Oh, wait a minute, wait a minute. No, we already, we waived those. Okay. We could do it

on the 31st. I'd prefer to push it out. I love that 31st. So can we have a motion to So we want to move it to the 31st, but we want to know when the budget has to be adopted by. In April? No. So the publication of first notice has to be the 31st. So can we do the 30th? I'll do it on the 30th. I don't have a problem with that. That works for me. Because we're going to have a workshop in March. Right. Early March. Early March. 30th works for you? Heather, do you have our budget timeline there handy? I do, and it's not listed. Dave and I were just talking about that. Okay. Jason has it. It's in the superintendent's report. It's in the superintendent's report. Yes. Page 10. Yeah. I was

going to say we've got to turn it. We've got to turn it. Well, no wonder why we couldn't find it. Yeah, yeah. Good work. Okay, so our publication of first notice in annual election and public budget vote, that's just a notice. It's not the actual particulars. Right. and it said that March 24 the board approves notice of election and public vote but that's not really yeah okay good okay so can we have a motion to move the does anyone want to move it to the March 30th or March 31st yes okay March 30th Okay, that'll be moving the regular meeting to March 30th. It's not saying it's not it says board approves notice of election and public budget vote But that's because that was the day of our regular meeting. And directs its publication on

March 31, April 10, April 21, and May 15. Listen, we may just have to have a short meeting on the 21st to make that adoption. And then publish on the 31st. Yeah, we need clarification on that because I think that date is listed because that was the date of the morning meeting. The public keeps budgeted sound. Yeah, I'm not worried about that, but it's the notice of election that has to be approved. So even if we had a special meeting, even if we had a special meeting... Look I what I would do it that way are we keeping the regular on the 24th and then if we need to do a special meeting or are we just moving away? I want to make the regular meeting on the 31st if we have to have a

special meeting because I think the question is going to be for the 30th. The 30th I think so that still gives a little bit of time. I haven't studied this so I don't know. My concern would be that if there's some verbiage in the documents that says that we have to adopt something on the 24th. But the notices do have to go out on the 31st, so we could do it on the 30th, and that way, when we made our adoption on the 30th, the notices could go out on the 31st. So that's why you have to do it earlier. So that's why I'm suggesting that even if we did, it doesn't have to be a long meeting. It can just be, we can just, we're going to convert, we'll convert the, the 24th will

just be, provided we can get a quorum on that day. We should. Which is the concern I think that we have. But then we will have, the 24th will just be for the purposes of adopting things for the election. then the 30th will be for our regular meeting. The 30th is Monday. Okay it just gives us a little extra cushion. Well the 24th is going to be the 24th will be you can have a five o'clock meeting we're not going to have special special meeting we're just gonna have a meeting for the adoption of the the election items and then five o'clock and 30 without which is our norm so you get Nick okay right yep okay Need a motion we need a motion to adopt those time frames All in favor opposed motion carries

motion to adjourn All in favor, okay
