allegiance. If we could all stand Okay. So, we have uh some special presentations coming up. April 27th, we have the uh final uh school budget presentation and hearing. On May 11th, we have the annual persons of the year. And May 18th, we're going to have the Riverview students and staff come. On June 8th, Valley View and Special Services students and staff along with Valley View athletics county champions. And then uh June 8th, we'll do the goals recap and goal setting with a board self evaluation review with Dr. Panero uh from NJSBA. And uh this time, if you're ready, we'll move to the superintendent comments. Okay, a couple comments. Um we did put out our um persons of the year and we are going to have that presentation coming up at a board meeting and um
we have until the end of the month. It's the 27th of the month of April to get your nominations in. Last time I looked this morning there were about 15 already. So um if you can think of anybody you want to nominate for person of the year, so there's three categories. It's um student of the year, it's community member of the year, and it's staff member of the year. Um oh, I brought up I just wanted to bring this up to everybody. Um Cliff and I were talking a little bit about the website and um I so I we started talking about this internally a little bit, see like what should we do? Um so I thought maybe we should do another survey. I don't know if everybody wants to do that, but a survey
to see how people like the thing so we can get some uh feedback. Um I talked to Susan about it. So for her to research it and to um create a survey and to publicize the survey, it's somewhere around $1,500 in that range. Um and I don't know how you guys want to do what you want to do with that. Do you want to push this back to IMP? Do we want to um talk more about it in committee or do we want to talk about it now? Um something to do with deciding on whether or not the the revised website that we did. Remember, just to refresh everybody's memory, we went through this process. We got a free upgrade with the same provider. So, it's just a new look, but it's the same provider.
And um I was talking to Cliff a little bit about it if there was something that we if we want to do more and internally we kind of thought well we don't really know what people are thinking about it. So I said well we you know we got some comments but I don't know if I want to just use a few anecdotal comments you know so I thought >> I'm not going to give up on getting money in the budget for those changes. Nothing you do is going to change that. I will not stop until that happens. >> You mean a whole new >> I will die in my grave first. a whole new website. >> No, >> it's not a whole new website. I don't know why we keep having this conversation. We had
it with Susan in that meeting. She said we couldn't get the proper functionality without uh the reorganization so that um the data in the site itself was organized properly. She talked about how she did it. We came with a price. It was around 20 something thousand and that that was going to need to happen even with any kind of website changes we did. That's what I talked to you about. That's what you agreed to talk to Demaris about to do a pre-by for for next year. And that's what I'm sticking to. I I guess I'm lost. I don't really understand what you mean. We We did the We did the upgrade. We just didn't get a new website. So, I'm not I'm I'm lost here. I'm not sure exactly what you mean. >> Um >>
You can go ahead. Yeah. >> Yeah. No. Okay. So, we we we laid the new template over the top, right? I mean, that was kind of the thing we could get that we did. But in terms of reorganizing the website, I mean, I'm I'm kind of with Cliff here. I think we went through that whole process. We developed that list of of uh, you know, of of requests and things that the website could do better that would require, you know, a reorganization, a rebuilding, a renovation, right? And I kind of thought, >> middle does that does that require a new company? I >> I I don't know. >> I told you that. Yeah, >> then you and I were not communicating cuz I >> you asked the same question of me. I don't know why
we have the same conversation over and over again. And I said, "No, it doesn't require a new website." I um Dr. for I think from the conversations that I remember hearing um there is a way to I think work with this company and to maybe um to spend a you know a little bit more and to you know get rid of maybe some of the existing like I think there's a web master or something like that. I'm not sure. I this is this is from my memory, but I think the bottom line is if there's room uh where we can pre-by this like a one-time $20,000 thing, this would include revamping um the back end. I think that I think that's where maybe the uh the Yeah, the the backend uh data structure if that
could be revamped I think is the word that might be a little bit confusing here. that will then allow, you know, with the same company for us to uh have more flexibility of future upgrades and and uh um more flexibility with the uh the potential of the website as well. So, >> okay. I I I'm sorry you got upset, Cliff. I don't know why exactly because as a rule, >> the same thing that he said. We had a conversation. >> I've been here 12 years and and there's not too many times when I don't understand what people are saying. So maybe, >> but this is like the fourth time. And the very same thing that he said is what we agreed upon on the phone together just a couple weeks ago. You you I I
