Liberty vs Pine Creek Volleyball Live Stream

001good evening and welcome inside Liberty High School for the final high school volleyball match of the season in the Metro League between the Pine Creek Eagles and the Liberty Lancers this one is a big one my name is Bryan journal along side me is Vince Greco and Vince this has all the goodies that you need for a great matchup I'm really excited about tonight's matchup Ryan seen Pine Creek play this year I've seen Liberty play rampart play and to give you an idea look at the conference standings there is not much breathing room between these two teams or three teams four teams it's it's fantastic what they're doing in the 5a Metro League this year and tonight no exception that's right it is a matter of fact Liberty playing Pine Creek tonight you see three

002and two verses four and one Coronado is also playing rampart tonight so there is a possibility that there could be a five way tie for the Metro League title then it comes down to sets played but we'll see what happens the Lancers certainly want to spoil pine creeks evening tonight well it'll be interesting to see Pine Creek played Coronado last night as you said liberty plate will fatigue be a factor tonight only time will tell and of course it's the last regular-season game here at Liberty High School so it's senior night and there are plenty of seniors to talk about here they are for the Lancers maddie bradshaw KD d moreno kita Elsner Corinna Florrick quinita rusty Novick Sophie Lewis Erin McDonald and Brooklyn Romero and Vince we're going to see a lot of these

003ladies play tonight and I think rightly so they've earned their stripes they are leaders on this team and I think that's why you see that Liberty Pine Creek Doherty all senior Laden teams and that's why they're so competitive this year and their records indicate that also on the other side of the court for Pine Creek it's senior night for them as well they're not playing in their home gym but that's okay these young ladies should be recognized Caitlyn said Jacqueline Clary Sydney College Chandler Nelson savanna not Anna ruff and Britney white yep seven seniors for Pine Creek so if that tells us anything usually you know the more the older you grow the better you get at your sport we got a lot of seniors on both of these teams should make for a fantastic

004matchup we talked to both coaches before this game and Molly Stowers for Pine Creek she gave us the keys of the game Vince tell us what they're doing trying to establish the middle hitters I saw Pine Creek play the other night and they did a very good job of that in the it'll serve aggressively it worked for pine creek the other night however sometimes too aggressively there are a lot of service aces that they will have to cut down on tonight and stay unpredictable if you can do that you keep Liberty off their game you got a good chance to win here tonight and for the Liberty Lancers Amy Adams gave us her keys here's a look at those keep competitive mindset you can't get untracked in this game especially against the team like Pine

005Creek with a lot of seniors strong serving I think that's going to be a key for both teams tonight make sure you don't hit it into the net or hit it over the in line and be big on the net as we know Pine Creek has some big hitters up front they'll have to be in the face of those hitters and score some points that way tonight story behind the story for this game Pine Creek actually played a game last night against Coronado that give us a game that had to be rescheduled because of a power outage at Coronado High School so Pine Creek will be playing their second match in as many nights we'll have to see if the Eagles show a little bit of being tired here against the Liberty Lancers don't go

006away folks Vince and I will be back with the start of this game when we do we're looking forward to it we'll see you right after this break on 20 TV you [Applause] welcome back inside a rockin Liberty high school Brian German alongside Vince Greco the Liberty Lancers being introduced as we speak we told you was senior night lots of festivities tonight Vince is some of the underclassmen read letters to the seniors and it's always a special night senior night at any school it is and you would expect that on senior night the kids talking about the older kids a lot of emotion and that emotion will spill over onto the court tonight and see if that will elevate Liberty's play because we talked about this and a lot of our previous D 2020 TV

007matchups but these schools are not that far apart these are rivalries that have been brewing all year for the last ten years the beer fact that it's senior night may give the Lancers just a little bit of a night full get to the starting lineups here first for the Pine Creek Eagles Billy jr. caddie Wilson senior anna raphson yer Savannah not senior Chandler Nelson senior Sidney Collins and junior Mia Agner and the laverra will be junior faith Horton for the Liberty Lancers it will be Corinna Fork Kaitlyn makhmour ally rice Sammy peachy Sophie Lewis and Griffin Romero and the Libero for them will be Keita Elsner and a lot of times it's those libero is that to really get the team going I know especially you saw Pine Creek play earlier and you're really impressed

008with faith Horton I really was and in that night when we've talked to some of the volleyball aficionados here in d20 we talked to some parents on both sides concrete played out of their mind that night against rampart they played inspired that gymnasium was the loudest gymnasium I think I've been in the last three or four years well-behaved kids but Pine Creek ever since that game and we go back to what you said faith Horton she was a real leader on that floor Brian defensively she was pulling out digs left and right she was setting up her teammates she was everywhere but since that night Pine Creek is played with a renewed confidence once they be rampart there they're played good they're playing confident right now they certainly are coached Molly stores told us that

009the blip on the map in league play was against the Doherty Spartans not knock on Jordy their three and two in conference play as well but Pine Creek the way they've played of late has really just been taking care of business it's like they turn on a switch when they played rampart and don't look at their overall record they're only eight and ten overall but like as you said mildly store said they have played some really tough teams this year and that's going to help them they're going to be battle tested when they get into the postseason and beyond if they get that far they're not gonna back down because they've been here and these tough matches all season long love to see that good sportsmanship at both these teams there's a good look inside

010the Liberty huddle as the Lancers talk to each other try and get fired up for this game but the seniors on Liberty gave flowers to the seniors on Pine Creek you'd love to see the sportsmanship especially in these two twenty teams I agree your your enemies on the floor but your friends away from the battlefield and that's the way it should be in and I do like the sportsmanship piece of that at all levels so you don't want to root for anybody to lose tonight all I'm looking for is a good solid high school volleyball matchup and of course in volleyball there's lots of club volleyball and a lot of these players are on each other's teams or at least play against each other throughout the entire year really so you know they know each

011other very familiar with each other but this is going to be huge game in the Metro League there you see the Lancers getting ready to start this game and on the other side of it the Eagles getting pumped up doing a little dances back there and this is big for these seniors they're running out of time they have played as you said club volleyball that will talk about some of the seniors of Liberty throughout the broadcast tonight but they've been playing volleyball since they are six years old seven years old and for some they will go on and play at the next level for others this will be perhaps maybe the last time they play in this gymnasium I'm not sure if I'm still doing anything I started doing when I was yeah you're still

012broadcasting you still have that gold anyways honking yeah I'm not I've been talking with although I was a late bloomer so I'm not sure if I was talking when I was six or not I bet if we talked to your mom dad you'd have that same witty sense of humor that's what I was trying right there and nobody laughed I was ok thanks there's a good look at Amy Adams 30 Lancers head coach she's done a great job with this program for 14 and 8 this season right around where the Lancers I believe won 13 games last year so doing a good job here comes the first serve of the game the nice low sir we're gonna see both teams trying to be aggressive serving tonight and the pine creek able to give it back

013liberty sets it up to make more horton there's a nice kill on the outside by Mia Agner and she gets the first point for Pine Creek seagulls and it was all set up by the nice dig as you see set up there and then the spike by Horton and the Eagles both these teams Brian had big hitters we watched that in warm-ups it's gonna be a night at the net for both these teams to try and stop some of those big hits that was a big hit there by Romero for the Lancers handled by Pine Creek the free ball again sent over by the Lancers here Savannah not on the outside nice Gill to the left hand right on the line makes it two nothing Eagles you have to like the touch of Savannah not

014could have gone up with the big left hand and killed it but picked her spot on the floor and dropped it in nicely Chandler Nelson second good serve over the net outside of Sammy peachy and that cannot be handled by pine creeks Agner and it makes it two to one the Lancers will get the serve back he goes couldn't get up there and block that one that's what the Lancers needed to get on the board get some of that confidence back and they'll take over with the service ktt Moreno one of the two captains for this Lancer team will serve it up she's back into the game Corinna Florrick also back in the game and that is called in by the line judge right there and a great serve by D Moreno he was right

015on top of it it looked like from our vantage point it was close but you had no hesitation dropping that flag he's closer than I am to two now Chandler Nelson gets it to Horton who gets it over free ball here it comes - peachy on the outside not much on that one ayan Creek will take a chance with Nelson and again here's a bump by Elsner do Moreno got it over back to Horton has to play it from the back and she hits it out so Lancers get their first lead of the game at 3 to 2 and the Lancer said before the game they have to mix things up you've seen them but use both sides of the net left side right side trying to keep Pine Creek off balance I stick by

016Wilson for Pine Creek not plays it didn't get under that one enough and sends it into the nets and ktd Moreno doing a great job for the Lancers right now she's on a roll with the serve we're just six points into this match and both of these teams really trying to feel each other out just a little bit that server say goes out we talked about airs on serving that's going to be costly they have to keep that in play but you will see the intensity and the strategies pick up as this first set moves along Nia Agner back to serve for Pine Creek again you know you see service errors but it's because of trying to be aggressive with those Serbs D Marino with a hit over Chandler Nelson sets up Wilson on the

017outside blocked they keep it alive in the middle what a great job there by fine Creek number eight Sydney Collins she is tough in the middle on that net and watch her get up and just dunk this ball down she was the real spark plug last week when rampart took on Pine Creek at the Eagles gym she can really play it well off the bench there was a rotation error against the Liberty Lancers the officials explaining to him right now that they were out of position so it's five for Eagles now and again it'll be Agner back to serve officials still explaining coach Adams the problem they're ready to play his Lancers drop back into their formation Agner with the serve Elsner tries to play that's a tough play outside for Court elder keeps it

