001Good evening and welcome. We are starting our Wayne Westland Community Schools Board of Education special meeting, actually where we will be doing our interviews of our finalists this evening. And before we get started, I will ask that everyone stands for the pledge. Mrs. Hines, are you up to leading us in the pledge this evening? Do you mind? Yes, thank you. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. Mrs. Hines, will you please call roll for us? Yes. Mr. Ambros? Present. Ms. Abney-Mitchell? Present. >> Dr. Weaver? Present. >> Ms. Hines present. Mr. Cox? Present. Mr. Roshan? Present. >> President May? Present. >> 7-0. Thank you. Next on our agenda will be

002our finalist interviews, which are facilitated by Michigan Leadership Institute. And I'd just like to not only welcome, but say thank you to Mr. John Savery and Mrs. Sheila Ellis. Or Dr. Next on our agenda are citizen comments. Mrs. Hines, do we have any? Oh, I'm sorry. I was moving. MLI, you're next on the agenda. Thank you. Next steps, I'm so sorry. All right, it's late. I get it. Uh in that spirit, too, I'll try to keep things relatively brief, but in in fundamentally, what we want to do is talk about April 7th and make sure that you're ready for that. Quickly, though, I just want to touch on what's taken place over the last couple of days. Several activities that your candidates have been involved in. You heard them mention it, so and I it

003sounds like they benefited from it. Hopefully you do too with the feedback that you're receiving, but the building tours, we were able to cover every building, every candidate made it to elementary and secondary buildings, and every school in the district was touched through that. Um the question and answer sessions that were held yesterday evening, afternoon and evening. Um really good attendance. I'll share the numbers with you. Administrators, we had 16 folks there. With the staff meeting, 46 were in attendance, and with the parents and community members and others at the end, 20 people attended, which depending on your perspective, you may hear those numbers and think, "Oh, we got a lot of people in this school community. There should have been a lot more." From my perspective, having done dozens of superintendent searches, that's a

004very strong turnout, and we were very pleased to see that. So, and I know you're getting a lot of feedback from that as well. A nice problem to have, but we had so many people who submitted so many questions that we couldn't possibly get through all of them. Just as an example, the parent community meeting, we had uh 20 folks there. We had 40 questions submitted in 40 minutes for each candidate, so impossible to get through all of them, but we tried to kind of vary them and and did the best we could. The candidates did a great job at responding. Um and then at the meet and greet earlier today, not great attendance. We had uh eight or nine folks, I'm not certain, altogether, but they were engaged in in uh deep conversation with

005the candidates, and they have the opportunity to then to present some feedback too, so lots of opportunity for community engagement. Uh lots of opportunity for you to get feedback that's going to help inform your decision. Um and then one more piece with more feedback coming is I know that you're going to be making the recordings of these interviews from tonight available for people who couldn't be here. They can watch those interviews. There'll be a QR code embedded there, so they're going to be able to provide additional feedback, so there will be more coming. So, you'll have a lot of of information there to consider. Um so, looking ahead a bit kind of between now and April 7th, um it's going to include spring break. Hopefully, you're doing something fun, but um it when you take

006the time to prepare to make your decision, what I would really encourage you to do, even if you're walking out of here tonight, and you may, with an idea in mind of who you may be leaning towards right now, um I would just urge you to take a step back and be as thoughtful and reflective and objective as you can. And you've got a lot of data now to consider, right? You've got the applications from each of the candidates, their resumes and cover letters. You have your own notes now from two interviews. You're able to see a presentation on the topic that you selected. Um you've got a lot of feedback. A ton from the interviews, from the Q&A sessions, from the meet and greet. And again, more to come from the recordings that are

007out there. And look, you're public figures, and I'm sure that there are people who just are reaching out to you on their own to let you know what they think, which is great, too, right? So, you've got all of that data to consider. You've got additional materials the candidates may have given you. I know at least a couple of them referenced 90-day plans, for example, so that's additional data for you to consider as well. There's a lot for you to think about, but I would really encourage you especially to do all of that through the lens of the candidate profile. I really think the first thing you should do as you start to reflect is pull out that profile and remember that what you're doing is looking for the person who's going to be the

