Vanessa Chavez from clerical Aid to administrative assistant to the director of English learning effective October 17 2022 and Gladys Pirtle from lunchroom monitor to teacher assistant at Sunnyside effective date pending ocean no problem Laura aye O'Connell aye Chavez hi Tower Jackson Mason we asked that the Board of Education terminate probationary employee Natalie Cruz defective immediately as discussed in closed session after due consideration of the information presented by the employee and the Administration has presented in motion yes that the board approved the fundraisers as presented MacArthur eighth grade team picketree Sunnyside event planning committee Make-A-Wish Foundation yellow silicon bracelet the motion

Ms O'Connell please Jackson Mason Laura hi okay hi alsha Kerry yes that the Board of Education approved the e-learning program for 2022 through 2025 as presented hi Tower Jackson Mason Laura hi O'Connell and then uh I uh you haven't replaced some questions that came up about custodial positions that as you know we've been working to move forward with uh for some for the new Sunnyside MacArthur and for the new Riley Northlight and one of the reasons we want to move forward with this is because we plan to occupy those buildings coming up in December Riley excuse me Sunnyside MacArthur but have the children there in January hopefully we'll find staff that of course is an issue in and of itself but we feel we want to close to positions so there are some questions that

came up I had a conversation with Mr Chavez and then Mr White and I worked on responses to those questions and uh so Mr White and any other board member in case there any questions I thought Mr Chavez I'd just bring this up now to consider uh prior to the motion to accept these positions so yeah further details and tell us a question so I received the questions came up with you before a lot more of the information I was looking for um I don't have an issue with the market positions um is [Music] um right but I don't I don't find it appropriate uh that our custodians are going to do some equipment that we purchased well they are so pretty we can but those suggestions have started making the additional purchases technology about

computers so to get that face and pull it out use it drain it clean it take your ex out back at the stove so it's time to get off remember that's a supervisor issue um this is where our night supervisor will help describe she wants a new building they're chasing things even more every single advantage okay so technology wise also they suggested other conclusions are small creating our smokers over the 20s they even have in the orgs I'm saying they're using robotics so what does that possible just my admission relate seventy thousand plus so I haven't even noticed it yet until we began that process and Water Management that's what we are with the equipment those are the things quick question of that you're considering to uh these the stats that the proposal that they

have using technology foreign help us out it's so uncomfortable that uh looking at this but I think the technology piece is telling things thank you um the the north the rightly Northland understand that they're talking 16 hours per team right so right now regular edit between us all traditional square footage that needs to be cleaned to get my initial estimate was just based on square footage now we focused on this building with the company but still all the additional square footage is not accounted for and I think with that extra person I think our average is eighteen thousand percent so you're almost at a full shift but that might break it up change the breakdowns so this will allow me to finish the top of the directions in the breakdown for here they can get

three things it gives what we have what's normal unless the standard for K-12 because things have changed K-12 breakdown requires additional figures before so with those extra and power I'd like to focus on those additional disinfecting items okay so that's how to start okay and there's a lot more glass now as well right right there's more calories is different of course you know all right yeah so okay any other concerns of course uh we asked the board approve the additional custodial positions as presented okay Mr Jackson phone call please Jackson Mason Laura [Applause] all right for the uh recommended suspension of the license teacher Marissa Harrell is employed by the Board of Education Marissa Harrell attendered her resignation to the school district on September 30th in order to accept another assignment without obtaining the concurrence

of the board or without serving at least 30 days written notice to the board that's the issue here the board of education is committed to developing and using knowledge of dedicated staff to serve the needs of his children teachers who resign from the school district during the school year in order to accept another teaching assignment or another position without giving 30 days notice adversely affect construction of students whereas section 2414 of the Illinois school code provides with a teacher who has entered into continual service May resign by serving at least 30 days written notes therefore being resolved by the Board of Education that we refuse the Board of Education refuses to concur with the resignation of Marissa Burrell as a teacher and employee of the school district Marissa Harrell may be referred by the board

of education for the state superintendent of education for further proceedings and importance of section 2414 of the school code the resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption so I need a motion to um accept the resolution to for a mistake Mr Jackson O'Connor wait a second and then we need the eyes and nose for extensions okay Tower aye Jackson Mason Laura hi okay ocean characters thank you and then for my report I wanted to mention that I'll be giving monthly updates on enrollment for our school district and one of the things I wanted to mention is we just finished our parent-teacher conferences this Mora I know that you are an active parent and Mr Jackson we gave our parents an option which we wanted to do it remotely or if they

