Our resolution will be coming before we go into executive session this evening and then after executive session we will I mean before we go into executive session that will be the last of our reporting um because after that no action will be taken and that will be the end of our meeting and there'll be no court comments after that. So, we're going to move right
003into public comments. Public participation shall be governed by the following rules. One, if in person, a participant must sign the sign-in sheet and be recognized by the presiding officer and must preface preface comments by an announcement of his or her name, municipality residence, and group affiliation applicable. Two, each statement made by a participant shall be limited to a threeminut duration during the public session. Three, all statements, questions or inquiries shall be directed to the presiding officer and any questions or inquiries directed by participant to another board member shall be redirected to the presiding officer who shall determine if such statement, question or inquiries shall be addressed by the presiding officer on behalf of the board or by the individual board member. And four, all board and or acting superintendent responses to questions or inquiries shall
