001That was close. Okay. I aliance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. to deletions to the agenda. >> They're not. >> Have a motion to approve the agenda tonight. >> Mr. Gerussion, all those in favor say I. >> I opposed. >> Passes 70. >> Oh, that's right. 60. Okay. Um, in our board packet, we have the minutes of the regular session that we had on February 9th. Have a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting. >> Okay, Mr. Overbeck and Mr. Just second that discussion. All those in favor say I. >> I. Opposed passes 60. Okay. Our favorite time of the night, students of the month. So, high school's up first. That
002way. All right. Good evening everybody. Students of the month sponsored by Triappa. Junior high. Let's start with junior high. One of these days I'll go high school first because I always go to junior high but that's pretty normal. So junior high Maddx Hensler you're in the Come up here Maddoxa. Come up here and stand aside. These two young men have done outstanding. Right. We'll go seventh grade first. Maddxler seventh grade from Mrs. Mcclache. Miss Mclatchie science teacher. My recommendation for seventh grade student of the month is Maddox Pinsel. Throughout the school year, he has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to improving his academic performance, his growth in understanding scientific concepts and applying them to his work has been impressive. His positive attitude, his perseverance, and willingness to participate in class
003make him a wonderful example of what it means to be a dedicated student. I am proud of the progress he has made this year and believe he is very deserving of this recognition. Congratulations goes to Maddox with you this evening. >> Great. Thank you for being Zusman eighth grade. Same teacher Miss Mcclache. Science science is night tonight. I am pleased to recommend Laka Zusman. He consistently demonstrates responsibility, focus, and a strong work ethic in the classroom. He quietly works well each day, completes all assignments that are expected of him, and takes pride in doing his best. In addition to meeting expectations, he actively participates in class discussions and activities. His thoughtful contributions show that he is engaged and attentive to his learning. He's respectful to both peers and teachers and sets a positive example through
004his consistent effort and dependable attitude. CONGRATULATIONS TO you this evening. >> Great. Thanks for being here. Okay, now you can go. Thank you. High school students of the month, English department nominated, selected, chose Cooper Pearson. Come up here, Cooper. And let's have um CTE recognition tonight in the A department is Xander Coughlin. Come up here, Xander. Ready? Cooper Pearson from Mrs. typing. Correct. Cooper has been completing his work on Frankenstein and participating in discussions. I'm assuming that's a book. You're not working on Frankenstein, right? And participating in discussions that help students understand what is happening in the novel. Cooper has been working on staying off of his computer during class. He's doing a great job of that more often than not. And he's staying focused on his classwork. And I want you to know something.
005I'm going to add something to this. See this says and personally I want to add Cooper has struggled quite a bit over the past several years. This is a good thing. Hold on. But that has not diminished his willingness to be in school every single day. Even when times have been so harsher has not completely shut down or given up. He continues to try and pushes forward. He makes something out of what has been extremely difficult to say the least. I'm very proud of you, Cooper, for putting one foot in front of the other every single day. Keep the faith and believe you can continue to do this. Congratulations, Mr. Cooper. Thanks for being here. You hang up here for a minute. All right, Kaufman, CTE, Agriculture Department. I think this is for Mr. year.
