This is the regular meeting of the Suffren Central School District Board of Education for Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026. Uh may the record reflect that all board members are present except for Miss Mr. Paul Shapiro and Miss Roxanne Bryan, but I believe Miss Brian will be joining us uh in a little while. At this time, the chair will entertain a motion to go into executive session for the purposes of number one, reviewing with the superintendent of schools an exempt subject involving a confidential student matter regarding a particular student. And number two, reviewing with the superintendent of schools and assistant superintendent for administrative operations and human resources employment history of a particular person. And number three, reviewing with the superintendent of schools and the assistant superintendent for business and finance matters related to a legal matter. And number four, reviewing with the superintendent of schools matters pertaining to attorney services. Do I have a motion? Mr. Donnelly second. Uh Mr. Andert. All in favor signify by saying I. I.
