school. >> A roll call. >> Mrs. Dennison >> here. >> Mrs. Seaman >> here. >> Mrs. Calhoun >> here. Ms. Dukes. >> Mr. Wiznooki >> here. >> Please stand for the pledge of allegiance. I pledge algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. >> Let us observe a moment of silence, please. >> Are there any additions or corrections to the agenda? >> No, ma'am. May I have a motion to approve the agenda? >> So moved. >> Second. >> Roll call. >> Mrs. Calhoun. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Dennison? >> Yes. >> Mrs. Seaman? >> Yes. >> Mr. Wiznooki? >> Yes. >> Motion carried. A recognition of public. >> We have no one signed up this

evening. >> Okay. Any person or group wishing to address the board on agenda items is requested to register their intent with the superintendent secretary prior to the beginning of the board meeting. Persons are asked to give their name, address, and telephone number, their group affiliation if and when appropriate and the topic to be addressed. Such requests shall be subject to the approval of the superintendent and the board president. Per board policy 0169.1, no participant may speak more than once on the same topic unless all others who wish to speak on that topic have been heard. All statements shall be directed to the presiding officer. No person may address or question board members individually. Each statement made by a participant shall be limited to three minutes duration. Please note that since this is a designated in

board policy as a time for the public to provide comment, the board of education and the superintendent will not respond to any comment during the meeting. We will however provide a written response to each member of the public who is recognized either by email or the US postal service. Next on the agenda is the face of a raven awards recognition. >> Thank you. Uh face of a raven awards are presented to students and staff who um have gone above and beyond and shown their um either face stands for fiscal uh or finances ac um attendance curriculum um and uh extracurriculars. And if they've done anything above and beyond, we try and recognize those students. We have one winner from each building for students. And then there's uh several staff and community members. At this time,

if I could have all of our award winners report over here. Mrs. Coleman, give a big wave. All of our principles are over there to help you out. Work your way up. We're going to do the adults first and then the students by grade level. Board members, if you could work your way up to the uh stage, I'd appreciate it. Thank you. >> Everything's up. And then once we're done with the awards, we'll take a brief uh inter session and go out into the cafeteria where we can get tons of pictures for everyone involved. Okay. [clears throat] Kristen's first. Mrs. Benson Kristen first. >> What's that? Okay. All right. Our first award winners are our staff members. And the first award winner is Mrs. Kristen Zupansic. She's a teacher at our preschool. [applause] Mrs. Zupansic

was nominated by six different staff members. I think that is our record at this point. Uh here's a few things they had to say. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her students enjoy their time in class each day. Um she is interacting with her students every time someone pops into the classroom in a positive way. We're currently working on our water study and it's so fun to watch her with the children and their smaller groups or on an individual basis. Another teacher wrote that uh she's kind, caring, creates a classroom where everyone feels safe and supported, goes the extra mile to help her students succeed. What sets her apart is her genuine care for her students and their families. She sees teaching as more than a profession. It's a passion for shaping

the lives of young people. Congratulations, Mrs. Zupansic. Thanks for all the work you do at preschool. Our next staff member is Miss Mara Boltz. She is our school to home liaison at Williard and uh her principal wrote that she consistently goes above and beyond in her role as the attendance liaison. She supports both students and staff in any way she can, always stepping in wherever help is needed. She builds strong relationships with families, makes regular phone calls home, and works directly with students to complete think sheets and reflect on their behaviors. She even assist students with classwork, lends a hand around the building whenever needed, and her dedication and flexibility make her an invaluable part of the Willard School community. Congratulations, Miss Boltz. Our next staff member is Mr. Chris Heepler. He's a case manager

at Revena High School. Mr. Heepler always comes to RHS with kind, caring attitude and helps to make a difference in our students lives. He works with many students as a case manager to ensure they have the right resources and assistance where needed. He is empathetic and trustworthy, going above and beyond for all the students in our school. Another [clears throat] staff member wrote that he works with many of our students who have some of the most complicated issues. He helps them with every aspect of their social behavior needs. He does so often flying under the radar. The relationships he is able to build with our students are unlike what any other adult in the building is able to do. In his time at RHS, I've seen him take students that might be considered lost causes