006>> All right. Xander always puts forth his best effort when in the classroom. Xander works really hard in landscape management and agriculture, power structure and technology. He currently has a 99% in a power. He has 100% in landscape management. Xander did an excellent job with home wiring and construction units and a power. He is always in industrious and works the entire time on his projects. Xander always advocates for himself. He's a great partner with Caleb and working through home riding circuits. Xander also does a great job of helping his classmates in landscape management. Xander is very dependable. He's reliable and he's a pleasure to have in class. Congratulations, Xander. CALL >> with you this evening. >> Very good. >> Thank you for being here. >> Good job. Good job. Congratulations. Thank you. Uh Ava Woods
007was our math. I don't think AA is in here. I didn't see her walk in. Um Elena Zetek with social studies. Now Elena's in Indianapolis this evening with a BPA student. So she I know she couldn't she knew she couldn't make it. So congratulations to those two. We had a um selection in the fine arts department and that was in music history and that was Avery Nabel. Is Avery in here? I didn't see Avery walk in. I saw McKenzie walk in. McKenzie come up here for the science department and I saw Kylie walk in. Well, she was already in here when I got here. Culinary, come up here. She be recognized. Kenzie, I called you first. We'll go science. Okay. >> All right. Mrs. Yman. >> McKenzie makes her academic success a priority every single
008day. Although science is not her favorite subject, she gives me her attention and effort. She works hard in class, she's kept an A average. Mackenzie is not shy, will readily ask questions when she does not understand a concept. She works well with her classmates. He's always working on something. McKenzie is a student I can depend on to do the little tasks like setting up lab stations, cleaning up after labs, helping others, and knowing exactly what we are supposed to be doing for particular for a particular activity. She stirs students to stay on task until it is done. Mackenzie is a mom in the classroom. I don't know if I was going to put this in here, but I thought it was kind of cool. Mackenzie is a mom in a classroom. She takes care of
009others. If someone is struggling, she offers to help and will bring them tea or hot cocoa to make them feel better. I've never had tea or hot cocoa. Congratulations to McKenzie. Good job. came with tonight. >> Nice. Very nice. Thanks for being here. See you up here for me. All right. Kylie Twice culinary. Miss Moer. There are so many words I could use to describe Kyler. I bet that's right. I could probably add myself. And while positive and why and why she deserves this honor, but the one thing I keep coming back to is solid. She is trustworthy, hardworking. I can always count on her to do her best. She's grown into a tremendous leader this year as well. Witnessing Kylie's growing confidence in culinary arts and hospitality has been a real example of why
010so many of us teach. That's pretty outstanding comment. That's pretty extraordinary. She's truly blooming. She learns new skills thoughtfully. She hones them, asks questions and practices. She expertly executes recipes. However, if something doesn't quite turn out right, she's quick to analyze and reflect. Kylie is also thoroughly understands front of house service and interacts well with people of all ages. I'm so grateful to have had Pat had Kylie in class every year since seventh grade and am honored she chose the culinary pathway to pursue. Congratulations. >> Very nice. Thanks for being here. Congratulations you two. And I think that's it from junior senior high school. Thank you very much. Okay, it's time for kids. >> Mrs. Douglas is here to present student of the month for her classroom and Mrs. S's classroom. >> Hi. Sorry. You'll
011see that I'm much more comfortable around little children's clothes. But thank you. I'm here today to recognize um a few wonderful third graders. So on behalf of Mrs. day. We would first like to recognize Brody Labau. Brody is a hard worker who comes to school ready to learn each day. He is a great role model for his classmates with his great attitude and the kindness he shows to everyone. He is respectful to all, especially his teachers. Um she Mrs. D is great work. I would also like to add that it's incredibly hard to not smile when you're around Brody. He makes everyone feel happy. Even when things are challenging or rough, he always has a smile on his face. Thank you, Brody. Hope this is my mom, my dad, and my sister. Um, also on
012behalf of Mrs. Day, we would like to recognize Adeline Chadbell or Addie. Addie leads with kindness and integrity every day. She is always ready to learn and encourage her classmates to be the best versions of themselves. Addie is a great friend and makes everyone around her feel welcome. Great work, Addie. I brought my dad and my sister. >> All right. Um, it is such a joy now to share my class and why I chose Amelia Deerly as our um, student of the month. Amelia began this school year as a shy and less confident newbie to our building. Like many students starting somewhere near new, she was still finding her place. But over the months, we have watched her absolutely flourish into a confident and proud Cavaliier. Amelia truly loves our school, and it shows. She
013does. She doesn't just come here to learn, she wants to make Tri County a better place for everyone. She is so sweet and kind to her peers, always offering encouragement and friendship. Her positive, energetic attitude is contagious and she brings a light into our classroom each and every day. Academically, Amelia consistently works to meet and exceed our expectations. She takes pride in her work and pushes herself to grow. As a member of the student council, she is already showing leadership within our building and that is especially impressive for such a young baby. Congratulations. And lastly, um, I am so proud to stand here tonight and share why Harrison Alberts is our Tri County Cavalier Student of the Month. Harrison is genuinely kind. And what makes that so special is that it's not something he turns
