Any questions on items 1 through six? >> I have one question and I don't know if it can be answered. Um the variety show stage manager, is that just for the variety show or is that going to be our new stage manager? >> That was just for the variety show. >> Okay. Um, so like moving forward with other activities for the year, we're going to have to be looking for someone. >> I think that Dr. K, if I'm correct, we were going to finish out this year and then make up a new plan for next year. Um, I think KMA's going to work with the scheduling. >> Okay. >> We can finish out this year, get somebody

009else trained. >> I got you. >> Um, so we're working on making that all finish out the year. >> Thank you. Mhm. >> And that's a perfect segue to remind everyone that the variety shows this weekend, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Um, so please support our our students. I know they've worked hard at that. >> Bye fudge. >> Yeah. Okay. Any questions uh or anything else on items 1 through six? Can I have a motion for approval? >> So moved. >> Motion by Jessica. >> Second by Cindy. All those in favor? I >> I >> opposed. >> Motion carries. Under the financial reports, we have items number one. Uh item number one is a financial summary and board reports uh for the district and auxiliary accounts. Um item number two is uh purchase orders for uh envelopes

010and a subscription to the IU13 uh office license. Item number three is a software agreement for next school year. And item number four is a purchase of band uniforms. Uh item number five is the um proposed 2026 general fund budget. Um do you want to pull that out separately or together? >> Um item number five is the proposed budget uh that we reviewed the other night for next year. And item number six is a recommended awarding of RFP for the insurance broker to EHD. Any questions on items number one through six? >> A question. >> Yes. >> In the the reasoning um when we asked you know comparisons mold was issue with mold was one of the concerns. Was mold covered? The issue we had with mold the last time, was that covered, Susan, by

011our insurance? >> I >> The summer issue. >> Yeah, the summer issue. >> It I don't believe it was turned in. That was just handled within our maintenance budget for cleaning and so forth. >> Okay. I thought we'd have somebody come in and test and stuff. >> There was some testing, but I don't >> handled it internally. Okay. >> Any other questions? Is everyone okay lumping these together or would you like any of them pulled out? Okay, I'll ask for approval on items number one through six. All those in favor >> I >> opposed >> I'm opposed. >> I'm going to oppose >> for all of it. >> Six. >> It's all together. >> So it's all together. >> Do you guys want to break these up? pull it out. >> Okay, let's You want

012to pull up? >> Let's just time out. Let's vote on items number one through five. I think >> I need a motion for one through five. >> Motion for one through five. Second. >> Motion uh by Cindy, seconded by Jessica, I believe, for items one through five. >> All those in favor? >> I >> opposed. Motion carries. For item number six, this is to recommend the awarding of the RFP for insurance uh to EHD. Um >> what was the difference though? Why did we get an insurance difference? Like what was the reasoning? >> So, well, I I guess I'll let Susan answer this, but there was a um she had requested that >> I asked the board if you >> Yeah. And the board had approved to put this out for an RFP >> and

013y'all said yes because it had been four years. Um so so we did so we went through the process. We had four proposals sent back. Dr. Crane Balker and I um met with the individuals um narrowed down a couple had more questions, follow-up questions, a follow-up meeting, and I'll let I'll let you expand more if you would like to go. >> Yeah, I I'm assuming everyone saw the notes that I sent you today. Um and I think that it outlined uh just generally in in summary where we came up with our recommendation um in terms of savings and in terms of service were the two that surfaced or the two reasons that surfaced throughout our discussions. Is there are we getting more out of EHD than we are with our current um carrier? >> Okay.

014More service, right? >> Service or >> more services? >> Oh, their role is to >> for lesser for for for a lesser um amount that we're paying. Are we still getting the same services or more and more services than what we were getting with Acure? >> That that's under the bullet that I gave you there for considerations for services. So, we're we're going to be looking at the extent of coverage. Um you're looking at deductible, you're looking at worker comp as it's based on our payroll and how that changes over the years. the um loss cost multiplier and and the E-mod multiplier of risk are the factors that are predominantly um involved in that. So, as they're shopping for the policies with carriers, um you know, those are that is their role to assess what

