Okay, good morning everybody. >> Good morning, Mr. Aum. >> Um, we're going to go ahead and get started. Oh, wait a minute. I just lost my thingy. Hold on. For the way the board docs is behaving today, let's please not have something like that go wrong that I lose where I'm at. Okay, Mr. Drewer, could you do please? >> Miss Haywood, >> she's not here today. >> Oh, she's not here. This is [laughter] this is >> okay. Start. >> Yes. Let's do it. Let's do it this way. Miss Roland Mill [laughter] >> here. >> Miss Phillips here. >> Miss Minky, Miss Lmer, and Miss >> Oh my gosh. >> We have two absent, but we do have a quorum. So, we'll continue. If we could do pledge of allegiance, the flag is outside. I pledge
algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Well, we're off to a great start here. This is good. Um, Mr. Aim, I'm assuming you don't need the safety briefing, so we'll we'll bypass that, right? Okay. >> Thank you. Um, for all of our audio listeners, I'd like to uh let you know that our new superintendent, Mr. Aum, is here visiting our district today and he was here yesterday. So, um, welcome to you. It's nice to see you here again and to see you again from yesterday. Um, I would like to have a motion to approve the agenda, please. So moved. >> Oh, sorry. Second, >> Susan and and Denise. >> I got it.
>> Is there any discussion about the proposed agenda? >> Hearing none. Uh, roll call, please. >> Miss Roland Miller. >> Yes. >> Miss Phillips. >> Yes. >> Miss Lmer. >> Don't pause like that. I just thought I might [laughter] have screwed up again. >> Okay. Um so um going down to the non-consent agenda, the first item is the listing of the student fees. Um do we have a motion to approve that? >> I I have a motion to approve it. I've already seen it. >> Okay. Um any discussion on that? >> I was glad to see that they for the most part didn't go up and in some cases went down. Yeah, that's very positive. >> Yeah. And I was say before you guys came, we in our conversations on budgeting, we've had the last
couple years talking with them about really look at what you need, not just that's what you've done. And you know, like if you're not going to buy agenda books, don't have I'm not I think they still have agenda books, but if you're not going to do it, don't charge the don't charge the fee. I think all the building principles are trying to be sensitive to the fact that we we we there a lot of fees. >> Yeah. Yeah. It was nice to see and I appreciate the explanation because um you know before before we got started I think before you two were here um he was telling me that and I think that's that's a nice thing to see. Um all right. Do I have a motion to approve this student? >> We have a
motion. Roll call. Sorry. >> Miss Phillips? >> Yes. >> Miss Roland Miller? >> Yes. >> Miss Lmer? >> Yes. Okay. Let's see how we do on the Oopsy reduction of days um schedule. Um that's what was passed out to you because board docs is having connections. Um so you have a hard copy um on our hard copy HC gets crossed out um [clears throat] because that was that was adjusted. But everything else is as as presented. Um, do I have a motion to approve the reduction to date? Did we do that yet? >> No. >> Okay. Now I'm getting myself consumed. >> So moved. >> Okay. Thank you. Second. There we go. Um, any discussion on any of these? Hearing none. Roll call. Mr. Dur. >> Miss Roland Miller. >> Yes. >> Miss Phillips. >>
Yes. >> Miss Lmer. >> Yes. [snorts] Okay. Moving on down to board discussion. Um, we have a couple of things on that. I don't see how we help Anna with the calendar when we're missing two numbers. >> No, I think we're going to do that here. I think we'll have to go back to shall we try we attempted to get a work session a more extended work session. We thought we had it nailed down. We did not nail it down. So, at the last minute, um we discovered that not all five of you could be here. So, um we can have her send out more days. We could I mean, we still have one scheduled for the first week in June. [snorts] We didn't cancel that one. Um I do not I and we will
not have all five board members here even for that work session. So, um >> that's the one that's on the third regular schedule. Yeah. Am I just going to make sure I didn't cross Don't Don't cross anything off yet. Yes. So, I mean, I can have her make another attempt, but I also am not sure at this point you got now you also in the meantime have your retreat scheduled with like 27 and I'm pretty sure anything you're going to do with that. So, >> okay. So, >> go ahead Susan a perplexed look on your face. Well, I just um for memory sake, this was more of the financial discussion, right? >> Right. >> Financial discussion. Yeah. >> Like income tax 101 for those who haven't heard that or need a refresher discussion about >>