014on or off. It's just who he is. He opens doors for his classmates without thinking twice. He even pulls out chairs for others. And dare I say, even the girls. If someone is confused about directions or needs help with an assignment, Harrison is usually the first one to jump up when his foot allows. Not because he wants the recognition, but because helping others simply feels natural to him. Harrison, above all, is humble. This is going to embarrass him incredibly. He works very hard. He gives his best effort even when the task is challenging or maybe not the most fun thing I'm having him do for the day. He doesn't complain. He perseveres. Harrison and I both started Tri County Intermediate at the same time. And although I thought it was my job to make the
015kids feel welcome, Harrison truly helped make me feel like I belonged here. Excuse me. And that says so much about the kind of young man that Harrison is. Harrison, Amelia, Brody, and Adeline. Addie truly represents what it means to be a Cavalier, and we are so very proud of each and every one of you. >> You can go as can I. >> All right. Primaries. Okay, this is lucky to be here tonight. So, I get the pleasure of talking about and Margaret Hall, Margaret. >> Okay, I'm starting because guess what? What's special about it? This is what you made great positive gain throughout first grade and it's been wonderful to see how much he has grown as a learner. Roland puts in effort every day and does not give up even when learning sometimes feels
016challenging. He enjoys sharing his ideas, follows classroom expectations, and is always kind to the classmates. Roland should be very proud of how far he has come this year. I am so proud of him. Congratulations. Miss Margaret. Margaret is a wonderful example of what it means to be student of the month in first grade. She is responsible, dependable, and works independently while always doing her best academically. Margaret shows kindness to her classmates and often steps into leadership roles and always glad to help when needed. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic make it her a joy to have in class. Great job, Margaret. I'm so proud of you. Hey, thank you. Okay. Oh, excuse me. One second. Are there any visitor comments on the agenda? Agenda? No. Okay. Um, since last time we met, we did
017have a report of one possible impaired student. that issue was looked into and some knowledge that was given able to finally get all the windows and openings doors for all three schools measured so that sent off to the company we're getting close for some of the traffic window coveries so that way you can see out you can't see in so that's been taken care of we'll move forward with that we had our behavior threat assessment meeting that we've been doing weekly. I feel and I think Mr. Cole can agree with this. It's progressing well where we started and starting on the same page in progress. Outside of that, myself and Miss Kelly walked through all four buildings with Pip Barker. Last week, we have some quotes on what it would be to upgrade our entry
018systems, get away from the keys, get the times key system we talked about in the past way out. It's going to be harder and harder to replace those, more expensive along. So, we did do that. We did receive the quotes back today um at end of day and next Friday myself miss Kelly and Mr. called feedel. We're going to meet with them and actually go through with them step by step. Again, also we did a walk through the school with the gentleman who's putting on the gospel concert this coming April kind of give him some pointers and we'll show him our facilities and make sure we meet the needs and the wants make a successful event. Outside of that, that's the thing that I have question. Thank you very much. Okay, technology report. >> Um,
019so we've been meeting monthly with the AI literacy guidance team. Um, it's comprised of the administrators and the schoolboard technology team. Um, obviously, you know, AI has been a big thing. Lots of growing with it and stuff like that. And there's just bigger components of it we need to dig into and make sure that we're meeting, you know, like the ethics and the privacy and security. And our goal will be to have a document that says, you know, this is how we're going to support our staff and students and then grow into bringing some teachers and students into our group to help us look at a program that will help embody that here at Trey County. Um, but we got to lay all that groundwork first for that kind of stuff. Um, I'm going to
020get real technical here for a second. in accordance with the Indian office of technology and the cyber security SLCGP funded services which we do take part of that helps get our crowd strike fire staff devices which is the 247 realtime monitoring and our no4 the fishing testing and training and that kind of stuff. Um we need to conduct a free cyber security assessment to fulfill Indiana code 413148 and I've submitted an application for this assessment. is free to us also through that SLCGP grant um and it's conducted by Purdue and IU. So hopefully I'll hear back about that. But I'm sure that will be another fun indepth technology thing to take on. Um officer Paige stole number three. Um basically though kind of elaborating on that a bit. The system that we have is the
