001[Music] i pledge allegiance to the flag of the united states of america and to the republic for which it stands one nation under god indivisible with liberty and justice for all anybody have any conditions or changes to the consent agenda any discussion on anything on the consent agenda [Music] okay i think everybody should do both computer loss yep motion passes six zero moves on the public comment section concerns so usd 244 patrons but if there's others have been here a long time but i'm not sure how well the work got out the ministerial association hosting a baccalaureate service on wednesday night to be at the christian church this year and so everyone's invited thank any you communications um there's one in there i think but mr sam mr stevenson um uh wrote a note did

002i attach it um sorry it says please forgive the tardiness of the simple note it's purpose move on to administrative reports bes any comments questions for knowledge on that jones literacy grant it's five year cycle sevens we're good there will be for the next five years going forward [Music] um sometimes i think with the investments that they do with the jones trust it fluctuates the dollars in that dollar amount so sometimes each year we make it a little bit more than we you know throughout that binder cycle sometimes it fluctuates based on investments okay i guess we'll go on to the middle school report any questions i like seeing that uh activity list down there and that was a nice little addition to be able to see participants and how great those kids doing all

003their activities plus their grades get you guys to show the more engaged they are the that's what i was going to say appreciate that you put together that document that shows the gpa what's the participation activity thank you [Music] and if you're planning on standing up and uh you know uh coming up to give your son or daughter a diploma just let me know and i'll make sure we have a way for you to come up and do that and uh lucas you'll be on the stage uh which i'm sure you know uh it starts at 11 o'clock on saturday and uh i did put out something today uh we're watching the weather as closely as we can i looked at the weather it's about 30 40 right now and the wind is 19 mile

004an hour so i'm just looking at stuff and i'm going to talk to kids on graduation day or i mean on practice day get as much information from them i know they want to go outside so when i don't want to be where the hats are bowling and everything else either so we'll just have to wait and see but let me know if you're planning on getting there and i'll get you a seat off to the side i think i saw the communication went out to about outside is an unlimited number and if we do go inside we tend to take it ten ten instead of four yeah ten instead of four now so we'll go 10 inside if we have two most of the kids i've talked to didn't think that was they were

005real happy about that and i said well we went 10 last year never had any problem outside and they said well it really shouldn't cause too big problems especially since we live stream and stuff so if they're having a big party at their house they can they can uh if there's a few more people they probably just stay at home and watch it there but they'll have access to their student there that is the saturday guys that's coming down i don't have anything else i just want to make sure you guys will wear that we got a lot of stuff going on right now so well dave is at sophomore the virtual way to do that i had no work but i it was on the phone with the kids and the family stuff that

006was enjoyable for me i liked that a lot of good comments on it again i really did the kids really like it i i heard two or three parents give me a call and i talk ask a bunch of kids and the kids i love it it's just one night last night they have to get out they can be right i kind of like it because a lot of them are with their parents and stuff i think there are some organizations that really like that face-to-face contact other than giving away those scholarships yeah and you know we might be able to kind of add that into it as we go you know it's something where they can speak move on to the bronx learning center report short and sweet and move on to food sources

007looks like we got waivers for lunches for next year yes very fortunate yeah it's very fortunate to be able to provide free meals again next year um we weren't sure exactly if that's what that was going to happen but they are continuing that for one more year and that helps us with our reimbursable rate too because we get the higher reimbursable rates it does help us with funding with the food service dianna s and tracy do a wonderful job with food service work so in the summer or yes through the rec center yes right so at that meantime noon hour they do have lunches through there go to the transportation report a lot of information there i think it's good kind of gives us an update on stuff we haven't seen for a while um

008breaks down a lot of stuff that kind of is background stuff for the rest of the school but it's good to get that information out there we want to see you guys like to see the updates on stuff right two new buses this fall i'm sorry good oh i'm sorry i agree i like seeing those updates as well um planning to get up in a data field how do you appreciate that yes on the bus situation uh we were looking to do one bus next year and and looking at the fleet very carefully with brad's and so since brad griffin is taking over we just felt like we were needing to get a second bus it just uh it was just it was time um we and here's the problem because of some different things

009with uh with the with the production of vehicles uh for example i just talked with deborah ahmadi on friday because we were looking to possibly get a new transit van as well because those have been received very well said there's an issue with the computer chips for those vehicles and they're way behind ever indicated to me that they produced like one-tenth of the new vehicles over the last 12 months this 12 months compared to the year earlier ford motor company has produced about i say one tenth of the new vehicles that they have in previous year so buses typically you can look to order a bus like in march april and have it ready for august well ordering bus now it looks like it's more like october november so because there's just been so many

010people order buses come january february march they've ordered a lot more and then there's fewer issues there's issues with the technology piece for the for the computer parts of that that bus so we're we may be we're gonna be okay but we just we say we would like to get rid of a couple of those older buses trade those in or most likely just put them up for seal bits so anyway but a lot's going to be dependent upon depending on how quick they can get now that we've said it with social media stuff but i'd like to thank the people in the parts of our community that donated stuff for the new uh flagpole baseball field that was nice those companies and people that were involved with that so i'd like to see that

011civic pride look at that pretty burlington high school the motorized flag that we receive donations for it's very very nice i need to send that to you in my friday notes um very nice it's a lot bigger than even what we thought it was going to be nice it was quite a challenge to install that because it was close to 400 pounds so we ended up with two scissor lifts going on both sides of it to take it up the side and then secure it and then get the uh get the motorized piece of it done but um yeah it's very nice so it's something it's been active move on the special education report um i don't really have much to add other than i will say that our certified positions in terms of filling

012them at this point is going very very well um and so i can start to get a better feel for a number of paras for next year um and superintendent i have just listed a few things up there for example just some dates and some information um and mr reed's already talked about graduation so you guys will connect with him in regards to graduation if you're planning on being in attendance um we're doing that half day dismissal at 12 30 on tuesday may 18th for uh the end of the school year we'll do get the dismissal get our buses get the kids home and then about two o'clock we'll do staff celebrations and recognitions we've got a whole list of uh end of the year recognitions uh for retirees as well as five years our

013different years service awards i think it's 5 10 15 and so on and so forth so there's a lot of different awards we'll give out there so anyway and then i just want to thank tracy tracy has been with us for nine years and uh she's resigning effective may 14th uh she has a new job in pogba school district cannot thank tracy enough for everything that she's done she's just been an excellent employee over the years i just think a lot of what she's done and greatly appreciate everything in the ways that she's helped not only me but everybody so we wish her well in her new job and in the future and thank you very much sure um i'd like to thank the board for your support and opportunities to do professional development over

