and to the republic for it stands one nation indivisible with liberty and justice for all >> Mr. Ki >> Mrs. Northley >> here >> Mrs. Barrage >> here >> Mrs. Pops >> here >> Dr. Isacson >> here Mr. Sullivan >> Mr. Miller >> here >> Mrs. Wright >> here >> Mrs. here. >> Make a motion and second please for the approval of the agenda. >> Motion. >> All those in favor? >> Any opposed? >> Any student body. >> Good evening. Today the student council hosted another one of their monthly mocha Mondays before school and the interactive club hosted their blood drive in the aux gym. There was also a trip to Princeton to visit the art museum. Tomorrow districtwide Thanksgiving food drive baskets will be distributed or picked up. Thank you to everyone who donated

to help make the food drive a success. We will continue to collect non-p perishable food items until December 10th for the winter food drive. In addition to today's trip, there have been some excellent field trips and opportunities for students in the past few weeks. The AP Spanish and art three classes attended an art gallery at Ruckers Camden. There was the snow ski trip sponsored by the class of 2026, a trip to the planetarium, a college fair, and an environmental trip along with many college representatives meeting directly with the students. Games for winter sports will begin in a few weeks. Please support our basketball programs and wrestling co-op. We're wishing everyone a happy fall break and Thanksgiving. Thank you. >> Thank you. Super. >> All right. We're going to begin with our recognition for the students

of the month. Mr. Kogan. >> All right. So, this is uh this is a pleasure. Um and right away what I'd like to do is embarrass a young man. His name is Connor Clevener. Connor, come on up here. So Connor is our student of the month for the month of October. Okay. There's two stages to the embarrassment. First is is the video and then the second stage is to tell you a little bit about him that he may not volunteer. >> Yeah. How about that? Yep. That's stage one. What I like most about FHS is the spirit. We always support each other in sports, classrooms, and even throughout the town. Florence is filled with spirit. >> My favorite subject in school is math because it was always something I was interested in from a young

age and it always came easier to me because there's always a correct answer. and math is something I would like to pursue as a career after high school. >> Outside of the classroom, I play football and baseball for the high school. I also work at Chesterfield Bagel and Grill and like to hang out with my family and friends whenever I can find the time to as well as doing homework and lifting. They are all part of my schedule. >> What was that? After FHS, I plan on attending a 4year college, preferably the Ohio State University, and majoring in either sports industry, engineering, or economics. All right, round of applause for the video. All right, a little bit more about Connor. Connor is fantastic. I don't know how many of you were at the strategic planning

event that we had recently, but he was there because he likes to be involved. And not only was he there, he took on a leadership role. He was presenting to all of these people who were who were gathered there. It was incredibly impressive. Uh he's hardworking, intelligent, and kind. Most importantly, he's a leader inside and outside of the classroom. Outside of the classroom, as you could see, he's the captain of the captain of the varsity football team. He's also the president of the student council. So, we have one president, that's Connor. Um, he's a valuable member of the National Honor Society. He's also a four-year member of the varsity baseball team. In the classroom, Connor has taken very competitive classes throughout his time at our high school. He's done exceptionally well. So, we're very proud

of him for that, too. And it is for all of these reasons and more that Connor was selected to represent our high school at New Jersey Boy State this past summer. While there, he was elected, no surprise, he was elected to the pos to the position of councilman. And um I guess I could continue going, but I'm going to stop there and just say that uh congratulations Connor. We're very proud of you. Uh student of the month. There's only one student of the month for October, and it couldn't go to a better person. CONGRATULATIONS. FOR RIVERFRONT SCHOOL. >> HI, I like to call up Victoria Kelly for River. Hi, my name is Victoria and her Kelly and I am October student of the month. My hobbies outside of school are playing field hockey for the

township team and a travel team called Blue Star. I also love to hang out with my friends, family, and go to the beach. Another interest I have outside of school is going to country concerts. My interests in school are being part of clubs such as student counseling and music club. I also really enjoy art class. My favorite subject is honors language arts. This is my favorite subject because I enjoy reading books. I also enjoy to write as well. My favorite book series is called Warrior Cats. My favorite memory from Riverfront School was the Glowians. This is my favorite memory because my friends and I had a great time together. My plans for high school are to get in honors classes and earn good grades. I will also try out for the school field team. My

