It says, "Dear leadership teams, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank both the superintendent's office and the board of education for the North Ridge City School staff and student recognition program designed to award achievement and boost motivation. The staff and student recognition program have had positive impacts on teachers, administrators, parents, students, and our community as a whole. Personally, I can attest to the joy that it brings to everyone involved, and I appreciate the experiences that I've had as a result of the 20125 staff member of the year award. The ripple effects of that award have been overwhelming as I continue to hear from former students, parents, community members, etc. For this reason, I am compelled to take

003the time to reciprocate the joy of this experience by sharing the worth of this programming with all of you. Knowing how busy the days, weeks, and months become, I commend you for your dedication to reinforce the district's values while strengthening relationships across the spectrum of employees and community members. The leadership exhibited via the collective or I'm sorry, collaborative relationship between the superintendent's office and the board of education are noticed and felt by many as a result of your efforts to celebrate meaningful traits and accomplishments of employees and students routinely throughout the school year. Your support is greatly appreciated and I want to take a moment to express my gratitude. Thank you for your dedication to this community and your commitment to the education of our students and the well-being of our staff. Sincerely, Lynn M.