014the years and do all the staff here that have worked with me over the years that i've learned from and i'm gonna miss a lot of them here so thank you and then i want to yield the rest of my time um brad thompson we've been talking about the potential for doing a lighting project an led lighting project at the football stadium and this is due to the fact about february we turn lights on for football field for track as well as for baseball and softball field to see what was coming on and what was not coming on what we needed to replace football field we had about eight lights not come up there the old halide i think h-a-l-i-d-e brad can help me with more technical terms so when that popped up at eight

015lights on four different poles and you got a different truck coming into service and put those up and we only had six in stock right now we had a few that uh i say just a few left in stock we started looking and thinking about the cost of what it's going to be you know to be able to to replace those old walls and then in in a year and again it's somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 to 25 000 they get an hourly rate when the truck comes in and you have two different people that come in with that for that process and so then we started to discuss okay again in here like a year from now if we had another six seven eight lights go out well you're spending another twenty to

016thirty thousand dollars potentially on those uh on those replacement and repairs if you will so anyway the discussion started i shared this with you as the board we were looking into this and we did have this budgeted again in the capital outlay for this project so with that information we started i say do a lot of exploration on led lighting and stadium lighting you guys have seen the projects in the gyms elementary middle and high school gyms all have led lighting classrooms we're getting light led lighting we're going to be doing more of that in the future with the new new line boards the touch panel newline boards the led lighting and dimmer type capability in classrooms is not needed as much because those like those new new line boards are much more vivid they

017are smaller so much better than the promethean boards so dimmer lighting as well as led lighting in those classrooms aren't as necessary right now we still want to do some of that and still you know continue with that in areas we need to but with the stadium scenario we can start spending like i say some bad money year in and year out if we're spending twenty to thirty thousand dollars on replacing six seven eight lights at about and that can be i can say a challenge so this is why i'm looking at this project as a possibility and with that i'm going to turn over to brad thompson brad is a moscow lighting representative and brad you're on we're going to go to hdmi that we'll have on the screen here for those of you

018it won't be on this screen because we hooked up a whatever i can't remember what that is you may have to turn your chairs if you want to see this the video presentation that brad's going to put in so touch screen tablet but i'm going to be able to remember what you're looking at first off thanks for having me uh i really appreciate it um i also want to thank i say that i can't believe that well it's really cool that somebody brought the treat off for you guys nobody's eating your treat again thanks for having me i'm with musco sports lighting moscow is a 40 plus year old company that does sports lighting with a little set of asterisks around it the asterisks are basically because with the inception of led we are now

019doing uh things other than sports lighting some examples of those would be the white house mount rushmore the bay bridge the washington monument niagara falls and things like that so that being said sports lighting is the main thing the inception of led has been pretty pretty fun uh it's it's done a lot of things for us moscow's background has simply been that we control spill we control glare we get the light out of the fixture on the field uh it's interesting to hear mr marshall talk about the outages that you've had the other thing that's going to happen and i'll tell you about in a minute but the smoothness of that light on the field is extremely important for both viewership players and uh and all three of your players and safety when you're on

020the field so i will do my best to hurry up and not bore you so if anybody falls asleep i'll take that as a hurry up and get out so what i'm going to do here is just kind of show you what the systems themselves look like and what the lights look like now you guys are in a little bit different situation in that uh the plan is to use your current polls uh the cool part about that is you get to use your current polls we get to take the stuff down that you have we get to take the cages and all that kind of stuff that are down it's going to have a much cleaner look we're going to take a lot of weight off the top of those poles and it's going

021to save you literally thousands and thousands of dollars so the interesting part here is uh the fixtures the interesting thing uh with sports lighting is you've all been in fields before in games and you've noticed in the past where you look up and if my hand or a fixture is round and you look up at it and you kind of get the glare and you kind of look away and get the sparklies or whatever the new inception of what we do with led lighting our lights don't do this they aim directly down so about halfway up every pole and mr hess said something about it a little bit ago he was at a tournament and saw some lights about halfway up the pole maybe a third we're going to take some lights on your football

022field we're going to turn them upside down those lights are called ball tracking fixtures basically they're going to be there for one reason that's to illuminate the object from the underside the bottom line is whether it's baseball softball or football any aerial sport we're going to have those playability is going to go off the chart and little bobby and little susie aren't going to be able to say they couldn't find the ball anymore they're gonna have to learn how to catch better for fans better for referees and the whole thing so the other part about this is kind of neat is this piece right here number three um going up the pole that is a electrical components enclosure that enclosure is going to be remote about 12 feet up the pole with led the inception

023of led is basically going to eliminate any need to go to the top of the pole there's several hundred led diodes in every one of our fixtures you're gonna have several fixtures up there obviously so that's gonna be thousands of diodes uh if one little diode goes out you're never not gonna know you're gonna be okay if anything happens to the fixture it's more than likely going to be the driver or fuse that can be handled in that box 12 feet off ground with a step ladder piece number two you'll see up there that's the galvanized steel pole obviously you're using your poles so that's one that isn't a big deal right now let me kind of go to the next page here this one's called light control this section um basically what's happened in

024the past is there's a lot of different fixtures that have been out there fixtures depreciating value uh going back to what mr marshall said a minute ago you've got eight fixtures out right now a year from now you get eight more that go out you get to go back and keep doing this the problem with that is now you've got eight brand new ones you've got eight that are ready to die so you've got eight white ones eight pink ones some yellow ones the bottom line is you're not getting as many lumens which extrapolates out to light on the field and if those are in bad spots now what you've got is you've got an uniform or an unsmooth feel going to be hard for viewership playability and those sorts of things oops sorry just

025to show you kind of what our stuff will look like versus anybody else these poles here uh all the poles other than the one on the far right on the left are muscle poles um that's must go stuff through time as you can see as you go from the left to the right as you go from this pole here all the way over to this one that's hid or metal halide stuff the one that's above the word that says low what you've seen there is you've seen we've reduced the glare we've reduced the glow around the pole we've reduced the fixture count all of those poles are giving you the same amount of light on the field in front of it though the second pole from the right is our led pole believe it or

