001Right. >> Well, uh, good evening. Welcome to the, uh, special board work session January 8th. Go to call us to order. We have all current directors in attendance. With that, we've got an agenda. >> I would move to approve the meeting agenda as presented. >> Second. >> Moved by Chris, second by Sean to approve the meeting agenda. All those in favor? I. >> Any opposed? This time we're going to uh recess into executive session uh for the purpose of discussing a superintendent evaluation pursuant to OS192.6602I. Executive sessions are closed to the public. Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be allowed to attend. All other members of the audience are asked to leave the room. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during the executive session except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. No decision may be made in executive session. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> We're going to reconvene into our special work session. Um we uh we do have future board agenda topics. We've been working through that process um and spreadsheet. If you are frustrated or have questions about it, please uh engage with Holly and me and we'll sort it out.