emphasized this wasn't getting a new website. You talked about, well, we can't use that money for um with the pre-by for internal, but maybe Susan, we can give that money to Susan for her to do it. Obviously, if we're talking about it that way, we're not talking about getting a new vendor. So, I'm not sure what was so confusing there. >> I don't I'm not sure exactly why. I was just I guess I was assuming you meant we had to get a new website. I I don't know why I was assuming that, >> but I I don't think it was said where you said we don't need a new website. >> You asked that specific question and I said no, we can do it with the existing website. I heard your sigh of relief and
then we continued with the conversation and that's the second time I've said that to you. All right. So, let's talk about it then. Do you guys do you want us to just build a new website? I mean, with the website we have, update it, or do we want to find out from the public the things that we're lacking? What What do you How would you want to approach this? >> Do you mind if I jump in? So we so we uh went through that web web redesign document in committee I believe in January. Um and I remember walking out of that committee. We had I had given you that website redesign document and you guys were going to uh talk this over with Cindy and come back with some some thoughts and you know like
you know what what we could do and how we could do it. I I haven't seen anything after that. So in my mind that really gives us a road map. I think we all kind of came to a meeting of the minds in that meeting that this seemed like a decent path. It seemed like it identified things that were problematic and that could be done better. Um, but that's kind of where it got left. So, I'd like to pick that document up and go from there. >> Do you have anything about that, Sandy? With uh the thing with Cindy? >> Well, we've been working on the the bot using Jot. Ja. I think there's two names to that, but it's a bot. And we've been working on and planning for the bot on our website,
which would be the automatic search engine. So, when someone came onto the website, they would just type in what they were looking for and then it would search our website and find the information and then answer on the bot. So that we've been looking into and actually been planning for already and budgeting for that um piece because that was a big piece was people didn't like to push several buttons to find the information. >> So what do you guys think about that? Should we continue down the road with this bot? >> Is this about >> We're kind of moving on that already. Yeah. Yeah. Um, >> well, I mean, I I don't think I mean, I think the bot is one piece of the puzzle, right? There was there were there was presentation issues, there
wasformational organizational issues, there was a lot of things that we kind of picked up as as points that I think need to be addressed. I I I hate to say it this way, but I don't think we necessarily need to go back to the public for this because I think we know what the issues are. I think we I think we vetted them out enough. Um, and I think we're going to get kind of a cacophony of things that's going to come back from the public that's just going to like spin this out longer. Um, I I think we have a road map. I think we we understand where the issues are. It's about implementation now. >> So, we're closer than I thought. Is that is that accurate? Okay. I I I wasn't sure of
that. So, we're working on this bot thing. I'll talk to Cindy about the document. I saw the document you're talking about. I'll talk to Cindy about the document. Are those things doable and what how would we go about doing those? I know I know the bot thing is taking some of our time. We have one of our people working that out with the vendor. Um, and I guess uh we're under a little bit of a time crunch because we want to we want to do it with some money from this year from the school year rather than put it in the budget for next year. Is that accurate? >> Yeah, I think so. I think uh when we we spoke again I I think you could ask Susan she had an at our very first
meeting there was a number that it would cost to do this and it was I believe around 20some thousand and I think it lines up with the document that Dino came up with that highlighted all the things that that kind of need to be updated and changed or at least some of them and we can go from there. I'll ask Susan and Cindy um you know their thoughts on costs and ways we could do it. some maybe some of our people some of something with her. Uh as long as we get started on it before um the the bot is from Jot Form that's the name of the company. We also will have a whole new curriculum uh piece because it all the curriculum will be in atlas so parents can search the curriculum will
all be redone as well. That's a totally different company. My last comment is about the school funding reform act um and a budget update. So I did give you guys some info about it and again you'll have a uh PowerPoint that I think is pretty helps you a little bit understand the school funding reform act. Um so I talked to a few people about the issues that I felt that we're I know we're being short. I mean, it's not it's it it says right in the in the document negative $800,000. I mean, it doesn't take too much to figure out that we're entitled to another $800,000. The reason why it's not illegal is because according to the president of my association when I reached out to him about that is that every time they pass