015our needs are, what we have, what we don't have, should have, and um those are the things that are going to influence what the cost is and then what the coverage is as well. Similar to shopping for I don't want to oversimplify it, but if you're shopping for auto insurance, for example, you're going to make some decisions on what you need and what your factors are that are going to influence that. >> Correct. I just want to make sure that we're having the same coverage or more, you know, for for, you know, if we're going to be going with somebody else >> and that we don't pay them. They take a percentage of what >> what the product is. >> Yeah. Okay. >> There's some different options available, different services that we we are looking

016at. Um some other carriers that they have access to and a few things like that. We put a great deal of time and thought into our recommendation. This is done sort of backwards from the way we as individuals traditionally shop for insurance where we would call three different companies and say here's here's my vehicles here's my driving record give me a quote this I I my understanding is you know we sort of choose a carrier and after we choose a carrier then we get the quote so we're not you know is that correct to assume >> we're choosing the broker choosing the broker >> and they will build a a a policy of what we need as a district. >> Yes, they'll make recommendations. They'll work with us throughout the year. They'll work closely with

017us on the worker comp claims in that to make sure that what's turned in to the state to set our rates is is accurate, that the reserves are the correct amount, the amounts are correct. um as well as in-person on-site training um for safety trainings and staff with all the different departments um working more closely with my office and understanding some of the claims and different things like that. >> And it's your belief that we may have a better we may get a better package with a with a different broker. >> Yes. >> And if we don't we can choose to get another >> always change again. We can always do another RFP in the future. We're not we're not >> we're not locked into four years with this. It's no contract. It's we may

018we may >> reach a conclusion next year that we're not happy with this and and we can do another RFP. >> Right. >> Correct. Absolutely. >> Any other questions or discussion on this? Do you want to do a roll call? Is that >> I can. Is that >> And your motion? >> Okay. Can I have a motion? >> So move. >> Motion by Doug. Second. I'll second. >> Second. Um, we'll go through the roll call. >> This is finance number six. >> Naming the insurance broker agent as the EHD. Mr. Blow. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Evans. >> Yes. >> Mrs. De Hudchinson. >> No. >> Mr. Horner. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Syrian Councilman. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Alaska. >> Yes. >> Mr. Nickel. No. >> Mrs. Smith. >> No. >> Mr. Yan. >> No. >>

019Two. Four. No. And four. Five. Yes. Motion passes. >> Okay. Motion. Motion passes. Moving on to personnel. We have items number one through six. Uh, one is the addition and deletion to our substitute list. Number two is a request from um an employee for leave without pay. Uh number three is the resignation of a full-time custodian uh head custodian. Number four is the awarding of the RFP for substitute services support substitute services to ESS. Number five is approval of a field trip uh for volunteers and chaperons. And number six is the resignation of a teacher at the conclusion of this school year. Um I'd like to talk about the ESS substitute support services. >> Um so I did the math based on what you were what you sent out and what Susan gave you today.

020So it's 22% markup or Yeah. 20. Yeah. 22%. So for the assistant school nurse at 2513, we'd be paying that that nurse 1960 which is right at what our RN is getting paid now. However, for everything else, all the other subs, we pay 850 an hour currently. Am I correct? >> Yes. And we we can actually set that rate to 850. I think um when I sent that out today, I explained that they built that off of >> um the starting rates in the contract, right? Um because they had done that in the last proposal when they were doing it for supplemental staffing. Um we have the discretion to say what that rate's going to be and then they just put their >> their 22% on >> top of Right. So we're paying them all$850

021an hour because that's starting you say that's the starting rate for a lot of these positions. >> So that's that's our sub rate. I think we're getting kind of two things mixed up. >> Um, our sub rate is 850 an hour. >> They built their proposal using the contract starting rates. Um, they didn't realize that that's not what we used. Um, I talked to them today. They said we can set at 850. We can set the pay at whatever the district wants. If we wanted to stay at 850, we can do that um for subs. Well, well, I mean, argue I would argue we're not getting subs because we're paying 850 an hour and I don't have a problem with raising that, which all of each one of these goes up. The lowest increase would

022be um for monitors to 1041 an hour, which I think is far more reasonable than than 850 for per hour. Here's the the dilemma that I have when we hire them because some of these subs could be longterm, right? So, when we hire these people or this agency and they bring a a long-term sub in the that sub is making more than in some cases considerably more than the person they're replacing or the person they're filling in for. Does that make sense? >> So, the person they're working alongside in the same position, the sub is making more money in some cases. >> They won't if we set the rate. Like I said, they built that on the contract. they that's not the rate we have to use. We can set that sub rate back to