018a lot free ball for the Eagles get it outside to Wilson sends it over nice job by Dee Marino to keep it alive come back the pork big hit nice dig on the back row for Pond Creek here comes not a tough hit by her to keep it alive Lancers Sammy peachy walk back at her and again it's Florrick big bomb but Horton is able to handle it inside nice block on Collins great job by Florrick right there at the net and that's big what a confidence builder for Corinna floor watch her get up and just put that one back right at number eight Sidney Collins you mentioned Collins very tough and coach Stowers Stowers wanted to tell us like before the game I want to get those middle hitters going that's not that what

019they want to see outside Wilson now off the block Lancers play it come back outside of Florrick she's kind of going now Karina Florrick the senior on senior night for the big hit take another look first she had the block then she comes back with the kill splits the defenders great look from our 20 TV crew I love it that's Adam Parker down there running the camera on the baseline back set by Nelson not can't get it tip back over and find creakle keep it a lot Orton to Wilson on the outside that one was into the net Lancers will take it 7 to 5 bride the difference right now is the Lancers players at that net are big and strong there's three of them up there two of them up there but it must

020feel like a team of six to the Eagles cuz they can't get anything going Elsner with the serve Orton plays it quick one that was a quick set try to Sidney Collins trying to get that middle hitter going and just a little bit bad timing on that one mine Creek pressing a little bit there trying to shut down Liberty who's building some momentum there crowd standing here at the Lancers gymnasium those near serve a tough one handle get it's important who gets it over elzar sets up peachy on the outside a big hit they're gonna save hit the antenna that's gonna be fine Creek go score it's 8 to 6 substitution coming in and a rough will come in for the Pine Creek Eagles ruff had a big game against Coronado just last night 9

021kills five blocks in three aces expect big things from her in this one as well the back set to peachy off the block it down in the Lancers now have a three point lead at 9 to 6 and even when they're not getting the big kill they're picking their spots on the floor this was not a huge kill but there's the wide open space as the back defender was just caught off guard and another point for Liberty quinita Ruston ovitch into the game for the Lancers she'll be up front and there's a good look at Sammy peachy with the jump serve both on the back Horton has to play it Wilson to that back corner and it is in run a great shot by Gabby Wilson that is a fantastic shot as the Lancers players

022backed away from that one look like it was going to sail out and take another look as it just drops right in beautifully and that was Larry Hankin down there Wow 20 TV on fire tonight that's off to Larry seeing that ball in the lines so now serving is Alissa Atkins the junior for Pine Creek in the backline Elsner will handle it peachy long set to Ruston ovitch and pine creek keeps it a lot on the back side not getting enough of that one Emma Genrich just missing there getting some good sets and looks at the net but they're just not timing that hit and part of that Bryan is this the really aggressive play by the Lancers at the net Caitlin makhmour Madison Maddy Bradshaw back into the game this is Maddie with the

023surf and alone the back row over to Gaby Wilson at a shot again Gaby Wilson is on fire for Pine Creek yeah that's two in a row for Gabby Wilson the 510 juniors you'll see it again coming right at you into your living room or wherever you're watching us tonight Wilson verbally committed to play for the United States Air Force Academy next year she's a real talent now wait till she gets to the next level and just steps that up one more notch makhmour on the outside for a Liberty played by Horton kept it alive that one's over and the Lancers will play it here's the setup for Agner peachie again on the outside before locked right back at her and a great job by em again rich and that's what the Eagles need it's

024to get some net play to slow down those powerful spikes by Liberty and now it was time to perfectly serving again Wilson Elsner peachy had that's a double hit by Sammy peachy see it kind of stuck to one hand right that's tough when that happens when it's so close to the net and a setter has to play it so it's 1010 Wilson again to serve we've talked at length and how evenly matched these teams are and we've seen that here in the first set 1010 Rustin ovitch handled by Wilson it's time to go outside pain rich tough play for the Lancers came to keep a lot of a great job and it is stuck and we're waiting it forward to come down yep we should wait and let's just keep it here they're gonna replay

025that ball 10/10 great play by the Lancers Keita Elsner though to get back there and make a play on that ball so Gabby Wilson we go again let's hope that doesn't happen too much they only have so many volleyballs but we have a pump two pumps here at our table if they needed Wilson what a great serve Elsner couldn't quite handle that one and give it to fine Creek now 1110 we see a lot of times with the high school level when a server gets hot they can reel off three four five points at a time that's an ace for Gabby that's for 20 second ace of the year another big strong serve down the line this time Liberty handles it Elsner puts it over what a great play he knows who saw the opening

026in the floor and went for it little miscommunication in the back line Alyssa Atkins five five junior waiting for it did not get a good look at it and late-breaking on that ball as it drops in front of her so back to Liberty Sophie Lewis with the serve my curry casa send it over Luis with a nice play Beach it back to McKenna makhmour excuse me to make more with a huge it faith Horton couldn't handle that one that is a good kill by Kaitlyn look more really is goes cross-court here she had two blockers right in front of her ops to go to the right side and finds the opening point Lancers the junior for the Lancers leads this team had 122 kills coming in that's a nice serve over by Luis get it

027on the outside blade easily by the Lancers this time they come back to Ruston Oh bakhsh in it's out tough play and we got a heck of a match here going 12:12 well I like the fact that the Lancers Phil trying to mix things up in the net they tried that to go backwards with the set Ruston ovitch could not get it to fall but she had an open look they avoided those big blockers at the net by Pine Creek just could not get that one to fall and Iran rough tough serve get it back to makhmour big booming shot Mike Creek handles it coming back he tells there with the nice day back to makhmour this time she plays it over easily a nice set in the middle too close to the net that's

028a tough miscommunication between Atkins and Collins there and the Lancers will take it that's the second time we've seen that tonight that they are not able to get that short set to go over there as a result Liberty up one Chandler Nelson the normal center for Pine Creek not in that game right now they got Adkins in there and there's a block right back at Genrich asmik more was right there for the Lancers well you talk about absent flows of a game Pine Creek could come up with a big kill Liberty a big block back and forth gotta love this action there's alley rice to serve for the Lancers Horton plays it that's a tough set to Collins on the backside makhmour why not ride that hot hand but the Eagles play it on the

029outside rice comes up makhmour again right back at or Elsner keeps it alive and the Lancers will have to keep it over they do so great job nice rally here by both teams the Eagles Wow got it over nice play by the Lancers Gabby Wilson has to backtrack there's a block right at the net and a good presence for Brooke Lemar marrow to be right there along with Sasha Elsner one of the things Liberty's doing so well right now and we have a timeout called by Pine Creek is that they're not trying to get fancy they're just keeping the game in front of them don't make mistakes three and over just get it over put the ball in play let the Eagles make the mistakes and so far that's working for Liberty it's a good

030look at Molly's Stowers team as Molly talks to them and that's what will happen in volleyball you talk about the ebbs and flows of the games and typically in the high school games that we've seen this year on 20 TV they call a timeout that is so strategic as they call a timeout just to stop rallies and more often than not it does the right it does the trick and we talked about the confidence factor of the ego's after that rampart when looking at huddle right now there's no doubt there's no look like during the headlights in that group we're listening to their coach and I'd be shocked if you are not correct but they come out and stop some of this momentum after that timeout we'll see the Lancers riding high on that emotion

031from senior night they were back out on the floor first ready to go Pine Creek will undoubtedly even if rampart wins tonight against Coronado Pine Creek will undoubtedly be the Metro Metro League champs if they win having defeated rampart right look I gotta get by Liberty first nice job there to Collins Elster keeps it alive Bradshaw comes floater makhmour what a great play and just like that Caitlin makhmour and the Lancers get a huge point off that timeout and we talked about stopping momentum they did not do that a key to this game right now is Liberty's back line is really out playing the backline of the Pine Creek Eagles and there's they are everywhere back there getting to those digs and pykrete's just a little too shoveled right now Big Sur for Allie rice

032gets the points he's got three in a row now for the Lancers and it's a 5-point lead here in set number one Abby Wilson handles that one important it's it out blocked out and the pine creek stops the rally for the Lancers he goes fortunate there that that one was blocked out of bounds they had some miscommunication early in that point that ball just about dropped between two players Jen rich and Atkins come out Chandler Nelson and savanna not come back in so their normal setter will be back in the game now with Chandler Nelson alie rice nice bump to makhmour and here comes Nelson with a nice set on the outside a good hit and give that kill to me Agner on the on the outside me good set by Chandler Nelson you they

033really missed her when she wasn't in the game you're right and the jump serve is very good - it really disrupts what the Lancers are trying to do as you see right there that deep serve and they serve put it right into the net so that jump serve and you watch this time I'll bet you that Nelson will put it to a different spot on the court both coaches talked about how serving was gonna be huge in this game we'll see where Nelson goes with this one your right to the back row Bradshaw handles it rice since they're doing more barely gets it over mine Creek comes back a nice set to Savannah not alley rice keeps it alive makhmour again here's a free ball for Pine Creek see what they do in system that