by some to fully functioning young adults on more than one occasion. Congratulations, Mr. Heepler. And I want to point out this nomination said the only reason he didn't nominate you sooner is because you're a Steelers fan. And I'm supposed to tell you that. [applause] Our next group of adults are uh community members uh Mr. Dave Yoast, Mr. Craig Speck, and Mr. Bruce Suoda. >> [applause] >> And although Bruce is a worker on our maintenance staff here, um he put in our volunteer hours along with Dave Yoast and Craig Specck. Um Dave couldn't be here tonight cuz he's still working, but um the athletic department wanted to thank all three of these gentlemen for their incredible dedication and countless volunteer hours for improving the condition of the high school baseball field. The three uh gave up

many of their Sundays, often working from 8:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. to test the field's drainage systems, remove degraded dirt, and apply approximately 200 tons of infield mix. Their volunteer hours and hard work has the field um up to an outstanding standard, and your commitment, time, and effort have made a lasting impact on our athletics. So, we're truly grateful to these three gentlemen. Thank you. All right, on to our students. Our first student from the preschool is Roman Robinson. [applause] Roman is a very sweet and considerate child who consistently helps his teachers and classmates. He demonstrates kindness, respect, responsibility, and always maintains self-control. Roman serves as an excellent peer model and is actively engaged in all of the lessons. His compassion and positive attitude make him a wonderful addition to the class and they are

so proud of Roman and all the growth that he has made already this school year. Congratulations, Roman. All right, our next student from Willard is first grader Connor Propes. Connor is a great example for Face of the Raven. He comes in every morning with a smile on his face, happy and excited to be at school. He understands the Raven way and always makes sure to follow the behavior expectations. Connor is interested in learning and soaks up all the information in the daily lessons. He is kind to his classmates and he helps his teachers in any way he can. Awesome work, Connor. All right, our student from West Maine is fourth grader Fiona Schwank. Fiona has demonstrated incredible courage, empathy, and quick thinking when she witnessed our crossing guard being hit by a car. After making

sure the crossing guard was talking and okay, she immediately ran home to get her mom to come help. Her actions showed maturity, compassion, and a true sense of responsibility. Qualities that exemplify the spirit of a Raven. She's an outstanding role model for West Main and we're so proud to have her as a student there. Congratulations and thank you Fiona. All right, our BMS student of the month is fifth grader Evan [sighs and gasps] Chich Chich. Sorry, I knew I was going to mess that up. [applause] He told me three times. Nominated by Mrs. Jordan, she said, "I'd like to nominate Evan for always being respectful, responsible, and in control. He is a great role model, listens carefully, and takes responsibility for his actions." On top of that, Evan is always willing to help his classmates,

and make sure everyone feels included. He's always asking how he can help out in the classroom. We have the cleanest room in the fifth grade hall due to his helpfulness. His kindness and helpfulness make BMS a better place every day. Congratulations, Evan. [applause] All right, our final student from Revena High School is Allison Gibson. She's a senior. Two teachers uh nominated Allison. It says Ally is a student who truly cares about her education and does everything possible to achieve her goals. She is also a student who wants to those around her to be successful and is quick to help her friends and classmates in the classroom. That's from Miss Haldy. And Mrs. Denofrio wrote, "Allison is one of the most improved, matured, and self-confident students I have seen as a senior. Throughout her high school

career, she fought anxiety and struggled with in-person classes. I am so proud of her for taking some time with online schooling in order to focus on her self-esteem and mental health. And now, wow, she is strong enough to avoid drama. She's confident enough to brush comments off her shoulders. And she is focused enough to put her academics first. She is in the DSPU program and is excelling. She has applied to various colleges and has been accepted. She's truly one of the best, and I am proud of the self-acceptance and self-confidence she has grown to embrace and love. >> Congratulations, >> [applause] >> All right. At this time, we're going to take a brief uh intermission. We're going to take pictures out in the hall right here on the back side of the um auditorium. And

then you're more than welcome to come in if you'd like to stay for the meeting. If not, uh you're more than welcome to leave after the pictures. Thank you. Okay, next on our agenda is our treasures update. All righty. So, I have a few topics to go over and first is uh what is happening with legislation in terms of funding. So, as everyone remembers, in June, we did receive the governor's budget, but then uh some legislators came in a line item vetoed three of the items. Okay. So, you're thinking that's going to be the status. Well, now there's new legislation that actually counteracts the vetoed items. So, basically, we're still in like kind of a standhold. Um we're just waiting until um we receive um uh confirmation on um any of the funding changes that

