001I'm calling uh the business meeting of the South Country Central School District Board of Trustees to order. Today is February 4th. We have a quorum present in the room and the board will consider a motion to enter into executive session to discuss the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation. and to receive the advice of counsel. Is there a motion? Uh, Vice President [snorts] Dilo and second by TR uh trustee Calderon. All in favor uh unanimous uh one, two, three, four, five, five votes of the five board members present in the room. Um it's unanimous. So we're now going into executive session. We expect to return to public portion at 7:30.