034get it to the middle of the college and a great dig on the backside by Elsner and we are still alive Collins again this time in the back and couldn't keep it in the court 1815 Lancers what a dig and what a play by Keita Elsner yes pol and she's gets up in a hurry she's clapping and then this time the Eagles go for the kill and it is long but that was all set up by that beautiful dig posner and ali rice both went to the floor on that one at OU ktd moreno trying to capitalize on that with a three-point lead gets it into the net but that's what happens when you're trying to serve aggressively right and I'd rather see that aggressive serve go into the net then long I know the

035results is the same but if you time that ball just get it over the top of the net it really pays dividends like right there I got Liberty out of sorts but they got it over come back to Gabby Wilson on the outside now the Lancers can set up the offense rice gets it to pork big job on the back end floor couldn't play in fight twice by herself the ball comes flying over us and Pine Creek gets back to within one at 1817 and I think Romero kind of got into no-man's land there she thought about setting it back down with the block the ball just got between her and the net she had nothing she could do with it AG nur another big serve Elsner handles it on the back get it to

036floor right back at her Savannah knot and Sydney Collins with the block and we're tied at 18 you don't want to wake up Savannah not when she gets hot she's good at the net and she's good with the kill she's got a big left hand she is verbally committed to play at Baker University in NAIA school just outside of Kansas City heart of America conference you know everything don't you yeah no no my wife does not ask to play that one off the block back to Florrick this time it's long it's in nice shot as she goes through the back row Pine Creek wasn't ready for that one Lancers stopped the rally and take back the lead again a little more stability on the line of Liberty the backline a gram or a pint Creek

037a little bit out of the sorts back there and the Lancers are finding the open spots on the court kita Elsner back to serve serves it a 98 percent clip Horton Chandler sets books in on the outside and you can really see the difference in the Pine Creek offense when Chandler Nelson is in there she does make a difference she really has that big serve as you said she sets that ball almost perfectly and she's mixing it up where she's giving it to and and the different spots on the floor and a rough back into the game for Sidney Collins faith Horton will serve for Pine Creek Florrick with the dig on the back row Brice sets up the other elves here and couldn't handle it on the back row ktd marina another point for

038the Eagles yeah good job at the net by the Eagles timeout called we talked about the timeout taken by Pine Creek to stop some of the momentum Liberty score out of that timeout but look at the score now yep as long as you make it it's not necessarily the next point it's the next four or five and Pine Creek definitely made their move right there because Lancers had a five point lead and now the Eagles are in the lead at 2219 coach stores probably loving the fact that her team now has the lead and Amy Adams says you know what let's get together let's talk I think she's probably just reminded on the look ladies you're capable you had a five point lead on this team just do it just continue to get some better

039passes let's set up our offense and let's get the spikes that we want I agree have you ever seen or can you remember how evenly matched these teams are in this Metro Conference we've got four teams up there any one of them could win it you're right there they're very talented five teams you just leaving out the Doherty Spartans I know it's spite well you know it's just schools closed they had a water main break yes right faith Horton with the nice serve rice since it on the outside of Romero couldn't get it down excuse me Lewis savanna not nice play by D Moreno this time a set up floor Oh like creak all over the floor Gabi Wilson on the outside that one's out and we're tied at 20 right out of the timeout

040the Lancers get the point one of the questions I think I'd like to ask Molly store is she has Savannah not playing on the outright outside she's a left-handed hitter and it does kind of give the defense fits but do you think about coming around if you're on the right side with your right arm would be easier to do those big kills on the other side of the net I'd like to know the strategy behind that let's see the rotation here we'll see it where she moves to peachy with the sir Orton with the dick Chandler Nelson sets up rough in the middle but the Lancers are able to get there and there's a nice back row attacked by KBT Moreno given the Lancers a one-point lead the Agner can't get there on that back

041line for the Eagles but there it is that's a shot you have to play it the balls going in and it was a rocket by the Lancers I remind you pine creek defeated Coronado last night three sets to one and I was told the last three sets were all tied at 20 before Pine Creek took over we'll see if they can do the same here nice tip by Sophie Lewis she's hits over the line and Amy Adams questions it the official telling her exactly what happened now and it's 21 all substitutions coming in for the Eagles savanna not comes out Atkins comes in as does Jen rich so Atkins now will be serving instead of Nelson we'll keep an eye on that she struggled earlier quita Elsner gets it nice job by fork and Elser

042will play it over find Creek Atkins sets it back there's job like enrich to get it over Sammy peachy to Elsner free ball for Pine Creek that kids in the middle for a rough good play by Rustin Oh to keep it alive mind creeks still going at it Gabby Wilson off the block played by the Lancers another great rally by these two teams Rustin ovitch finds a hole and gets it in there I think Adkins may have had that some miscommunication there's Genrich played the ball gimbert's and Adkins did not communicate you see coach Stoller talking to her players right now the ball drops right between them they both get up and look at each other one of them's got to call it off like an outfielder in baseball Maddy Bradshaw again back to serve

043nice strong serve handle at the back of the net it's right there a good job by Ruston ovitch to be there Pine Creek couldn't play it hasn't great served by Bradshaw and a really smart play by Ruston ovitch she didn't have she was there if she had to block it back and the ball felt short she was in a win-win situation no matter what happened down Lancers trying to close out sit number one Atkins in the middle of rough and will by Bradshaw on the back peachie sets up Nick Moore nice killed by makhmour she is finding holes in that defense with some slow hits yep and here comes the substitution really quickly Abby Sweeney coming in and she will take the place of Alyssa Atkins I think coach store as you can see you're

044coaching up Adkins but there is some miscommunication and it has cost the Eagles dearly in the latter set here Bradshaw short serve handled Sweeney with the set out what pine creek has to play it out of sorts and they're gonna call underneath and that will be a point for the Lancers give the first set to Liberty tonight 25 to 21 the official now it's all they're gonna talk about it maybe not she said her foot went under that's what you can see the official putting her foot underneath the net she gives the point who the lancers and that is what we said Lancers win set one twenty five twenty one there are a lot of unforced errors in the last few points of that first set Brian on the Liberty on the Pine Creek side

045and I guarantee you they will address those here in between settings I'm gonna tell you Pine Creek lost the first set last night came back to win three to one we'll be back that's set 125 21 Liberty we'll be back with more you're watching high school follow me volleyball volleyball let me say it right volleyball upon 20 TV you back inside Liberty high school it is senior night Brian German alongside Vince Greco and what a big win for the Liberty Lancers seniors Vince with a 25-21 win and set one and they're all smiles breaking their huddle to come out here for set number two and I really liked what they did in that first set I said it throughout the match they played smart they didn't try and get cute with anything they they kept

046that ball in front of them they didn't commit a lot of unforced errors but they made Pine Creek actually commit some really costly errors late as we saw Alyssa Atkins came out of the game late coach Mollie store was not happy with that communication and they've got to correct that Pine Creek you've mentioned this played last night at what point do they run out of gas if this goes five sets do they have the stamina to do it and does Liberty know this and they say let's go for the kill right now it's a lot to take in that's for sure because Pine Creek like you said played last night but again they also lost that one last night yep you're right and in the light that the sets two three and four they were

047close sets we'll see I expect nothing but close sets all night long doesn't mean it couldn't be a sweep doesn't mean it couldn't go five but I think it's gonna be close sets well Chandler Nelson is back on the floor of senior five 8 for Pine Creek looks like she'll open up set to with the serve and again she's got a killer jump serve and she will mix that up all over the floor Chandler Nelson serves it an 84% clip it's almost like I didn't hear the director right now she hears every word yep Nelson ready to sir that's a nice low serve dig on the background there's a double hit by Romero to Nell Slocum in the game for the Lancers along with Sasha Elsner Sasha Elsner on the court with her sister Keita

048Sasha's sophomore Keita of course a senior we talked about it's a nice dig on the back row by Slocum Sasha Elster big hit and right at the net that was Ali rice who got the kill but it's going to be into the net and it's two nothing Eagles tough break for liberty they were in right position just a little too close to that net and they're down to nothing in the second set Chandler Nelson's serve goes out and it's two to one we'll see if the Lancers now can make a run alie rice will be serving rice does a great job serving over 90% she has 21 aces coming into this match she just a freshman yes nice hit by Collins up front there's the serve back to Romero blocked back at you had no

049one on the back row for the Lancers and here come the Eagles and that back row was stellar for Liberty in set number one that time got sucked up and there was nobody back there Caitlin cyd doing a great job the senior for Pine Creek she comes out of the game and as Horton comes back in meeeh Agner macro to Elsner rice tried to keep it alive couldn't do so for one Eagles Eagles given livery a little bit of their dose of their own medicine just simple play keeping it in play Agner again to serve and I'm sure Mali stores told him hey we were down one nothing last night no big deal that's a tough break there for Sophie Lewis into the net let me surprised if amy adams calls the timeout here shortly

050there made me regroup down five to one she was up quick rallying rallying her team Agner long serve elder to rice outside romero nice hit but pine creeks right there in system gabby wilson block keeps it alive i set to collins on the inside and they're just missing collins that's the third time your exact times by atkins this time by some man and not trying to get it to collins in the middle and just some missed timing for the eagles well i see the strategy they should get it to collins when she gets hot she can't score a lot of points in a hurry but as you said they have missed her three times Aaron McDonald in and back to serve for the Lancers Horton plays that one in a nice pass she gets out