008best fit for Wayne-Westland Schools, and that person will be the one that most closely matches the candidate profile. So, we'll come back together on the 7th, and the decision-making process will be handled just like we have done it before, every step of the way, where we'll ask each of you individually to speak to which of these three finalists you would like to select as your next superintendent and to be able to speak to why. And we'll hear from all seven of you and we'll tally that up. Once again, just a quick reminder, you can say as many positive things about that particular candidate or the others that you'd like to. We steer away always from making critical comments and talking about why it is that we might not want to advance somebody. So, we'll just

009remind you to stay away from that, but stick to comments in support. Um with three finalists and seven folks who are going to be weighing in, there's certainly a chance that nobody gets to four, right? Uh it could happen. It could be three, two, and one. It could be or three, you're right, three, two, and two. Three, three, and one, we don't know, right? So, that can happen that once we hear from everybody, nobody has four board members who mentioned their name and immediately kind of has support. So, let me talk about what if you do. If it's clear that four of you name the same person, the handwriting's on the wall, right? Somebody will make a motion in support of that person and clearly that person will get at least four votes and will

010be selected to be your next superintendent. What we advise boards to do, and it's just advice, we don't dictate this, but that the right thing to do in that case is because you will have already had a chance to publicly say that you supported one of the other candidates, um everybody will know that, right? So, you would have been honest with your constituents already in that regard. We encourage board members, if we see that there are that person already has four votes, um to go ahead and vote yes. It's great if it could be a unanimous vote, uh because what it does is you immediately send a message that we're going to get behind the person who is clearly about to become our next superintendent and we're going to show unity as a board and

011get behind that decision. Again, that's advice. We don't dictate that to you, but we would hope that you consider that. If you don't get to four, um what we're going to ask you to do is just maybe take a pause and let's talk about it. The temptation might be for somebody to jump in and make a uh motion in support of somebody, for example, who got three votes and hope that a fourth person kind of jumps in there. But before we do that, it might be worthwhile to have some dialogue. What I'd really encourage you to do and and kind of know this in your minds as you walk in the door is there may be a couple of the finalists, maybe all three, but I'll I'll say let's, as an example, say there's two

012of them where you're really torn and in your mind you're thinking, "Boy, either one of these folks would be a great superintendent for us and I really could go other way. I'm going to name this other one because ultimately that's the person that I I really think would be the best choice, but boy, I could easily live with it if it was somebody else." So, the reason for that is that um as if we're kind of stuck initially and we don't get to four, what I'll be encouraging you to do is to be thinking about if you're one of those people who has somebody else in mind who you would also be happy with, um if let's say there's another candidate who's at three, that's that person who you're thinking is kind of a secondary

013choice you'd be happy with as well, um if you would then make a motion in support of that person knowing that there's three other people who are going to be supporting that also, uh that could help kind of break the log jam. What I don't want to encourage anybody to throw their support behind somebody just to do it just to get to four if you're really not feeling it. If you really don't believe that the other two candidates are the right person for the job and it would be a bad choice, I understand that and you shouldn't go there, right? But in the event that you're torn and you do have three very strong people. They're very different, but they're all highly qualified. They all bring a lot to the table, and you may well

014go into this thinking, "I could get behind more than one of these folks, right?" Um so again, maybe we'll get to that four initially. We'll take that motion. We'll have a vote, and we'll go from there. If not, let's discuss it a bit, and let's kind of prepare hopefully to get to a point where we do get to that four, and you selected your next superintendent. And I hope we get there from this standpoint, too. Again, I'll I'll speak from my perspective as a search consultant who does this a lot. We were kind of blown away that you had 36 applicants for this position. We haven't seen 36 applicants in a candidate pool in in years. I haven't. Right? It's been a long time. Usually, it's between 15 and 25 applicants for these roles, typically.

015You had 36, and more importantly, the quality of the candidate pool was really strong, right? So, to have to go back and start over again, I wouldn't be terribly optimistic that you're going to do better than that, and you might not even do as well as that next time, right? So, you've got some strong people to choose from. I'm hopeful that we can get to that point where you can come to agreement and choose one of those folks. To help us get there, though, and I'll end with this, it's going to be critically important when you look at the math and how this can break down that you're all here. I'm going to really strongly urge that everybody's here. There's a better chance we'll get to four if we have seven of you weighing in