a budget, they're creating a new law. So like a one-year law that supersedes that law. I know. Um so what so just in the grants what happened is right there's politics too. So you have you have a lot of things happening. One thing is over the years both parties did not fully fund the public pension system. So now they're fully funding that and they have to catch up. They they have new money like additional funds going in but it's a limited amount. it's not enough to cover all of this all of the funds required by the school funding reform act. So they're putting that money in and what they did was they decided that no district would lose more than 3% and no district would gain more than 6%. So the districts the districts that
are losing 3% that should lose 10% say are like us right on the opposite of us. We're getting 6% but we might be entitled to 10 or 15 or 20%. So that's the way it works. And I get the the worst part to me is that um from 2000 in 2009 we were fully funded. In 2010 we were not and then it started all those years until S2. In S2 over seven years they gave us a seventh 17th of what what we were shorted about a million dollars. So about a mill 17th of a million over the next seven years. So they fully funded us for one year. Now again, we're already behind 900,000 for last year and 800,000 for this year. So we're our funding should be 1 um 7 million more than it
is. So that 1.7 million would have reduced our local tax levy if we had that money. Just to put it in perspective, the the 900,000 I talked about last year, that was our medical waiver last year. So, I think we just have to be very clear that um you know, there's this school funding reform act. We're supposed to get this amount of money, but we're not. And our medical insurance has gone up a a huge amount and some other expenses have gone up a huge amount. And therefore, we have a a large tax levy increase this year. That's the message. Unless you guys think of some other message we could get out there or anything else you think we should do to um I don't know lobby for changes in this or whatever else you
think. >> Uh thank you Dr. Forte. Um one thing I'd like to point out is that it's uh capped at 6% of our state aid not our overall budget of course. Uh so um our state aid is capped at 6% right Dr. Forte. >> Yeah it's the it's the like so in other you got a million dollars you get a million plus 6%. >> Yeah I think from my from my perspective I think the message is um we definitely should include this as one of the challenges but also the driving increases in cost. I really think I mean my my my estimates off-the cuff napkin estimates is that benefits that are going to our staff is now as high as up to 50 cents for every dollar that we spend on salary. And that is
just unsustainable. and and that will continue to grow uh until until the the government whether it's on the federal level or the state level does something about it because we're on pace to hit one one to one right um I mean I'm sure we can pull up last year's number of of maybe 38 cents per dollar but now we're at 50 cents per dollar and that's just that's just a unsustainable increase and you know I'm I'm wondering if that's um a statist statistic or some sort of figure that you can come up with and uh present as well. You know, how much was benefits last year compared to this year? >> So, so just just um like the pool of money, how much went towards personnel, how much went towards um benefits and just figure
out how much the percentage of each dollar is. >> Yeah. For so for like last year if if it was 38 cents per dollar and then this year it's like 49 cents per dollar, I think. you know, so I mean that and if that continues year after year, I mean we're going to be paying more benefits than we are going to be paying salary uh at a at at a certain point and that could be done within five years if health care or you know um insurance healthcare insurance is not somehow kept in check. So I mean a 31% in in health care costs in just one year is uh in insurmountable. It's unfathom unfathomable in my opinion. So, >> you know, when it was like um 10% right 12%, it was still high, but
now now healthc care is 25% of our budget. So, 25% of your budget going at 31%. It it is impossible to like keep it within that not even close to a 2%. a quarter of our budget. Now, I know we wouldn't I I mean, it's odd to say this, but a quarter of our budget is going towards employee health care and that's only on 248 or so employees. So, it's not even the whole staff. And some there are people that their benefits cost more than double their salary. Think about that. That's it for my comments. All right. Uh, assistant superintendent comments. >> Just a reminder, the kindergarten pre-registration is open on our website or in our Friday folder. As of right now, we have 182 kindergarteners registered. So, I encourage all of our families who
have siblings that will be of age uh this year to make sure they get on and pre-register. Congratulations to our those that participated in the play. It was a wonderful performance, three performances of Wonka. And just a shout out to some of our staff, Jessica Sidell, Carol Andreza, and Alli Burkowitz for heading and managing the play. And then Amaly Sheay was the director and she was a eighth grader. So congratulations to her for running a wonderful play. This concludes assistant superintendent report. >> All right. If we could move to uh business administrator's comments. >> No comments. >> Okay. We'll move to uh open public discussion. This portion of the meeting is open to any individuals for the purpose of addressing resolutions on this agenda or matters that they find is important to the board of