051of it and this is blocked out of bounds and a big point for the Eagles savanna not on the outside big left hand from the right side right into the two blocking defenders of Liberty and just overpowered them for the point faith Horton with junior 23 aces coming into this game sends it over Elsner plays it back to makhmour nice soft touch Nelson to Horton and now Wilson Wilson couldn't get on over the top of that ball and just had to send it into the net so it's 6 to 3 and the Lancers now will try and break into that three point lead could not make up her mind Gabby Wilson thought she was going to go for the kill and then the ding shot and somewhere fell in between Sophie Lewis with the serve

052nice short set right there to an or up the quick offense and maybe a little bit of luck off the top of the net yes that was a big spike it was stuck on the tape for it seemed like three seconds before it finally fell in and a point for the Eagles like a little laissez-faire hey I'll take that yeah why not back to serve now Abbey sweetie sophomore for these Eagles nice McDonald got it Lancers keeping alive by rice McDonald again hits it over and now Wilson just has to play it McDonald the rice quick set Romero and again maybe some miscommunication there is Romero tried to play it and so did McDonald McDonald she was in position and just had it knocked away from her at the last second by Romero so Sweeney

053again to serve eight three find creaking the lead by five we travel serving Romero has to step out of the way there and get a hit Liberty a little out of sorts right now McDonald rice there it is Ruston Ovitz block right back at her in the net give the point to the Lancers the rough was in the net eight to four that's a big point right there as Florrick and PG come back into the game for rice and Romero amy adams has some real confidence in her team they were down by five now for no timeout call she's just up making substitutions changing up that rotation see if she can't ignite a little fire here under Liberty here's peachy real close to leading this team in aces with 26 the leader is 27 that's

054a double hit by Sweeney and it's gonna be a point for the Lancers and I mentioned peachy with 26 cases it is Katie D Marino with 27 coming into the game peachie gets the call from coach Adams on the back row Sweeney gets it to rough block right back at it I can to Gabi Wilson on the outside McDonald plays it makhmour just bumps it up and Elster will play it over try for that back corner Sweeney kept it a lot good job and now let's see if the Lancers can't set something up they get it to rust anomic in the middle good play rusted ovitch right there again didn't block ruff-ruff again plays it over big rally by both of these team rusted ovitch block back at her kept alive by McDonald elder puts

055it over mine Creek trying to set something up go to Wilson on the outside blocked it right away that she hit it and she hit it out of bounds but a great play by Carina Florrick to get up there what a great folly to this rally went back and forth probably ten different exchanges from those of these teams great point by the Eagles good competitors on both sides of the net tonight back in to serve the senior Kaitlyn CID and a great serve give her the ACE Kaitlyn Sid that's her 35th ace of the year she's the specialist on this Pine Creek team that gives him a five point lead and now Amy Adams once the timeout well when they bring in Sid that's exactly what they're doing they're bringing her in for some offense

056she's a good defensive specialist as well but if you look at that when she comes into the game her serving percentage is fantastic and she has really helped the Eagles over the last three three games she serves at a 93 percent cliff now that means she gets the ball over the net 93 times out of 100 and she has 35 now aces on the year she does a great job with her placement on the serves as well she brings a lot of energy - you saw what those serves the teammates rally around her they feed off of those big serves if you get hot back there again in the pregame we talked about big serves and an avoiding serving into the net or long and Sid is a specialist and she's paying dividends right now

057second highest surf percentage among the players who played a little bit here for Pine Creek Jacqueline Cleary also on the bench serves at about a ninety six percent cliff but here's sit again floor plays it Elsner with the bump set back to floor nice power on the outside Sweeney places in the back corner what a great play by Abby Sweeney no doubt about it she looked picked her spot and placed it perfectly just pushes it over the net and it drops right in for that 90-degree angle it does seem the Liberty Lancers are kind of they're collapsing all towards the net not keeping some people on that back road Sweeney recognizing McDonald plays this one Elsner back to Florrick Sweeney can't play that one and the Lancers will take the point 11 is six Clark

058gets that one to go over substitutions coming in is Sasha Elsner and Janel Slocum for Liberty trying to get the Lancers back up and within striking distance of the Eagles makhmour and McDonald out the mix come out nice serve back roasts it plays it rough at the net told you she had a great game last night against Coronado she gets the kill there and it's 12 6 some great finesse being children right now by the Eagles just finding the right spot on the floor and the Lancers late to react now back to serve his rough chip three aces last night against the Cougars of Coronado and spine Creek closing out the league season on the road for the final two games is a hit down the line and a great job I thought to Elsner

059we called Keita Elsner his name quite a lot over the years and we're gonna call Sasha a few more no doubt about it that was a wind-up did air spike from about 5 feet back in the net and she just laid down the lumber Sid tries to handle this one but call it an ace here come the Lancers again Keita Elsner he's getting the team fired up and she'll go back and serve will the five eight senior another one this time Sid handles it Sweeney back to Ken rich that one's out and the Lancers have cut a six-point lead in half nope nope it was touched they're gonna ask I think that they're asking for the assistant referee and initially I don't think he said it was touched at the net and let's take another

060look here kind of hard to tell that was touched it was touched by Sophie Lewis and it was close they get the point to Pine Creek 13 8 what a serve peachy set support Sammy you can you could set that one to me anytime and she knew exactly what to do with the land is she elevate and set it down like to know what the velocity was on that spike that was something else Romero and rice check back in what if there's some alliteration going on with Amy Adams in these substitutions the mix came out the RS come in we should after this Collins blocked up front by Lewis and again the play right there by Sasha Elsner she was in the net though now the boo birds are gonna come out for the Lancers

061is that's two calls in a row that kind of went against the Liberty yeah Amy Adams did not agree with that kind of gave the official here a look 14 to nine I'll answer is trying to get back into this game kita Elsner talks to her little sister sister sasha get something going for the Lancers rice has to play it now under was off the top of the net good call by the official that time right and pine creeks back up to a six-point lead all set up by that deep serve then then Lancers could not handle that and it showed us that ball went right off the top of the net me Agner to serve again chops Creek says we'll take that one that one hit the ground what a play a dig that

062came over the net and landed in for Pine Creek will head up play maybe the play of them Luck's on your side holy smokes dear you thought you have the surekill but not so fast as that ball is put back over by Chandler Nelson great play by Chandler alley rice the middle tutti Moreno come back to Collins so smart play were a play by Collins Sydney Collins in the middle starting to heat up a little bit and Pine Creek is up by eight that's how you get your confidence back you've missed you haven't been set perfectly all night long you missed three big blocks so go with the dink get the confidence back rice again back to D Marino Chandler bumps it they'll come back on the outside so man or not that one's gonna

063be outs and the Lancers will take it that'll stop the rally and make it 17 to 10 so the biggest lead in this set and in this match actually I hate points by Pine Creek Aaron McDonald back in she'll serve for the Lancers McDonald and makhmour thank you there is something to that Brian Orton Nelson with the back serve did not McDonald plays it Ken Elster get to it she does can Sophie Lewis know she can get a hand on it but couldn't get it over the net the Pine Creek Eagle fans over there staring down the Lancer players as it's 18 to 10 had a good crowd on hand for both these schools Pine Creek traveled well and behind this to our right you're standing room only for the Lancer nation it's something you

064see in district 20 a lot of these teams because their schools are so close really get in there nice job I rise to Romero Orton the not not plays it could take by Elsner rice again to Romero walk right back out of Gabby Wilson ruff was there as well 19 to 10 they synchronized that jump perfectly both players up and on the kill as Wilson or on the block and that's another big point Eagles are running away with this second set they Thornton to serve else replace it rice back to Sophie Lewis Lewis has to play it off the block Elser the back set to makhmour she had some better luck in the first set there's a nice play by ruff in the middle Elster again back to Romero Orton gonna play a bump set

065to Gaby Wilson who punches it over the Lancers with a chance here come back to McDonald whoa just didn't get enough elevation on that one hit it into the net and it's a 10-point lead now for the Eagles McDonald may have lost her point on the floor she was a good 10-feet back of that net and tried a big spike and as you said just could not elevate that over the top Orton's serve Elsner handles it rice back to Sophie Lewis nice play by Wilson to keep it alive get it over to Savannah not nice dig by Elster again back over by Lewis Pine Creek now setting it up to Wilson on the outside McDonald's their rice to Louis out and the Lancers seem a little bit out of sorts in this second set down

06621 10 you're right about that and here's a timeout called by Amy Adams to try and stop the bleeding as the Lancers are down ten and the first game they did first set they played so well of not making mistakes now they're playing to trying not to make mistakes they're trying to make that perfect shot all the time said oh just put it in just play keep the ball in front of you they're trying to pick their spot on the floor and it's not working right now no definitely not 21 to 10 and there's Molly Stowers and her team and you talked about the confidence even though they lost set one you talked about the confidence in these ladies eyes and and that they've had it ever since rampart if they didn't have it in

067set one they certainly have it now they have that swagger and we go back to a couple weeks ago in their own gym hosting rampart they were in the position that they were in they were down they'd come back they were down they would come back you never saw a in the armor they wouldn't crack there you can see Chandler Nelson just smiling in the huddle right now for Pine Creek there are loose Bunch they are playing with a lot of confidence and obviously playing here at Liberty on the road second day in a row and they're up 11 in second set lost the first set we'll see if they are trying to draw even here in this match 11-point lead and the serve for faith Lord and she if she gets hot the service

