Vincent Fenzo >> here. >> Rose Giggleello >> here. >> Jennifer Hulahan >> here. >> Michael Keane >> here. >> David Keel >> here. Christopher Larabe Robert Misik is excused. Please stand for the pledge to the flag. >> I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you all for attending this evening. Our first order of business is the review of the minutes of the regular meeting of May 5th, 2026. Are there any comments or edits to these minutes? Hearing none, I will take

002a motion. Miss Giggleello, seconded by Mr. Blakeley. On the motion made by Miss Giggleello, seconded by Mr. Blakeley, that the minutes of the regular meeting of May 5th, 2026 be approved. All in favor? >> Any opposed? Motion carries 8 to zero. Agenda item number four, awards and recognitions. First up is Kid Wind. I have Mr. Brown and Mr. Rolo up for this. I am going to turn it over to you two gentlemen, please. So, this year's Kidwin competition was in Madison, Wisconsin, and Kidwin, you qualified a regional competition to get an invite to go to world's competition. At the Worlds, there were 550 students, 50 high school teams, which each of those teams had won their local competition, respectively, 25 middle school or 50 middle school teams, and then another 25 teams split between middle

003and high school for solar competition was also going on. And um there were teams from Thailand, Taiwan, Estonia, and all over the US. Uh notably this year, there were no teams from Mexico. Mexico had their own competition and had students qualify, but they were not granted visas because they were coming to compete and post students missed. Um, but even with that, our teams got to network and so guys are on the team stand up. We had four teams. We had one team, the Flying Pickles from the high school. Uh, we had the Wobbling Penguins, the Flying Pickles, uh, the Beaming Godzillaas. And so those teams all competed. We didn't take home any trophies this year, but again, the networking that went on and uh the people they got to meet and interact with was just

004a great experience. >> The swimming hot dogs, were they here as well? It was one of >> Swimming Hot Dogs here. >> Swimming hot dogs as well. >> Oh, I like your t-shirt. That's very cool. >> I I think the name It's It's funny. The names got started Jameson was they were all very kind of normal names and then Jameson's team I don't know probably about four years ago came up with flying pickle and that just kind of set the trend because every team after that came up well we never come up with unique name >> CONGRATULATIONS VERY AND JUST SO WE UH SO THIS IS FOR THE RECORD. Um for the San Creek Middle School sixth grade team is the Waddling Penguins is Douglas uh is it Loji? >> Okay. Thank you, Kevin Lynn,

005Abram Malik, and uh Ren Moy Dash. >> For the swimming hot dogs, San Creek Middle School sixth grade team, we have R.J. Roman and Abby Kimble. For San Creek Middle School sixth grade team, we have the Beaming Godzillaas, which is Nicholas Robalotti and Kaden Edict. And for the Colony High School team, we have the Flying Pickles of Cara Sticki, Jameson Hines, Joseph Brunetto, and Lewis White. Congratulations to you all. Next up, we have No Place for Hate. Miss Zep, can you take that away, please? >> I'm gonna have my group stand with me. So, No Place for Hate is a group of approximately 12 students. And we have some of our leaders here with us tonight. And this is a group who out of all the many clubs that are available for students at Colony

006Central High School, these students choose to come out for a club that promotes inclusivity. And they have made great efforts in a number of different ways this year. They've attended workshops at OC's where they're engaging with students from other schools on topics like bias and microaggressions and uh they have brought a lot of thoughtfulness to that to those discussions and then to our post discussions after and they've gathered inspiration to uh create videos and um and signs and posters on a number of different inclusive topics to help their peers understand better. all with the goal of making our high school even more inclusive and uh we have we have to complete a certain number of tasks in order to receive the national designation as a no place or hate school and we did so with

007the gold star for the third time this year. SO THAT >> and shout out to Brody who helped us grow from the very beginning. So thank you with us tonight and >> very good. Thank you. >> Brody, you have the agenda right right with you. Could you would you mind uh reading off the names of the club members, please? Nicole Blakeley, Max Carpenter, Bur Diah Dura, Morgan Misa, Deepa Sha, Ty Smith, Jami, Vzy, Tran >> and again uh the adviser of Miss Zep. Congratulations to you all. And next up, the 2026 Suburban Council Music Festival. That is Mr. Canistrachi. Where are you, Mr. Canistrachi? >> Hi everybody. I'm Peter Kistrachi. I'm the music department chairperson for South Colony. And it's my honor and privilege to present to you uh the 24 students that were selected