may occur and when that does happen I will amend our financial forecast to reflect that. Uh second is the Moody report. So we did receive the Moody report today and what is a Moody report? Um, Moody is a an organization that um assesses the creditworthiness of entities such as school districts and cities. So, it is lag data. So, um we're still um based upon last year when we were in fiscal oversight and had uh deficit spending and a negative fund. So, we stayed the same. And um next year though in the October 26 report, we're anticipating um an increase in our Moody rating to reflect us being out of fiscal oversight and a positive fund balance. All right, the next thing is um which I put at the board members um table so you don't

have to turn around, but um this is kind of um so in October we report on our September finances. So the first one is taking September 25 versus September 24. So this is not we don't have um all of our our expenditure reductions. We don't have our past levy in this. So the first one is is that our revenue was um lower than the previous year. And then the second one is um our expenditures are $661,819 lower than the previous year. and the cash balance is about 1.8 higher than what we anticipated in last September compared to this September. So that's very good. The second one takes our current forecast um and um our current actual estimate um compared to our forecast. So basically it takes where we're trending from our forecast last year to

our forecast this year and our revenue is trending favorable by 313,000. Our expenditure trend is um favorable meaning that we've been able to have a reduction of a little bit over 1.2 million in expenditures and our net potential is favorable and our cash balance is about 1.5 million. So right now um all the trends are looking good but remember we changed the dates based upon the state on when we do forecasts. So normally we were not doing our forecasts until November. Well they had us doing them in August. So we haven't even started like payroll yet until at at that time. So um this will get a little bit cleaner as we do the next forecast which will be in February. Um, so that is kind of a little bit of the negative that a

lot of treasurers were seeing is that you're making us do a forecast when we really haven't even started anything and started collecting data. And then the last one shows our um cash balance compared to last year. So the gray is the um 25 FY25 and the blue is our anticipated for 26. So, um we're very happy that our cash balance trend over the months if you look at it by months is looking um very favorable for the district. So, um this will be available on the district website. This is our September financial. So, we do these every month. And that is my report. >> Okay. Very good. Thank you. May we have the superintendence update? >> Oh, thank you. Mine will be brief since I took some time with Face of a Raven, but I

just wanted to point out that today is the first day of the new second nine weeks. Hard to believe that we're already a quarterly way through the school year. Um many [clears throat] of the buildings are doing uh expectation meetings like they do at each of the nine weeks to review um the expectations that we um are looking for from our students for their behavior so that they hear it over and over and over again. Um a couple dates I want to point out. I know we haveformational items at the end, but um some important things coming up here at the high school. Um, National Honor Society inductions are going to be Thursday, November 6th at 6 PM. Got a nice group of students that'll be entering into National Honor Society. And then on Thursday,

November 20th at 700 p.m. are the RHS academic awards. Uh, here also in the auditorium. [clears throat] That's preceded by um some college and um eligibility uh meetings here opportunities for parents that are moving on to uh with their students to college to be prepared for that. So really excited about those evenings time to celebrate all the great things that our students are doing. >> Our reports of the board Maplewood >> um Mr. Griffith reported a very smooth opening this year with a total of 735 students. Uh Maplewood held their 50th year celebration on October 8th. The public was able to come in and see how Maplewood has changed and how well it's been taken care of. every uh every one of their career tech teachers volunteered and came in to open up their cla

their class labs and they had food available also at a reasonable price. Um, Maplewood was opened in 1975 and has served more than 15,000 students in Portage County and Summit County over the years, providing hands-on training, realworld experiences, and industry certifications that have led to careers and continued education. Uh on December 3rd, they're planning a career day where they're going to have businesses come in and um let the kids see what's available for them and let the businesses meet the kids who will be working for them in the future. They hope uh we also discussed how important these career seals seals, [clears throat] credentials and uh real world experiences play a big part in their lives and also these internships. These are all becoming benchmarks of uh true career readiness that businesses want nowadays. and

the college, even the college board is expanding their advanced placement classes to include um AP courses in business, personal finance, and cyber security. So, you can see how important this is to uh businesses. Now, they want to see kids with with uh coming out of school having done internships and having uh uh some a lot of these uh skills that they need in real life. Thank you. >> Okay. All right. Parks and Recreation. Um, this past Saturday we had our Halloween drive-thru at City Park and we gave out over 250 bags and we had 22 stations where people um gave out candy to um the kids that came through. This Thursday we will be um touring Valley property um because that it's a property that the Revana Parks and Recreation will be um overseeing. So

