001All right, I've got 7:30. We'll call meeting to order. Uh board members present this morning are Corey, Scott, Danny, Shannon, and Kent with Matt absent this morning. Uh before you is the uh agenda, which is uh just one item to approve the contract. Is there anything else for this morning that we need to add or talk about? Hearing none, I'll take a motion to approve as presented. So moved. Made by Danny, seconded by Scott. Any discussion? Hearing none, all those in favor? Aye. Opposed? Motion carries. Thanks. Forward is the contract. Do you have a copy of that in front of you? Pretty much uh Missouri business is the boilerplate uh uh terms, conditions, legal ease, etc. Um from MSBA. Um Rick has also looked at it. Uh Karina had somebody else look at it on

002her side. So um we shouldn't be missing anything uh that we're any of us are aware of. So is this still the same one that you sent out the other day? It will be except for um we went to uh 3,000 on the uh 403B versus the two. And then we front-loaded 30 sick days. They're the only two changes, and then there was we had pronouns that were he, she that we switched around, so um other than that, there shouldn't be anything else. Three-year contract. Um So that's school year, school year at grad, and then it's 2029. June of 2029 is the expiration of this contract. If there's no questions, then I'll take a motion to approve. I'll make a motion. A motion by Kent. Second. Second by Shannon. Any further discussion? Okay, hearing none,

003uh Scott? Yes. Shannon? Yep. Kent? Yes. Danny? Yes. And Corey, yes. Uh motion uh passes. Congratulations. Thank you. I'm excited to be making this next move, so. Anything else for today? We'll go ahead and get out of here so Danny can get to work. Oh, yeah. All right. I'll take a motion to adjourn. I'll already be late. I'll move. Motion by Scott. Second. Seconded by Shannon. All those in favor? Aye. Aye. Opposed?
