It'll be referred to as the project and pursuant to Indiana code. Uh the following information is being made available to the public in connection with Madora Community School Corporation preliminary determination hearing. Uh
005our annual debt service payments related to the bond projects or project bonds uh would put our rate somewhere between 6325% and 63 79%. Our current rate is 325% for 2026. Uh the maximum term of the proposed uh project or bonds will not exceed four years. Uh the total maximum original aggregate principle of the projected bonds will not exceed $365,000. The estimated maximum interest rate in connection with the project bonds is 6%. Hopefully that will be lower when we sell the bonds. And the projected uh the proceeds of projected bonds will be used like I said to offset uh some operation cost for 27 28 and 29 years. Um any owner of real property in the school corporation registered voters residing in the school corporation who want to initiate a petition remmonstrous process against the proposed
006project bonds must file petition uh requesting application of the petition remmonstrous project with Jackson County voter registration office and the board estimates that the operational cost associated with the project will be zero dollars per year. So, we're not adding on to the facility. It's going to cost us more money in in heating and air and those type things. So, at [snorts] this time, uh any public comment?