and we can also do that at the June regular meeting. >> We could just make that our topic for the June regular meeting. The May regular meeting will be career tech um and and a lot of recognition. So, I don't think we want to add. We've been Ry's been kind of enhancing his already um for the public kind of doing a little public 101, but I think income tax deserves its own. it really deserves its own >> and I think um >> when I give the update this month I'm projecting the last two months of the year and so I'm really you know normally have a we'd have a forecast in May which reflects it and so I'm nailing down where I think we're going to end up the year and I think the news
is going to be good. So having that prior to go to the next discussion will be will be will be important because then it lead because it still goes back into it'll shape your discussions on income tax and then for future PI levies and stuff like that. So >> yeah because we have I mean I thought we had originally where you were going to start covering that in this meeting. So >> I think we're ready for that yet. >> Yeah. >> Well the 101 I piece I think is what we discussed doing. >> Okay. I just We can do it in the reg. We could do it at the June work session. >> The regular work session one. >> Yeah. Is someone a board member not going to be here though? >> I don't think
Casey's here that week. I think she's on vacation that week. >> First week in June. I think she said she was on vacation. Yeah, I think I think so, too. I think that's what we're running into right now is just trying to get all five of you with summer schedules. You know, it's kind of hard to get everybody scheduled. So that's June meeting to my knowledge you will all be here. So it might and it should be a much lighter meeting. We won't have any student recognitions. I think you know we could really we could really dig in and focus on that or I could have Hannah to another round um and we could pull together a special meeting for that purpose. You tell me. >> Okay. >> Well, it's up to us. So the
we can't we could not find with all dates at the beginning we couldn't find one everybody was going to be there and it is too important to not have all of them >> and I think sooner than later is >> Was there a date that it was just me? >> No. >> Okay. I was going to say I can try to figure something out. >> I don't even remember what the dates are anymore. >> Yeah, there were 10 of them I think. I did write down narrow down to a couple and then discovered that [clears throat] work either. >> Okay. Boy, am I glad I wrote them down because I put them all in my calendar right now. So, I didn't schedule anything on top of it. Um, all right. So, >> it would probably
be the second week in June. I don't Did we go that far out? I have to go back and look at Hannah's email. I'm not sure we went that far out initially. >> Um >> Oh, I thought we did. I thought we did. Yeah, I thought we went through June. >> Well, if I mean, if if the bulk of the meeting on the 16th could be dedicated to this and we make sure that we try to keep other stuff out of the agenda, then >> at the June meeting. >> Yeah. I mean, that that >> I mean, do you can you see anything in June that would >> I mean, I think it's going to be >> recognition. >> A lot of the recognitions are over at that point. >> Yeah. >> And Do we
have personnel items? >> There will be personel. >> Well, okay. So, now we reflect over to Randy. Can Can you be ready for that? >> Any anytime >> and do your traveling road show for us? >> Yeah. Yeah. I we always have the things. This is it's just pulling together what is relevant and and what what need to have. So, and actually, you know, maybe in finance this month, um, we can talk about what we want to include in that. And, uh, I've got a few things. We've got an income tax, um, um, school finance explained in the can, but it's very short. It's not the not the detail that you're going to need, but >> um, because we got a couple different levels we need to talk about as a, you know, as a
board. >> Okay. because I would like to have that kind of in our heads before we get to our retreat on the 27th. >> Yeah, let me we can lay that out because you know >> Okay. >> All right. Well, how's that sound, guys? We go ahead and schedule our extended work session for our regular meeting and make that the financial meeting. >> We're June 16th's meeting, right? Just to be sure. [laughter] >> Okay. Yeah. Um, all right. So, I think if that's okay with you, you three, can you can you come and play with us for that meeting, too, or? >> Yes, I believe so. >> Oh, awesome. That would be great. [snorts] That would be great. Okay. Well, then let's let's do that. Then Hannah doesn't have to look for another date then,