016than if there are five or six of you, right? So, uh even if it's a tough choice, let's let's get you here. Let's make that decision, and um let's immediately get behind that and move forward and think about uh the bright future that uh lies in front of all of you and the Wayne-Westland schools. So, any questions about any of that? >> Okay. I appreciate you folks. It's been a long haul, but you're close to the finish line. Thanks for everything and I wish you luck with your big decision. We appreciate it, too. Thank you so much, John. Yes, Sheila. Thank you. >> Thank you. Um at this point, we are now at citizen's comments. Do we have any citizen's comments? Is that all? Yes. Uh we have a Ms. Jennifer Owen. If you give

017me a moment, I'm sorry. Some of my notes are on my phone. My phone died. Would you like us to come back to you? Um I don't have much battery left. Good. Um as you all know I'm sorry. Oh. Before you start >> Yeah. we need to take a break. I'm so sorry. So, let's take a 10-minute break. I apologize for that. No problem. Um it is 10:04. We'll be back about 10:15. I should be in REM sleep by now. a.m. p.m. We are calling our meeting back to order. We left off at citizen's comments, Ms. Owen. You have 3 minutes. Thank you. Um as I'm sure most of the board knows or all of you know, I am not in support as a candidate for our next superintendent. Um I would like to take

018uh this time. I'm kind of jumping all over the place here because I have a lot that I wanted to get out in very limited time. So, bear with me. Um I'd like to read some comments of some anonymous uh staff members that have contacted me. Um one of them stated uh in these are all in reference um he actually didn't even have a HR degree when he was hired. He was hired by Dignam as a favor without qualifications. Same as when Holt, which is the beginning of the end, filled the board with her family and friends. Um in regards to why staff members are not coming to these meetings and not paying attention to what's going on with these interviews, um it is strictly because again, as I mentioned before, lost faith in this

019district and the board, unfortunately. Uh one comment, I just don't see anyone coming forward against anything if they are currently employed with the district. If the board cared, they would conduct anonymous surveys of the of the staff, but they don't care. Shelly Holt 2.0 is the division and mass exodus she created when she was here was like nothing I've seen and we can expect the same if he is elected. Word around the district is it's the position, the whole interviewing process was rigged because there are more qualified candidates. His interview was terrible. Staff is afraid to confront him with any work issues because he is not approachable. We fear retaliation. He doesn't interact with staff members. Staff members are saying they will quit if he is hired. He is not a good fit for a

020superintendent position. Another person in regards to another person's comment um on a post uh regarding coming forward and speaking out against their bad experiences, said you must not work for the district if you are asking this question. For one is a bully and does not know how to negotiate or uh con- or hold contracts and retaliates if you question him or win against him. As he previously stated earlier, he is a very competitive person. For this person to say that he retaliates if you question him or win against him, kind of ties in. I have witnessed this firsthand. Um during yesterday's meet and greet with there were a couple of questions that were asked and his answers to the couple of questions definitely concerned me. One of them was um what what would he do

021to address good qualified staff members leaving our district for other districts? And his response was "Let's be honest. The reason why we keep losing staff right now is because the majority have stated that they do not feel like this is this district is made them feel welcome." Mrs. Hines always that's your time. Thank you. Mhm. One of the things that I do want to address before we call up the next um citizen's comment is that we did ask that we refrain from talking about candidates publicly that we use the QR code. So, I'm going to just reiterate that so that we don't continue to do that in this space because that's not a part of the process. Mrs. Hines, will you please call the next um My apologies. I will be putting more comments in

022the QR code so you can be aware of what the staff is saying. Thank you. Thank you. Next we have a Griffin Watson. Um hi everyone. Now, I'm not much of a public speaker so please forgive me about that. I am the game design and programming teacher. Now, I know not to make any comments about certain things. I might have to redact a lot what I got to say. Uh I just want to say one thing. I do appreciate Dr. Coss very much. I don't know if I'm breaking rules there. But, I appreciate uh her for coming down to my class. She was a very uh uh willing to learn about what I do, what I teach. I don't teach just game design. I teach programming, back end, drones, so on so forth. Um also,

023I want to point out that it has now been eight weeks since Windham Primary building has had a consistent principal presence. During this time, staff have continued to support students, maintain instruction, and uphold expectations to the best of our ability during this time. But, we're starting to get burnt out. The absence of consistent leadership has presented some challenges related to communication, decision-making, and overall uh coordination within the building. Staff have been working together to navigate these situations, but there are moments where additional guidance and support would be helpful. Uh but, the building needs Principal Bigelow back. Thank you for your time. Thank you. Okay, and I have a Brittany Saville. Okay, she left a statement here, so I'll put this with the paperwork. Next, we have a Nicole Holland. Hi, I'm Nicole Holland. I'm a

