001Very good. Good evening everyone. This is the regular meeting of the Suffren Central School District Board of Education for Tuesday, December 9th, 2025. Uh may the record reflect that all board members are here except for Mr. Thomas Donnelly and Mr. Daryl Frasier. At this time, the chair will entertain a motion to go into executive session for the purposes of number one, reviewing with the superintendent of schools matters relating to vandalism at Suffren Middle School. And number two, reviewing with the superintendent of schools matters relating to student number 1292025. And number three, reviewing with the superintendent of schools employment history of non-pedagical employee number 1292025. Do I have a motion? >> Mr. Shapiro second. Mr. Ander.