008to participate in this year's Suburban Council Music Festival. And I brought programs. Mrs. if you want to pass those out later or whenever so everybody can can have one. Um, this year's Suburban Council Music Festival was held at Boston Spa High School on Friday and Saturday, April 17th and April 18th, so about a month ago. 300 students from the 16 area suburban council schools were selected to um to participate in this event. and they were selected based on high scores from last year's MISMA solos, by teacher recommendation, or by musical audition. And South Colony was proud and honored to have 24 students, as I mentioned, selected to participate in this year's festival. Suburban Council Music Festival is sort of the musical equivalent of sectionals for athletics. And this year's festival included a high school band

009and orchestra, plus a middle school chorus and a middle school jazz band. I just want to say that many times when these schools come together, it's often in the spirit of competition. Who can score the most goals? Whose robot can last the longest? Who can spell the hardest word? But when it comes to music and these students coming together, really in the spirit of collaboration, working together to make something beautiful, and they certainly did. So, we're super proud of them. I'm going to have them come up and form a line here and I'm going to call them up by the different groups that they represented. So, we're going to start with the high school band. Robbie Greco who played trombone. Bryce Penra who played tuba. Aiden Potka another tuba player. TransU a euphonium player. Marker

010clarinet player. And Matthew Turner, Alto Saxs. And we'll stand in the line in case anyone wants a picture. These were the high school students. These are Mr. Hartell's band students who represented South Colony in the high school band. THANKS GUYS. We had 10 students representing the high school orchestra. Argam Algazuli, a violinist. Jack Cronin, a violist. Grace Mania, violist. Olivia Piro, viola. Kyun, violin. Abby Pervvis, cello. Philip Shock, violin. Margaret Stewart, viola. Julia Tino, violin. Zopia Tino, cello. All right, these are my students and students of Dana Pro also here at the high school. You guys can have a seat. Thanks, guys. We had four students participate in the middle school jazz band. And you know the middle school jazz band is only 16 students total from all the area schools and for four of

011them to come from South Colony. I think this may be a record for us actually. And these students were chosen by audition um they actually had to audition to get in. So we were very honored to have four. And these are Joel Miller and Andy Hearn students from Lisha. Aston Goodman on Barry Sachs. Natalie Moore on drum set, Brian Nikars on trombone, and Sardar Yusf on trombone. >> OKAY. >> All right. Thanks, guys. >> And then we had four students from San Creek Middle School who sang in the chorus. two altos, Zakai Burks and Von Sin, and two sopranos, Emily Farragan and Sophia Schulty. Their teacher, Lisa Winens, is here as well. Why don't you come on, Mrs. WINS? >> Nice job, GUYS. >> Thank you so much. Thanks. >> Thank you. Congratulations everybody. Welld

012deserved. >> All right. Agenda item number five. This is the Nate New York State School Board Association Board Excellence Recognition Awards. Dr. Perry. >> Uh yes. Uh good evening everyone. Uh this is a wonderful opportunity to recognize our board members who are all volunteers. They spend uh many hours uh helping South County uh programs and education, creating policy and things of that. Uh in addition to the hours they spend in our meetings, we've uh recognizing three individuals tonight who have continued with New York State School Board training workshops, additional um coursework to advance their skills as board members. So, it's my privilege to recognize uh first up tonight um level one or school board achievement certificate of recognition. This uh requires 75 points. Mr. Keane has 115 at this particular time. So, please recognize Mr.

013Michael Keane. >> Mom will be proud. in the middle. >> All right. >> Congratulations, Mike. >> Thank you. >> Congratulations, Mike. >> Our next uh board member being recognized is our board of excellence recognition. This uh individual has uh achieved 150 points and uh is now at level two in the NISBO recognition. So this is a achievement award goes to Mr. Christopher Larabby. Congratulations. Thank you. >> There we go. Jacqueline's getting it. >> I was bringing it over to >> Yeah. Our next awardy goes to our board vice president, Mr. David Keel. Mr. Gil has achieved uh the lifetime achievement award. This is level four. Uh 500 points. Uh Mr. Keel has 590 points. So, not only is he recognized as a long-standing board member, but somebody who has gone above and beyond to continue

