001The culinary arts program is a program that teach you like the basics of cooking, show you how to cook things like knife guides, the sizes of the cuts like small dice, medium diets, all of that. It shows you new skills, shows you how to cook things that you never cook before. I love to cook. I've always wanted to I had a dream of having my own restaurant. I feel like in a way it can prepare me is to be like make sure I'm in a kitchen with a lot of people instead of it's just me by myself and just cooking. You know, it gives me more of an experience of like being social, you know, making sure I have the gist of how many people in here and I'm not just by myself. When you're at home by yourself, you're working by yourself. You're not thinking about the chaos that's going to get going on in the actual kitchen. So being in here, you hear a bunch of yelling. You hear hot plate, hot pan, you'll have people walking around with knives. You have the grills and everything steaming. So like it's hot, it's loud, and everything's moving so fast. So you got to make sure you're getting used to that instead of being in a quiet house. It really just keeps you on your toes basically. Yeah. It's been a great experience.