wanted to look in person it was overwhelmingly in person and I'll just give a quick example for time we had in many of our schools 100 participation where parents came in with fantastic participation so we have this connects with our old four with our strategic planning because this is community engagement and it was a process Mr Jackson I think you could speak to it or Miss more about going into Skyward you had to go into Skyward and select your time but our parents did do you have any comments no I mean uh reports or sometimes even um more frequently than that just as reminders um and not only is it explaining the email that there's usually an attachment that gives you a step-by-step English and Spanish if it's I mean to your point it's different

the way that you go about it but it you have all the support and I've actually had to call into North Lake sometimes because I can't figure something out and someone's always there so to kind of walk you through it so no issues Mr James I went to Germany [Laughter] for example Jefferson School has 375 children and at 289 parents attend conferences that is amazing and we have that data now to to use to measure our community engagement which is and then the other is I just wanted to remind everyone that December 10th we're going to be having an open house we're going to have a draft of the program available at the November board meeting the architect and the building management company and the team here has been working on that it looks like

we're going to be able to have the children sing for us it looks like we're going to be able to help and so we're really excited about it this just came out today so we'll give more information about the school report cards came on today of our six schools we used to have five instance of some sort we now have one school staff system that is MacArthur for the special education targeted meaning they're staying at their level the other five schools improved enough to leave and there are considered commendable now so more information will come but that's an example of an improvement with our teaching learning and so thank you for all of your help in providing the resources because the kids coming back from two years of disrupted education we had no idea what

they're going to be coming back to we didn't know if we're going to have to go to another remote learning situation but our dedicated teachers here at the dedicated administrators have kept their Springs open they've kept learning alive and at least by some measurements with the state we must be doing something right because we have five of our six floors upstairs so I just want to mention a little bit more information I was still glad that it was a zoom option for parenting conference because with our great schedules I actually had to take one through my car now I'm glad to do it because that that was really helpful for them both team member yeah first thing up is um our school Improvement plans and so um my suggested notion is that the board approved

our school Improvement plans for the 22-23 school year as presented an emotion Mr Jackson please Mason Laura hi Chavez hi Tower um so we had our fall Institute on October 14th it was a great day it was beautiful weather and we had Dr Sullivan welcoming everybody at the front uh doors which was very exciting um we had a great day of learning together um we had Lego come in and we are doing some new um Nancy corsello piloted some Lego stem spikes is what it's called for coding in our stem exploratory um and we will be using that in our sixth grade and we invited our science classes at the eighth grade so they're going to do some Crossover with our stem classes which is kind of exciting Adventure um some new Journeys into that

and Miss corsello also is going to be beginning an after school club using those same materials for a robotics Club after school and my goal long term is that we have a robotics competition team so a couple years out that's where we're headed so I'm really excited about that for um for Berkeley so she's going to help Spirit of that for the district and the robotics club and team can go all the way down to our our Littles our first graders so I'm kind of excited to see where that will progress um over the next few years for middle school and science um the long time coming for the last couple of years they've been patiently waiting as we got Ela going but we started the process of discussing what materials and where the next

steps for them we started with kind of their vision of where their content where they wanted to see that go in the next couple of years we really aligned that with our strategic plan and our portrait of a scholar and the new social studies standards and that connection of where we wanted to go and we'll start beginning the reviewing those materials this winter with hopefully some more information in the spring and doing some piloting and things this spring so we'll be ready to go in the fall for that our special education student services our special education coordinators and the teachers who are participating in an IEP audit with Miss datafor and this is really in response to feedback we've received from our special education professionals and that professional development that they had this summer on

IEP bull riding so this will look at where what changes we need to make in our IEP writing and ensuring that everything is where it needs to be with regard to the services and making sure everything is aligned all across our system for our students in special education um we also had around three dozen new special education students enrolled this fall so we'll continue to look at that alignment for our students the next piece is our comprehensive school threat assessment teams are up and running and they are meeting monthly in the north side and the south side of the team and that's a collaboration with North Lake and Berkeley police departments looking at all of our policies and procedures and continuing our training and those Partnerships we also have our McKenzie McKinney vento task force

um they have been working hard to ensure that our students that qualify under that act are receiving those services and continuing to monitor the family's needs every semester um and that work is being funded through an emergency Grant resource and we're kind of seeing the impact of that work by frequently meeting and making sure that our families that are doubled up are doing some needs assessments so that we're accurately meeting their needs and monitoring those services for them and the last piece is our volunteer management system we're very excited um that we have that up and running and going we've had an overwhelming number of parents in the applications which is really excited I think people are ready to get back into the schools and support um our students and our staff after a couple