026not there are two fixtures two light fixtures on that hole that are turned on and again that's because they're aiming like this so we're completely cutting the spill and glare which i want to show you some pictures of in a minute very rarely do we talk about anybody else this is one of those rare cases uh the poll on the right is our competitors that's probably our one of our best competitors our number one competitors um i wish we had a red line drawn from that poll all the way back to what we were doing in 1977 because of the lumen output the glare and the numbers like that that i could share with you if you really want me to worry when this is done is worse than what we were doing 40 years

027ago with hiv liking so to show you a couple of pictures um this picture right here bottom is what others do with led the top is what musco does with led the one thing i'm always concerned about and i i think if if there's anywhere that we kind of struggle a little bit is that i don't think that we always talk about the consumer or the fan as much as we do the player because this is just as important for the consumer and the fan as it is for those on the on the playing field so that's going to be pretty intrusive that bottom that bottom picture and what you're seeing there this picture here is a football field that was done in scottsdale arizona a private school in arizona originally we did not get

028this job why they put six polls up i'm not sure because we would have only done four there's a lot of names we have for this field but this field never had a game played on it unfortunately three people lost their job over this thing scottsdale and arizona is very very very big on dark sky stargazers and those sorts of things and there are some really expensive homes around this facility the glare upset everybody so much they shut it off two people from the city and one from the school lost their job they asked us to come in and use those polls if we could and redo it and we did and that is the difference the problem again we keep going back to playability and safety and whatnot i'm not sure how the field

029on the right is very playable we've taken all the light out of the fixtures and it's hitting what it's supposed to hit so the idea of the the bomb in the air um grandma coming to town looking for the the sky glow she's not gonna find that anymore you can see a beam but the sky ball in the air is not going to be there this right here is kind of an illustration of what glare does if you're looking up at the ball uh the picture on the left is somebody else's the picture on the right is musco's again because we've cut that spill and glare spill light is light that exits the field and exits the property and lights other property glare is the light that you get that's the obtrusive light that hits

030you in the face when somebody has their brights on in the car you can see if you look about a third of the way up that hole on the right you'll see what we call the ball tracker that's the fixture that's turned upside down it is not aiming directly up in the air it is aiming at a little bit of an angle just to get about eight percent to nine percent of the light on the field underneath the object so as to illuminate the object as we talked mr marshall stealing my thunder here a little bit before i started i got to tell you because he started talking about dimming and everything so we have um here we go so with our controls um with the musco system what you're going to get is you're

031going to get a new control cab you're going to get lights on all the poles you're going to get the ball trackers you're going to get a new control cabinet that control cabinet is going to be the guts and the brains there's several things that are going to happen there we're going to know when your lights are on and off and that kind of thing we're going to know if there's a problem we're going to be able to call you and tell you you've got a problem probably before you know you have a problem you're going to be able to operate this thing remotely you can pre-program by computer or the athletic director can decide or superintendent can decide who and how many have access you can take it and give it that access you

032can use an app to turn lights on and off facilities guys love us they don't have to go out early and turn the lights off and go home craig loves it because you don't have the lights burning for extra hours the cool thing is it's real efficient and real easy to use when you buy a system [Music] every system comes with dimming when you turn the system on it's going to go to high at the touch of a button you'll hit the medium button it will go to half and another touch of the button you'll go to 20 and when this first came out i've got a little egg on my face right now with my boss and some others because i kind of made fun of the low turns out low is the one

033that i talk about the most now is being used for cleanup pickup low-end stuff any kind of other things that you don't need where you don't need the big practice the big like issues where you're not lighting the world up and spending the money to do so um high medium low is also a favorite of the athletic directors they get to kind of ramp things down basically telling people along the way of cutting it to half and cutting it to 20 that they want to go home it's time to leave so um the other thing that's cool about this is you can use this for different types of events i heard you guys talking about graduation we are seeing a ton of graduation ceremonies being done outside and i'll even show you something else in

034a minute here which may or may or may not surprise you and what you can do there and you can pick that lower light level so even if you had a little kids football game and they wanted to play on this field you don't need to have it to the high school level you can drop it down save some money and do your thing the next option the next thing we have is a package called show light entertainment basically what's going to happen when this happens is we're going to put an ipad type thing something about this size in your press box it's going to be either wall mounted or table mounted it's going to kind of look like this it's going to have several buttons so you're going to have the high the medium

035the low now you have to turn the lights on the normal way you can either turn them on with your app or pre-program or you can go to the box which is still a fashion way to use a key because there is an overlay switch on off and auto but then once you get into it you also have this other stuff um you're going to get a blackout button i've already told mr marshall i'm not sure why that's there i'm not a big fan of that i'm not sure too many will use that i kind of see mr jones walking up and having his coffee and someone blacking out the lights and tripping and throwing coffee or something silly but the cool part is you're going to get these shows um that are going to

036happen at a touch of a button now it's immediate in the field when you do it out there and these shows will turn on for a period of oh come on let's try this one this isn't very good you're going ahead trying to work on that real quick mention the warranty um there's a 10 year warranty on the lighting system um uh the musco is a local it's a it's a local in a regional area you're based out of iowa is that right brad yes fresno ohio so they have that connectivity piece here it's in close proximity any you know issues pop up drew rose is the gentleman from integrated integrated consulting engineers ice is the company that we've used with the first rating wing renovation the science rooms as well as the the early

037learning center and the baseball softball concession stand and drew and brad have worked together on numerous projects um scott city just did their lighting as well as they did at turf field there but the lighting piece drew and and brad worked on that for maze oh i think who else um trying to think of who else but we've done junction city several in kansas city maze like you said the one you talked about out there derby high school shawnee high school basically what i'm trying to get to guys i'm not sure if it's it's my connection here or what's going on but when you punch that button the lights are gonna dance you're gonna go back and forth you're gonna get six pre-programmed shows that are available at the touch of a button we've got

038a school in it just as an example in blair nebraska that the the argument we may come up with somebody that well i mean this is great but you're just doing it for the football guys not enough so i mean soccer football graduation the band program at blair is kind of a renowned band program so what they did was they had the band director came out and he videoed all six of these shows and he's got 200 plus kids in his band program and they're orchestrating music to go with the shows to incorporate more kids into what's going on so and when i do show you it's very cool um while it's doing now i'll elaborate a little bit on the warranty the warranty is going to cover everything for the you're going to get