023850 like we do or if you want to make it 10. The rate you're reading off their proposal is with the cost all added in. So that's not what they're paying those individuals. It'd be 22% lucky, you know. >> Yeah. So I did the numbers. I'm I did the math on each one of them. So >> yeah, they used the starting rate. I Yeah, I can actually if I still get into my desktop, I can pull that up. But we can set that rate so that doesn't happen. >> Okay. Yeah. A custodian at this rate, we'd be they'd be paying or we'd be paying they'd be paying a custodian 1226 13 bucks an hour based on this these numbers. I don't know how much we're paying a custodian. Does that make sense? >> If that

024would be the starting Yeah. Whatever the starting rate is in our contract. My argument stems from conversations I've had with people that are working in various positions right now in the school. And when you're working, you've been here for 8 10 years and they bring a sub in for a long-term sub and that sub comes in working next to you making more money than you. >> Oh yeah, we can absolutely make a huge >> huge problem for the people that that we pay in that we pay that are on our payroll >> and I can respect that. I I mean I I get the aggravation for that. I also don't begrudge the what's the term scabs, you know, we use for for bringing a sub in for making what they make. That's awesome. But for

025the people that are our payroll, it's a big source of contention. >> I don't like the word scouts. >> I know. >> Yeah. I mean a sub is is a sub and we have people who sub. >> Sure. >> What do we pay the people what do we pay the people who sub >> a 15 hour unless >> other than then the LPN or >> and we can set that that rate at that with this company. >> We don't we don't pay subs the starting rate. We pay them flat rate 850. >> That is correct. >> Except for those two categories. >> One category assistance. >> Oh just the LPNs. Mhm. >> Oh, because the RN is different. Okay, got it. >> The the scenario where they make more is when they're not they reach

026a certain amount of hours and they have to contribute to the pension. Our employees $500. So that that's where the difference comes in. >> Right. Trying to get logged in here. Required my >> Yeah. So, I mean, you can set set that at the 850 that we're paying now. We can see how that works. If >> it won't work, >> you'll get the same ones we have now, which they're going to have like a hiring event here right on site so that our people that are subs now can sign up and so can others. I think that some of the benefits like I laid out from them today are that they have other um entities they work with. So, when there's no work here, they can get work elsewhere. they can determine what amount comes

027out of their check for a pension and if they work um the required number of hours and credit weeks they can get unemployment which are all things that they don't have as a employee here. >> So >> I don't want to believe this but I'm trying to really figure out what you're saying. If we if we lower if we have them lower the sub rate to 850 an hour for the flat rate. Is that what you're suggesting? >> What it currently is, we can we can do that so that we assure that no one um I'm sorry. I know I have in here somewhere the >> I mean >> I have the average of what all of our employees are making and support staff as well. There it is. So right now for 2627 the

028lowest let me do the 180 day the lowest cafeteria worker that would work for us as our employee would make 1155. >> Mhm. >> The lowest monitor would make 1350. These are the 180day ones. Um, the lowest classroom instructional assistant will make 13. The lowest special ed would be 1280. The assistant ners would be 1980. And then um our sign language interpreter that we don't get subs for that that typically don't have one available. So they might um the 260day employee, the lowest cleaner would be at 1330, the lowest custodian at 1450. So, I think as long as we stay below those rates, we'll be sure not to be paying an outside sub more than what an employee here is getting. >> And still be paying them enough to be able to get subs to

029come in. >> See, that's the that's the that's the sweet spot. Does that make sense? >> Yeah. >> What I'm trying to find >> and we can start at the 850 we're doing now in six months if we see it's not working well, we we can the board can change the rate. um >> along with those other benefits that the outside service provides. That was kind of why we were leaning towards it because they they seem to be able to fill positions better because of those things we just outlined >> because at the 15 an hour rate >> I don't want to say 50 an hour other districts that those are the benefits that why they're able to fill positions that were not because of the pie and because of >> right >> all those

030all those things. So the 850 Oh, wait. So if I start if I come in as as a sub cleaner here in the district, when do I have to start having you take out piecers? >> As soon as you work 550 hours in a school year. >> So then I'm making less than 850 an hour. >> Correct. Because we're taking 8 point we're taking 8 and a half% out right off the top. >> All right. >> Along with your taxes and everything else, >> right? And then if you're 180day sub, you're not getting work over Christmas or the summer or any day that we don't have an opening where that's where they could maybe work for another school district that has an opening or they could move to another >> whatever else >> entity or