education. and is governed by board policy 0167. And we'll open that at 751. And seeing that there's no one here and no one online, we will close it at 7:51. Moving on to old business action to be taken. Um the following resolutions have been recommended by the superintendent of schools to the board of education for approval. I'd like to move for approval the following resolutions under old business. Under A, we have the treasurer of school monies and board secretary reports. Under B, we have items uh 1 through six, the report of student enrollment, report of health office, and 3 through six are HIPS. And then C is the minutes for work session and executive session one and two meetings on February 6, 2026. >> I'll second. >> Roll call. >> Miss, >> yes. Miss Eststerino,
>> yes. >> Mr. Cass, >> yes. >> Mr. Capello, >> yes. >> Mr. Kim, >> yes. >> Dr. Moore, >> yes. >> Under uh new business action to be taken. Uh Mr. Compello, could you take us through personnel? >> Yeah, I'd be happy to. If there are no objections, uh under in uh personnel, I'd like to move items one through four as a block. Number one includes new hires, resignations, retirements, employee leaves, extra pay, salary adjustments. Uh this particular one includes uh vacation day cash pay uh payouts. Uh com completing up to 51 hours of ABA collaborative time. Uh conduct a school after school spring after school enrichment classes providing mental health parenting training and one retirement for one of our bus drivers. Number two is uh approving a le leave leave of absence under
the federal family leave act. Uh number three is to approve the revised substitute list and number four is to approve the termination of employee number 241794 effective April 10th. >> I'll second. So, uh, last meeting, um, there was a retirement that kind of, uh, uh, missed my attention and I had some thoughts and comments on it that I just wanted to share. It was, uh, uh, Mrs. San Roman. And, uh, I don't know if you recall, but she was acknowledged for having, uh, been a bus driver for 31 years. And I think it's incredibly important as uh I noticed a different bus driver each week pick up my boys that she was one of the people that really helped our district uh in terms of stability and strength. As we struggle to find bus drivers
and resist the pressure to outsource, it's important to thank those who have been so giving and steadfast in their service. To me, she is a symbol of what we are fighting for and what we are losing to. Um, we had our boys give her a Christmas card and a and a gift card this past Christmas and she took the time to find our address and mail us a handwritten thank you. Um, the days of taking that kind of time to authentically connect or disappearing. When when I was a kid, my mom had the bus driver's phone number. I would regularly discover my teachers at my house having coffee with my mom. And when I was in college, I was able to just wander into the school and visit my teachers at will. The barrier between
the schools and the community is broadening and legislation that pushes regionalization as we discussed last week is another example of that increasing gap and the decrease in connection and personalization. One of the most powerful points in the anxious generation seems to get lost probably because it's the least that's in our control. But evidence points to it as the largest contributor to the levels of anxiety that are being expressed. It's the erosion of community and connection. My mom, who's 86, regularly talks with her friends from kindergarten. That sense of constancy and stability is being washed away. As that level of community and stability deteriorate, we see a rise in anxiety and hostility with a decline in civility. Last week, Dr. Forte talked about the school's commitment and the town's commitment to the whole child. I'm convinced
that Danville is special. I felt that pretty early on, but we are always on the cusp of losing that. We are fighting to be a small town in a world that is pushing us to let go of that in so many subtle ways. It's not a size thing. It's a community thing. And a school often reflects the larger culture of a town or area. What makes Denville School special is its sense of community and connection. And that is ever being threatened by the same forces that over the decades have eroded a sense of community across the country. I'm not optimistic about our ability to delay or stop that erosion, but I don't believe it's a fight that we can give up on. I applaud the fact that Danville Schools as the heart of the town
is leading that fight to be a real community for our kids and our families. After 31 years of service, Mrs. San Roman deserves a rest, and I want to formally thank her for her dedication and commitment. She may not have realized the significance of her role, but she helped significantly in stemming the tide of disconnection. She is part of an era that did connect, and her contribution will be missed. And with that, I'll do roll call. I have a comment before the uh folk that that's a great like editorial piece for the newspapers back in the day. back in the day you just send it into uh tap into dental and the local paper I guess we get it uh monthly the the dental I forgot the last name to is still a paper newspaper
