001Okay, it's 6:15 on February 25th. I'm calling to order the business meeting of the board of education of the South Country Central School District. The board will consider a motion to enter into executive session to discuss the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation and to receive the advice of counsel. Is there a motion? Motion by trustee um Calderon, second by Vice President Dilo. All in favor? Um it's a unanimously approved by those in the room and I'm not sure if we have anybody. Um >> can you hear me? >> No, she's away. >> Okay. So, everybody who is present has approved it. It's more than a quorum. So, we're now going back to exact session and we expect to return at 7:30.