right? So, we can get it all done in that meeting. Would that be good? I I do think that's going to be a pretty light agenda. >> Sorry. What will be the agenda will likely be a lot of consent items. >> So although there may be a lot of things on there, it'll generally be consent personel. There'll be a lot of personel there. >> On the finance side, you're going to have your fi your final permanent appropriations and [snorts] then temporary appropriations. And those are just >> those are pretty quick though. >> Quick. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> But at least you'll have ripped that band-aid off. And then congratulations by the way Todd Sego who didn't pass their income tax >> did they? >> Yes. >> Oh that night I stopped watching it wasn't
>> was not it was not a terribly successful night for other districts but >> but for that's a that's a big win for them. They haven't had any money there in a long time. 25% >> instead know she does not need >> more dates that it's all about making Hannah and happy. So I like that. So then um since we're talking calendars um >> can I ask a question real quick? Do we want this as a like a specific discussion item in there or just under board discussion is when this will happen? >> No, I think Randy will do the presentation and then I think you could just do the rest of board discussion. I don't think it has to be specific. Although if we do put a specific item in there ahead of time
at least anybody that wanted to come and listen and weigh in would know. So >> I think within the finance board presentation >> I would I would rather have the discussion not separated from the presentation. >> So maybe a board discussion specific to the financial >> presentation calls it out and then members of the public want to be here they don't know why they're coming. >> So I'll put it in that section the t like the treasures report section. Yeah. Yes, please. And then if if after we've stewed on it throughout the rest of the meeting, we have board questions, we can throw that into board discussion later. >> Once we have finance committee, do you want us to kind of like highlight some things that we think that you're going to be interested in
talking about and send that out to you? So, if you want to make >> Yeah. Yeah. I think that would be helpful because this is this is a difficult topic and it's new to them and it's difficult for me. I don't know how difficult it is for them. I know Casey doesn't like it. So, [laughter] um, yeah, let's let's go ahead and do that. And Randy and I are probably going to start meeting separately like what I do with Katie for the agendas and things. So, it'll be after you guys have your finance meetings. So, I'll have an extra touch on it as well. Um, poor guy. >> This will be the June 16th. >> Yeah. Okay. [clears throat] So, do we have any um Casey put out a request to um move the work
sessions for the rest of the year? It's it's just too hard when her husband's not there to handle I love that little monsters um to get them ready for the bus. Um, and I know that we've had trouble trying to figure out when to do work sessions, but without her being here, I don't know how we can really do that because we don't know when what her teaching schedule is or when she's available. >> Well, I think she said during the summer is not a problem. So, maybe can we put it on the agenda for next month because that still gives us a couple >> even something you can bring up at retreat. you'll all be together there and you guys can decide what works the best. >> I think >> plus she might have
a different I mean she's going to have a different teaching schedule in the fall probably. >> Yeah. But she she had said that she would she would be in a position to try to stay off Tuesdays because of the regular board meeting that before she was kind of given her schedule where this way I think she thought she'd have more control in. >> Yeah. And so my thought would be if we looked at the first Tuesday evening instead of the so we'd be at the first and third so work session >> and meeting so we'd always be two weeks apart >> and then be on Tuesdays. So that would be my suggestion and I yesterday she was um she thought that was a good idea >> but >> good place to start. >> We should
probably a little bit >> double check the >> make sure that she got her class schedule that she wanted >> and I don't know how soon she'll know that. I >> I generally know ahead of time but I don't know how early knows. So she registered. >> Yeah. Like you know and people are registering for fall. So she probably some idea. >> Is she teaching over the summer? >> Um not in person. >> Okay. [snorts] All right. Okay. So let's put a pin on the first Tuesdays of the month and see if that would be Do we We don't have a time beginning in August. Beginning in August. Um, [snorts] do we have a a approximate time? What would work for everybody? Do we need to go to the six o'clock? >> The first Tuesday