039a 10-year warranty uh it's going to cover parts and all that kind of stuff the bottom line is you're getting the same fixtures that we are going to have in the dallas cowboys stadium the ranger stadium the yankee stadium we use for the olympics and all of that it's the same fixture um the catches you're just not buying 800 of them they buy a lot more so um and do much higher light levels so and we can do it we have a purchasing group uh through a group called equalis so greenbush provides that purchasing group where we don't necessarily have to bid a project like this because they're already approved a little bitters equalis is more of a larger regional national type group that we can use for them for this there's no fee there's

040no yearly fee there's no subscription fee nothing at all we just log on and we do a registration for the requirements piece and uh i say we can go through um then we don't have to necessarily do that not to cut you off just to give you a look what it looks like these are all done at the punch at the punch of a button my recommendation always is have one of these shows when your kids are coming out of the locker room that's the show that's being played obviously this is not for the kids on the field uh 100 this is as much for the fans and the experience and the whole thing as it is others a quick story i'll show up tell you is uh we sold this system to derby high

041school uh if any of your football fans around here we all know that derby is some kind of football power in kansas and they bought it about the same time shawnee high school up in kansas city bought it and it's really kind of bad that i went down this road but unbeknownst to me derby's first theme was at shawnee um and i ended up asking the derby coach about a week and a half later hey you know when you're up there did you happen to see how the lights work well they punched the button every time that shawnee scored and they beat derby 4087. so he wasn't real happy with me because he said he saw the lights way too much and kind of wished he hadn't seen them at all so obviously there's one

042for touchdown it's kind of a conglomeration of all kinds of stuff if this isn't happening on the front side it's much bigger later on but it's not very much on the front side so i've got numbers so very very cool we're seeing just about everybody that's doing this now it's almost the package that we're selling then i want to show you a couple of pictures you need to answer any questions if you might have them we have with moscow 180 people that work in the area at moscow that takes care of things after the sale is done that means warranty calls turn lights on and off if you call in there's a problem there's somebody there 24 7 taking care of everything i don't think the next three sports lighting companies have a total of

043180 employees let alone 180 people taking care of stuff after the sale is made so we do about 75 to 80 on market share this is a picture of a field in nebraska this is from the top the one thing i want to point out is that your neighbors are going to be happy all the light we're sending on this thing is hitting where we want it to hit we are showing light levels on the bleachers on the visitors side that we've showed mr marshall we've also got a fixture that's dedicated to eliminate the radius of the track uh that we've shown mr marshall the the one thing you guys have here which uh we had some contractors here the other day and i don't know if you even heard of you guys but there

044was two of them that were almost beside himself at how cool your stadium is and the fact that you've got the canopy over the home side so we're not showing light levels there but you've got lights underneath there so the other thing that we want to show you is that if you were to choose to do this later on and later on in life down the road you might have somebody that wanted to try something cool if you put this in and you've got that entertainment system in there is another option that option is rgbw fixtures which stands for red green blue is color there's two options and ways you can do this you can run fixtures up the pole to eliminate the pull and turn the color at the touch of a button you

045would be able to turn those poles any color you wanted you only get 180 colors you can also put those pictures at more towards the top of the pole and shine them down doesn't make a lot of sense for you guys here because you you've got the canopy but this is something you could do down the road later on if you ever wanted to do something kind of cool if it was cancer awareness you could paint the poles pink for christmas you could paint them green and red if you wanted to so great warranties it's the same picture we get like i said in all the other places kansas state baseball all the kansas state stuff has been done that way um we've been here for 40 years we're not going anywhere question questions it

046does and if you put if you were to put our poles in we give you a 25 year warranty like i said it's uh if i'm being taped and my boss sees this i'm going to say that you saw it wrong if you were to ask me should we pull our poles out and put new bulbs in um that's a hard one for me to say yes because you've got a lot of weight on your folds we're taking them off we're going to put our fixtures up there you're going to get a 10-year warranty the thousands of dollars you'd spend we're not going to even come close to you make it near the trips to do that if you were to put a brand new system in with new polls as you can expect that

047warranty is based on something so good question it's based on 400 hours per year um usage um that isn't going to happen not not in my lifetime and yours and coaches here it isn't going to happen so the reality of it is you've probably got fixtures up there that are going to be years and years past that you're setting this up for a long time and in 10 years at the end of 10 years probably at that point because you've got a 10-year warranty what i would expect would happen is um in the past what moscow has done is at nine and a half years somebody will get a phone call they'll call me well it probably will be me be somebody else but somebody else will get a phone call and uh they'll come

048at least approach you guys and say hey you know this is what we've got going on for x number of dollars if you're interested you can extend your warranty another five years or ten years maybe so the controls uh are going to be all new the wire harnesses running up the pole are all new um i mean it's you're going to be set for long for a long time your kids will think that they are playing at arrowhead versus what you've got now and i'm not beating anything up but the uniformities and the clarity the cool part about led is that i'm not going to bore you with the numbers the whole thing about it but there's a scale that this goes on and the closer we are to 10 000 the more like daylight

049it is the more the other way the more soft and warm and you reference office lights a lot of classroom lights right now are hiv and that's that's warm oranges yellowish kind of a warmer tone led is uh is much higher up the color scale which means it's bright white clear really really great for for fans players and filming so it's going to have a totally different look than what you've got right now quite other questions for brad what's the difference in the car consumption between the system we have an hour right now i think you've got 12 fixtures up there per pole 14 14. and we're going up with eight so you're taking 24 off so basically you're taking a you're taking a very large softball field out of the mix and then you've

050got the two at the bottom those two are very low wattage fixtures they're 500 watt fixtures the ones at the top are 1500s so your consumption is going way down not to mention it's more efficient using led your demand charges will probably go down and the efficient use of being able to turn it on and off because you've got instant on instant off rather than having the warm-up cool down and warm back up so i'm sure you've had gains around here where the lights went out everybody has and you've got to wait for the lamps to cool down before you warm them back up and all that kind of stuff so any storm comes through you can turn them off and cut them off and something changes you can cut them right back on there's

051no so you don't have to sit there and burn stuff unnecessarily so you're gonna save quite a bit and then the biggest thing too is that the constant we got you know again the next two three four five six years we could be replacing four five six seven eight nine lights depending on what the year is it's just gonna start adding up the engineer that uh mr marshall records we have done several projects with drew rose in that company they've all been great and it's kind of connecting it there will be no architect fees we have the polls up there existing polls we would have a fee with drew for about fifteen hundred dollars that's it fifteen hundred dollars to work with brad to make sure everything is done the way it should be done

