001good evening and welcome inside Pine Creek High School Bryan German alongside Dave Toller for this 5a Metro League boys basketball match up between the Palmer terrors and the homestanding Pine Creek Eagles and Dave on paper this looks like a pretty close contest the Pine Creek comes in at eight and six overall one and three in Metro League play Jimmy grants his team comes in from the Palmer it's six and ten oh and five in Metro League play they've had a lot of close losses this one really could be a big one for each of these teams that they can get a win in this game for the rest of their season while Bryan should be a really good game these two teams know each other very well the last eight meetings between these teams each
002one has won four of them but last season it was Pine Creek that swept this series and Palmer terrors have put up a few more points than pine creek on the year but these numbers may be a bit deceiving especially tonight because we found out from Jimmy grants on the Palmer side that Isiah Robinson the second leading scorer for Palmer will not play tonight he's out with strep throat gonna make it awful tough on the terrors isaiah robinson averaging over 15 points per game when you look at those stats the one thing that really jumps out at you the rebounds palmer averaging six more rebounds per game than pine creek is we'll keep an eye on that during the broadcast should be a good one we will come back with the tip-off right after this