068line she could serve out here for the second match nick moore plays it Lewis gets it back to McDonald and now Horton with a pump set to not blocked on the outside good job by Lewis and makhmour but Pine Creek keeps it alive keep it did Lewis in the middle and finally Sophie Lewis get to kill 21 11 let's see if the Lancers can get a rally going there's that point coming out of the timeout checking in for the Lancers Anita rooster Novick Sophie Lewis will serve as soon as McDonald gets done tying their shoes she's good the official says let's play [Applause] apparently Sophie Lewis served from outside of the court she was out of bounds on the side that's the the official explanation that I saw - Sophie no argument here from anyone

06922 to 11 a lot of volleyball this year I'm not sure I've seen that call made yet this year Abby Sweeney - serve - McDonald rice plays it Romero got it McDonald keeps it alive Ruston ovitch - Elsner he was Horton - Wilson on the outside off the block and another point for Pine Creek it's 23 to 11 whole different mindset here in the second set by Pine Creek they're playing smart but I'm watching Liberty they're getting awfully bunched up there in the middle they're not spreading out like they did in that first set they really played strong in the backline now the backline is being caught up top and there's not a lot of communication sweetie serve as long but pine creek plenty of chances to win this second set they're up from 23

07011 23 12 plenty of points to try and play for - Sammy peachy in to serve tell you what would be devastating for Pine Creek is if the Lancers come back strong in this set number 223 to 12 Sammy peachy the jump sir - the back row along bump peachy plays it Helzer back to Florrick nice job Agner on the back and that one's gonna be out by a rough and the Lancers trying to put it together now 23:13 peachy does a good job of serving back they're mixing it up she just took her instructions from Coach Adams shop by Horton Sweeney plays it up back row attack is off the blood of a point and now that'll go to Pine Creek 24 213 touch yep Wilson comes out and Kaitlyn sits gonna try and

071close this out and odds are pretty good in her favorite psyche the closure in baseball bring him in shut him down sit nice servic Donnell plays it peachy rusty Novak's blocked and I can say into the net four hits yep and that's the way the second set ends Pine Creek comes back out strong after losing the first set 25-21 they win the second 25 to 13 we'll take a break you're watching high school volleyball we're all tied up at Liberty High School we'll be back after this on 20 TV you we're back inside Liberty High School Bryan German alongside Vince Greco and we're all tied up at a set of peace although pine creek set when a little bit more convincing than the Lancers you know they proved me wrong in between the first and

072second set I really thought that having played last night the Eagles would come out a little flat I thought that the Lancers had a good shot at winning this and three sets tonight and that was for lack of a better term a butt whuppin in set number two whoo you can say that again that was a but we'll put in set number two I didn't mean to actually say it again but here 20 TV we like it and you know and both teams excel if they're both district 20 teams these are both district 20 teams so we want to go five sets tonight don't we Vince we want to get all the volleyball we can in Bryan on this fine Tuesday night Colorado Springs Colorado it'll be the last volleyball broadcast of the year for

073district 20 we do have another football game coming up for you next Thursday night Liberty the Lancers football team will be taking on air Academy the cadets kid it's a juggernaut this year score a lot of points Hallie rice with the serve Borton plays it and we're underway in set number three big play good job by makhmour to keep that alive Elsner sends it over in the middle to Collins off the block played by Bradshaw in the back this Elsner again plays it over another free ball for Pine Creek get it on the outside Agner good dig by Elsner Sasha elzar has to go back on that bump and play it over Collins again this time blocked romero keeps it alive Elsner to Bradshaw the Lancers not going to go away quietly here Agner finally

074gets it off the block it out at Pine Creek gets the first point of set number three boy pressure pressure pressure pressure you kept saying and the Lancers get it over and the Lancers get it over but it was because Pine Creek just kept setting up that offense and spiked after spike after spike that's a great serve by Chandler Nelson couldn't be played get Chandler Nelson another ace on the year she had 18 coming into this match I really think Pine Creek plays it seems like you play better when Chandler Nelson's on the court really does could you speak tonight that service out and the Lancers get their first point of set number 3 2 2 1 so back into the game comes Corinna Florrick and ktd Moreno not paying time for the Lancers there's

075a long way to go in this match tonight well it's all over now it's a it's a three-set match now absolutely good it's good man thanks Katie to Marino I stick in the back row by CID get it to knock what a play sideways on that one ally rice plays it up has to be punched over by Romero and it's out of bounds give the point to Pine Creek Lancers a little out of sorts on that one really nice play by not kind of like the no-look pass in basketball she looks down on the left-hand side of the court and then fires it to the right side for the point Nia Agnon does a good look at her she gets set to serve with the Pine Creek faithful in the background right sets up Romero

076blocked back at her and again pine creek out to a big lead here 4 to 1 kept Wilson and Collins the duo at the net come up big with the block in just like set number two the Eagles are pulling away early here in number three Agner into the net that's just what the doctor ordered for the Lancer is not what you wanted to see if you're Molly stores but the Lancer is now back to within four to the last set they were down five one and I'm Creek never looked back the only needs to make a move here two points the Lancers have here and the third set is off service errors by Pine Creek that's a double hit give it to the Lancers four to three so that makes it makes three errors

077now by fine Creek and those are the three points that the Lancers have Elsner to serve floats that one over Collins plays it Chandler gets it to Wilson rights on the outside Florrick both nice job by Wilson to come back and get that one here's not down the line Elsner handles it rice back set to Sasha Elsner good job on the back row by Agner here comes Wilson yeah [Applause] good job pine creek 5-3 see how simple it is Brian yep let's keep the ball out in front of you don't have to do anything fancy let your opponent make the mistake faith Horton nice serve over d Marino plays it Elsner back to floor could just plays it over dig by Agner and that turns out to be a good play for the Lancers as

078they score now their 4th point of set number three green of Florrick just bumps it right over the top caught the Eagles napping just a little bit one-point deficit now for liberty Sammy peachy just serve Orton nice job quick set to ruff ruff keeps playing at the net now the Lancers can set something up there's Florrick into the net she had a good pump the last time to get the points this time she goes for the big kill and comes up just a little bit short as that one goes into the net set was a little low they're back into the game comes Sweeney and Ginn rich Sweeney will serve the sophomore for the Eagles nice dig my floor peachie nice set - Sophie Lewis and the Lancers get a point and we're back at

0796'5 Lewis plays big gets up and sets it right to the straight side of the two blockers from the Eagles good peripheral vision by sophie Lewis now back into the game serve Maddy Bradshaw she'll go back Lancers would love to tie this thing up raccho a nice sir Agner gets it to Jen rich on the back side a chop lays it peachy Ruston ovitch kills it there we go six six well Abby sweetie just came into the game to serve for Pine Creek and caught off guard there didn't come up to play that ball that fall right he fell right in front of Maddy Bradshaw sweetie this time sets it's middle of rough and Anna ruff gets another kill she came in with 71 on the season Gabby Wilson comes out now for Kaitlin Syd

080who's back in to serve coach stores hoping to maybe get a run here from their top server and she will place this ball all over the court goes to the right this time or she gets another opportunity makhmour way up top and a big kill and that ends the serving of Kaitlyn sit makhmour with a big kiln at 7-7 Liberty getting a lot better looks here in this third set setting up that offense and avoiding the big blockers of Pine Creek at the net Sophie Lewis to serve make sure she's in balance this time I looked down the line squee need a growl mine Creek answers McMorris big blasts with a big blast of their own and Mia Agner and watch the set here by Abby Sweeney puts it perfectly on to the mint for

081the big kill [Music] 87 Pine Creek neither team able to pull too much away although Pine Creek was up four to one Oh makhmour mishandles that one and the Eagles jump out to a two-point lead right now I like to serve by Anna ruff there set it really deep and in the corner didn't give you Lancers much of an opportunity to set up any kind of a return nice dig by makhmour on the back peach he sets up primero the block is right there by Ken rich 10 7 Pine Creek well again we go back and forth the Lancers pull within one and now they're down to three the Eagles are relentless it just won't go away and again rough with the serve a short serve this time Brad tries to come up and play

082it they get it to make more this block kept alive by Romero played on two by Bradshaw come on back that's way deep and in for Agner it's kind of hard to see that from our vantage point so let's take another look on 20 TV that ball lofted up and it floats in there beautifully again nice job Larry Hinkins the colonel the colonel down there doing a good job rough with the service of foreign colleges right there are the entire bench yell over and Collins was right there to put it away for Pine Creek for the play well Brian she didn't need her team to set her up that time the Lancers took care of that one for and it's a five-point lead for Pine Creek seagulls at 12 to 7 and you see their

083huddle they're having fun the Lancers listening to Amy Adams intently and hoping to get back into the scheme of this set and for the first time tonight you're seeing a very stoic looking Liberty Lancer team nodding their heads up and down they are listening to what Coach Adams have to set has to say but they're probably a little bit not shocked is not the right word but they're surprised that the Eagles are playing this well in Liberty's own gym yeah the Lancers came out one that first set 25-21 since that time it's really been all Eagles it has and to their credit they're loose Bunch I keep saying I'm out trying to be a broken record watch them break the huddle here they're all smiles they're dancing they're hugging it's a good chemistry going on