052it's basically a consulting fee for us to make sure that the contractors the vendors everything works out so it's a fifteen hundred dollar fee for drew to oversee and work with brad to make sure it's he's acting in our best interest to make sure everything's stayed okay and we met the contractors drew came up i came up we walked everybody through to look at it make sure they understand what's going on in the whole thing so the apollos that he talked about it's basically it's uh it's like any other cooperative purchase program you're purchasing off of uh bids already done so you don't have to go through the cops and the hassle and the time and all that so pretty quick and easy i mean it's for the installation uh the guys we've had come

053um you're gonna know they were here so to give you a quick rundown if we are moving forward with this project kind is of an essence because again we want to make sure we're lit up for our first football game they're working on numbers right now hopefully we'll have numbers in the next seven to ten days before the end of the week okay before the end of the week which will then if we do like for example a special meeting to approve this is the direction you want to go we'll do that they will purchase they'll have the lights here in five six weeks of proximal days yes sir and i'll push it to get it on on the short side of that because you don't have polls yes instructed installation will be sometime in

054i'm going to say the first to the second week in july projects should be done in a week to two weeks yesterday so we are we're in a good situation here who choose to go and again it's budgeted out of next year's capital outlet uh okay that all sounds cool um i guess our i mean biggest question everyone's gonna have some money right i mean the we know we're spending some money to repair the stuff we have now um and they keep it going for whatever it costs year over year so i guess i'm i'm fine with seeing what a bid looks like and making the decision from there i don't think is there a ballpark number i mean are we talking half a million dollars what are we talking about we've given we've given

055mr marshall numbers yeah um we proc it's okay again we still have to have these obviously verified at the end of this week but um yeah not to exceed 200 000. including everything and that's that's the dance of life football football the small because we've got the high medium low option uh we won't want to run those because they're going to be more expensive than the old haylights it will basically get rid of those old track poles which we have i have we haven't used those since i've been here in the past five years i don't even know and if you were to turn those on and use them during the game you would never want to do that anyway because they're too short your aiming angle is too shallow that's going to be uh

056kind of an unsafe situation with players so i just know if we like to just attract it in if we would just use them use them then but yeah i mean if those holes were fine we've got it illuminated and the other thing you could do we actually get and i don't wanna i don't craig calling me and saying brad would you say this so i don't mean that but we actually have some schools that will say okay here's what we're gonna do we're gonna light it we're gonna turn it down to twenty percent two nights a week we're gonna let people come out and walk if you want to or something like that pre-schedule that that's going to go on other games you can do and like i said you can give you have

057to have a username or a password so you can call 24 7 or you can use your app he will literally be able to get the app out punch out the school punch out the field punch out the time and proof the lights are coming off he can give that opportunity to and sometimes athletic directors cringe when i say this but you can actually give that to coaches if you want to um and but you can give and take that away at a moment's notice if you want to very very efficient really easy to work with like i said you've heard about planning for drew and plenty other places and they all look fantastic does anybody else have any questions or comments or thoughts i would like to see a cost comparison utility wise per

058hour on what our system is costing us now all the lights burning what our utility would be versus your system that low medium and high intensities it's what i want to see our savings i think that's something that if we're going to jump out and spend this kind of money that and people need to know there's two cost-saving scenarios here just to think about one is the year after year after year replacement of old bulbs that's true that that's the one causing i just yeah i want to know the hour i can share with you and i've talked a little bit i know that you said that kicking that system on is a real major expense so you can consider that farther we we turn on one pole at a time currently about every 10

059to 15 minutes when we have a game because when we pop them all four on we get charged at a rate it spikes our rate if we put all four of those poles on we get charged in the district that whole rate that rate goes up throughout every you know throughout every place in the building in the district we have so having said that part of what we need to consider exactly and that's important i do know this and talking with the guys at the city the city of alan schneider he said that the new led lighting that they've done downtown or off of 75 highway there he said that now that's on every night you know that they have that on he said the led lighting has paid for itself in about four to

060four and a half years by just doing that project now again it's on every night our football games and track is not going to be on every night but we average about 14 to 15 games at the football stadium when we talk about 7th grade eighth grade um c team jv and varsity about 14 to 15 games and then well we've got three three track meets two last week and one this week and we've hosted two other track meets i think isn't it two from schools smaller schools that are either levo waverly or leroy gridley who use our facility the other thing that will happen unless you guys are different than every other school district that i've ever worked with which i really really doubt you're going to find a lot of other reasons to

061use them once you have this in because everybody's going to be pretty excited about it the other thing that to answer part of that is that with the re-lamp and the extras and all that kind of stuff that's going on um you know i had one school one guy at school tell me you know i'm changing six or seven of these every other year at best so he spent 20 grand this year in 20 grand two years and 20 grand in two years it's like you get the comment you made you're you're about to throw some money some good money after bad stuff or bad money you have to do however you want however you want to work at but it's money you're throwing away not getting back well i think we've got a consensus

062to look at numbers anyway and go forward and i like the idea of doing cost comparison for usage and that's a great idea to have that information available probably what i'll do is gather that information i'll share that into i can say a friday report hopefully it'll be done by friday you guys will have my friday notes and then kind of get a feel for if we want to do and move forward if we do we'll probably do a special meeting just to be able to approve the project so they can get going with it and that'll give you some time to look at it and see if it's something we want to go forward with and just so that you guys know the reason he's saying it like that is that if you said

063tonight i've never had this happen but if you've said tonight okay ship them tomorrow we can't do that we have zero lights built not one light is ever built sitting on the shelf because every field is designed different all fields are the same size in a high school football but pole locations are not in the same spot in the same size in the same spot and same height and bleachers are not in the same spot and interests outside of that are not the same so everyone's built in particular for that for that and i'll make one other comment too the lighting is specific for our stadium so for example two a3a type schools they have smaller football fields we are fortunate we have a stadium that's more along the lines of a 4a 5a 6a

064type stadium with this setup with our home bleachers so um like for example there's candy they call it candle candle lighting yeah 30 40 50 candles this is what you're looking at as far as different type of lighting one of our competitor schools in the league i won't say who but they have a 30 candlelight scenario but their stadium is not set up the same way ours is if we wanted to do a 30 camera light which i'm not proposing because i don't think we're going to be happy with it that project pricing goes somewhere in the neighborhood of 119 120 000 potentially but we're not going to be happy with that guys and tell you because the field where they play is not the same as what we have for our bleachers in our