024TA from Windham Primary next door. Um, background on me though, I am also business administrator with HR background. I've worked under her for five years. Um, Jennifer respected my willingness not to come forward, but the harassment bullying was against me. So, I'm going to stop you if you're commenting I know, because I'm going to hand you these, which will be the documents on it. Um, because you can't go on a QR code. It's too long. Okay. Um, I went over I've gone to all the meetings in the last couple days, and um I know we're not supposed to talk negative about things, but I'm just going to say some things that I heard that are not accurate. 50/50 enrollment at CTE is not accurate. It's 1/3. I help with that because we don't have a

025principal right now. Um we don't have a lead secretary. Um the bookkeeper that just got came over to hired, she is unqualified. She has never done purchasing at that at that amount. Um he said that he wants principals to need to feel supported. That's far from accurate. Um this is a family wants to be a part of it. That is not accurate. I've never heard of him anywhere within budgets and budgets. Um financially, $10,000 raise he took last year. Um now let's talk about costs. She has come to the reality fair. She has supported the building. Um I've never seen a superintendent come to a reality fair or help us to support us in any way shape or form. Not only was she there, but one of our kids pulled up pulled a fire alarm.

026She came out. She helped with the kids. She has been present. She has been around. She has been communicative. She has been there answering questions. She has answered questions where about our principal. Um increasing enrollment. I've heard that numerous times within CTE. We have 1,100 kids we started with this year, not 500 as I said. 1,100. We don't have any room. I'm the HVAC teacher. I am maxed out at 25. I have 18 pieces of equipment even work on. I am the electrical teacher. So he spoke about electrical. We don't have an electrical program. I am it. Right here. There she is. So would it be great to do these things? It would. Um summer camp it got canceled. Talked about doing summer camp. We do summer camp for 4 days. Uh teachers, my husband's

02737-year veteran, my son there, Josie girl we we all come every year. We stay an extra week of school. Got canceled because of funding. We don't have the funding. Parents are upset. Um it moved to What did it move to? Hype. So just a lot of these things. Cost has got my vote. If you guys are really listening, she knows what's going on. She's paying attention and she's talking to us. Teacher, staff, parents, alumni. That's me. I went here. I went to William D. I teach at William D. Business Administration. $28,000 a year. Do you really think I'm there for the money? Thank you. I would appreciate if you would put your um concerns and your comments and your thoughts in the QR code. It won't fit. You're talking 5 years. Thank you. Nope. That

028will be all when it comes to citizens comments. Is there anybody else in the room that didn't fill out a sheet? Thank you. Next we are at review and recommendations. I will start with Mr. Shannon Roshine. No comments. Thank you. Mr. Ambers. No comments. Mrs. Abney Mitchell. No comments for tonight. Mrs. Hines. I'd like to say thank you for everyone who came out tonight. It was a really great experience um to get to know what everybody felt, to see everything in action, and the presentations were outstanding. So, I'd like to thank you all and that's all I have to say tonight. Thank you. Mr. Cox. Yes, I would like to also say thank you for everyone here and I would like to say that uh before he left, Mr. Silveri had some very pertinent comments

029about how this should proceed from this point. But, the people out there also had some very pertinent comments. So, I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I'm going to make a motion and if we get support, I'd like to talk about it. I recommend that uh I make a motion that the Board of Education um give the superintendent uh assignment to Dr. Katherine Cost and immediately instruct our attorney to begin contract negotiations with her for a 3-year contract. If I get support, I'd like to speak to it more. Second. So, I will open discussion, but I will say this. We've paid a firm to carry this all the way through. So, I would like to again, when we talk about being fiscally responsible, we've already paid them. >> There's a motion and it's been

030seconded. >> and I'm discussing. I'm discussing. >> Okay, so this is your time to talk. I said I'm opening it for discussion. Okay. >> And then I started to discuss. >> So, again, what I'm saying is we've paid a firm. We as a board have not had the opportunity that we thought we would have to make a decision, to think about it, to go through the process. So, that's my discussion point. Anyone else would like to discuss? Yeah, I'd like to discuss it since I made the motion. >> Sure. Everybody's seen the same interviews that I've seen. It should be painfully obvious to anybody who's watched this who the clear frontrunner is. And not only do we have a clear frontrunner with every single answer to every single question, but we have 9 months of