084on that Eagles sideline Maui's Molly Stoller doing a very good job so the Lancers come back into the game the officials head to their corners and there we go ruff interrupts the senior middle blocker for the Eagles still serving nice tough serve makhmour handles it good past this time too peachy back to makhmour blocked and that one is out boy lancerpoint first she called it in and then she called it out so again from our vantage point that's kind of hard to see let's see if mr. Jenkin got it for us kind of hard to tell it looks like it might have been out she she had the good best look at it I agree she was regulary yeah 12 a tally rice just served now that was a big point regardless for the Lancers

085is it stops the rally for Pine Creek Hallie Rice's serve right in there and ace her alley rice the freshman they needed that Brian they needed that in a big way they have to get some points here and generate some kind of offense rice again same spot this time CID handles it Sweeney on the outside Agner punches it over Elsner back to rice makhmour in the middle Sweeney sets up Collins and she beats the block against Sasha ELLs er put it down for an Eagles point that's two big blocks in a row by Collins as you see this time she is set up perfectly by Sweeney and goes right in between the two defenders and gets it to drop Chandler Nelson Savannah not back into the game Nelson back to serve with a four-point lead

086for the Eagles this one cannot be handled by Bradshaw give Nelson another ace I think serving has been a big part of this game tonight for the Eagles they have had a good combination you'd have Chandler Nelson and a rough faith Horton all been able to serve very well tonight for the Eagles and the officials want to check if the rotation is correct for the Lancers the down officials looking Amy Adams shaking your head it was the up official who pointed to make sure they're playing in the right positions McDonald now moves to the center upfront official downloads checking it Amy Adams shaking her head yes I know what's going on and now they're ready to go it's out by the officials making sure that everything stays in order Nelson sir Bradshaw handles it back

087set to McDonald and what a kill by Aaron McDonald for the Lancers coming up big is Aaron McDonald times that one perfectly and again that back line of Liberty knock or Pine Creek not quite sure where to be there on the floor splits the defense for the nice point so in now to serve as Katie D Moreno for the Lancers Lancers got to make a run here down for he'd set number three platelet macro by Sid Horton with the bump set to Agner she has to play it over now to fork in the middle and a nice set by rice and floor q what to do with it two big offensive plays in a row by the Lancers bringing them back into this one great spike no chance at all for saving Karina Florrick has

088some power when she hits that ball nice quick set to Collins talk about power Sidney Collins gets the point back for the Eagles and it's on that short set again that she gets up boom no time at all and she is she's a tall girl but she's very quick with that spike Agner again to serve 1511 of Stowers shows her where she wants to go with it and a great serve as Agner gets the ACE via Agner Matt she only had two aces on the year coming into this game that's a big one it really is and they are both putting that ball exactly where they want to now this time they go the other side of the floor maybe the biggest spike of the night no doubt about it she just winds up and

089lets it rip she was four feet behind the net Sasha Elsner to the sophomore Amy Adams smiling at that one saying yep I've got her for two more years so Lancers Keita Elsner big sister will serve both pilsners on the floor now for the Lancers bump set to Wilson the moreno plays it they'll come back outside this one floor cuz block good job by Keita Elsner to keep it alive dee moreno off the block it down off of Collins and that's what the Lancers need is they cut it back to three it's a good spike but it's a tough play when you're the single blocker at the net to try and time that one it goes off the left hand of Collins and another point to the Lancers so Keita Elsner keeps the serve and

090they're speaking to the scores table once again get down official wondering again about substitutions I'm thinking substitution ask to come in Aaron McDonald I'm not sure I have seen they the referee she wears the placard on her arm like a football quarterback with all the plays so she makes sure that the rotation is correct you can kind of see that see on her left arm where she's pointing out there and Amy Adams talking to the official right now there it's about the rotation Romero I believe maybe should be in the game right now they're checking right now and Amy's making the diamond shape there with her hand and in the meantime Molly store has her group lined up it's like a free timeout for them as they're talking strategy and trying to looks like a

091ton a few jokes well now that Allen official will visit the up official McDonald had come out of the game both McDonald and Romero were sitting on the bench and I'm not sure why the official wants them to do it Amy Adams says just go sit down it's the officials talk about it and they want to make sure they get it right the official just pulled a yellow card out this isn't song I was to say wrong sport and she gave it to her own official the town official comes and is explaining something to Amy Adams and Amy is not integrated at all and I'm afraid she's talking about moving in and out regardless they played a point because kita Elsner served the last point that they want so they've played a point with these

092girls on the floor ali rice now over the freshmen talking about it amy adams more time in the meantime the eagles were dancing on the floor so don't worry about them having a lack of energy tonight 16 there they go again yes no yeah faith Horton in the middle of a circle in there this is a similar situation a couple weeks ago when rampart and pine creek were playing it went actually against Mollie store in her group but we probably had a five minute delay as they tried to figure out the rotation and on that night Mollie was not happy whatsoever now the head official has come down off of her perch to join in the nest of they're checking to see it has to do with the rotation and who should be on the

093court at the proper time right my problem with it is if the down official or if the officials have an issue with it they should have caught it before the last serve I agree because that's when the substitutions would have happened Amy Adams is now pointing out to them see the rotation here here here here here and now the Lancer faithful are up and cheering well and she left a scores table with a bead of confidence and now she's back she's counting on the table you see her there to the officials the thing that I don't like about this either is that this break now has been longer than a break in between sets these players want to play you get into a rhythm you get your energy the adrenaline all worked out and I

094think that's an unfortunate for both of these players even the the assistant linesman is down taking a knee over there Emily pine creek eagles are on the court laughing I think they're planning I think they're telling jokes out there I'm telling ya and now which is you couldn't react better if you're Pine Creek nope hang out just relax and now we're good to go and we're back and absolutely no substitutions were made so apparently Amy Adams finally straightened out the officials that's a good look at Katie D Marino fixing the pony ptl's they're ready to serve here we go [Applause] Fortin plays it nice job to Collins inside by nelson ktd moreno plays it to Florrick and into the net so all of that may have just taken a little wind out of the sails

095of the Lancers who had cut it to three well there was a lot of confusion over there not on the players part but on the officials again interrupting the rhythm of the game and that may have been costly for the Lancers Horton big sur de marido plays it Elsner now sets it for Florrick this time she goes high Wilson on the outside pile in or off the touch I didn't see let's take a look [Music] nice job here comes Horton five-point lead again for the Eagles Florrick with a big bump of the back row Elsner plays it rice gets it over Chandler oh that's it up quickly and this time we're off can't handle it give it to the Lancers 1814 and now Liberty really has to make a move as the points are running

096out here in set number three just a little bit of an error from Mia Agner the 510 junior couldn't connect off that set so Sammy peach in to serve she's done well serving tonight for the Lancers jump serve Agner gets it nelson plays it to not and Lancers can keep it alive back row attack pull the nip i rough kept alive by not for the saints you went under the net give it the point to the Lancers 1815 all smiles from not didn't argue the call and rough as well yeah if I'm looking at these two teams Eagles have more fun I couldn't agree with you more and and again we've said I did not see the match last night against the Coronado but this is the same spirit and enthusiasm they played with against

097rampart they thought that was off the block and out but she hit it into the net Savannah not realizes it and now the Lancers have cut it to two big run by Liberty peachy ready to serve Agner plays it Nelson to Wilson I Spy coming outside and the Eagles get a point when they drastically needed it he goes mixing things up it's time they go to Wilson Knotts had her chances and of course we've called Sydney Collins named numerous times here in the third set so back into serve Abbie Sweeney with Genrich up top [Music] nice serve good job by floor to get down and get that 1d marina from the back gets it off of Sweeney and the Lancers will take it 1917 Liberty Lancers trying to keep this move going zamak Moore and

098Bradshaw come back in for Florrick Andy Murray no see on the replay there that Sweeney probably should have let that one go to her backline defender she was in position sweetie just got our arms out there and that one goes long serve Agner plays it Sweeney - Genrich off the net Lancers have cut it to one which was once a six-point lead for the Eagles and a timeout being called by the Pine Creek Eagles as they try and stop that momentum they're just six points away from taking set number three we'll see what Molly's stoller has in store for her team during this time out all these stores is probably saying hey officials why don't you kind of figure something out and you can spend five minutes like another long time yeah 19:18 he'll simple

099lead there's a good look at Amy Adams her team's climb back into this one and after that devastating second set it's nice to see the Lancers bounce back like they have well I wouldn't expect anything less these are two competitive teams out here tonight this is the Lancers home court they are equally as good as the Eagles talent-wise eight seniors for Liberty tonight seven for pine creek so you knew that would be a lot of experience on the floor and when you played volleyball as long as these young ladies have you're not going to get down you know that you could rally you can score three or four points out of time that's exactly what the Lancers have done here late in the third set Maddy Bradshaw ready to serve trying to draw the Lancers

100even with pine creek Eagles Wilson plays it and gets it back block evils point and there gets around after that timeout and here comes the serving ace for the Eagles Caitlin said back into the game for Gabby Wilson Molly Stowers stoic giving the call for the surf beachy back to Sophie Louis as a kill Sweeney can't handle it it's 20 to 19 big point by the Lancers as they continue to climb and erase that deficit Sophie Lewis will serve nice strong serve over Horton handles it and there's a another tough set trying to get the middle open for Anna rough and Sweeney set was a little long I think you're gonna see a substitution here pretty quickly for Abby Sweeney that's three errors on the last three plays 2020 Horton up Sweeney sets this time

