001Uh, call to order. Special meeting Tuesday, October 28th, 5 o'clock p.m. Declaration of a quorum. Six members present. She's doing fine, by the way. talked to her yesterday. So anyway, it's yesterday. Yes. So, uh, welcome everybody. Thank you all for being here. Uh, bring us item C, hearing of citizens. We have none for this, uh, particular meeting.
