001I call this meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. on April 2nd, 2026. We do not have a quorum present. So, as everyone knows, we cannot proceed. So, we cannot go over the agenda. I will say this, people in this community, you have taken your time to come out to stay informed, to listen, maybe to offer something, and to know what's going on with your children and your school system. So, I apologize that I'm saying this now. I don't know if you had plans. I don't know if you came from work or what the situation is, but we do not board members present do not take your time for granted. So, we do apologize for that. This was a work session, and many things was supposed to get achieved tonight, so we can move forward on
002things for our children and our community. I would say that I could have informed you earlier, but I did not know. Certain courtesies was not given to me that I could inform that we would not have a quorum. Had I known, I would have done that. I do not take anybody's time for granted, nor would I advise you to take mine. So, I would not do that. At this time, before we do dismiss, cuz we cannot proceed. We don't have a quorum, so we cannot vote on anything. I will allow citizen time. If any citizen wants to speak, you will have your 3 minutes that's allotted. It is not normal, but you coming up here to support, to stay involved and engaged is not normal, either, and not seeing your board. So, I will allow