021same system that Mr. Row a three times removed maintenance director put in. So we're still using the same program. it has been up the program itself has been updated, but it's obviously still an older program. So, it's time to like really address that and get something new. So, um there was yeah, there was a lot that's like this is really out of date. We need to kind of come up with some better security things. Um the new student registration forms for 2627 school year, they're nearly completed. I have a few more changes that they didn't quite make yet and so we did a first testing with it. Um, but it should be done very soon. And then once that's done, we start working on the returning student forms for the 26 27 school year. >>
022Just tell I want you to know that I understood every word about >> I figured you would. >> Yeah, I know. >> I was worried about everybody else. >> Okay. Construction report. >> Just real brief. If you've been around to the back of the high school, the bus barn's going up and the backpack program's going up, making progress once the permits came in. Uh they're they're moving quickly. So, they've been blessed with some warm weather. So, um continue to move along and the timeline still looks like a July 1 completion date. So, excited about the progress being made there. And then in your report, you always have the pay affidavit for review. discussion. >> The the RWCDC is looking for a new executive director. So, um Sandy Miller has filled that role role. Uh done
023a fabulous job, but some life changes has hap occurred and um she is going to be stepping down. So, we are looking to fill that position as the executive director. Um myself, Mrs. Overbeck and Mr. Gerber sit on that committee. >> Okay. Press board reports. >> Last week we had Re America. We had a lot of fun activities. One new called Mask Leader. So if you're familiar with like the mask singer show, it was mask reader. Four very lucky staff members were chosen to wear headto toe costumes as they read a book and we videotaped them and so one video a day were shared out to the school and the teachers played it for their students and they got to guess who the staff member was. So we got to do the big reveal this
024morning right after announcements. Everybody got to the gym and um those four lucky staff members put the costumes back on and we got to guest and they revealed themselves. My kids absolutely loved it and I think the staff enjoyed it too. It was just something new, something to get them excited about reading as well and it was it was a very fun activity. So big thanks to Mrs. She a lot of that and Mrs. as well. This Wednesday, a group from across all three buildings are going to attend the conference two are preventing youth suicide initiative grant that we've been participating in. So this is year two of the grant cycle for us and really the initiative not the field of just suicide prevention but mental health in general. And at the conference, we'll be
025sharing information on safety planning, ways to engage families in such tough conversations, suggestions for sustainability once the grant cycle ends in June, and guidance on suicide and mental health particularly at the elementary level. So that's definitely a counselor from all three buildings, Mr. by myself. >> Where where's that at? >> Okay. So, it's an all day. >> Will you be given any kind of feedback later on or something? That's great. That's good. Appreciate that. Any other questions? >> So, we had class American week as well and Mrs. Williams, a big thank you to her. She organized dress up days for our staff and students and they loved it. Um, they got a good chuckle out of one favorite one was dressing up as your favorite book. So, I had, you know, teachers with LERs and
026all kinds of things. The kids had a great great time with that. Um, so we did finish also our our re our I read test last week and so parents that have that family portal that was pushed out that also houses their I learn scores um will also be able to see their I read scores. Um but we do have some grade levels that are in the middle of taking that third checkpoint um that window closes actually um this week and then pick up with or sorry it closes in 17 excuse me and then um then we'll pick up with our summitative that we'll pick up after that. Um we have battle teams that are practicing because they'll have their competition later in April. Um, our junior high practice starts Thursday, but they didn't have
027a parent meeting tonight. So, I'm hoping that that one will I haven't heard from his um about that yet, but um we also have um this coming weekend our junior or junior high school art show that our students artwork will be presented in. And Mrs. Yan has worked countless hours on that and she even showed me that she's kind of created some risers for some of our sixth grade projects. So, she's really excited to kind of have them tiered and the kids have done a phenomenal job. They got to model play with our sixth grade and they some of their animals that they created with their scene are just they're phenomenal. They did a very very nice job. Um, next Thursday or sorry, next Wednesday um our sixth grade will be going to this town
028to finish up their their junior achievement unit. So, they're excited about that. And March is music appreciation month. And so Miss Sweetman um is working on some fun activities at both of our elementary buildings. Um that I know that this will be it's in April, but it's before our board meeting. So I just wanted to share that um Sunshine Girls will be coming April 1st to do um activities, Easter activities with our building. I think also the primary building as well. Um and at the board retreat, you guys had asked me to share staff member of the month. So this month it is Mrs. Alicia Mitchell. She's our school nurse. So she does go above and beyond for our students and she makes sure that everybody's well taken care of. She's very willing to educate