031wherever else. Yeah. They have more learning power because again not having 8 and a half% taken out, >> right? >> That's you know that's pretty big right there. I guess the question >> and we're locked into this this like we have to >> Yes, we're locked into that. We also can't offer unemployment. I mean that's where our our hands are tied somewhat on this. >> So a a it is very well conceivable that employee may find it more beneficial in their personal situation to go work for this company >> and make more money. And it's just a reality because our hands are tied on some of this stuff. >> We're still talking about subs, right? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Well, but they could leave us as a permanent and go to be a sub there

032and potentially they could make sure, >> right? >> You know, and I don't know what I was going to say. It just went out of my head. But um well, oh, we're not able to get subs anyway. So, if this place can give to to me, if we have any chance of getting these positions filled by using an outside agency and we can determine whether we want to take the average, you know, and we can determine that the the amount they're going to get paid, whether it's the 850 an hour that we pay for subs or if we take an average of all those positions. And, you know, I think it's worth a try. How long are we locked into this, Susan? Is it a one year? Um, we have it set up for a

033year. >> Okay. >> Um, >> I don't So, here's my my arg I'm not arguing. >> You also could just not call them >> if we don't need a Sure. We, you know, I'll look at the final language, but >> Yeah. I mean, they're going to use the absence system that we use now. So, when our employees Sorry, I can't find >> I know. It's doing the same thing to me. So when our employees put in an absence now, um the system goes out and calls and and finds a sub and fills it. Um so that's that's what it would do. It would just have this reach of these other these other employees. >> And again, like I said, they plan on being on-site. Same with the professional and doing like an on-site hiring of

034of people who currently sub for us and then any new people in the area so that they can come and get onboarded and interviewed right here on our site. >> I'm not arguing against the necessarily against the agency. I'm arguing against how much we pay and what is the fine line. So the they itemize. You can't go back and just say let's cut the flat rate back to 850 an hour. Part of the reason we're not getting subs likely is because we're paying them 850 an hour to be subs, right? That doesn't make sense. The other end of that financial spectrum is if you're paying them more than the people that they're working beside is problematic. So they've itemized each one of these each one of the pays they have here are >> they only

035did that based on our our support contract. >> Okay. they thought that's what we wanted. Um, we can set you could say take the starting rate of each category and take $2 less or $3 less. We could make it an itemized list like that or we can make it one flat price like we have now. They're very open to us for the board to set and since it's a service, we can do that. We can work back and forth with them on this. It's not like buying widgets. >> Okay. So, right. So, what we're approving tonight, if we vote to approve this, is to go with this company. The fine details like that are to be >> yet to be worked out. >> We could do that or you could tell me tonight you want

036it set at 850 or you want it set at X number of dollars >> or um >> we can do it. It's obviously we're not planning on starting this until July 1st for next school year. So we can >> well that that's what I'm trying to >> bring it back and >> determine are we saying yes >> and there's room to to do the negotiation of what the fees are going to be or should we wait >> no figure that out there's room I have it in writing from them that that the board gets to determine what those rates will be. I received that from them today. >> Does that help at all, Doug? >> Yeah, it does. I mean I mean it will take it would take some time. You'd have to go back.

037You'd have to look at the cafeteria and head cook workers. You know how I mean this has cafeteria and head worker head cook at one category at one at one pay, right? Which is 1117 an hour. But they don't make the same amount of money. You know what I mean? That the cafeteria worker and the head cook don't get the same pay >> only because they've been here longer. The rate of pay is higher. >> The seniority aspect of it, right? That would just be if somebody's subbing in that position, >> right? >> Kind of don't look at that chart. We'll >> I'll get you different numbers. I'll do a couple things. We'll do the 850. You could set that all that way. We can do something where we make sure it's under and we

038can build a tier for the different positions. But yes, we can still >> Yeah, you don't we almost have to build a tier for the different positions just as they did here. >> Sure, we can do that based on the contract. >> Okay. I I don't want to add to the uh confusion, but uh how often can we decide change the the rate we're pl pay paying somebody like or like when can we decide that rate's going to change for for the company? >> Pretty much whenever you want because they're just going to add their percentage on top of it. Kind of like if we decided in December, well the one year when we changed the teacher sub rate here, we did it in like December >> and then it just became effective then. So