goal for high school is to try new things. I would like to try new things such as clubs, electives, and volunteer opportunities. Another goal I have is varsity of the field team. When I grow up, I want to be a counselor. I want to do this because I would love to work with people and be someone they can talk to and help them with. problems in motion. Advice for younger students. Always try your hardest to never give up. Study for tests and quizzes. Create new friendships. Open your horizon and try new things. Be yourself. And of course, have fun. This year, I'm looking forward to the 8th grade park field trip. I am looking forward to this field trip because I will be able to do fun activities with my friends and have a great

time. I'm very excited about the board park and roller coasters. Thank you so much. I am honored to have been chosen for October Student of the Month. So, just a little bit about Tori. She's involved in a lot of things in school, field hockey, choir, yearbook, student council, yoga club, art club, and was just recently inducted into the National Junior Honors Society for all that she does for the school. She also is highly involved in volunteering and she takes both honors English and math at her project and she excels in everything she does. She has a positive attitude, is always smiling and always knows how to make someone's day. So congratulations to >> Good evening. It's my honor to do school's uh minor banner class. So, if I can call Miss Schaefer up to join

me class uh this month is Miss Schaer's first grade class. They are uh a great group of kids. They love working together. You always see them laughing and having a good time. Um and they definitely know how to do their strive for five. So if we could call that Victor Adam a lot. >> Ethan, Leila Aan German, sorry Kane. entre if we could show our short video that we worked on last week. yourself in the middle of the sea. I said >> at Ro. >> If you ever find yourself lost in the dark and you can't see, I'll be the light. >> We are positive. >> We are called to help our friends in need. You can't count on me like one. >> We love rolling school >> and I know when I need it,

I can count on you like 4 3 2 You'll be there. Cuz that's what >> we love Miss Shaver. Ooh. Yeah. If you're tossing and you're turning and you just can't fall asleep. I'll sing a song beside you. And if you ever dance, Thank you for a couple. >> All right, Mr. Strongley for our preschool. All right. The Future Flash Award is given to students who shine bright by being respectful, responsible, safe, positive, and kind. These students are great friends. They listen well, take care of their things, and always help make our classrooms happy and safe places. They are the future flashes of our school community, showing everyone how to be helpers, friends, and learners. Just like a flash of light, they lead the way and show others how to be their best. We have

four future flashes this month. Some of them are here and some of them could not be here. But I'd like to call up Mrs. Cobbly and Mrs. Winter to announce our first two future classes. All right. So, the first future flash goes to Sie, also known as Sie. GONNA tell you a little bit about Satie in a nutshell. So this month we are so proud to recognize Satie as our future flash for the month. Now she's in her second year of our program and she continues to shine as a natural leader in our classroom. She consistently leads by example, showing kindness, responsibility, and willingness to help anyone who needs it, even without being asked. Affectionately, she is known as our little mother hen. She looks out for her classmates and brings warm, caring presence to

our group. She especially loves being the teacher's helper and takes great pride in any classroom job she's given. We are so grateful to have her in our class and we can't wait to see all she continues to accomplish. >> So our next award goes to Taj Ker. He's not here this evening, but I'll read a little bit about him. So Satie and Taj are the dynamic duo. They were in the program together last year and they are the only two that have moved with me and they just feed off of each other in the most positive energy. So, we're excited to recognize Taj as well for this month. Now, as in his second year, he has grown into a true leader in our classroom. He's always ready to lend a hand, whether it's to his

classmates or stepping in to assist as the teacher, often without even being an accident. He shows learning through active participation in the classroom. conversations and he sets a positive example for his peers every day. We're so proud of his hard work, kindness, and leadership. I'd like to call up from Miss Moren's class, we have a McDade. All right. So, this is a Sears's second year in Miss Floren's preschool class. He's always eager to help out in any situation. For example, he pushes younger members of our class on the swings of the playground without even being asked. He is a compassionate friend towards others in class and understand and embraces differences. Assir is a creative thinker who enjoys building with blocks. He is adaptable and has learned skills to not only take care of himself but

also others as well. Congratulations And then we have one more. He was not feeling well today. From Miss Beth's class, we have Zenzo Paris. I'm just going to read a little bit about Vinnie. Vinnie is always respectful to everyone he comes in contact with. He is the first to greet his friends with a smile when he sees us. Vinnie listens well, follows all the classroom rules, and is always willing to help keep our classroom tight. He sets a good example for his peers and shows others how to be their best every day. Our class is proud to have Vinnie as our future flash. Congratulations, Vinnie. >> Congratulations to all our students of the month. Um, like to ask for Make a motion a second.