029students and staff and parents about the important of health and safety needs. So we are very very grateful for her. And then also this week Mr. McCracken has organized a tornado drill that um he shared with the elementary buildings as well. So we'll get to that this week as well. Any questions for Mr. >> No questions. >> Oh, good. Good. >> Okay. Thank you for coming to this week is national preparedness with severe weather for the state of Indiana. So, I just reached out to him and let them know that we were going to conduct our drill tomorrow morning. That's when the state's doing their tornado drill at 10:15. So I just said, "Hey, if you want to be on the same page, we're going to do ours. You don't have to do it at
030that time that the state does, but I thought, you know, last year we at the high school we didn't for whatever reason." And then I'm thinking maybe we shouldn't have done it because we got blood drive tomorrow going on the gym. It's about the same time. But hey, things happen when they happen. So we're going to practice with all that stuff going on. So that's tomorrow. Uh last meeting, Mr. Gber, you asked me to share a couple numbers. you had a question in regards to attendance and I said I try to bring some back. Well, I have brought a little bit back but it's not the full picture because honestly uh I need to get with Mrs. Kelly are there's some things that I can't even get to change a little bit when I'm trying
031to run reports in power school. So I'm asking to table some of that but at the same time having said that I was lucky enough to find this report used to have and it's not named the same but anyway first semester uh just to give you an idea our seventh and eighth graders were at 96% tenet rate uh 9 through 12 that was that was 94.17% so grand total of 95 at high school which puts us pretty much in the ballpark we've been you know quite a bit we're not up there in the upper 90% like West Lafayette in the world. Um but I think it doesn't take much for us either to skew numbers. Uh I think we do a great job, Mr. Haskins and I of you know talking to those kids who
032need to talk to um and our kind of our philosophy is we take care of the basics and the fundamentals and the school board will take care of itself. So we kind of focus our attention there and you correct me if I'm wrong but um I can pro and there's all kinds of neat graphs. I just didn't get to him in time to bring him to the meeting tonight. So, that's a little update, little synopsis on the tendance right now. >> I appreciate that. You had me a little concerned when you said about getting help or something like that and I was afraid you were going to ask me for some techn technology help. >> No, thank you. Well, >> questions. >> Um, end of third quarter is this Wednesday 11. Even though we lost
033our fourth day that week after Thanksgiving, we still because of the way our school set up for everybody, we kept the last day left, which means we're going to have 44 days, 46. And so our days are off cards going out at 3:18 the following Wednesday. Um junior high students will be taking the third checkpoint in both math English language arts the first week of April. Next Monday night, we have an eighth gradeformational night to start discussing with eighth grade parents on incoming freshman on our pathways. Um, Miss Locker's coming to talk tech for credit courses. Mr. Sh has a presentation discuss just a various thing be a good night for eighth grade parents to start getting kind of for those who've never had a high school student what what's all involved with diploma like
034that so that's juniors got their SAT taken last Thursday the fall held off we were able to get that done we only offer that only offer one day so that worked out did a really nice job organized Kelly reminder FFA blood drive is tomorrow mentioned in gym a reminder that uh musical and art show are this Friday and Sunday night the uh Cinderella starts at 7:00 on Friday and you want to go to that day on Sunday. It's a 4:30 start. Um and again that the art will be high school, middle school and elementary. So you have a chance to get out early about an hour before the start. So there'll be all kinds of artwork display our kids have in that field. So workbased learning informationational night for local businesses is scheduled for Tuesday
03531st which is the second day back after spring break. We're going to try to get the word out 6:30 in the auditorium just to try to get start information out to our local business to see those interesting taking on a student or students starting forward workbased learning. Big congratulations to Emily Bullington who advanced to the regional last Saturday in gymnastics. We had a we haven't had anybody in gymnastics and high school level since Kylie Foster. So Emily is is a freshman and advanced did really well. Finished second in the sectional overall and she advanced to the original. So Congratulations to Tanner Dylan who advanced to the state in band ensemble and he in fact he received a gold rating. So congratulations to Tanner and we want to first off congratulate the team member here tonight
036who's a big part of the sectional win on well the sectional wins last week but Saturday night cast. So congratulations. Fourth year in a row you won sexual and my knowledge that's probably not done ever. That's hard to do. So congratulations sers and good luck to them as they play Fort Wayne Canterbury this Saturday at 400 pm at Huntington North. So if you have a chance um this Saturday or something new, I'm sure they appreciate everybody's support. So congratulations to you. the eighth grade orientation. If some parents can't be there for some reason or another, is that going to be videotaped >> so they could question? >> Okay. >> Yeah. Under our personnel report, we have several action items. first um retirement uh bittersweet. Uh Teresa Ernie uh she's been the nurse at Tri County