039that's what we would do. We would pick when you wanted to change and it would become effective and and they're very flexible in making it work that way. >> Can could we raise the prices of the dollar value that we're paying subs on our own or is that fall into the contract? Is that a contract renegotiate? >> It's not it's not in the contract. >> It's outside of the new contract. You can set it wherever you want. That's why it's only 850. >> That begs the question. I mean, do we know really the reason we can't get subs? I mean, we can't find subs. We advertise for them all the time. I'm assuming it's cuz we're advertising for $850 an hour. >> I know. I've had actual people come into the office and say, "I

040don't want that. I don't want that piece withheld." And we don't have that option. >> There is an option when you very first make eligibility. They send you paperwork and you have x number of days. I don't know if it's 60 or 90, but you can opt out, but you have to prove that you have another valid pension plan. And the majority of these people who are working at subs aren't able to show proof of a valid pension plan. So, they can't wait. And we are legally bound. We have no no option not to withhold at the lowest rate, which right now for their category would be 8 and a half% >> and they can't turn down the hours. Well, >> I mean they're subbing they hours, but then they're not going to make money.

041Then we're back to square one where >> I mean that that was the same idea that we were trying at the IU. We decided to try and find um paraprofessional subs, we would increase their pay. So we I mean it was like a bidding war going back and forth to see what could be afforded and what could be um given. And then we did we increased it by a couple dollars to see obviously having your own people has its benefit because they know your staff and they know your kids and all the things. But then that ultimately impacts your entire pay scale because you start hiring people at a higher rate and you have people bodies already in spots that are you know close to that. I mean so it's just something to think about.

042It definitely is a trickle down but I mean we we voted to try it to see if we could get more of our own people. I I think maybe can we consider both? Can we consider a slight raise in the 850 an hour? If we're already looking at the possibility of having to pay an extra 22% to fill roles, right? >> Could we bump to 9, >> bump to 950, whatever it looks like and also keep this as an option >> for next school year. >> I think we would need to do one or the other. I think it would be difficult to have be hiring people inhouse as well as on a subservice. Most people either go one way or the other. I was going to say we can make the motion read that

043one through six with the board finalizing the sub rates. If you still want to use them or we can pull that and disc >> I want to pay them enough that it's attractive for people to come. I also don't want to pay them too much that they're not making more than the people that are currently working for us. I think for us to make the rate high enough that the piecers doesn't >> isn't a negative impact. >> We're probably better off to maybe let them have the ability to get unemployment and those things through the other outside service. Does that make sense? >> That's fair. Yeah. I mean, >> that's kind of how I've been looking at it is we would have to set the rate so high to make that and we're still only

044going to have x number of days available >> where they would have the possibility of working even if it was summer and it was another school district's ESY or somewhere else that had openings. Um I I think there's more earning potential for folks and we could see it's wrong and we could decide not to do it again. But yeah, this was just a way to try. >> We can try it a year >> and outside the box >> a little bit. >> Okay. >> But we can put that that caveat on that with board finalizing the sub race >> and that sounds good to me. >> We'll bring that back and we'll finalize that next. >> Does that work? >> Does for me. >> Um I might I have to abstain from number two. >>

045No, because there's no No, there's no financial benefit or implication for that. >> Is everyone okay uh doing items one through six? >> Do we need to change what? >> Yeah. Do you need to amend item number four to say? >> We would have to set the board. It's going to it's going to be that number four will be with the board finalizing the rates. I already have that written. >> Okay. Motion. >> Okay. I have a motion from Cindy on items one through six. Can I have a second? >> I'll second. >> Second by Heather. >> Second. >> All those in favor? >> I >> opposed. Motion carries. Moving on to the reports. I think did we hear about CHFT tech? Yes. Doug had a brief report. Uh Heather, do you have something else

046you want? No. No. Okay. Heather gave us an update. Any communications? None. Uh and then uh the payment of the bills items number one, two, and three. Any questions on those? Motion to approve? >> Motion by Cindy. >> Second. Second by Trevor. All those in favor? >> I >> opposed. Motion carries. Uh under new business. Does anybody have anything for new business? >> Can I Sure. Quick one. I usually would I previously had told Matt these and I forgot to send you a message. Um I would like to on behalf of the board express our sympathies to the family of Mark Means >> who was a longtime junior high middle school science teacher who passed away. Um anybody that had Mark >> will have fond memories of um Mr. Means and just express our our