in August, unless I have messed up my calendar at 8 a.m. we have student achievement that day. >> So, this would be an evening. Get off the mornings. Yes. >> And go to an evening. >> So, it would be August 4th. That's so >> six. Yeah. >> So, we would have our meetings on Tuesdays at six o'clock. >> I can't Tuesday's book release day and I have a lot of author events on Tuesday. >> And so, it goes. >> Yeah. Sorry. I already have one Tuesday booked off that I can't do it. I can't do half half of the book releases of the year. That's why I said bring your calendar so that so that we can find that out. Okay. Well, then we'll just have to keep looking. >> Yep. We'll have to keep
looking. All right. >> Okay. Casey, if you're listening, be looking. Let us know what we can do here on that. All right. So, unpin that Tuesday and we'll keep going from there. Um then, um I wanted to give you an update on the retreat as we have it so far. Um, Phil is going to be coming back and we're going to add Mr. Aim's dots to our um, DISC assessment and he's going to be talking about that. He's going to spend a lot more time focusing on the DISC assessment, uh, what it means to us as a team. Um, and Steve will be co-working with him. We've already paid for Steve, so Steve's going to come. They're going to work it together. They've done these together before, and um, I'm just waiting to hear back
on his agenda. He's not expecting it to be a long one. He said, you know, we could be done by 1 2 o'lock. I said that's kind of driven by us. Whatever we want to do, but they can leave if we want to work after they go. So, um I'm still waiting to see what the agenda is. Um but it that's kind of where we're at right now. So, that's the only update that I have. Um I'm just really glad that um Phil's going to be able to come back and and do that with us. You guys have Mike's results in there. You guys, that'll be good. and he can explain that one chart that has all of our dots on it a little bit more. He just didn't have enough time to go over
it the last time. So, >> what date is that? >> 27. >> Okay, [laughter] >> we did check with you. >> I know. I I was looking >> We did check. >> I know. I'm just looking at my calendar and I saw July 18th. I'm going I'm out of town that weekend. I go, I thought that was Dude, >> I think initially we we missed that one. >> Okay, it's right there. The only thing I got is a haircut scheduled that day. So, we're good. [laughter] >> Oh, good. I'm so glad I don't want you to come to the retreat cuz [laughter] you know, >> it's scheduled automatically and I end up pushing them a week or two anyway. So, >> that's awesome. Okay, so um Denise wanted to talk about graduations. I just would
like because I'm new like if there's a schedule if there's a what here's what's normal just so I kind of know what >> so watch for emails from Justin because those emails will come in a flurry probably end of this week next week >> to kind of your schedule I was going to say it's 11 days away >> traditionally yeah but there's nothing for you to do other than show up did you find a gown >> okay good so check we got that check So, I think that's the most important part. Brooke, um, does the board generally still decide the alphabet when they're there? I mean, to me, it was always like Gretchen backstage, you know, telling everybody what part of the alphabet >> last year we were assigned, Justin split it out and just
assigned, which was >> they did. Yeah. Yeah. So, they'll just they'll they're working on it. They'll send specific details to the board. And so, typically, you'll get a parking pass. It'll tell you where to go in and park, what time to be there, and then there's kind of a holding room that you'll go to and and we'll make sure you're all straightened up and everything's pinned correctly. Um, and then everyone will walk in together. So, there'll be assigned seating kind of upstate on stage. So, really, you'll get directions with >> where to park, when to be there, where to go, and then um you just follow the group. So, yeah. and we'll we'll pair new board members with experienced board members. Um, so you won't you won't we won't make you go first. >> Yeah,
>> we won't make you go first. So, you'll be able you'll be able to kind of watch what goes on and then >> it's not there's nothing super intimidating. There's nothing for you to do really other than um smiling and saying congratulations. You shake a lot of hands. >> Shake a lot of hands. You might want to bring um like hand sanitizer or hand wipes or something because kids are nervous if you shake your hands. It's like you just stuck your hand in the bucket. >> So, you know, if if that creeps you out then, uh you can you can definitely have that in between. Um didn't you wasn't there somebody that you wanted to give a diploma to? >> You have an employee that's graduating >> and she also is my daughter's post. >>
