So then then they'll make sure to continue um giving you the information for the meetings. It's just four times a year. >> Um and Miss Cook with assigning you for the online governance because you were on that before and meet and confer because they're just not quite as busy. 011decrease something else that might be in the classroom supplies or whatever. So um if the board is in agreement with that would be a recommendation. >> What is the IRS rate right now? Is it 70? I think it's 70. >> I think it's 70 for mileage. Yeah. >> I mean, not to be ticky tacky, but I mean, I think if you get reimbured from your company and if it's not to the IRS rate, you can actually deduct that three cents if you want to, >> right? I mean, just saying. I know it's I know it's just a deduction [cough] and it's not [clears throat] a direct compensation, but just saying. [snorts] [clears throat] >> Is there any other questions or discussion? >> Okay. I would seek a motion for um 10 through 24. >> Second.

012>> I have a motion by Mr. Lowman and a second by [clears throat] Miss Keeper. All those in favor signify by saying I. >> I. >> All same sign. >> Motion carries. 70.