of years of taking that a little bit of Hiatus so I'm excited to see um the number of volunteers that are excited to help come back in the buildings and we are looking for more so come on in especially as we are launching the 100 book challenge which I know it has come home so um we have children who are ready to read to you so come on in yes right no steps and they're reading reading reading um but it's very exciting so any questions Yes actually yeah I did I would love to do that I can give you a rough right now in terms of our iar our growth in IR was about um a similar growth pattern as we had pre-pandemic and we we kind of stayed um consistent implementation with that in

our team the last couple of years but I can give you the fabric for our data along with our summative destinations and all that mixed out sure any other questions okay what's this yes a summary of budget statement of position and the Student Activity reports for the period ending September 30 2022 are provided for your review foreign typically October I present the tentative property tax levy proposal for for that year I have a tentative text Lobby proposal that I'm going to present to you but I wanted to provide some additional background um normally when I do this there are still some missing pieces this year almost all the pieces are missing because Cook County second installment hasn't come out which means backing up they still have not provided the agency tax rate reports which there's

data on those reports that I normally get sometime in the summer and I use that to help prepare this so I have attended uh some workshops with a clerk's office and provided some information but it is they don't have final numbers yet on Friday or late Thursday I received a email from Cook County saying that they attentively expect preliminary agency reports to be available between November 1st and November 11th so I will present a kind of uh preliminary tentative Levy tonight and then I very very likely will bring uh updated tentative Lobby in October because I'm using a lot of assumptions in this tentative proposal tonight but so November I will bring back a revised as long as I get some of this additional information the county is saying that they anticipate the tax bills

going out before December 1st so that they would be due by the end of December so normally you get those this Cook County census bills out in August and they're paid in September so it impacts the tax goal which I the Township Treasurer's Office has been working with each member district to make sure that our cash flow allows us to cover the debt payments as well as payroll and monthly bills and everything so information was provided to you on the backup for the tentative Levy I am using an estimate of a four percent increase on the 2020 numbers that Levy numbers or the equalized assessed valuation numbers and I'm estimating an increase uh of three percent plus some new property to capture any property that comes back on the tax rolls or that is added

to the tax rules so the suggested motion is that the Board of Education approved the tentative property tax levy for 2022 as presented motions Mason here and then the next item on the agenda is the change orders that were reviewed during the facilities committee meeting this evening so the suggested motion is that the Board of Education approved change order number 90 numbers 98 through 112 as presented okay hi Tower Jackson Mason tomorrow and then on my monthly oral report so I gave you the update on the Cook County second installment status yeah the skip renewal process I have another executive meeting next month to review the renewal numbers that the pool is receiving but I did want to provide an update to the board the pool the skip pool is Contracting with the Gates company

to provide a cyber tool kit for all member districts it will be a shared cost between I believe it will be a shared class between the pool and the member districts and the Cyber toolkit and working this organization working with each member district will increase our insurability because as everyone I'm sure continues to hear that cyber cyber attacks and are increasing and it's more and more difficult and more and more costly to gain cyber Insurance the pool was able to get Cyber Insurance last year at an increased cost and we were not able to buy that extra amount that the district purchased previously but they are still working on trying to regain that ability but the goal is to make sure that the pool itself is in such a position that we're already meeting benchmarks

that we are very insurable and it's because there's more carriers that are leaving the Cyber Market than our in that market and then just a reminder uh since we have early board meetings November and December the Summer's not too early but again there's a long gap between that meeting and the January meeting that we would bring forward a supplemental bills list to pay in between to capture anything that any of the bills that don't come in in time for the regular board meetings so we'll do that to capture the regular bills and then bring that supplemental Bill list to to follow board meeting and that is to end up my reported list or any questions thank you great let's try this listed on my oral reporter are vacancies for certified staff we have 18 vacancies

and their support staff we also have agencies and myself are going to Illinois State University but uh we still have all of our positions posted just no candidates today with participation so that went well and then just wanted to bring to your attention that last week was principal appreciationally so every day they received a small token of appreciation from it's a draw 15 email thanking them for their leadership and their heart November [Music] um and uh there are people yeah good participation I think it was good participation any questions Travis so why is it yeah one is an update for Jefferson station photographs yes okay put the transmission any questions [Music] all right any questions just burned hey there are you doing well thank you I'm going to start off uh by giving you a