Okay. if possible. But if not, it's not just tap out. >> Yeah, we just tap tap out. You tap the alphabet, then we'll tap you in. >> Yeah, I have a couple. >> Super easy. >> Crawford. >> Okay. So, it's at the beginning. >> Sarah >> and shoot. >> I was gonna take her. >> One thing. Sorry. >> No, it's okay. No, you got her. >> One thing, Denise, too. Um, well, for everybody, we we are on the jumbotron the whole time, too. So just be aware like up yes like up behind up behind you you can't see it but typically the stage is on the big jumbotron. So just be aware that you they can see >> our phones stay in our pockets while we're up there. >> My phone won't be in my
pocket because I don't know how to silence my phone properly. [laughter] >> There is a there is a locker area for us to put coats and things like that. It's pretty secure. So cold. >> Yeah. Well, you know it. Yeah. One year it was raining and so I had scary hair for graduation. I feel so badly for all those kids who got their picture taken with me in the scary hair. It just really upsets me to think of that. So I should have just found a hat to put on and just done that. There's typically water, like a bottle of water under your chair and I mean bring it tissues if you need tissues, but usually there it this will be the first year that Justin is is running this, but typically it's two two
and a half hours and you're done. >> It's almost two hours on the nose. It's >> this is less kids than last year. So >> we're like 419, I think. So >> pretty take great pride in getting you out of there in two hours. >> Yeah, it is an amazing It is It's not done fast. It's just done efficiently and it's done. >> My two nephews graduate Memorial Day week, so we're going to North Carolina for the week and they're in Winston Salem, North Carolina. And North Carolina's districts are the county, so they have like hundreds of schools in their district. They do all their graduations in one day at the big sports arena. Their school gets one hour and you're in and out. And my sister's like, "Parking is crazy because one school's leaving
and one school's coming in >> and it's B, you know." So, we booked the hotel right next to the center so that we can walk over really. >> Well, you know, Pickerington does it. The two high schools, they'll do graduation the same Saturday. They alternate morning and afternoon. >> So, if you're in the afternoon, you're pulling in when they're pulling out. >> Yeah. >> And re and it reverses. Boom. Boom. like while you're trying to walk in. >> If you're a little bit cool, it is cooler in there because of the ice arena. So, >> appropriate. >> I'm guessing my robes are not going to breathe well. So, I guess I'll be You know me, I'll have my perk on underneath my gigantic 25 pound. >> We get you get you electric long johns or
something. >> We had we had graduation on Saturday and they walked through the arch. So, we're outside and I and the inside was just freezing. The year before it was so hot and so I think they just opened all the doors. We just all of us were just frozen like popsicles. >> So, even the people that are usually warm were cold. [laughter] >> So, we're layers. Many layers. >> Okay. Did we cover everything? >> Yeah. Sorry to take a little I know it seems like there's a lot to do. But he'll take care of you. He'll have those out the next day or so. >> Yeah, >> you just have to be pretty. I got the good news that I didn't have to get a speech. So, I was very happy with that speech. >>
Said nobody wants to hear me talk. They just want to get their cases and get to their pictures and get to their parties. That's all they're worried about. Um, okay. Is there anything else? I just wanted to raise I was able to listen to most most of your last meeting. Holy cow, that was a long meeting. Yeah. um still in bits and pieces and I think I've caught all of them, but I wanted to raise um just the idea of looking at more commu different community engagement events. I feel like the plan that was presented from community engagement is a good one, but I'd like us to look at um the problem that I see is that that to be in that small group means that you have to know the right people. And I
