Now, therefore, the Board of Education hereby resolves as follows. One, the board hereby appoints Dr. Davis as the acting superintendent of the school district, effective June 3, 2026, through July 31, 2026, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the employment agreement in the approved employment agreement.