037Primary. So she has submitted her retirement letter. Uh I like to read that letter. I appreciate the opportunity to work as school nurse at Tri County School Corporation. I started as a sub nurse and then in September of 2019, I began working two days a week. After COVID, I worked more days with with the primary building being my main building. I've recently be been working four days per per week at TCP. It's been a very good experience. Retirement is something I've thought and prayed through and even though I will miss the staff and the children, I feel it's the right timing. My plan is to resign at the end of the 2526 school year. Thank you for the opportunity to work for Tri County. I have many good memories and hope to continue to support
038the corporation possibly as a sub nurse or perhaps as a lunch buddy to a child that would benefit from having a lunch buddy. Sincerely, Teresa Ernie. Also, uh res we have two resignations. Uh first is Miss Lori Whiti. Um Miss Whiti was on a leave of absence. Um unfortunately got word today that her mother passed away. That's why she was gone. So if you can keep Mrs. Whitney in your thoughts and then Mr. Greg Douglas special ed for us at the high school has submitted his resignation. We do have four recommendations for employment. Um first is Kylie Ferris as a high school a teacher. This is for the remainder of this school year and then into the 26 27 school year. So for next year congratulations to Miss Ferris. Um she was able to get
039her teaching license and got everything done. So congratulations to her. Uh, Miss Miss Mezer uh is taking over in the high school language arts, English language arts department. Uh, she's filling in for maternity leave. So, by hiring, it's just a temporary contract for the rest of the school year. Uh, same for Miss McVey. She is also taking a maternity leave in the high school English language arts department. That is a temporary contact contract, excuse me, for the rest of this year. And then lastly, Miss Foster is in fifth grade, a temporary contract for the remainder of the year. We do have one termination and that is for Miss Natasha Howard. That is all the personnel recommendations at this time. >> We have a motion to accept the personel report. >> Any discussion? Hearing none. All
040those in favor say I. >> I oppos. >> Second action item is the declaration of surplus goods. Miss M Miss Kelly has given us several um items to be declared surplus. Those items are listed in your board packet. >> We have a motion to defer those items. I'll second that. Any discussion? Hearing none. All those in favor say I. >> I post. Passes 60. >> And lastly, uh I do ask for some grace on this. This is for the BPA. They're at the state convention um March 8th through March 10th. It is a overnight field trip request. Um, but we would I would recommend to approve the field trip overnight field trip request as presented. >> If we don't. >> All right. We have a motion to accept the overnight field trip. >> Okay. Mr.
041Adjustments for the second pass. Any discussion? Okay. Hearing none. All those in favor say I. >> I passes 60. >> Thank you. Uh in your board packet you have the financial information um including two payrolls your end of the month board financial information your fund reports there is in there and then also back to >> oh I apologize I got a little bit ahead of myself so yes thank you for correcting me I was wondering why everybody was looking at me what I was doing uh in your packet is the course description handbook for the June junior senior high school um that shows the requirements uh for the 27 and 28 cohorts. Mr. Haskins, is there anything that you would like to add on the course description? You know, we try to keep in mind,
042we have a motion to accept the course description handbook. Second. >> Second. Any discussion? >> Help me out a little bit. Don't we have And I'm not sure where it fits, but one of the courses that has a speech component in it for maybe a semester. >> What What area is that in? Is that an English or is that >> Okay. Excellent. >> Questions none. All those in favor say I. >> I opposed. Passes. >> Once again, I apologize for that. Uh, you have your transfer report in there. Once again, we always go through that education to operations transfer report. So, you can see Mrs. Sewer does a nice job of keeping track of that um transfer. So, appreciate that. Um once again, maintaining that less than 15% which is required by state law. Then
043you also have your payroll in there and then you have your end of the month financial reports in there. Your claims docket is also in there. I don't have any specific claims to highlight. However, if there's any questions, I'd be happy to attempt to answer those at this time. Okay. Okay. Have a motion to accept the claims docket payroll ratification. >> Mr. Sec. Any discussion? Hearing none. All those in favor say I. >> I. Oppos. Passes. >> Okay. Superintendent report. >> Yeah. I just have two things. First, um, we recently experienced an audit of the high school ECAs. Um I know Mrs. Redstone, Mr. Haskins has worked on that for several weeks. Uh we had the audit exit conference uh recently, February 26. Mrs. Seward, Mr. Kilmer as board president, and myself participated in that
044conference, and I'm proud to report there were no findings. So kudos to Mrs. Redstone, and the high school staff for keeping those ECAs in line. So we appreciate that. Lastly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Shimmerhorn for her time as a board member. Uh very much appreciated the working relationship that we had. Um we've we jokingly talked about her time on the Neiola committee. A lot of time and effort went into that. So I appreciate her time to do that. Also served on the school improvement team at Tri County Intermediate for several years. Appreciate that. Wish her the best of luck. Uh we do have a board member opening at this time.