liked the library because we were open to whoever randomly wanted to come in and you didn't have to know anybody. You you just needed to have a question and want to come talk to somebody. And those like they weren't, you know, we had five or six people there, but they were self- selected able to come on their own. So, I I'm not saying it has to be the library, but I'd like us to look at that still. Whether it's We've talked about the farmers market just being available during that. Um, I'm concerned that if you really wanted to come talk to a board member, we're not providing that option. >> So, can I add something? Katie got a call from me yesterday. I'm in the community every single day. I talk to at least a
dozen to two dozen people a week. I think as board members, we can personally find ways to be in the community and have people have access to us. I don't know that when we started with this community engagement committee, the idea was that we were everybody's personal scheduler, >> if that makes sense. Um, I think part of being in the public and being elected by the public is having our own ways of communicating with the public, if that makes sense. Is there a reason why it has to be an official complete board decision for us to be communicating with the public? I think if we were to advertise out that I'm going to be at the li as long as you all are okay with I'm going to be at the library on the second
Saturdays at 10 and it can go out through the school communication pieces then no but I I can't communicate out to the whole community that I'm going to be available at 10 o'clock on a Saturday morning. I think with the whole library thing, I mean, it it's a >> it's a good idea for those who want to come out, but I look at the number of people who attend and the fact that it's pretty much the same people all the time. I think we need to be a little bit more out in the community and I think this would be everyone picking something that they think would be good. But I mean I would rather go out to the fields and hit the lacrosse group on any given night and go talk to parents there
instead of waiting for people to come to me. I'd rather go to them and meet them where they're at. And >> and I think we all are doing that. I I'm if there's a lot of people I mean what is it you know um 70% of the community that's not going to be at a school event that's not that's not going to be at the lacrosse game and there are like you know I I attended a lot of basketball games I would see a lot of different people there certainly they didn't have kids in school um but there is a large part of the community that's not out and about and they just want to [clears throat] come and talk. I don't I'm not saying it has to be the library. I just want to
make sure that we're available to people that don't know us or know the people that might want to host those events. And my second thing, so let me because I think this my my second thing is that I we tried this a little bit last year and I think it was too much. But we should be going I think um to the booster groups whether it's the athletic, the vocal, the elementary. Um and maybe we look at something where once I want to say a quarter but that doesn't you know once a trimester. So, three times a year that I am going to the athletic booster meetings, that I'm at the vocal music meetings, and I'm at the Frank elementary meetings. Um, I think we had split it out before we all had three or
four because that's really where people who are involved and engaged and probably are more aware of either questions to ask or problems to share are. So I that would be my other suggestion is to look at that. I again I um going into the last two years with the constant levy cycle we needed to be available so that people could come ask those questions. But one of the things that we've consistently said is that we don't want to be available just during levy times. >> And so I I'm just looking for a small way for us to be just out and and truly available as board members. And and I realize that's that's happening each personally in our own lives, but that isn't the board being available to the community in any organized way. So
that's I mean they're my they're my concerns. I'm not sure how to address them, but I think the parent organizations in particular are I I feel like I mean again I can just go and do that. I can just start going to booster meetings but it feels a little weird to do that without talking with all of you first. >> Um is that something Katie do you know that they they want a board member there? >> I don't think they'd be sad about it. I think I I I think if they know ahead of time you're coming I think that's helpful. like I'm going to be at your December meeting. Um so that if there are issues that you know they want they want to discuss and have board members ears on. I mean I