065state it will not light it up and we will not be happy with it it will be better than what we have but it won't be as good as what uh what what we need to do so anyway so having said that they they've tailored the project for our needs it's not a 50 it's not a 30 it fits 40 based on the stadium set up that we have it's going to look like a lot more than that too because the color temperature i told you about the blue white do we have to special order that back with so i'll get some information for you to you guys and then you can look to make a decision you know maybe it might require a special board meeting to make that decision i would just like

066to respond to lightning strikes the only thing we don't cover and you'll laugh at one of them is is our poles are ground uh or they're going to externally ground that so you'll be good there in a sense now obviously lightning can affect it we've got some things in the box to stop that lightning so we don't cover acts of god tornadoes lightning the only other thing we don't cover is vandalism the school's insurance policy and the vandalism part is funny because i actually did have a west kansas project out by the one you know about craig that um believe it or not a little boy shot up through the likes of the 410 and the superintendent kind of called and thought should have been a warranty issue that's really nice thanks for the time

067hope i didn't bore you thanks for having me i know there's lots of questions um thank you thank you i'm not even sure what it's called was a good name for doppelganger yeah [Music] okay the next thing i think the agenda there is the end of year recognitions as you can see we have a lot of different uh end of the year recognitions and awards going on and that will be may 18th so a lot of different service awards that we have um just a lot of again our staff is just so valuable to us they're so important and we're just very important that we get it's very important to give those people that recognition at that uh may 18th two o'clock if you can make it if you can make it to the high

068school feel free to join us we'll probably be about 45 minutes to an hour and we'll have treats i appreciate the camera [Music] yeah everything on there it's i mean i see this and i think about my age and these some of the people on this had taught me so thank you i'm glad you made it through my children again we're so fortunate our staff excellent people we're very very lucky and anything for board reports and we'll move to the results lots and lots of good information on there i like seeing that all the good vocational programs i like that those are out there to see the participation that's awesome as you take a look at that as you take a look at those numbers and vocational courses in the pathways a couple of things

069first of all to stacy just left i guess but to stacy donna boland crystal ecton three of our people at the high school craig coolman has been instrumental in working with the teachers in developing the pathways and all the hoops there's a lot of federal and state hoops that are involved in getting these pathways but the other thing is is we've spent the past 15 years trying to eliminate a stigma that says that every kid has to graduate burlington high school and go to college and and that was a big thing for me i'm a vocational teacher by my training and the whole thing is is i'm college educated but to say that every kid has to go to college there has to be a purpose there has to be a pathway in white as

070to why you're going and we had kids that were looking at technical colleges technical programs the military internships mentorship they were looking at those as hey that's not i've got to go to college from that standpoint and it wasn't that long ago that you read about kids that were graduating with 800 000 of student loan debt and they were getting jobs that were the exact same jobs they were qualified for when they graduated high school and you take a look now we've got 15 16 kids next year who will start as junior seniors at flinders technical college we've got kids that are now looking at technical programs in this year's graduating class if you paid attention to that who are looking at a variety and again they're choosing their education based on a pathway towards

071a career interest a totally different way of thinking and it has to do with a lot of the work and a lot of the leadership from those people so so i think that's key the numbers look good they're gonna go down a little bit because when you send 15 16 kids off to technical college that means they're not there to take the courses on campus on our campus so you may see a little bit of that but the point is those kids have bought in and we've had a lot of parents that have bought into this concept of what's your pathway so i just wanted to share that that piece that relates to this eight new courses since 18 is huge when we have some people come to work for example work on our equipment

072they're pretty amazed that we in burlington have a welding shop we have the woodworking shop piece that we have that we have the options that we have auto shop you know the auto the auto piece so again it's it's pretty amazing when they come to work on our equipment that we said we don't see schools that still offer these city options so it should be yeah the board should be very proud of that fact and our staff as well to be able to carry on those programs he and i talked about just a little bit of just back to the same thing that you guys were talking about you know the kids that are participating the numbers really stand out and show what grade point average looks like from that is the number of kids

073and we do we have a truly a large number of kids that participate in activities comparative to even other schools that are our size percentage-wise you know i looked it just like uh this spring and and maybe covered had something to do with it but we got 55 kids out for track we now had to create a couple of jv uh meets for them we have quite a few out from softball baseball and golf i mean just the numbers are very large right now and i like to oh i i love to look at the gpa not in activities versus the gpa and activities it may not look like a large difference but to me you know you have to also look at how many kids are doing activities like with the senior you know

074class 2019 and 20 55 out you know 54 out of 55 look at the senior class this year and you know that that does tell you that there is a difference in stuff um but uh i we like to look at those numbers i think they're they're not always perfect to look at and you know data can be skewed one way or another but i think over the course of time they've kept a lot of good numbers up there and stuff for that it tells you the acting is important and hey i'm not i'm on the live stream now so i'm going to be careful i'm saying this there's there's talk that a certain pa person may come out of retirement if he has a chance to push those buttons that make a light go

075off when the football us will win the football team scores a touchdown so i'm just i don't know who that person is the ability to hit that button could be pretty fun from that standpoint i was i was i was i was looking at it i just thought ice technically could ban man and then all of a sudden he said that and i'm like we're gonna hit some buttons up there so anyway if you if you hear that old guy comes out of retirement he hears that voice okay hey several things i'm not gonna i don't want to bore you with the doggy pony show that goes along with this and and ron i know you're new and so the whole thing is if we need to get together sometime and go through some things

076in detail you know i'll be more than happy to sit down with you and stacy with anyone who wants to go through kind of the details of what the whole tech plan looks like um because we spend roughly about about a half a million dollars a year uh on technology and on on the investment everybody's like where do all those cool things go well they go everywhere they go every which way and so um the key thing is we're constantly working on on that uh if we keep scrolling tracy just a little bit there we're part of an individual in that talks about individual talents when we go back to the old results monitoring i call it instill that's how old i am with the results monitoring we at one point thought technology was going

077to go in with math science social studies and we put it there with that thinking there was going to be a state assessment developed and and they never did but we went ahead and developed our own based on our standards they were aligned to a lot of different national organizations and state organizations because just last year we finally got a full set of computer standards released for the state so now this summer we have an alignment process to go through just like all the other curriculums we line these standards up if we go ahead and keep scrolling there tell me when this time yeah we talk about those technology standards there those are again they go from grades one to eight there's a variety of sources that we that we utilize from that standpoint and