I'm looking forward to at least um viewing that property. May I have the reports of the treasure? that one. >> Oh, you sorry. Yeah. >> Sorry. >> Oh, I'm sorry. You meant the I for I thought you my treasur's update. Okay. All right. I apologize. Uh so items. This is a consent agenda. Items 12A1 through 4. We have um A1, approval of the September 22nd minutes. A2, approval of the October 14th special meeting minutes. A3, acceptance of donations and gifts. And A4, the financial reports for the month of September. >> Okay. May I have a motion to approve agenda number 12A, items 1 through 4? >> So moved. >> Second. >> Roll call. >> Mrs. Calhoun. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Dennison? >> Yes. >> Mrs. Seaman? >> Yes. >> Mr. Wiznooki? >> Yes. >> Motion

carried. >> Okay. Okay. The next item is um 12A5 and this is the authorization for the treasur to offer insurance to the board of education members um per Ohio revised code. I will be asking each of you and you can just say yes, no, or partial. Mrs. Calhoun, >> no. >> Mrs. Dennis, >> no. >> Mrs. Seaman, >> no. >> Mr. Wiznooki, >> no. >> So, may I have a motion to approve agenda number 12A, item five? So move. >> Second. >> Roll call. >> Mrs. Calhoun. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Dennis? >> Yes. >> Mrs. Seaman? >> Yes. >> Mr. Wiznooki? >> Yes. >> Motion carried. [clears throat] >> Uh, the next item is item 12 A6. It's a standalone. It's the approval of petty cash and change funds for FY26. May I have a

motion to approve agenda number 12A, item six? So moved. >> Second. >> Roll call. >> Mrs. Calhoun. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Dennison? >> Yes. >> Mrs. Seaman? >> Yes. >> Mr. Wiznookski? >> Yes. >> Motion carried. >> The next item is um 12 A7, the approval of resolution um for necessity for Reed Memorial Library um in order to put theirs um um levy on the ballot. >> May I have a motion to approve agenda number 12 A, item seven? >> So move. Roll call. >> Mrs. Calhoun. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Dennis? >> Yes. >> Mrs. Seaman? >> Yes. >> Mr. Wiznooki? >> Yes. >> Motion carried. Next on our agenda are the reports and recommendations of the superintendent and other administrators. >> Thank you. Uh 13A1 is a standalone. This is to approve an amendment

resolution. Uh we have a memorandum of understanding with Kent City Schools. They provide tutoring services to our title one students that attend St. Patrick's School. We had already approved this. We just had to make an amendment to the document and that is provided within your resolution. >> Okay. May I have a motion to approve agenda item number I'm sorry 13A item one. So move >> second. >> Roll call. >> Mrs. Calhoun. Yes. >> Mrs. Bennison. Yes. Mrs. Seaman. Yes. Mr. Wnooki. [clears throat] >> Motion carried. 13A2 is also a standalone. This is appro to approve a contract agreement with positive education program otherwise known as PEP. They will provide uh educational needs for our stu uh students with IEPs and behavior goals for the 2526 school year. >> May I have a motion to approve

agenda number 13A item two? >> So move. >> Second. >> Roll call. >> Mrs. Calhoun. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Dennison. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Seaman. >> Yes. >> Mr. Wiznooki. >> Yes. >> Motion carried. >> 1383 is also a standalone. This is to approve an overnight extended field trip for the eighth graders to attend the Washington DC field trip as

