001thank you all right red light is on thank you for joining us this evening we do have a need for a special meeting May I first please start with the interpretation announcement thank you madam president telefonica is numero foreign thank you so much I'd like to call the October 25th special meeting of the Adams County school district 14 Board of Education to order uh Ramona maybe start with roll call please Mr Amador present he's a Mrs Estrada here Ms Lovato Here Is Molina here thank you um we do this evening we do have a need for an executive session I moved the Board of Education convene in an executive session for the purpose of CRS 24 6 402 4B legal advice regarding accountability and University Prep and CRS 24 6402 4D security Arrangements may I have a second a second come on a roll call please Mr Amador aye Ms Estrada aye Ms Lovato aye Ms Molina aye Ms Zubia aye thank you um we will be returning uh for the remainder of our meeting after our executive session um we're aiming for an hour might be up to 60 minutes so we'll reconvene then thank you