078then there's a review process and we represented these grades one through twelve to serve on this committee this curriculum committee just like a cli committee to talk about the alignment of these standards and you do things need to go up and they need to go down the last time we worked was the summer of 2018 which impacted the 20 of 19 standards we'll be meeting again in may probably early june uh and looking at when our staff is available to do the same thing to look at this alignment of these standards and we really focus on technology skills we focus on what are called digital literacy which is this new creation this new term that's out there and also one that's going to be focused on this year is digital citizenship because we find that

079some of us are very different people face to face in terms of democracy than we are behind the computer screen from a democracy standpoint and so as we move forward what does that mean in terms of the kind of people we want our students to be as they leave here to become adults from that standpoint um we scroll we take a look a little bit we do have this assessment we do portfolio assessments as well as task based assessments courtney fedlikson who's at the elementary school craig coleman visits the middle school and also works high school staff at second fourth and eighth grade and at the high school webcomp class which is the last class that all kids get they do an evaluation of the standards and our and how our students do in terms

080of meeting those standards okay so the report that comes next then is that report and you can actually see those grade level standards you'll see the percentage of students that meet a particular standard and then all the way at the bottom of that you'll see we report back the total percentage of students who met every standard okay so you take a look at a standard one of the standards this year that we elevated in 2018 into 2019 was keyboarding we elevated that you'll notice that three grade levels you can't get higher than your lowest standard so you'll notice that about 100 of the kids are getting most of the standards but there tends to be at least in second grade eighth grade second grade fourth grade eighth grade keyboarding is the one that keeps us

081from being as high as we want to be so we've got to take a look at that we've got we already met with the administrative team the tech team started to talk about what are our strategies there did covet have an impact has the use of the ipad the one one does that have an impact on that from that standpoint do we need to do some more now that they do have a device with them more often and they're not they're using it throughout the school day do we need to do something different back in the classroom as opposed to the computer lab from that standpoint um you know and what's amazing is i'll go back to the whole thing i'm used to i used to relax with rusty about it you know i tell

082rusty i said you know i know when drivers said that you talk 9-3 or 10-2 when you went to driver's ed class but as soon as kids got their license that somehow the window went down and the elbow went out one hand you know it's one of those deals we teach them the correct technique but then again you know you take a look and say hey it's got to be reinforced and what does that reinforcement look like from that standpoint when you get into the 8th grade standards a little bit you'll notice again a lot of really good achievement there you'll notice that keyboarding is one of the aspects there we also have a new person there in place who's doing a great job in fact holding lots of positive things in terms of the

083modules and so forth the things that they're getting into in that computer applications class but again we'll refocus on that keyboarding standard we get into the high school level and what you'll notice is that the keyboarding is fine at the high school level so even though some people are like well what about those eighth graders what are we going to do well they'll get more opportunity for keyboarding with webcomics required class to take a look there's two new standards that were that were new in 2019 for this group and that was one web design the aspect of creating the web pages and carrying out in that production mode of creating the web pages and the other ones a little bit further down and that's the aspect of coding coding you used to think of that

084as computer programming but it is it's a certain level of computer logic that a lot of machines and a lot of different things to use it's something we've been working on now second grade up but for a lot of our high school kids some of those kids have never thought about that it's a little different way of thinking and we've got the steam class in the middle school we've got stacey now we're doing things with cody at this point in time and so those two numbers are numbers that i expect are going to continue to decline you know we see those there and i'm not worried about that because those numbers will continue to decline as we continue to work with those teachers on that fact that mr reed has got those two teachers set

085to get together this summer and then they'll be working with mr goldman and i a little bit any question on the data and there's the graph that kind of summarizes kind of what we look at we had no code in 2020 so we skipped from 2019 to 221. i wish i could volume the numbers going out a little bit on code that i'd lied to you if i said that was it but again we do have a focus on how we're going to be moving forward any questions on that data credit your eye or the principles a little bit of professional development the next few slides deal with the the concepts behind what it is we're looking at so that's where again stacy and ron if you want to at some point we're welcome to

086get together and talk about those before board meeting or something there uh last night at least the big data technology professional development we are back offering howard county classes craig doesn't know it yet his first class made it looks like so far two of our five are going to make for sure so they'll be teaching they're actually professors through allen county forest from that standpoint those classes count for teacher recertification and because they're accounting for recertification they also account for salary advancement so it's a real positive there that we get that we're offering those five classes then in addition we're offering over 450 additional hours of technology professional development to a variety of teachers so for example mr marshall talked about the new lines in the classroom it's got a lot of new lines coming

087in and getting the teachers together for a full day of training there tech performance standards our vocational teachers are doing some extra work this summer so again we continue to focus on that we focus on what happens and this year has been a huge year for technology professional development lots of opportunities and lots of things where your support team is doing kind of on-demand professional development with microsoft teams and show me all the new tools that we got into to support what we did this past year and that's really the highlight of kind of what we've got those are that's the meat and potatoes craig anything i've missed that you can think of it is interesting though that 2021 did kind of drop so you said we had some really good conversations and and some

088good ideas and stuff to what we're going to do so i'm going to wait your working with our committee on this summer to address those those three areas i'll make motion to accept the results too monitoring report concerning technology education and extracurricular activities sub results as reasonable progress toward meeting the board's results policies ocean passing 6-0 next gen items board policy for a standard of conduct right tracy and i worked on this a little bit here and we just had a document here that we felt like we needed to come up with in regards to probably more so if there's any type of gifts to the district or opportunities or favor we kind of need to set a limit so you can see that highlighted number there is that you know again monetary value over

089100 up to that point that number can be adjusted if you as a board you don't feel like we should be fifty dollars or seventy five dollars whatever the case might be but that's kind of what again sometimes vendors will do something for the district for example or member you know people in the district or just whatever the case might be or they they make like a new program a new uh something that they want to you know do a presentation on they may buy for example cindy misty whatever they're going out to do at lunch meeting we just have to be careful and look to set a limit up to a certain amount i don't know if you have any questions on that yes go ahead please so our current policy says zero dollars

090that we cannot accept anything so it's very hard to police that it's next to impossible to know like in the buildings that and even here at the district level that that's really being done so it's recommended that we set a dollar amount to that to where we don't want staff accepting anything from vendors but just like you mentioned if a vendor comes and takes us to lunch and we have a business meeting the vendor offers to pay for lunch if we said we would be in violation of our policies so any conference you go to they'll give you a flash drive right right correct so it just needs to be aligned with what what's really going on in the district because we're ultimately breaking our own policy right now at the zero dollar level so

