003the buda group as well as our board negotiations group for their time energy and effort spent on negotiations i also want to say with the special meeting us doing the special meeting it's going to help us get our certified staff paid without having back pay so they will be able to get paid with their adjustments it'll also help our central office staff the adjustments will not occur for classified staff on their contract there will be back paid for them next month because they will be paid actually on friday so the timing wasn't going to work to get them taken care of so that was one of the reasons one of the big reasons that we were doing this meeting you know today at 11 30 so we can get payroll rolling for our certified staff