101to Agner and Sammy peachy I'll tell you have a good set like that and then you redeemed yeah exactly it's all good and out comes Horton in comes Sidney Collins and a ruff - sir nice job by McDonald peachy sets up rusted ovitch this time into the net give the point to the Lancers Collins got tied up she was ready for the big spike but if you take another look her arm as she goes up to spike he gets caught underneath the net there's nothing you can do about that take another watch her right arm it's stuck in the neck and there's nothing you're in no-man's land 21000 here it's set number three serve over my ally rice Sid plays its weenie in psychologist whoa right back in her face Sasha Elser right at the

102neck and the Lancers are back out in front and a huge block high Liberty to give them a one-point advantage rice serving again Syd plays it at the Nets when he goes outside Agner played by Rice Keita Elsner gets it to her sister who puts it over now back to Agner again this time it's off the blocking down give that point to the Eagles 22 all it's just amazing to me that watching both of these teams when they get down they don't give up that's almost like they get stronger they get more confident and that's on both sides of the net it's tied once again who knows what to expect from this point Nelson and not back in mixer Belzer has it nice job makhmour but it's kept alive how they dig by Horton oh

103that's a point for the Lancers 23 22 timeout Mollie stores and you're right look at that dig by faith Horton and then not just could not get it over the net Lancers getting fired up now and you see some smiles in their circle this time and maybe the Eagles have stopped smiling a little bit yep you know there are no longer dancing there now get there serious face on inside that huddle because they're down a point they had to leave just a few moments ago how about the freshman Ally rice in the middle of that huddle calling out her teammates let's go this is it right here let's go sohow arena Florrick set the check back in for Madi Bradshaw McMorris back to serve and for the first time tonight both crowds are really starting

104to heat up and get into it and there we go famous party champ in high schools do nowadays and they will not stop until one of these schools gives up it's gonna be loud for a little bit here folks I like that now they bring the intensity and I think the players will also feed off that here is here we go again with our substitutions Katelyn makhmour Florrick needs to come back and check back in because the down official didn't see her check-in that's what's happening here so floor comes in bradshaw comes out bit more back to sir great pa rt Y McClure what a serve but a big dig by CID get it to Collins the Lancers keep it alive rice on the outside elder still played Sasha ulcer plays it to Agner Chandler

105nice job to Collins kept alive by McDonald nick moore from the back row played by Sid Nelson Agner who gets it over now rice back set to McDonald nice stick by sick the Eagles keep it alive Abner and now we've got a double hit give it to the Lancers 24 22 they're serving for the set and what a rally again by both of these teams nobody wanting to make a mistake and it is set point for Liberty makhmour with the serve Sid gets it Nelson has to bump set to Agner back to makhmour alley rice and I sit on the outside Sasha Elsner good job by Nelson to keep that one alive and Horton will play it over here come the Lancers right through the double hit that's gonna be Eagles points she was under

106the Nets actually 2423 Pine Creek needs a point here to tie it up to airs from each team in the last two points here Mia Agner to serve cannot make a mistake on this one sends it across Sasha Elsner gets it rice plays it back to Sasha she goes strong to the backside Horton and Nelson plays it across there's elder played it back row and it's the Lancers take set number three what a play by Keita elder and give some credit without official man he was right on top of it look at that and staring straight down what a way to end it for the Liberty Lancers is they go up two sets to one 25 23 set number 3 goes to Liberty we'll be back with set number 4 from Liberty High School you're

107watching high school volleyball on 20 TV you back inside Liberty High School Prime German alongside Vince Greco what a great high school volleyball match we got going Vince no doubt about it and you know what I like during those timeouts well since we are making friends with everybody Brian we're talking to the official in the corner who made the call at the end of the game we got an explanation as to why the substitution down here we are living life yep the substitution error was apparently something was written down wrong by someone we will not mention that's correct and the officials trying just trying to get it right and kudos the officials for making sure they got it right Amy Adams knew it was right the whole time and now the lancers gonna try and

108close this out in set number for the Eagles probably gonna have something to say about that Vince nice serve there my answers play it over I fully expect this one to be right down to the wire Brian Savannah knot gets the first kill of this set it's one nothing Eagles you know much like set number two I feel like I can hear voices in my head have me too it's crazy Chandler Nelson to surf Ali rice oh right there by Collins back to forked again she beat some rock this time by Savannah not she had a double lock up the first time but she got it the second time why both teams just really playing great volleyball at the net block and then back up and it is down great play by both teams arena

109floor key I know what a great serve right there Hallie rice is pumped up and so is Amy Adams arms above her head letting out a big hoop and holler and Lancers are up rice again back to serve two to one else another black cat emit more and the Lancers are on fire up three to one here in set number four McClure is coming out on fire in set number four she's been big at the net Katelyn makhmour the junior middle hitter and that set is long it's three to two Agner goes back to serve again and Gaby Wilson will come in for Sid the service errors can really take the wind out of your sails Lancers on a bit of a roll send that one long Agner with the sir rice on the outside

110the peachy Agner keeps it alive Nelson the back set to knock into the net four to two Lancers been a tough couple of sets for Savannah not as she just hasn't found that rhythm with that big hit we're used to seeing from her the Slocum comes out as does Fork and it'll be d Marino and Sasha Elster back into the game so once again big and little sis on the court and D Marino will serve as amy adams explains something to karina Florrick i served by the marina chandler long set on the backside the Wilson gets it by rice rice rice saying that's my fault my fault I should have been in a better position as you can see it just goes off of her wrists and out of play so Agner excuse me Horton

111back to surf the Libero for the Pine Creek Eagles no it's really funny Brian of the further we get into this match the more and more you're hearing the coaches both being very vocal now getting after their players stepping up their game a little bit Wilson on the outside the moreno with the set to rice Sasha Elster beats the block 2-point lead again for the Lancers at five to three Ellis they're pretty close to the net here time's it perfectly and the Eagles unable to come up with the block not in rough having a tough time over there and now it's key tiel's here for the serve Agner with a nice pass but they cannot get the set Chandler and rough the timing off again in the Lancers now up three Sophie Lewis there to

112put that ball back to just in case they get it over and it's the Lancers who have a lot of confidence right now Elsner long serve Agner they're too far nice put back there by Sasha Elsner Keita plays it here nice quick set to Sophie Lewis what a play by Sophie Lewis you were waiting for the big hit from Lewis but instead she stops plants her feet gets up and just dink sit right over the top no chance for faith Horton to come up with the dig so kita Elsner continues to serve bumps set on the outside to Wilson Elser keeps it alive ruff tried to play it but Sophie Lewis was there have we called Sophie Lewis's name the last three times the last three points for the Lancers she is playing big at

113the net right now ruff was there Sophie Lewis with the block eight to three Lancers I'm waiting for Molly Stowers to call a timeout she hasn't done it yet he tells her over in the middle tried to push it back to Genrich it's out Lancers up now nine three well we're not talking about what a great job Keita Elster's doing back there in the surf she does not take a big run-up to launch this thing but she's placing it and she's putting a lot of loft on that ball and putting it all over the court has punched over by Genrich Liberty I'm looking over the Pine Creek student section they are stunned timeout Molly Stoics and a timeout that she needed to call and this one's very close to being a runaway as the Lancers

114can do no wrong right now playing with great confidence whether it's at the net the the big digs the big spikes and better yet the blocks have number 12 Sophie Lewis Sophie Lewis has come on here from the Lancers how about the momentum shift in this game when Pine Creek once set to and I'm gonna remind our viewing audience what they are 25 to 13 I thought okay pine creeks gonna take over now yep nope Liberty came back and Pine Creek had a big lead six points in set number three Lancers came all the way one that set we'll see if the Eagles can come back they're down seven now well here in set number four they need to stop this momentum of the Lancers it was a good call timeout by Mollie store still

115heating yep and here we go panel answers keep the rally going can the Eagles stop it Chandler Ellison back to Savannah knock left hand right down the line ends the run for the Lancers well she did not miss time at that time as she is well above the net and Josh sets this one down with authority Keita Elsner upset she didn't get that one 10-4 good buddy Eagles with the surf back to service Alyssa Atkins the junior I serve D Marino gets it rice to Elsner the other Elsner gets it rice again back to Sasha Elsner almost lost the second ball up there in the net Gabby Wilson off the block and out that's pine creeks point 10-5 two in a row for the Eagles good timeout as we said that broke that momentum and

116the Eagles are definitely capitalizing on that opportunity Alyssa Atkins now nice serve again Sasha elzar can't handle it ten six three straight for the Eagles liberty better watch out wouldn't be surprised if they score another point of two if amy adams takes a timeout I couldn't agree with you more Atkins now another hard served just over the net they'll come back this side peachy beats it down in front of Agner 11 2-6 place that ball perfectly didn't get all of it on the kill but she had the pinpoint accuracy to give the Lancers a five-point advantage Carina Florrick coming back into the game for Ally rice Ruston ovitch will have to sit down Amy Adams not sure about that rotation but she'll take it Sam repeats you too sir nice pump set to Wilson good