and uh they have some interesting things in there sometimes but that's a very well done essay and uh and I can remember what it was like in my small town and you know you hit all the nails on the head All right. Any uh other comments or questions? Okay. So, roll call. >> Mr. Delos, >> yes. >> Miss Asterino, >> yes. >> Mr. Cass, >> yes. >> Mr. Capello, >> yes. >> Mr. Kim, >> yes. >> Dr. Moore, >> yes. >> Now, we have uh no actions to be considered under instruction and program. So, we'll move to uh governance for Mr. Kim. >> Yes. Um, I'd like to motion that we adopt um the pol the list of policies for second reading and adoption as listed in the agenda. Just uh keep in keep in
mind uh fellow board members that the last two policies and regulations are to replace uh P1552 and R1552. >> I'll second Roco. >> Miss Angelis. >> Yes. >> Miss Asterino. >> Yes. >> Mr. Cass. >> Yes. >> Mr. Capello. >> Yes. >> Mr. Kim. >> Yes. >> Dr. Moore. >> Yes. And we have finance. If Mrs. Sadellis could take that one. >> Sure. I move to approve the following resolutions under finance. Uh, one, the enclosed checklist uh, of the following amounts. 17,39521 for a milk fund, 3,962,2352 for the current expenses, $1,931.95 for elementary enrichment. Uh, two, be resolved that the board approve the attached non-resident tuition agreement. Three, be resolved. The Denver Board of Education on behalf of Valley View accepts the gift of a decorative basketball for the undefeated 2025 2026 uh Valley View
basketball team. Uh four, be resolved that the board approve the following summer explorations fee structures as stated in the agenda. Five, the resolution authorizing the use and competitive contracting process as stated within the agenda. Uh, and I believe uh, six, uh, the board accepted donation from special services from Lake Pacon Elks in the amount of $1,000. Uh, the board approved Denville Accelerated Learning Academy to run from June 29th through July 23rd at Lake View. Uh, with program running from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. tuition at $100 per week without transportation, $140 per week with transportation. and eight that the board approve the shared service agreement and addendum for the bidding per purchasing program between the Denver Board of Education and the Educational Service Commission of Morris County for the 2026 2027 school year. >> I
second >> and roll call. >> Mr. Delos, >> yes. >> Miss Asterino, >> yes. >> Mr. Cass. >> Yes, >> Mr. Capello. >> Yes, >> Mr. Kim. >> Uh, thank you for the uh Lake Copakong Elks. And yes, >> Dammore. >> Yes. And for operations, Mr. Cass. >> Under operations under transportation item 1.1. I'm asking the board to approve the attached list of field trips for the 2627 school year utilizing the district school buses transport students from Learner Limited LLC at an hourly rate of $85 per hour. Item two under buildings and grounds. Item 2.1 asking the board to approve the following building facilities usage for summer of 2026. We have pro sports experience football camp at Riverview. Demol recreation summer camp at Valley View. Demill School's ESY program TBA for the date demo schools
enrichment program is next TBA. Item 2.2 Two is for the board to approve the attached quote from Magic Touch Construction Company and ESS Cooperative to furnish and install a new door to match existing size, type, and rating at Valley Voto School in the amount of $5,798.80 and we'll be using maintenance reserve funds to pay for it. >> I second. Go ahead. Um, I have a quick question. Uh, Miss Garowski, this store or Dr. Forte, this door is Did something happen to the store that we had to uh uh install a new one? >> Yeah, it's broken. >> Was it vandalized or did it just break? >> No, it was just need to be replaced. It's old. >> Then, forgive me. Um, was this the door that um led to the new uh bathroom that was
accessible for those who would borrow like the wreck programs that was borrowing in the field? >> No, it wasn't that door. Has nothing to do with that like that new bathroom you mean? >> No, it's an internal door uh in the school. I asked Jerry about he said it was just a door that broke at the um the hinges and the it it was nothing to do with vandalism, right? No, it was not vandalized and they could not repair it in house. Maintenance tried to repair the doors and uh it was not repairable. >> Okay. Because I I I looked at the quote and I thought I saw some like electronics and being installed and something like that. Did I misread that? Um >> is the contractor because they are cooperative and they have to
list everything that they do. So it's they're not doing all that in the contract. They just >> add to the cost even though there's no electronics. I mean it seems very >> installing any any electronics that's part of the contract because they belong to a cooperative and part of the cooperative uh language they has to list a lot of the services that they do. >> Yeah. Just it's strange because the quote starts off with yes electrical. >> I and I was confused when I was writing the solution. I'm read I'm reading the uh specifications but it's just replacing that door. So, I'm going to ask the the million-dollar question. Is this the normal price to replace a door? I guess uh >> Jerry obtain all the quote and this was the lowest quote. Yes. >>
Okay. Thank you. >> Mhm. >> That's that's the price for an internal door. An external door can be $20,000. >> Yeah. And then if you add in the security too, like if you need the ballistic film and then you want to add the um the card swipe and we have moni we have these mechanisms there that tell you if the door is a jar. So if you add all that up, it goes up over 20,000. >> Yeah, that that makes sense. But for an internal bathroom door, it just seems very high. So um Okay, thank you. Good. >> Mr. Delis. >> Yes. >> Missino. >> Yes. >> Mr. Cass. >> Yes. >> Mr. Capello. >> Yes. >> Mr. Kim. >> Yes. >> Dr. Moore. >> Yes. >> And now we'll uh move on to good