014to build his skills as a as a board member. So, we appreciate that. Recognize Mr. Keel. Uh in addition to this plaque, Keel uh receives a uh scholarship to the uh conference in October for the New York State School Boards Association. So, congratulations, MR. GIL. VERY GOOD. GOOD WORK. GOOD WORK. All righty. Agenda item number six, superintendent update. Dr. Perry. >> Yes. Uh we've got a number of uh reports for information studies. So um I will uh just be brief on the superintendent's update tonight. I I just want to uh thank our community for coming out and voting to support our investment in education. Uh this year's budget uh was approved on May 19th. Uh we really appreciate the the uh outpouring of community support in helping to continue the advancement in our program. So

015we we've got outstanding students as you saw earlier tonight um and a and a wonderful community who helps to support the educational programs we have. So thank you on behalf of our entire school district uh for helping us to uh continue that u excellence. So thank you. >> Very good. Thank you very much. Agenda item number seven. Uh these are the reports from our board of education. Mr. Fenzo. Um, I'd like to thank on behalf of uh Colony and I Care for everyone that attended Tackfest this year on May 16th. Um, we're very proud to announce that due to the uh generosity of the district and our sponsors, we're able to donate $13,000 to Albaz Coalition this year, which is uh much higher than we have been able to in the past. We're so thankful

016for the community and everyone that participated in access this year. >> Very good. Well, congratulations. That's quite an accomplishment. Next, anyone else? >> Mr. Keane. >> Um, I think we all kind of popped in the pack mess, so that stands on its own. >> That's for sure. I also had the opportunity to take in awards night. Um, >> held it down for for the board. It was great to see so many students recognized for a variety of efforts and skills and um, you know, being able to support their journey as they as they move forward. Um, you know, I think there were some I asked some kids if they needed like a knapsack to take their >> wheelbarrow. Yeah. So, >> so and I know you didn't get to enjoy Brody. So, um but you

017know it it again like we just recognized our students. It's another you know it shows the hard work that they put in to to achieve that those uh goals. >> Very good. Very good. Mr. Casey, >> thank you. I don't think a lot of people really realize the difficulty in putting a budget together. So maybe it's easier for you at your own home, your own personal budget, but when you look at a budget the size of this school district and unfortunately haven't got the state budget settled yet. So I have to thank Mrs. McAllister and her team for the effort, Dr. Perry and her cabinet for putting this together. Um we've sat through some pretty interesting meetings on the budget uh working in making sure that the quality of education for the students in this

018district continues on the same path that it is. A lot of new and exciting things are happening. I just ask that you keep checking the different communications that come out periodically and when when not if when the state budget gets approved I think uh we'll be a little more pleasantly surprised. So Mrs. McAllister and Dr. Perry and his team nice job. Thank you. >> Thank you Mr. Mr. Casey if I can. And I also want to recognize our district clerk, Amber Lanigan, uh behind the scenes, uh and her team make our budget process run extremely smooth. Uh so Amber, thank you so much. Um not only recruiting our staff, helping to train them, working with a wide variety of area school districts on the voting process, uh absentee ballots, it goes on for months. Amber

019was one of the leaders in the area. many district clerks from uh throughout the capital region were calling her not only prior to the vote but the day of the vote asking for how to do things. So just want to recognize Amber for her outstanding uh efforts on behalf of the district. So thank you. >> Thank you. >> Yes. Next, Mr. Ke. >> I would just like to thank uh Mr. Rablati for providing the uh uh refreshments and the nice uh opportunity for us board members to thank the retiring teachers this afternoon. We had uh several show up and we could shake their hand and thank them for all the service they've done and uh wish them all the best. Thank you, Chris. >> My pleasure. >> Absolutely. >> Yep. Yes. And like you teachers

020and staff today, that was a a wonderful celebration. We wish them all well. Uh I did want to mention uh Dr. Perry and Mr. Barl and uh Miss Loose and I did attend the uh Daughters of the American Revolution celebration for the good citizen award. Yes. >> For do we recall? >> Um the young lady. Um >> Yeah. Hold on one second. >> I'm sorry. I didn't mean to put you on the spot and I will. We also went to the Lisha Kill Memorial Day celebration which was >> always a terrific >> Eva Favors. Yeah, that well deserved. That was a terrific celebration at Prine House. We also attended the Memorial Day celebration at Lisha Kill which was always a very uh wonderful memorial um celebration. Uh, congratulations to Christopher Larabby and to Jennifer Jones

021on their uh, seats on the board of education. Thank you for your service. And uh, yeah, Amber Lanigan for your for your service and being as cool as a cucumber on these hot nights when we have to do this work at the budget. That was that was just a your your service is just terrific. I I really thank you very much for that. All right. Anybody else? Yeah, >> Mr. Well, I have so many students in here. I'm just gonna give a quick elevator pitch to to Vincent over here. So, many of you might know not know why we have a student on this board. Um, but it was started a couple years ago by the state uh to have student representatives. And I read this article today uh in our in our on board.