091a hundred is what other districts use it could be 200 it could be 50 i mean it's basically whatever the board wants there but it is a current we have this policy in place right now we have this policy word for word except for your change in the hundred dollars yes sir is there any reason to have some sort of like a time frame on it so a hundred dollars per year hundred dollars per vendor per person anything like that as far as you can any reason for that i've seen it just like this i've seen it like you've mentioned it's really at the discretion report right i mean i i don't really see a problem with what's right there i mean 100 to recover annually or whatever but that's also one of those things

092where who's policing it yes i think it's more about having that amount again we don't if we have zero dollars and so technically we could accept anything yeah not even cookies from the bank at christmas right exactly i mean it really depends on how and you and you know in years past that there have been donations from community the community has done a wonderful thing like first for staff at the end of the year well technically when we can't we couldn't accept anything from different vendors in in the community legally so that's why we just tracy and i talked and just felt like that 100 amount was a decent again it's okay whenever you decide if it's 75 if it's 50 whatever the case might be we kind of want to make sure that we

093have this in place so we're following our own rule because there's no way to place it if you're not mandating to record it i think about that as well what about if something comes up could it be subject to board approval if you knew something that was coming up that was going to be before that say they wanted to do something for the entire staff all you're trying to do is police years ago or like in their member instances with county commissioners where they were taking kickbacks so this is what this is trying to prevent very very much you could i guess you could put a statement down below um that could say something along the lines of uh i've tried to think of i'm trying to come up the wording right off the top

094of my head the uh that a donation to the district again just kind of try to put together a donation to the district more than the dollar amount would be to have would be subject to board approval just something that gives you a little attitude and common sense okay i know the hospital in the world of healthcare is a little bit a little bit different you have a little bit different rules but we do it per person so if somebody wants to cater lunch for the nursing staff you know that's probably gonna cost close to five or six hundred dollars which exceeds the limit but once you take that down to per person it's well under the limit so it's kind of what we look at doing at the hospital anyway to keep us in

095compliance per person maybe that's the piece we put in there see what that looks like if you think you could always approve it like tonight and then maybe come back with like the reporting option or or like most large donations already airport approved um you'll see that in like the consent agenda we try to list out things so a lot of the the items are word from various i don't know that you necessarily have to speak to that but you may bring that back into another meeting once you get the word in exactly how you want you know but let's get that money change you know like i said at conference this season i mean like you stop at 20 different vendors and you get a chapstick and a flash drive in it are you

096going to record all that i mean it's going to be hard to do that's um this is a pretty standard policy from ksc um this exact language districts just add either a zero dollar amount or some sort of dollar amount in there just to help police it again for the health care all the things if anybody encounters a situation like this where it's over that threshold you're just expected to decline it um so on our system yeah it really is and so that if you know if you're through the great finally around that somebody accepted something over that amount then you can handle it then but there's no we don't do this reporting either okay i kind of like those comments i mean it's really a self-police thing it's i mean if stuff gets egregious

097like you know somebody shows up in a new car it's been pretty obvious but i guess what we're trying to do is get in line with what we're actually doing correct um someone wants to buy group cookies or a lunch i mean that's an acceptable thing and it doesn't need to follow protocol and it sounds like we already addressed the larger monies and donations through our consumer agenda the flag ones and stuff like that so i think that's addressed so i'd i'd be there for approving this as it's written here adding the per person yeah okay i mean if you don't specify you're setting yourself up yeah eventually you're going to get an underdog i mean we haven't had any issues with this no we're just doing it level we don't really know what's going

098on in the building so this may protect the entire district but i don't i mean i don't think anybody's getting hundreds of dollars worth of items from vendors during the fiscal year the budget the budgetary year that would take us from july 1 to june 30. if we think we need to add that well yeah i mean if we're ever visiting this for a reason it's going to probably be something pretty egregious and we're going to be adding up something that happened that teacher got to add up to 101 bucks over their career here to give them a written verbal morning we can always come back and revise if we need to yeah don't make a motion to prove the usd 244 standard of conduct as amended as revised i know but it's not ready

099uh motion passes five zero five one yes moving on to contracts approvals and appointments um looks like this year is a record position that we appoint and just kind of fyi and we do this it's a kind of a formality since the wreck commission falls uh underneath our our guideline our questions our guidelines our watch if you will but they take care of who they want they deal with the appointment this is the person that they want so it's just a formality for us unless you have any questions or concerns yes i know i've had people inquire about it to me but they didn't really follow through here i'm sorry ocean patch is six zero much yeah it's a slight increase but again highlander boots is the one that did our proposal motion to approve

100a bid with highland dairy foods company llc for the 2021-2022 dairy bid as presented motion pass is 6-0 move on personnel unless you have any questions regarding the supplemental positions a couple of retirements [Music] see so monique can you vote on your computer it was not easy for i'll make a motion to accept the retirement request from barb saturday with regret as middle school secretary effective june 1st there's passes 6-0 and we've got a list for the middle school supplemental positions you may have any comments or new discussions about those still a couple vacancies it looks like some of those are number dependent live on track i mean yes so i'll be working on those matt and charlie will be working on those to build those positions hopefully we'll have some interest motion to approve

101the bms supplemental positions as presented for the 2021-2022 school year it doesn't say that i'm motion passes 6-0 move on to the high school extracurricular sponsors also a list there quick look are there any vacancies on this yeah there's a few there on track softball is open that's right any comments discussion about personnel for extra activities high school looks like a pretty strong list big motion to approve the vhs supplemental position that's presented for 2021-2020 motion passes six zero move on to executive session regarding negotiations i don't really think we need to have one i shared with selena monique and lucas that it looks like june 2nd is when the first meeting can possibly occur in talking with kathy and the view to representation so i think we're looking at june 2nd does that work

102for you i think if you responded back you could make that correct yeah that's correct so we'll look at that june second and i'm sure it will do some information so there's no need to go into executive session for that okay closing items does anybody have any debriefing items i'd like to discuss great things that happened to me i appreciate that we had a brad coming to talk to us about led lights we've kind of had discussions about options so it's good to i like that maybe you can get us something to put together for usage and wattage and costs we can look at all those aspects intelligently and make a decision going forward again yeah i want to go on record saying thank you very much for everything you've done i know that as

103a board member we sit up here and make the decisions and do a lot of stuff but having your professionalism behind us helps us a ton and it's going to be deeply missed and good luck going forward we wish you the best she does a great job on our toes it's much appreciated okay maybe [Music]
