This is the regular meeting of the Suffren Central School District Board of Education. Uh at this time, let the record reflect that all board members are present except for Mr. Paul Shapiro. At this time, the chair will entertain a motion to go into executive session for the purposes of number one, reviewing with the superintendent of schools, assistant superintendent for business and finance and district council matters related to a legal matter and number two reviewing with the superintendent of schools and assistant superintendent for administrative operations and human resources employment history of a particular person.