022Um, I'm not going to get into the whole thing um about it, but I want to let you know that you are a great asset and >> to our board and uh I thank you for your uh couple years here and uh going forward to any student that is interested in volunteering uh going forward. This is going to be uh something that we do every year. So, I think it's great to >> have a voice. >> Congratulations on re-election. >> YEAH. ALL RIGHT, if that's it, we're going to move on to agenda item number eight, communications. No, nothing turned in and no communications, >> but we'll release the audience as well whenever. >> Yeah, >> I beg your pardon. >> We can allow the audience if they'd like to leave us. >> Okay. Yes. >>

023And now is a good time if you are not a participation in government student. And you do not you don't have to stay here for the rest of the meeting. If you'd like to, you certainly may. >> It's riveting. It want to hang out. >> It is. But if you would like to take your leave, you certainly made a point. >> Thank you so much for coming. Appreciate grab something on your congratulations. >> Thank you for coming in today though. >> Those participation in government students, we will sign at the end. if you didn't hear that. >> All right. Agenda item number nine, reports for information and study. Letter A, summer school plans. Mr. Catchadurian. >> Thank you. Um, so I went over in detail with academic achievement. Um, and you all have it hyperl

024within your agendas as well as a hard copy. um for items A and B related to me. We do have our four summer school programs that are going to be stood up and running. Um they're already headed in a successful direction. Miss Loose is well on her way of making sure that her staffing is all set for summer school. We only have a couple of small positions that we have yet to uh make sure we get filled. She's done a nice job there. She'll be assisted by assistant principal Valerie Sakowski this year who comes to us from Lebanon and is also a friend of Miss McCarthy's. And then we'll have Mrs. Richardson, who we just able to visit with at our retirement ceremony. Um, in recognition of her, she's going to stay on for a

025couple more months as an administrative aid and work through supporting Stephanie and the summer school staff. ESY is up and running. Um, principal this year will be Allison Grineer. She has been given a lot of support by Melissa Judge and Mrs. Penn. um two individuals that have successfully run ESY in the past and are providing her with a variety of sounding board support as she gets ready to open up that program. 56 summer school also at Lysa Hill as is our 712 summer school program and then we have our summer academy split between Saddlewood and Shaker Road this year. Rich Thompson is going to be at the helm, principal of that and he will be supported by Kayla Paris, one of our social workers that's over at Vita um working on her administrative degree. So

026those programs are in um a good state of being and we are looking forward to a successful summer. And then I tried to provide the board with a good summation of what really June is all about and went through with all of the dates regarding what are our regent exams, what are our days in school in session, uh what are the days that are important for us to be aware of that might be breaking out with elementary and middle school as half days and designated that all out in great detail. Um also of important note is that our life skills high school classes, the twelves, the nines, and the sixes are going to be in class 68 through 618. um as that has been a discussion point from our our u public in the past

027and we've made sure to make accommodations so that it is fully staffed and that we do have communications appropriately gone home to all of those uh parents and children. 6:22 full day 623 is our last day and that'll be a half day for that program or for those programs to be in session. also gave you a snapshot on senior walkthroughs um in each of our seven buildings that'll be hosting them and then the field days subsequently uh coming around at the close of our each one of our elementary school sessions. >> Very good. Any questions? Thank you very much. B year end calendar. Why Mr. Katian >> just covered? >> Okay. Y >> sorry I did A and B. >> Well, you can't do that. You can't do that. All right. Sorry. See, summer building

028use report. Dr. Perry. >> Yes. So, uh, Mr. Catcher talked a little bit about year end. We'll be kicking off, uh, summer school programming beginning in July. Um, the summer school program for the 512 uh, students will be at Lysill uh, middle school this year. And uh that will be starting uh on July 7th um running through I'm sorry July 8th running through August 19th. Um our extended school year program will again be at Forest Park. Um that's a Monday through Friday program at Forest Park. Uh also extending through the uh late part of August. Summer Academy. Our K4 summer academy program will be housed at Saddlewood Elementary and Shaker Road Elementary. Uh couple items to note. Veer and S Creek will be closed for the summer. Um I'll call it local traffic only. Um