031experience watching how she is able to talk to people. Honestly, I wish I had those skills. I'd have zillions of friends. She does an excellent job and and as so many people have said tonight, we don't have a principal, we don't have What we have been is in limbo. Not for 9 months. For 2 years. Our entire focus as a school district, all the excitement over all the many things that we talked about and each member of the Board of Education afterwards said how happy they were, how happy they were, how happy they were and then something happens and we threw the whole thing right out the But, we threw it out on the kids. The kids don't care about this hatefulness that comes to the to the microphone to talk about this one's the

032most terrible person in the whole world, and by the way, my neighbors think so, too. While all that's going on, the kids are sleeping, and they're going to be at school tomorrow, and we've got to get on the ball. How much more study do you need? Truth is, Mr. Saverese completed his project. Everything he was going to do for us, he did for us. The decision now is ours. At the beginning of every single interview, the board president read what we were looking for as a board. One candidate covered everything plus all the extras. And one thing that I've learned in this school district is it We're We shouldn't be training new superintendents. They should have an idea as to how this job needs to be done. They should even have faced terrible controversy. So,

033that we know they know how to handle it. And she has. If she hasn't proven to us by now that she's a person for the job, what do you need to see? And that's all I have to say. Thank you. I HAVE TO AGREE WITH MR. Cox 100%. I am ready to vote tonight. Um because I personally do not need and this district does not need to wait until April 7th to make a decision. This board is already hurt enough. We've heard our community. We've heard our staff. Those are the things that this board most talks about. So, I am ready to get on with the process and do this tonight. Thank you. Anyone else? I just have one thing to say. >> it was Abney Mitchell and then Okay. You know, when when I

034hear my two board members speak that I look up to, that I go to for valuable information, they have been through this process before. The rest of your board members have not. And for you to tell us to make a recommend that we make a judgment tonight is not fair to us. Cuz the colleague the persons that I heard speak, if they was given a chance, I believe that they could be a superintendent, too. Yes. Dr. Cowss, she's doing a great job. She's been here 9 months. We don't know what it would look like with the other people that applied for the job in 9 months. Yes, it's going to take them time to learn the district. Yes. But just like we had gave her opportunity, you, me, and President May matter before she came,

035we gave her opportunity. At least we can give the other people opportunity and not take a vote tonight. We heard some information about growing the district through the CIA program, career tech program. You wanted to hear that information. I heard some very valuable information from somebody that that does not even work in the district. So, that lets me know that that person had to do a lot of research. So, I want to be given my fair chance to go over my notes and decides what I think people expect for me to vote. That's all I have. Mrs. Hines. Yeah, I'd like to say one thing as well. I mean, we've been going through this for a lot of weeks and to be honest, Dr. Cause has put a lot of work in this. I mean,

036but the presentation was outstanding and doing the work cuz we've asked for a lot. We've asked for, "Okay, what's happening with our students? Why are they leaving the district?" That work was done. You know what I'm saying? And this has been 2 years. One thing that I do a lot is in the community, I get so many complaints about the Wayne-Westland School District. I had complaints from Wayne County Community College. We had partnerships with SEMCA. I even had the the unions like Musk and IBW say, "Hey, what's going on with with Wayne-Westland? We haven't heard anything from them." And with the stuff happening, our kids are losing opportunities. And I mean, it's been really long in all these presentations. I mean, the sometimes it's better have what you know than what you don't know. And

037we know what's working for our district and I mean, we've been through all the presentations. I actually thought we were voting tonight, to be honest. Like, I thought I did. But, I'm just saying but at the end of the day, I mean, we we we've lost so many good like Jen left, you know, we've lost a lot of good people in this process. And even too, like you guys said with the principals, I didn't know that, you know, I know a little bit but not really but I understand that pain. And one thing I do love about Wayne-Westland, like they said, we are a family. I mean, I went to Wayne Memorial, my kids, um my nieces, nephews, I graduated, my friends' kids, you know. So, this is very important. And I don't want to