047condolences to his family and that loss. I agree. Yeah, >> he was a great guy. >> Yeah, thank you for pointing that out, Cindy. I, you know, teachers impact people's lives and there's no question the impact that he had on everybody that still remembers the element >> impacted my life. >> So, uh, yeah, he I and and I don't know that there's a a person that has a bad thing to say about him out there. So, uh, c certainly will miss him. So, thank you, Cindy, for pointing that out. >> Doug, >> uh, the, uh, what I mentioned earlier, the professional development for classroom aids, we have one teacher in here. Let me ask you a question. Um, speaking to some aids, classmates in your building, some of their argument is for a lot of

048the day I don't do anything. Um, what's the proper use of an agent classroom? >> For me, helping me deliver instruction through small group is how I use my classroom aids. >> Okay. >> I don't think that's going around in all the classrooms and and and in having this conversation with those aids, I said, I think you need professional development. They're like, yeah, we kind of do. In my view, that's exactly what they should be doing is helping instruct. Correct. Not just changing diapers or walking kids to the bathroom and stuff like that, but actually helping instruct. But they can't do that without some professional development. And I think they'd be a much better uh asset to the student and the teacher if we could run them through some type of course or something that

049classroomates that helps them know how to do that and learn more about what the responsibilities to the students are. Yeah. Is >> that something you can take a look at? >> It's underway. We have it on our board. >> Okay. >> We Well, predominantly we have >> Why did you say that? >> Well, I was going to interrupt. Um your your point's well taken. We recognize that that that was a topic that came up in our council meetings and um um we have time that we're going to be using on our scheduled flex days um and service days and so forth um with some intentional activities that they need. So that's that's forthcoming. >> It gives that aid more worth more value as well. >> Yeah. Okay. Thank you. >> And and further we have

050um we have in uh instructional aids in different classifications. So, we have title one aids, we have special ed aids that have to have uniquely different things. The ones that you were describing um with u with Jody don't um don't typically participate in those other activities. But that doesn't mean that we we need to find the um uh appropriate PD opportunities for those folks that are in those particular cases. >> Sounds great. >> I should have known was on your board. Next time I'll ask what's on your board. any other items under new business or anything for the good of the order. >> Trevor, >> well, I I just wanted to say about the Jeff Tech meeting. Um, they're they can use 2 L bottles, say like they need green filament. So if you have

051any kind of two liter bottle that's green, they can use that to make their own filament which will obviously save just a little bit of money. So if you have anything to donate to Jeff Tech in in ways up those 2 liter bottles, it would be great. >> Green 2 liter bottle. >> Yep. >> Lots of mountain demon >> ginger green. Do a social media post on that or is Jeff Tech doing a reach out to the community? Do we have a drop off? Can we do one? >> Trevor's car. >> Yeah, you can. >> I'll take >> See you rolling around town with 2002 LERs. >> The community center is always really great to help our >> That's for the 3D printers. >> Okay. So, that's if it was engineering. >> Yeah. So, if

052we could make a dropbox for 2 L green bottles. I mean, the community center might volunteer a box for us for, you know, but we could definitely make that happen. >> Yeah. Who's who's in charge of the social media for well like the school district? Can we throw it out there somewhere? Can we offer our kids to bring them in? >> Anyone? >> I'm sorry. Do you want me to stop talking now? >> An easy task. >> Yeah. >> I mean for people we bring >> Yeah. >> Is that better coming from Jeff Tech or is it better coming from us? >> We could probably connect with Barry and find out what would work with him. >> Yeah, >> we we'll work it out. We can help them with a million green bottles. That's pretty

053easy request at this too. So I think we go all in. >> You said green. I wasn't sure if you meant green color green or like there was something that was recyclable green. That's why in essence they are recycling. They're shredding it and melting it down into the itself. >> And then they can only make green products with it or do they use it? Is this green? It's for the green color filament for what they use the the green color for, >> but they have like >> they have enough of the clear. >> Okay. >> I don't know. >> I mean, they said they can use clear bottles, too, for that two liter bottles. >> So, either clear or green. >> Okay. Well, we'll see what we can put together. >> Anything else? >> Can

054I have a motion for German? >> Motion. >> Second. >> Motion by Cindy, seconded by Jessica. All those in favor? >> I I >> opposed. Motion carries. Have a good evening everyone.