029those buildings are under heavy construction. We're uh completing the uh new library edition at Veer as well as the exterior site work and S Creek is beginning their auditorium and locker room renovations uh throughout the summer. So those areas uh will be closed uh only available to certain staff. Um but programming will be shifted over to the middle schools and the elementary uh buildings I mentioned. Um got a lot of out outdoor camps going on. So our our facilities will be well utilized throughout the summer. Uh one last thing in terms of summer programming I want to mention is we're happy to announce that we will once again be able to extend our summer food service program. So, all students that are enrolled uh in our summer programming uh will be able to obtain breakfast

030and lunch at no charge. Uh that'll go from July 8th through August 19th. Uh breakfast is 7:15 to 8:15 and lunch is about 10:45 to 12:15. That'll be provided at uh Lysaill. We'll also have breakfast and lunch at the extended school year program at at Forest Park. And then they'll have some healthy nutritious snacks at our summer academy. That's about a three-hour program. So we'll offer that for our younger students. Uh but good opportunities to um not only be involved with the academic programs but also get fed during the summer time. >> That's all. >> Any questions? >> This will remembering that last year we opened up that kids like the families could come in. >> So they they have to be registered. So, anybody that wants to uh come for meals, we will register

031them in some summer programming. We will work on that, but it's not an open site as it was last year. Uh so, it'll only be for South County students that are uh enrolled in our programs, but similar to past years, we'll make sure that uh students that want to get fed will get fed. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. Agenda item number 10, board committee reports. We have transportation facilities and Dr. Perry, that's you. >> Yeah, the transportation facilities committee met on May 7th. Um, we were uh discussing our um updates to our buses. I'm happy to announce that our uh transportation department had a believe it was 99 3% passing rate on the New York State uh DOT inspections. Uh 90% is is the minimum. We've exceeded that uh multiple times and Mr. Sim

032and his staff uh are really doing an outstanding job keeping our our buses uh safe and on the road. Uh we received our uh electric vehicle. We have one electric vehicle we purchased last year. We received it this year in March. We had some charging issues, but uh we're happy to report after um about a month's time, it is back on the road and and and functioning. It's a 24 passenger EV uh bus. We did not purchase any uh EV buses this year. On the facilities end, uh we talked about um the uh summer projects uh that are going on at Veer and St. Creek and did a preview of our new transportation center that will be going uh to state ed pending approval as we speak. So portion of that pro project was already

033approved and there were some adjustments. So the the second portion of that is pending approval. >> All right. Any questions? Mr. Jean? >> Uh I understand the state is delaying uh EV purchases. >> Yes. uh the the word on the street that the language that will be in the uh >> approved budget once it's approved will delay the requirement to purchase EV buses by 5 years. Uh so instead of 2027 buses would be required in 2032 and that'll kick out the end of that to 2040 um which is uh that 8-year transition period. So, we will still um go forward with our our transportation uh facility plans and uh the building of new bus garage, but we are looking at what we are putting in in terms of the infrastructure. Can we delay some of

034the power, if you will, uh as they start to identify what that mandate will look like down the road? That's the word is that it's being uh paused but for five years, which is good news. >> Mr. Ke. >> Yes. I would just like to uh take over for Mr. Pik who is all often times telling us about the the ticketing report and it remains high. I noticed it's 337 in March and that's because typically on Central Avenue you must stop for a flashing light bus even if you're in the far outside lane. So that's what happens to many people get getting tickets from uh from that situation. So, just a a word to the wise and hopefully people are paying attention that you you've got to stop even if it's three or four lanes

035across on Central Avenue especially. >> Thanks. >> Even at 5:30 with the sports bus, >> it is interesting seeing how March is nearly double February and April month. >> What's that? >> Our longest month. >> Yeah, the longest >> vacation days. Vacation. Yeah, we got the vacation weekend and the other one, but still to double it with one additional week. >> All right. Thank you very much. >> Agenda item number 11, reports and recommendations for action. This is not uh letter A through L. Please take a look. covers two and a half three pages. >> Dr. Ferry, it occurs to me that there are other sports equipment that uh not just helmets or not not just football like lacrosse and girls lacrosse, etc. Are they are they likewise reconditioned? >> Uh they they are for

036uh things like helmets. Uh the girls lacrosse doesn't have uh helmets. Uh they must they're tougher than than most. Um but uh for uh anything that is the impact sports uh boys lacrosse and football those uh helmets have to uh be reconditioned each year and there's also a lifespan of no more than 10 years >> and there's shoulder pads for >> shoulder pads are reconditioned as well. Uh we also will send out uh jerseys for repair if there's uh cuts or rips to them. Uh what you see in in front of you is uh the bids for the sports ball program trying to uh get better deals on purchasing and quantities. So we've been able to to do this and because it exceeds $20,000 when you combine them together, you put it out to bid