to the cause. Uh just a reminder uh to get Dr. Fort's evaluations in um whenever humanly and feasibly possible. Are there any uh committee reports, committee updates uh that anyone would like to share at this time? Um if if I may the the um we are near the quarterly sort of updates of how of our goals whether it's a district goals or the board goals. So, uh, next month, uh, either myself or some committee, um, committee member will hopefully provide updates with our, uh, with our goals, our board goals. And um, in in reference to the upcoming meetings, Mrs. Kowski, you and I talked about also honoring the unsung hero from Valley View. Will that be done on June 8th as well? So, um is that a resolution uh that we want to do on
the June 8th um agenda or should we do it the prior um >> the resolution is for the June 8th meeting. Uh and that's the same night that the Valley View team will be at the board meeting. >> Great. And can we invite uh Mr. Corman because he was the one that um said the few words at the um at the county uh ceremony and uh it might be nice for him to repeat uh what those um what those words were uh for the public. >> Absolutely. >> Thank you. And uh the one final thing I would like to ask is uh Dr. um I I agree with Mr. Cass that Dr. Moore's um you know uh words for the retired uh bus driver uh was fantastic. I and I'm wondering if we can editori
um editorialize it if that's uh the correct word. uh if we could put that on uh maybe a district letter head and publish it on our website and maybe send it off to uh the different um um circulars or newsletters if that's okay with Dr. Moore. >> Well, yeah, while I was listening to it, I sent Cliff an email saying if you send it to me, I'll get it into the media. Uh, I have just one item. Um, I saw and I don't know if I'm late to the party, but apparently the town has reached an agreement with Springpoint to uh buy the uh St. Francis property and keep it as as uh as parkland. So, it looks like they, you know, looks like they've got some things to do, but apparently they they have
a deal set. So, I thought that was interesting. And it looks like they may be trying to acquire the property across the street, too, where the by the fairground >> side. Yep. That too. Right. >> Yeah. So, >> yeah. What I heard was they include the Pocono Fields, which you've been using for for years, but now they'll be officially owned by the town, which is great. and including the historic barns. And I guess longterm there'll be some renovations there into a community center. >> Did they just have to secure the funding? I that that was the last thing I heard. Um >> yeah, apparently they got some grant funding and some green space. It's a com >> Yeah, it's a combination I think of funds. So, they did get it and that transaction is now
official or they're still working through the paperwork and the lawyers and >> I'm not sure if it's finalized, but they were they were granted the money. So, that was great. >> What I read sounds like they have a deal in principle, but it's not it's not inked yet. So >> yeah, according to this post, uh the contract was executed as of today. >> Thank you. I wonder if there's uh possible collaboration where um the school district could utilize that space as well in the future. You mean just use it or you mean build something on it? >> Well, for example, if they if they do have a community center and like basketball courts, then can the can the town use it uh in case uh they want to host any basketball games like championships, you
know, or something like that where maybe they have bleachers uh and because our basketball courts wouldn't wouldn't be able to accommodate anything like that, right, Dr. Forte? I mean, the the Valley View one don't have there's no wear for spectators except for some folding chairs. Lake View does, though. Lake View can hold a decent amount of people on the on the bleachers there. >> Okay. >> But I'm sure whatever they do, we'll be able to use it. They're not interested in us being involved in any type of construction or purchasing of it. They're they're using money that that precludes that, too. There's certain like green acres funds and there's all kinds of rules with that. >> Thank you. >> I just want to reiterate uh what uh Dr. Cullis had said before. Thank you very

Um so if anyone would like to purchase some tattoos, we are going to be tattooing the teacher. You can choose the teacher and you can choose the tattoo and then they will wear their tattoos to school on Friday. >> And we are going to take as many incriminating photos on Friday the 27th as possible
>> if if we ask it to be like a face or neck tattoo. Is that >> that was that was almost an option, but we're giving them free will and letting them put it wherever they'd like. Somewhere visible preferably. All right. And do we have some board highlights? >> Donation. >> Sorry. Here we go. The board adopted several new policies and regulations. The board approved donations from the Lake Pacong Elks and the decorative basketball to commemor commemorate the Valley View basketball boys basketball championship season. And the board approved the use of various uh summer programs in our facilities for for this year. Okay. Any uh further discussion on the space considerations, numbers, anything along those lines? >> Sandy, did did you did I miss the numbers? Did you give us the the the kindergarten numbers?
Did I >> 182. Thank you. Okay, we'll move to uh the second uh open comment section.