038say anything negative but I mean, at the end of the day, we keep losing good people that we have in the district doing the work already. This would be the second time we lose Dr. Cause, it'd be just like a whole wash. Have people start all over who don't know the district. Cuz even some of the partnerships we already have, like we already have a partnership with SEMCA. I just talked to Jeff the other day. You know what I'm saying? So, these people don't know what we do already. Even with the skill choice, we already have that with the William D. Ford Tech Center. Every year they do a spring skill trades job fair. You know, I don't know if you're doing this year, but I we've already got a lot of these things. So,

039the people that don't know what's going back and trying to learn and then I'm not trying to put stuff out, but we have terrorism stuff going on right now. And we need to have somebody who knows exactly what to do if something was to pop off tomorrow. And I was really, you know, impressed to know that we have stuff going together. You have somebody brand new that doesn't know what's happening, they can put our kids in danger. And with the gas, you know, it's going to mess up our budget because it's higher. You know, we have certain costs. We're already in the deficit, you know, with the 9 million losing students. And then even having a plan to bring new kids back. Like, this is what we're going to do and we're doing it right

040now. So, to have somebody else stop and start and let's think about and research, we're going backwards. Thank you. Am I able to like speak? I mean, people are talking when I'm in a middle of a conversation. Thank you. >> I thought you was finished. >> No, I was talking. That's not appropriate. Let me just finish what I >> So, that's the problem here. But, thank you very much. Any comments? So, one of the things that I would like to list is that we told the community that they would have the opportunity, if they were not here tonight, to view the videos, to give feedback. We published a timeline. I do not want to violate or go against that and not give people the opportunity to provide the feedback that we told them that they

041would be able to do. So, with that being said, we can call for a vote. Mrs. Lyons, that would be you can call the vote. The vote, just so everyone knows, is on Dr. Cost and electing her superintendent. Thank you. Mr. Cox? Yes. Dr. Weaver? Yes. Ms. Hines, yes. Mr. Ambrose? YES. MS. EBONY MITCHELL? NO. MS. EBONY MITCHELL? NO. MR. RESHAUN? NO. President May? No. Four yeses, motion carries. Ms. May? This is actually still my part to talk. I'm not done yet because I'm going to make another motion. In the interest of moving our district forward with our new superintendent, I believe, just like 2 years ago when my colleagues believed it, I needed to be removed as president of the board in order to move forward. And you remember after that happened, I wasn't

042angry. I came back at the very next meeting and said, "I can take a punch. I'm here for the kids. It's not about me." And I think you, Ms. May, will tell everyone that I have gone overboard to be helpful to you. We've talked on the phone. I've I've told you my honest opinion of everything as it goes. And my honest opinion is, there's a lot of things going on in this school district I'm not happy about. And I'm not going to name names, but I'm going to tell you I was recently told that we spent over what, 14, 15,000 dollars with board members traveling out of the state of Michigan. Million dollars? >> the What did you say? >> Let This is my time. This is my time. I'm not mentioning names, so I'm

043not interested in any comeback. One of the reasons why this community continues to support us for bonds isn't because we don't make mistakes. We do. Sometimes we admit them. Sometimes we didn't know we made them. I know I've done it. But they forgive you if it's an honest mistake. But this taking money and buying trips out of the state of Michigan, I'd like to know what you're bringing back that's so important is taking money right off of the table of the kids. And even if there's a good reason for it, it sends the wrong message. I'm not saying that we shouldn't move forward with training, but there has to be a limit to it. And I would like us to I would like us to establish a limit. And when I first found out that

Which means that the board president's following some policies and procedures, but not all of them. Also, we've got a We've got people on this board that think that they represent other communities. Nobody is here for the city of Wayne. We're not here for Inkster. We're not here for Westland. We're here for the Wayne-Westland Community School District. That's why we're here. And so, my motion is that Ms. May be removed as president and replaced with Ms. Hines. Ms. Abney Mitchell be removed from vice president and replaced with Dr. Weaver, and

045David Cox fill the secretary vacancy left by the Hines move to president. That's my motion. Second. Discussion? Ms. Hines, please call the Dr. Weaver? Yes. Mr. Ambrose? No. Mr. Cox? Yes. Mr. Rashawn? No. Ms. Hines? Yes. Ms. Abney Mitchell? No. And President May? No. Motion fails. That's all I have tonight. At this point, I'm calling for an adjournment. Motion for an adjournment.