037uh in each of these areas. But that's the breakdown of the individual um ball or or piece of equipment when it's uh being refurbished. Any other questions? >> Yeah. A special note is the donation of Lois Elliot of an electric piano. Thank you very much for that donation. Anything else? Hearing nothing. I will take a motion. Mr. Keane and Mr. Blakeley. On the motion made by Mr. Keane, seconded by Mr. Blakeley, that the above stated reports and recommendations be approved. All in favor? >> Any opposed? Motion carries. 8 to zero. Agenda item number 12, personnel instruction. This is on pages 14 through 16. Mr. Ravalotti. >> Thank you. Uh, standard business on this one. um welcoming in some new teachers, which is always fun. Um we welcome them to the pack. Um business moving to

0381.0 next year and then some of our annual reappoints of temporary positions just to get ahead of that for summer. >> Very good. Any questions? Looking for a >> Can you just position what they're >> Yep. the the 0.99 is our teacher center. So, it's Valerie Love Lace. Uh that is a position that is uh matches up with the teachers contract, but uh um to allow her to be the executive director, we've kept her as N9, so she's not on a seniority list in a classroom setting. The other 1.0 know, I believe is our U precSi who's a speech teacher by trade um handles our uh prek cse process. >> So they're creations just because they're >> they're year-to-year they're year-to-year appointments. Yep. They're it's not uh new positions. The same thing the part-time they

039end June 30th each year and are reappointed. >> Thank you. Anything else hearing? None. I'll take a motion. Miss Gigglyello, seconded by Mr. Casey. On the motion made by Miss Giggleello, seconded by Mr. Casey, that the instruction personnel changes listed on the attached sheets dated May 26th, 2026 be approved. All in favor? Any opposed? Motion carries. 8 to zero. Agenda item number 13, personnel support. These are page pages 17 through 18. Mr. Robalotti, >> thank you again. U we which wish Rachel the best in her new endeavors. She's worked at the high school for several several years as a new opportunity and more appointments than anything else in the support staff side which always makes me happy. So >> good good agenda. >> Any questions? Hearing none, I'll take a motion. Mr. Casey and Mr.

040Blakeley on the motion made by Mr. Casey, seconded by Mr. Blakeley, that the support personnel changes listed on the attached sheets dated May 26, 2026 be approved. All in favor? Any opposed? Motion carries 8 to zero. Thank you. Agenda item number 14, resolution. Dr. Perry. >> Yes. This resolution is related to ED law 2D. Uh in the past, individual districts had to work with uh companies that handled software um for student privacy rights. Uh the area regional information centers of which we are a member of NERK is joining forces with four other uh regional information centers downstate to create Rick one or what they call the rock. They're working with the vendors to uh get the data privacy uh contracts in place and then we'll be able to piggyback on those agreements. It's a little

041bit more efficient uh manner and helps to uh uh make sure that we're meeting the needs of the EDL law 2D requirements. >> Very good. Any questions? Hearing none. I'll have a motion. Miss Giggley and Mr. Keane on the motion made by Miss Gigglyello, seconded by Mr. Keane that the above stated resolution be approved. All in favor? >> Any opposed? Motion carries 8 to zero. Thank you. Agenda item number 15, certification of vote results. Again, thank you to all who came out and voted. Dr. Perry. >> Uh yes. Uh we're appreciative of all those propositions passing and the election of our the new board members uh for the new five-year term. So, thank you. >> Any questions? Hearing none, I'll take a motion. Mr. Laravey second Miss Giggle on the motion made by Mr. Larabe

042seconded by Miss Gigglyello that the above stated results of the annual budget vote and school board election held on May 19th 2026 be certified. All in favor? >> Any opposed? Motion carries 8 to zero. Thank you. Agenda item number 16. Member Ren memorandum of agreement civil service employees association Dr. Perry. >> Yes. The the next two MLAs Mr. Rubilotti and Miss Mallister have been working with CSA which is our uh representative group for our custodial uh mechanics. Uh the first one has to do with the work week. We had uh the ability to adjust uh so that uh staff members can work a five-day work week including Saturdays or Sundays. We've always had a uh Tuesday through Saturday shift.
