001So, Susical the Musical is about a bunch of characters from like all the different Dr. Seuss stories. So, we have like Horton the Elephant who's played by a freshman Luke Wilson and Horton, it involves his two stories of Horton here's a who and Horton sits on the egg and then so it has that plot in it. And then there's uh Gertude Mcfuzz that's portrayed by played by uh junior Tristan Paul that involves Gertrude with her one feathered tail and how she's like really sad about that and how she wants to get the attention of Horton. So there's like a little love story there. Um there's a Maisy Labird and she's the one that leaves the egg for Horton to sit on which is played by senior Kira Jwitt. Um and Maisie goes off on a

002little spree and she runs away and leaves Horton to sit on her nest. And then um there's all the jungle creatures like the Sour Kangaroo, uh the Wickersham Brothers, just the regular creatures who are kind of like in the jungle of New who are like, "Horton, what are you doing?" And then there's the Who's up in Whoville cuz we get to see the Who's side. So we have like the mayor and Mrs. Mayor. We have Jojo who's actually played by a middle schooler this year. So we have we have like five or six middle schoolers involved. Um Jojo is an eighth grader is played by uh eighth grader uh Belle Ives and Jojo is like thinking her this entire story is about her thinks. So her thinks are always getting her in trouble. So like

003everything is like a figment of her like imagination and it's just coming to life because she's just thinking so much. And then she gets sent off to the military academy and then Jojo goes missing. But then like it's okay. We find her later. But like that's not really important. [laughter] Basically, Gertrude is hopelessly in love with Horton the elephant. And so she writes some love songs and is always watching from the the background as he tries to like convince everyone that the who's are real in the little like droplety things. And eventually he notices me after I save him cuz Maisie makes him sit on his egg or her egg cuz she has an egg in a tree. So um and then I save him and then he notices me for the first time and

004then we like in the end we raise the egg together.