we have done uh over the last two years. Um Mr. Doerty and Mr. file are requesting this overnight trip for March 20th through the 22nd of 2026. >> Okay. >> May I have a motion to approve agenda number item number 13A, item four? >> So move. >> Second. >> Roll call. >> Mrs. Calhoun. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Dennison? >> Yes. >> Mrs. Seaman? >> Yes. >> Mr. Wizooki? >> Yes. >> Motion carried. >> Okay. The next three, five, six, and seven for 13A are all policies. They will be a consent agenda. Please bear with me as I uh work through these. I did meet with the policy committee last week and re reviewed each of these uh policies in full and they came with the recommendation to make sure that we put all these on

this evening. So, the first one is a first reading for a new board policy. As always, if it's new, we have to um do two readings. So, tonight will be the first reading for this. It is policy 4162.01, uh drug and alcohol testing of employees without a CDL license who transport students and alternative vehicles. So, this is similar to a policy that we already have for bus drivers, but this is for our van drivers. It's been added to reflect regulatory changes to qualifications of drivers for alternate vehicles and including the need for drug and alcohol testing for those nond drivers. Under number six, we have a number of policies. Um, I'm going to try and [clears throat] jump. We're going to jump around a little bit, but what I want to point out is policy

0301422, policy 3122 and 4122 are all the same policy, but they're for different classifications. So, they're for administrators, certified, and classified staff. They are the same policies. and um just the exact same wording on these. However, they're for the different classifications that we have. And that those are non-discrimination, equal opportunity employment, and anti-harassment. And I am going to be honest with you, the only changes in these three policies are changing wording from he she to the individual or the student. That's the only changes for those three policies. 1623, 3123, and 4123. The same thing. They're the same exact policies. However, therefore, administrators under 1623 for classified under 3123 and classif I'm sorry, certified first, classified for 4123. This is for section 504 ADA prohibition against disability discrimination employment. Again, these three policies have very few

changes other than some technical corrections where they change um [clears throat] uh pronouns from he, she to individual. The next one 2260 non-discrimination and access to uh equal education opportunity. These are from the uh definition of sorry there's too many of them. These also are technical corrections um under similar things where it said pronouns of he, she to they. Very simple um technical corrections. Same for the next policy 2260.01. Also technical corrections to pronouns listed. as well as 2266. All right, so let's get into the meat of the real changes. Uh policy 2430.02, participation of community STEM school students in extracurricular activities. These are from House Bill 96 which pertain to the participation of students in extracurricular activities. House Bill 96 revised a law originally passed in which permitted home education students as well as

students from other qualifying districts to participate in interchool SC uh athletics if they had been subject to harassment, intimidation, bullying or other prohibited acts of by a school employee or official. Um revisions in House Bill 96 restrict practice to home education students only. Students from other qualifying districts are no longer eligible in this policy. [snorts] Policy 2431, intercolastic athletics. Several important changes from House Bill 96. Again, um this again restricts to only home education students participating similar to the previous um policy that we just read and uh precludes any students who um are from a different district. House Bill 96 also included an opportunity for students who are enrolled in another district to participate in ice hockey. We do not have ice hockey so that does not pertain to us but based on the law

we had to provide that within our policy. Any questions so far? All right. Policy 3130 assignment and transfer transfer. Uh the bienium bill budget bill included an important provision declaring that superintendent shall assign teachers based on the interest of students enrolled in the district. The law further provides that seniority and continuing contract status cannot be primary factors in making assignment decisions. >> Law also provides that collective bargaining agreements cannot supersede the assignment language. Although if you are in a current contract, it will wait until the expiration of that current contract which would be this year. Okay. Okay. The next one is 4162. Drug and alcohol testing of CDL license holders who perform safety sensitive functions. 4162. is similar to the uh policy that we read earlier which would have been drug and alcohol testing. Um

this allows for all um drivers uh who are in an accident or previous to employment to be drug tested um in that uh before they operate a vehicle. Policy 5130 withdraw from school. This is a minor adjustment specifically to remove the requirement that schools notify the reg registar of motor vehicles if a student under 18 withdraws from school uh without moving out of state or transferring to another school or otherwise meeting another exception to the law or compulsory age law. And this was implemented through House Bill 96. 5136 is about personal communication devices. This is a big one. Um there's been several updates again from House Bill 96 >> as well as the governor's uh option when he wrote this um prohibiting all cellular phone use during students but during the instructional day. We have

