As a result, board member Pescatore is excused from tonight's meeting. I have also communicated with board member Glenn who is prevented from attending tonight's meeting due to a necessary absence from the district. Finally, uh I have communicated with board member Hussein who notified me that he will be participating virtually and we have confirmed his um connection via electronic means before beginning this meeting.