117block up front by Orkin Lewis combining for that block 12 6 liberty block finds the dead spot on the floor and another point for the Lancers you can see there's just nobody there for Pine Creek let's see how PG serves her last time she took a big round approach this time she comes more straight forward but the big jump serve and she's done a great job of serving tonight Gordon you got that one played up top Florrick off the block it out possible Goods mr. German Thank You Sammy there you go Sammy and even a better throw yeah you got a game for an old guy 13 6 we'll see what my touch does doesn't keep the Lancers run going or does it help the Eagles by jinxed it teaching the nice serve that time

118Wilson gets it over nice dig there by D Marina on the outside Sascha Elsner they could say into the net Punk Liberty 14 6 an eight-point lead for the Lancers Eagles gonna be hard for us to come back from this well they really are and they had made that run but since peachy's got back to surf she's reeled off three straight and here comes number four back to Agner - great service ace for Sammy beachy 15 six serving with a lot of confidence right now substitutions being made for the Eagles as they try and find a combination to shut down this potent serve right now of Sammy pichi pichi came into this game serving a 90% clip she's doing a nice job tonight another ace for Peachy and look how her teammates are rallying around

119here they're just like oh my goodness - keep it going keep it going she nails her shaking her hand loving it here on senior night for the Liberty Lancers Lancers trying to move to Ford - in the Metro League you knew that one was wrong yeah work blocked by rough out give another point to the Lancers and it's off that big deep serve again that they can't handle it goes right over the net the liberties crowd is on their feet as are the Lancers 17 to 6 we're going to take a break we'll be right back with more high school volleyball on 20 TV back inside Liberty High School 17 to 6 now the Lancers on a roll behind the serving of Sammy peachy ali rice comes back in for Kareena Florrick and that was

120the substitution that was made prior to Sammy peachy starting to serve and see if that timeout slows down the serve and that really gets it here comes peachy nice set on the outside rice blocks oh and a big block for the Eagles as it gets them the side out and the serve back and it's 17 to 7 Pine Creek really needed that if that the 3rd allowed peachy to continue that roll back there from the service line this could have been over in the next five minutes but here comes Kaitlyn Sid just as good a server as Sammy peachy it's a big serve they're out on the outside alley rice with the hit Pine Creek keeps it alive there's a almost a score rice hits it twice it's going to be an eagle score and

121into the game for Pine Creek is Mac Coker for the first time tonight and sit continues to serve quickly after that point was lost key to else knew who hasn't right there rallied her team said come on girls we've got this Sasha Elsner nice dig big sis key to the back set to Ally rice here's the back set to Coker for the Eagles team Marino can't handle it and pine creaks now scored a couple in a row they get three in a row it's amazing when you get a little confidence you bring in your top server score a few points anything can happen in this match sit nice serve dumped by Sasha Elsner quick set to Sophie Lewis asked to touch it over here comes Pine Creek on the outside Coker plays it gay Moreno

122Wow played by Horton on the back row Syd pushes it forward Agner over he cheated Lewis that's it Sophie Lewis man called her name in about five points it was about time for and Sammy peachy says go get a girl and look at that she's wide open she's just one-on-one with the blocker from the Eagles and she'll win that battle nine times out of ten Janel Slocum comes in for Sasha Elsner now Slocum with the sir gets it to Horton quick set her up and plant Creek Eagles all night long I've had a tough time with that quick set the timing is just bent off you're right look it ruff is up well before the ball is there she's on the ground and the sets just going up that's a tough break for the Eagles

123they had a good play called and could not execute em again rich comes back into the game as Janelle Slocum continues to serve for Liberty Thornton plays it tough play there for Agner but a good hit and the Lancers out of sorts peachy and rice couldn't play it count it for the Eagles 19 to 10 there's Allison irken Keita the captain of this team one of them talking to the girls about what happened there so it doesn't happen again [Music] yet rich with the serve Elsner to the bump set to d marino easy play and they're gonna say into the net was fine Creek point Liberty tap pine creek was celebrating there for a second they didn't realize that they were that called against them 2210 and soapy Lewis back to serve this time I'm

124sure she will remember to stay good memory break the bounds line Orton tough past that time and Pine Creek is now falling apart Sidney Collins hits it into the net and Collins just came back into the game for Pine Creek she was called for the net violation and that one she could not get back over Pine Creek needs her to be hot and on her game Lewis nice serve Agner handles it back set to Coker ask to play it that's off the antenna another point for the Lancers and the Lancer nation Lancer faithful they kind of they sense their three points away this game's over and there's still three points to go yeah I'm not sure I'd do that semana not and Chandler Nelson back into the game Lewis will continue to serve twenty to

125ten nice surf this one the overpass ally rice was there but so are the Eagles nice play on the inside by Lewis to keep that one alive and here comes back to the Eagles Chandler Nelson again tough timing the Collins got it over D Moreno back row sit keeps it alive Agner plays it now makhmour and will set it up rice to D Marina blocked right there was Collins Sydney Collins's not this time 22 to 11 a good play by the Eagles there they're listening to the chance of this Liberty crowd and they're saying this game is not over Nelson now ready to surf that's it just peachy rice day Marino plays it over they get a call I did not see you it they called against Pine Creek the official down low they're gonna

126replay at the point no the official down-low admitted she had a mistake and that's good officiating right there absolutely I shouldn't see something she says hey you know what I didn't see it that's my bad let's just replay that point that's the easiest way to make both teams feel okay about it it's hard to argue that I believe that we will win chance charts for the Lancer faithful let's see this game's over I believe that we will win what else we got they'll come up with something Ruston ovitch trying to get back into the game Amy Adams since they're replaying the point they had to have the same players back on the floor I think so peachy comes back into Reston ovitch comes out coach Adam says yep after this point you can get in

127there Chandler Nelson set to serve official making sure that no substitution had happened here we go Nelson nice sir peachy can't handle it gonna go out off the touch Eagles trying to stay alive here down 10 points Lancers three from a match win good serve Keita Elsner right there in the middle McClure and she went under the net point pine creek coach Adams is up so is her assistant 22 to 13 probably too early to call the timeout if you're the Lancers you still got a commanding lead here Nelson Dee Moreno plays it off the top they got to play it makhmour gets it Elsner keeps it a lot now the Eagles in-system Collins gets a nice kill gets it by peachy and here comes Pine Creek 22 to 14 de Bruyne the Eagles are

128not going to go quietly and you would expect nothing less from this competitive bunch of girls Nelson doing a great job serving all match long has the ball in her hands again kdd Moreno needs to tie her shoe now she's ready to go tie your shoe fix your ponytail pull your shirt back a little bit here we go game on Bilson that's a tough hit Lancers can't handle that one Jenelle Slocum not liking that and now Maddy Bradshaw wants to come into game four Jenelle Slocum Slocombe that jr. or a cha the senior so Nelson again this time is in in what a Serb and learn Elson and the Eagles are on a roll 22 to 16 time out Amy Adams and look out I believe momentum just took up camp on the Pine Creek

129bench take a look that's like six straight points reeled off by Chandler Nelson and we talked about at the beginning of the game she's got a wicked jump serve and she places it all over the court the Lancers right now don't know where that ball is going next there's Amy Adams telling her team Hey ladies I think that you know we're talking about chance we've heard I believe that we will win this game is over yep perhaps the Eagles should come up with I believe the weekend serve I believe that we can serve what do you think sure glad something there sure you got something there how about it's not over yet you heard that song oh yeah I think I have for king and country Nelson back you deserve see if the timeout worked

130for 216 Amy Adams hoping that her team can get a point here and get the serve back key to Elsner rice to make more oh what a block in the middle by Collins Sidney Collins saw that one coming all the way and that time the Lancers mistimed the set and the spiked just a little bit as you saw makhmour and ali rice and makhmour talking to each other after that one rice telling her to go outside this time nelson Agner good job by bradshaw rice d marino Agner with horton on the floor sid plays it back to not short makhmour is there tried to play it by rice good job straddling the line by the Lancers again Asti Moreno nice dink right there and that's a winner for delivered ktd Marino with a beautiful dink

131the captain with some great volleyball IQ doesn't go for the big hit just finds the small spot opening on the floor and makes the Eagles pay and Ally rice hoping to get two straight points on the serve and in this match for the Lancers nice strong serve Sid plays it in the middle Nelson not Agner plays it and they're gonna call it a point for Pine Creek with a lift on the Lancers 23:18 this was once an 11 point lead yes for was it 12 it was 11 at 10 or 11 I'm fairly certain of that pine creeks Agner to serve rice has to play it back to Marina plays it over now the Eagles in system Nelson gets it to Wilson pita elsewhere can't play it how about the pump by the official hey

132that was a nice play Wow nice play 23 hit 19 she's not having much of advents she still has game yeah she does 23 - 19 Agner back to serve the Eagles certainly putting the pressure on right now it's a smart play by Pine Creek keeping them playing yep Horton keeps a lot of Agra can't do it if they fall on each other in the Lancers coming in one point of winning this match the set and the match saw a good shot in the cravat this two players just get tangled up and she can't get around Horton and we are one away all the Lancer faithful holding up the pinky finger for meeting one point to win this one 24:19 Dean Marino with the serve Horton plays it Nelson with the bump set Wilson he