can't imagine anybody would be sad about having more participation or having the boards here. Um I added both those things to community engagement agenda for the 20th. So >> why not ask them? >> Why don't we have you guys noodle on that then during your committee meeting and see what you turn out and then we can talk about it. >> I don't think I think in the discussion since I was also there um I don't think anything was meant to be restrictive like we're doing this and not that and I think our board discussion the meeting was good about you know the ways that we can engage. So, I think you're right. There's going to have to be multiple ways that we engage. We probably aren't as intentional about talking about that as we could
be in a way like I'm going to attend this booster meeting this month or I did attend this booster meeting this month and it was good to see all these people and this is what they're planning. Um, so I think probably we need I think we need to also make the public more aware of where we are. >> I would like to see a schedule. Um, we've got a lot of options on the table. So, um, this is pretty aggressive, but say who's going to be where in June? What's happening? What's our community? What's our outreach going to look like and be in June? Who wants to commit to anything in June? Then options for July. Who wants to commit do these things in July? And then we've got we've got a schedule. um we
could incorporate some of the ideas that you and Casey brought up at the last meeting where we're having you know I I don't know a better way to call what you came up with cuz I keep coming up with coffee clutches but I there's a better name for it I'm I'm sure but you know if you're having a small group gathering at somebody's home let's get that out there so we could have like a community engagement calendar maybe on your Google calendar >> okay you have a board calendar. So that and that's yours. You certainly could do that, but we also tie it to a calendar that Rachel is piloting right now. She shared with me yesterday. Um that would be more of an agenda calendar. So um but I think if you want a
place to kind of capture where you're going to be, the board is probably the right place to do it. >> So I think you guys can all still have that. So >> and then you wouldn't be tripping over each other. Everybody would Yeah, I think if we could if we also in in Susan's Susan's point, if we see that a month's light, then anybody who can jump in with a library date or Tess and I will be at Panera, come on over and talk to us in here. We're here for you. anybody who has questions. Um maybe we need to get one of those um table dooy thingies that you can stick a little thing in that says, you know, Parisburg schools, come talk. Um and so we can go out and do that. I
like doing those kinds of things where people are eating. I'm sure sidelines would be willing to host us for that and extra virgin would be willing to host us for something like that. You know, get it around food and I'm on it. You know, I'll sign up. I'll be the first one to sign up. Um, but you if we have it out on a calendar and see the options and what people are doing, if it's light, then we can jump in and say, "Okay, uh, August is looking pretty light, guys, who can step up and do something in August and make sure that we've got some community coverage. That way, we know kind of what's going on. It's not smooth, but I love what you guys are proposing." I I just felt It felt like
a little bit of a time grab for me to a certain extent, but definitely doable. I I really want to look into that more. I think it was a great idea. >> Um there is a shared Google sheet somewhere out in Google universe that we created last year that has all the booster groups. It was this year's contacts. um we had phone numbers when they were meeting and then that was signed out and I I mean I went the ones that I mentioned plus a couple more I went to and um I just couldn't we were talking about every month and that's unrealistic but I think once every 3 to four months and I did I I contacted them beforehand they knew that I was coming um you know and sometimes people wanted to talk
to me and some people did not so that's fine so that's out there I'll see if I can find that sheet. >> Holy cow. >> You have it? Yeah. >> Everyone on the board last >> for the next >> Okay. >> Yeah, I think it was Jeff's list from the district support organization. Okay. So, I will I can send that out to everybody again since I have it up. I'll do that in a minute. Um, okay. Is there anything else? This is a good day for me to be. >> Um, anything else for the booth for that district? Nothing. It's good now. >> It's okay. We don't have to make it last. >> Yes, we >> I think uh I think we took up two or three meetings worth last time. So, we're we're uh
in in the universe we are [snorts] um I don't hear any objections. I'd like to adjourn the meeting hearing none. We turn