adopted that already and uh have had pretty good success with it. So, um the terms also go on that the new law defines instructional day and um that there's no option other than to follow this policy at this point. Policy 5200 is on attendance. As you know, years ago, House Bill 410 talked about how much a student can miss school. Um this clarifies it from House Bill 96 again. Um, it overhauled student attendance and truency laws. Um, it does say that schools are no longer required to assign a student to an absent intervention team, although it recommends that each district have one of those. Um, it also says it's required to establish at least uh one team for the district for students who are at risk of becoming chronically absent. Districts are also required to

notify parents when a student misses a designated number of hours as determined by the board which will be 5% of the minimum hours of instruction. It also removes any excused versus unexcused. It is just time missed within that uh school year. Obviously the percentage will change as we add and subtract days. The next one is 5223. Release time for religious instruction during the school day. These have changed uh under the budget bill. Um release time, courses, and religious instruction are now required that board policy authorize participating students be excused from school to attend these at least one period a week if requested. However, the policy m must also limit release time to no more than two periods in any week for elementary and middle school students. And for high school students, release time cannot exceed

the amount of time that is equivalent to attending two units of high school credit each week, which would be two class periods. It also says that um release time statute was further amended to provide that no RTI policy can prohibit students from bringing external education and program materials into the school. The next policy 40 5410 promotion academic acceleration placement and retention along with other changes to attendance and truency. House Bill 96 removed the provision of the law which mandate mandated retention for students who miss at least 10% of school. Provision that states students who failed two or more classes must be retained unless the principal and teacher decide otherwise remains. Truency is no longer attached to this retention policy. Next one 6152 student fees, fines and charges um allows utilizing credit card payments. We uh

are this was a technical correction from policy 6109 um that we have included here. Policy 6830 audit current law requires uh the treasurer to produce an accounting of all money bonds and securities of the board at the expiration of their current term or before the board approves shy of the treasur upon production of accounts. the board or a committee of the board or alternatively a representative of the auditor state is required to count the money. The board is then required to certify and enter the amount into the records of the board. House Bill 96 though strikes the option to delegate the duty to count funds to a representative from the auditor's office. The next one 75402 digital content and accessibility. Um this is uh a policy from the Department of Justice under title two of

ADA requiring state and local governments including public schools to make web content and mobile applications accessible to individuals with students with disability. I know this been a priority of Mr. Nukem's for some time and we have a lot of those in place already. Policy 8300 continuity of organizational operations plans. This revision to the policy reflects provisions of cyber security programs included in House Bill 96. We're working with Spark, which is our consortium to cover those um provisions and make sure that we're using appropriate um applications and websites. Okay. 8305formational security uh also goes along with policy 8300 to reflect those provisions of the cyber security program included in house bill 8400 school safety um schools have to provide a suicide and crisis lifeline. Um we have those posted on our website already. Um this is

from House Bill 96. We've been ahead of this curve, but there's been some revisions to the policy to include that 8462. Student abuse and neglect. In the last bianium budget bill, schools were tasked with providing training and child sex abuse to certain designated staff, including nurses, teachers, administrators, school psyches, and mental health providers. Um, we do this through public school works already. Um, House Bill 96 modified the law to strike the requirement that training be provided to law enforcement officers or prosecutors. Policy 8600 is on transportation. This has been this came later than what we uh were expecting. But this is related to actually the next 8600, 864, 8640, and 8650. Those have been added um after we completed everything and got everything ready. prior to the committee though. Um and those policies are sorry.

Uh Ohio Department of Education workforce recently updated transportation rec um regulations. Some of these provisions include permitting students to eat or drink on a bus for non-rine trips such as athletic events as long as there is at least one chaperone accompanying the students on the bus. Um as well as bus and vehicle driver certification. Those are tied to the new drug and alcohol screenings that have to be take place prior to uh driving as well as if there's a wreck. And the final one uh here in number six, equivalent education outside schools participation extracurricular events for students not enrolled. This ties in with the ones we previously talked about from House Bill 96 about home education students, but this specific policy clarifies that home educate special education students may participate in junior reserve officers training

corpse without being enrolled in the district. We do not provide this. So what it's saying is if they're home educated and special ed, they can participate in a different district's junior ROC. Any questions so far before I move on to seven? Okay. All of the policies in 7 142202 and 7541 are all um we're being asked to take action to resend these.
